//-------------------------------------------------------// Would You Still Love Me The Same? -by MlpLover65IsHere- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// And We Lost it All Today //-------------------------------------------------------// And We Lost it All Today    "Why do you think you're so great? If you knew what other ponies said about you, I don't think you'd be like this!" Fluttershy yelled. Applejack had asked her what she would say if somepony told Fluttershy that they thought she {Fluttershy} was all that. "Fluttershy!" Applejack laughed. "You're doing great! I just don't know if you'd actually say that to somepony; would you?" "No," Fluttershy admitted. "Well, that's somethin' we need to work on. I'll get my cousin, Apple Dumplin' down here. She'll help ya! Be right back!" "Okay!" Fluttershy studdered. Then Fluttershy thought, 'What if we lost it all today? Everything I've done? She'd ask Applejack. *** "Flutters, you did great today! Now you know how to act brave! It's been how many..two months and three weeks?" "Yes," Fluttershy replied happily. "But..can I ask you something?" "'Course!" "What if..we lost it all today? Everything we've done?" "Well," Applejack thought. "Then you wouldn't be who you are now. I guess..neither would I. It all be so different..now that I think about it. But you know, you're always asking me questions, have you thought about them yourself?" "Yes," Fluttershy quickly added. "You have no idea!" Applejack's mane fluttered in the wind and Fluttershy's eyes widened. Her green eyes made Fluttershy want to stare at her all day. Her soft soothing orange skin, with her fluffy rough blonde mane made Fluttershy smile. Fluttershy grabbed Applejack's hat and put it on herself. Applejack laughed. "Oh Fluttershy! You're a trip! A trip I tell ya!" Fluttershy giggled. "Here you go," she said, giving Applejack back the hat. "Keep it," Applejack insisted. "What?!" Fluttershy alarmingly asked. "Bu-but it's yours! You're dad gave it to you when he-" Fluttershy put her hoof in her mouth, she looked at Applejack, who sighed. "I want ya'll to keep it!" "Are you sure? You look more better in it than me!" "You're beautiful in it!" Applejack said. "Well, if you insist!" "I do! I do! I DO!" Fluttershy laughed. "I'll see ya'll tomorrow, for our 5th to last day of training!" "See you then!" Fluttershy smiled. "And keep that hat, sugar cube!" Fluttershy gave her a hug, "I will!" As Fluttershy walked home that night, she was happy they did all of this today, and didn't lose it. //-------------------------------------------------------// Tell Me Honestly, Would You Still Love Me The Same? //-------------------------------------------------------// Tell Me Honestly, Would You Still Love Me The Same?    "Tell me honestly," Fluttershy said. "Would you still love me the same?" Applejack gasped, "You..love me?" Fluttershy blushed, "Oh..um...maybe..?" Applejack hugged her tightly, "I'm so glad you do!" "Do you love me?" Fluttershy asked. "Yes," Applejack said, leaning in for a kiss. Their muzzles joined together, and they kissed. For once, they kissed. Suddenly, Fluttershy awoken in hospital. She gasped, "Wha-what happened?" "You've been asleep for so long," Rainbowdash said. "I found you and carried you here! I came to give you a piece of pie, but I found you at your house on the floor. And you weren't breathing; but you are now! Well..no duh, hehe! Sorry!" "It was just a dream?" Fluttershy asked. "What was just a dream?" "Have I been training with Applejack lately?" Rainbowdash was confused, "No," she said. Fluttershy gasped, it was all just a dream. //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Got Locked Away //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Got Locked Away    Fluttershy brushed her mane. She had few tangles, and got them out quiet easily. She wanted to look nice for Applejack. She wasn't sure if Applejack was in love with her, but she could at least try to make a good impression. Today was the day when they began their training. They trained to make Fluttershy more confident about herself. Since Rainbowdash was always busy these days, she knew Applejack would be honest about things, and that was her next choice for help. "Alright Fluttershy," Applejack said calmly. "For the first day, pretend somepony has just told you that you were stupid. What would you do?" "I'd quietly walk away..?" Fluttershy asked. "Well, not exactly," Applejack smiled. "You'd say, 'Do not call me that,' okay?" "Okay..ahem, please do not call me that! I mean..if you don't want to.." "Fluttershy, if somepony called you that, how would it make you feel?" "Ashamed," Fluttershy answered quitely. "Then make them feel ashamed that they said that!" "You..you will never call me that again!" Fluttershy yelled. Applejack gasped, "Fluttershy..that was amazin'!" "Really?" "Oh yeah!" Applejack hugged her tightly. "That's my mare!" Fluttershy blushed. After three hours of training, Fluttershy felt more comfortable with saying things back. "Applejack?" Fluttershy asked. "Hm?" "If I got locked away, what would you do?" "Hmm.." Applejack thought. "Well, I guess it'd be like this, "Applejack! HELP!" Applejack ran like the wind, jumping from corner to corner, building to building. "I'll save you Flutters! Just hang on!" "Heelp!" Pinkiepie had stolen her, and locked her in jail at Sugar Cube Corner. "Oh, no you want save her!" Pinkiepie scowled. "Don't even try!" "Oh, okay!" Applejack said sarcastically. "Then I'll just skip along singing la la la!" Pinkiepie was confused, "What?" "No! Of course I'm going to save her!" Applejack threw Pinkiepie over the hills, and broke the jail cell. Fluttershy climbed out. "Thank you!" Fluttershy wailed, crying and hugging Applejack. And that would be the end," "Woah," Fluttershy said, amazed. She likes me?! Maybe..maybe not. But maybe!! Fluttershy thought. "Ya'll should head on home, it's gettin' pretty late!" "Okay, I'll come back tomorrow! Bye!" Fluttershy smiled, walking home, by herself, and feeling important. //-------------------------------------------------------// Tell Me Honestly //-------------------------------------------------------// Tell Me Honestly     "I just think she needs more than five more days," Applejack whispered to Apple Dumpling. "I suppose so," Apple Dumpling said. "She needs to..be more aggressive. That's just what I think though," "Me too!" Apple Dumpling agreed. "I don't wanna tell her though!" Fluttershy was already at the barn door, listening to their conversation. "They don't think I'm ready?" Fluttershy asked herself. "But Applejack always said I was doing great!" "What should I do?" Applejack asked. "Tell her," Dumpling protested. "I don't want to!" "You don't wanna tell me?!" Fluttershy yelled, bursting through the door. "You always told me I was doing good! But you lied!" Fluttershy starting crying. "I thought you actually liked what I was doing! But you don't! You think I'm a big doormat! And a pushover! And a stupid, shy, MARE!! You hate me, don't you?! Don't you?!!" Applejack gasped, her eyes wide open, "Fluttershy, no! That wasn't anything like I said!" "Then what did you mean?" Fluttershy cried, starting to calm down. "What did you mean?" "You just need a little more practice," Applejack said, hugging her. "It ain't nothin' bad," "I'm sorry for thinking so rudely of you! I'm just..frustrated!" "Then let's get right in to practice! Dumplin' here has something that just might help!" Applejack reasured her. "I think you did great today!" Applejack said. "Tell me honestly," Fluttershy reminded her. "Tell me what I need to practice!" "Alright, you need to practice on speaking a bit louder. You also need to not say, "Please" all the time; they'll still think you're little. But you show them you're big! Puff your chest out, get angry!" "Okay," Fluttershy smiled. "Thanks for being honest. It makes me feel better about myself. Especially because I thought I was doing perfect. But I didn't..want to be perfect. I knew there was something wrong with me. So..thank you for telling me. Best friend." "No problem!" Applejack laughed. "Best friend," And as Fluttershy walked home, she smiled. "Best friends." //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Showed You My Flaws //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Showed You My Flaws   "Show me!" Applejack said. "But..my flaws.." "Show me your flaws!" Applejack protested. "If I showed you my flaws," Fluttershy began. "Just tell me," Applejack said. "I can't, you'll laugh, let's just get to training-" "This is our training!" Applejack replied. "Fine," Fluttershy said. "I'm scared of the dark, night, darkness, monsters, large houses, tight spaces, an animal getting hurt, and more!" "Those aren't flaws!" Applejack laughed. "What're you good at?" "Oh..that be bragging," Fluttershy softly said. "I don't care," Applejack admitted. "Just tell me!" "I'm good at taking care of animals, loving the Earth, taking care of the Earth, planting, growing plants, making animals be happy, sounding quiet, being nervous, making movies, speaking to animals, flying slowly, looking flawless, being me, telling mean big dragons what to do, calming down ponies and animals, and telling the truth!" "Woah!" Applejack said amazed. "That's as awesome as, in your case, a bear finding a good hibernation spot in the winter!" "What're youe flaws?" "Well, uh, you really wanna know Flutters?" "Yes, yes I do!" Fluttershy said proudly. "I'm good at planting, growing foods, bucking apples, eating apples, making apple pies, cider, cakes, dumplings, sauce, and more! Also I'm good at trainin' you, apparently!" "Woah!" Fluttershy mimicked. "Now that's as awesome as, in your case, apples growing in the winter!" "Nice one!" Applejack admitted, "Better than mine!" "Honest now," Fluttershy winked. "Right," Applejack nodded, laughing. "I guess we only we only have two more days," Applejack sighed. "I guess so," Fluttershy answered softly. "I guess I should go home now, goodnight." "Oh..uh....goodnight," Applejack smiled. "See you tomorrow, then!" "Bye," As Fluttershy walked home today, it was more light than usual. She could see beautiful flowers. They smelled sweet, and were sweet, like Applejack. Fluttershy felt warm, and smiled. She loved her life. But she wanted Applejack to be in it, too. Because she loved her, very much. Very, very, much. //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Couldn't Be Strong //-------------------------------------------------------// If I Couldn't Be Strong    "I can't do this! Don't make me!" "You need to go out and try to talk back!" Applejack yelled, pulling Fluttershy outside. "But I'm scared!" "Are you a doormat?!" Applejack asked, harshly. Fluttershy's heart sank. Then she realized, Applejack thought she was a doormat! "Y-you think I'm a d-door-doormat?" "Wha? No! Of course not!" Applejack denied. "You're my best friend!" "I'm just..not strong enough," Fluttershy admitted. "Okay," Applejack sadly said. "We don't have to, but that's what I planned for training. So..what else do ya'll wanna do?" "Nothing," Fluttershy said. "I'm not strong enough for anything!" "What do you mean?" "I'm a doormat! A push-over! I get in everyponies way! I'm dumb! I'm stupid! I'm HELPLESS!!" Fluttershy collapsed on Applejack, and Applejack patted her back. "There, there, you'll get there someday," "You knew I wasn't ready," Fluttershy said. "Why'd you even agree to train me? I'm not strong! I'll never be strong!" "You are strong, Fluttershy. But in your own way!" "I..am?" "I'm sorry," Applejack admitted, "I shouldn't have tried to made you something you're not!" "It's fine, I'm fine, you're fine, we're fine!" Fluttershy said, quickly. "I'm not," Applejack said. "And I'm sorry," Fluttershy admitted. "You shouldn't be, it's mah fault," "It doesn't bother me, we can pretend it never happened." "I don't want to!" Applejack wailed. "You..don't?" Fluttershy asked. "No, I don't," Applejack smiled. "I have to go," Fluttershy said, hugging Applejack. "Goodbye.." "Goodbye," Applejack smiled, "See you tomorrow?" "Yes," Fluttershy smiled, warmly. "See you tomorrow," "Bye," Fluttershy whispered. "Bye." Applejack replied happily. And at the same time, to theirselves, they said, "I'll tell her then."
