Fallout: Equestria Despair

Introduction to Warfare

The Russian Federation had invaded the USA through Alaska. The National Guard and Homeland Security forces stationed there reacted heavily to this threat, but the Russians were to strong. In only a few weeks, all Russian troops were in Alaska, and North-Western Alaska was completely secure. The US Military counterattacked the invading Russian troops, but Russia would not give up that easily. An American stronghold was set up at Cascade Valley. The raw US defenders fought will might, and made Russia use their worse weapon yet. Nukes.

The nuclear disaster at Cascade Valley, marked ferocious fighting between US and Russian forces. A year into the war, England joined in on the Americans side. One giant superpower, AKA: Russia, was up against two wealthy countries for domination. The Russians spear-pointed the US and pushed back the British back into the sea. By a year and a half, Russia claimed most of Alaska, with the exception of the US' final stand on the border of Canada.

With the disarray going on in Alaska, Canada took arms against Russia as well. One mega fortress was established at the US-Canadian border in the north. Heavy fighting broke out two years into the, now known, war.

Though this seemed bad enough, in another world, and maybe another time, something much worse had happened.

Equestria. The stronghold of frendship, peace, reality. It was truly an amazing place. Everyone was nice to you, everyone cared for you, and the mean "ones" weren't actually very mean at all. But, all of it had to come to an end at some point.

High tensions rose between the Zebra Nation and Equestria. Small fighting broke out on the borders of Equestria and the Zebra Nation right before the war. Howeve,r when the war started, everything broke loose. Heavy fighting now broke out along the borders following the aftermath of many massacres at schools and populated places that would grab attention, such as Littlehorn.

Heavily armored ponies and Zebras alike clashed together in ferocious battles to gain dominance of the war. Everything was so balanced, decisions were made by Celestia herself to keep on fighting with the production of new weapons.

In response to these weapons, the Zebra Nation developed weapons, creating a major arms race in the war until at the point where everything in Equestria was swallowed by bits of Balefire and Megaspells. Green magic reigned upon Equestria, destroying everything in it's destined path. It was a true monster.

The world burned alive, killing nearly everypony on the surface, but no, pony-kind was not extinct. Yet.

Many ponies took shelter in underground Stables to keep them safe from the horrors outside. Though the Stables were meant to open, most of them never did. The Equestrian Wasteland was at it's true finest.
