Do You Love Me?

   Rainbowdash hunched over the counter, reaching for the vase of flowers that she got for her performance a couple years back. She knew they were fake, but they smelled so real, and she knew Applejack would like them. She decided to go out to the store and buy some apples to put in a bag, just for Applejack. But she didn't know Applejack's favorite kind of apples, so she needed to ask.

"AJ?" Rainbowdash called, walking up stairs to Applejack's bedroom. "Are you home?"

"Hey Dash," Applejack smiled.

Applejack was in bed with a thermometer in her mouth, and her head sweaty. She looked sick, but Rainbowdash was sure it would be okay.

"You okay?" Rainbowdash asked.

"Sure, I guess," Applejack sighed, "No. I'm sick, very sick."

"How'd you get sick?"

"Well, Twilight told me the spell she did would cause some weird side-effects, but there was no way she could fix it,"

"Then..why didn't you just forget it?"

"Because I needed to see you," Applejack said, softly.

"I would've been fine," Rainbowdash responded, this wasn't in her normal raspy voice, it was soft, and kind.

"I thought you'd say that," Applejack said. "Now why are ya'll here?"

Rainbowdash didn't remember, so she just said, "To see you. I felt like something was wrong. You sniffled a lot yesterday, but I never thought you'd come down with something, so I offered those movies and-"

"I'm sorry," Applejack cried.

"F-for what?"

"For being here, today, and getting in your way,"

"You've never gotten in my way before," Rainbowdash reasured her. "And you never will!"

"Thanks," Applejack sniffled.

Applejack's mind went blank, she felt so sick and dizzy. Her eyes blinked, and everything was so blurry. She saw rainbow colors and smiled. This would be the end, end of her existence. And everything was black.

Applejack awoke to the sound of her favorite pony, Rainbowdash's voice, and she could feel Rainbowdash stroking her mane.

"Okay," Another familiar voice said. "I think that did it!"

"Ugh.." Applejack groaned.

Applejack sat up, and now she could see everything clearly. "What is this place?"

"Applejack!" Rainbowdash cried, snuggling Applejack tight.

"Who's..Applejack?" Applejack asked, with a sudden jerk of her head, causing her mane to flow out of Rainbowdash's hoof.

"She's..she's forgetting everything!" Rainbowdash studdered. "Wh-what?! Twilight, you HAVE TO HELP HER!!"

Twilight took a deep breath, "Clam down, Dashie. I'll find a-"

"Dash?" Applejack asked, staring up at Rainbowdash. "Ra-Rainbowdash?"

"Yes!" Rainbowdash wailed. "It's me, it's me!"

Applejack hugged Rainbowdash tightly and smiled. "It is you,"

Rainbowdash smiled, "I love you!"

Twilight gasped, and looked at Applejack.

Applejack hugged her tightly.

"Do-do you l-love m-me?" Rainbowdash asked, embarrassed.

Applejack smiled, and pressed her lips against Rainbowdash's. They kissed, and it was nice.

It's REAL! My dream! Rainbowdash thought, screaming and laughing in her mind.

Applejack let go, "Does that answer ya'lls question?"

"Sure does!" Rainbowdash laughed.

"Awe!" Twilight interuppted.

"You ruined it," Applejack scowled.

"Sorry, see ya!" Twilight said, running off, laughing to herself.

Rainbowdash and Applejack kissed again, and at the same exact time, they thought, 'Dreams do come true!'
