Hello, my name is Happy, and no I'm not the same Joy from the movie. I'm a different entity, yet completely the same since both our jobs is to take care of our human. Anyway, unlike Riley Anderson, who had five emotions, our human. Blake Wallace has seven. That's two more than five *giggle*. Anyway, I want to tell you about my life and my co-workers and my human Blake and how we move to this school, Canterlot High. And how Blake fell for this girl named Lyra. This is sorta like a biography if you will. So i hope you enjoy it.
"Okay guys, ready for the first day at our new school?" Happy chirped optimistically trying to raise everyone's enthusiasm, "Does everyone remember their role."
"I forget." Lazy raised his hand awkwardly earning multiple groans from the other emotions.
Happy seemed un-wavered and actually mentally prepped for this sort of occasion.
"Okay Happy. Which is me," Happy then let out a small giggle at her own joke which no one seemed to laugh at except her before she resumed, "Will be up here in the console along with Love who is in charge of mannerisms and Angry who will be in charge of assertiveness. We wanna come off as friendly, eh-but not too friendly, so as to people don't think we're push-overs. We won't let anyone push us around."
Happy then turned to Sad and Fear, "Sad and Fear will evaluate all the negative outcomes of today."
Fear nodded.
"On it." He replied before pulling out a notepad and pencil, "Does anyone know how to spell zombie contagion."
"I always get the worse dutys." Sad complained slumping down depressed.
Next person Happy turned to was Disgust and Lazy, "Disgust make sure Blake stands out today, but not too much. We don't want a repeat of seventh grade middle school."
"When I'm done, Blake will look so good he'll have a girl on each arm." Disgust retorted, full of sass.
"Lazy I ordered extra daydreams in case things get slow in class today." Happy informed the much larger white fluffier emotion.
Lazy let out a tired yawn before replying, "Might come in handy if this new school has both boring teachers and class's. Which probably will be if you don't mind me saying."
"Yep. Okay people first day of school, let's make it a happy one."
Everyone in headquarters groaned at the bad joke.
Before leaving Blake looked over myself one last time in the mirror, taking a quick glance. Black jacket, jeans, book bag, all check. He turned away from the mirror and lifted up his arm, pressing his nose up to his armpit. His nose was met with some of the worst smelling pit he has ever smelt.
Disgust recoiled and gagged, "Oh god. I just remembered you guys, we haven't take a shower in like two days."
Angry rolled his eyes and groaned, "Then just put a dab of deodorant and let's go already."
Disgust stuck out her tongue distaste, "Are you retarded, that's like artificial cleanse it's not the same."
"Well we are not taking off our clothes and getting in the shower when we're already dressed and ready to go!" Angry argued, wisps of smoke trailing from his head. His head ready to ignite.
Happy quickly intervened, "Now guys hold on, let's just grab some of Dads body wash spray, rub it across our body and add some deodorant."
Disgust scoffed, "whatever."
After not having enough time to take a shower and remembering He hadn't taken a shower in two days, Blake decided to put on some of his dads body wash spray to his body with some water and paper towels. He quickly then got into his dads car who volunteered to take him to school. After five minutes of sitting quietly, Blake soon grew bored.
"Bored-bored-bored!" Lazy sang unharmoniously, flipping a couple of knobs and switches. The front of the console was glowing bright white.
"Yeah we heard you the first time Lazy." Disgust remarked sitting on his left side, filing her nails.
Sad sighed heavily acting her usual distraughted self, "So far I can tell this going to be an awful awful-day."
"Oh, come on, you guys! Where's your spirit?" Happy said. Luckily, Happy suddenly hatched the perfect plan. She ran to the other side of the room, grabbed a lightbulb, ran back to the controls, and plug the lightbulb in. "I've got an idea! Let's see what's on YouTube!"
"Wonderful!" Love agreed.
"Better than nothing," Lazy acknowledged.
"Fine!" Angry also agreed.
Disgust flipped her hair before returning to her nail filing, "Whatever."
"Okay...whatever you say..." Sad followed along.
"Let's watch the video with that angry gorilla beating up that guy!" Angry hastily suggested.
"Um, Angry, you do realize we've watched that same video over 29 times," Fear reluctantly informed.
"Then what would you suggest?" Angry said defensively getting irritated.
"Oh, what about that funny video about the dead dog?" Sad voiced her own opinion before the idea struck on what she said and she suddenly got droopy and watery eyed.
"Ooo! What about those Japanese bubblegum pop songs? I love those." Love said enthusiastically.
Angry groaned with disinterest, "Not those again!"
"Maybe we should let Happy choose this time," suggested Fear.
"Great idea!" admitted Happy happily. "I'll choose!" she began working the controls.
"You kidding?!" Angry furiously rejected. "Happy always chooses the worst videos!
"Let's see what's on."
Blake searched through YouTube going through various shows until he came across a new dog video. He suddenly got excited to see it. It was one with puppies on go-carts.
"Eeeh!" Happy screeched excitedly, "A new doggie video"
"Oh a dog racing video, I think I can kick it with this." Lazy said putting his arms behind his head getting into a relaxed position.
"Now we're talking," Love smirked, "puppies on go carts!"
Before he could pressed the video on his iPhone he suddenly felt the car stop and realized he was at school. His dad stopped infront of the school, gazing back at him.
"Okay champ," he heard his dad say, "We're here, you're mother will be here to pick you up at three. Have a good one."
All the emotions groaned apathetically
Blake stepped out of the car on to the sidewalk before exchanging goodbyes with his dad. Blake turned around and behind him was the school with a large statue and tons of students. He stopped and stared.
"T-That's a lot of people." Fear said nervously, shaking visibly.
Fear quickly grabbed one of the levers and began frantically turning the knobs as the front side of the console turned purple.
"Abort! Abort!" Fear chanted loudly.
Happy hastily grabbed both of Fear's wrist, "Whoa whoa! Relax, and remember the breathing exercises I taught you? Let's see what Blake can do."
Happy then gingerly slided a lever forwards returning the console back to normal.
He looked around and suddenly grew a confident smirk on his face before weaving across the wave of student body. Although he was bit nervous.
Happy's eyes lit up before she glanced at Fear fidget with one of the knobs and buttons. Fear's eyes darted to her, before he let out a weak chuckle.
"Hehe, uh just doing this for caution purposes only."
As he entered the school, he started walking down the hallway, hoping he was heading the right direction. As he continued his walk he took notice of the other students. They looked like a normal bunch of highschoolers, except for the fact they weren't staring at Blake. Most schools He'd been to had been a nightmare to walk through. Everyone was always pushing to reach their destination. Never saying 'sorry' or 'excuse me'. Rude assholes.
After finding his first period of the day, Blake stood outside. Mentally prepping himself to go inside.
"Okay." Happy cracked a few of her knuckles as she grabbed a hold of the console and looked at the other emotions, "Everyone, remember your roles , lets make this a joyful day."
Blake stepped in and scanned the room around. Every seat seemed to be taken, he was starting to fear having to stand again, until he saw a rainbow haired girl in the back sleeping with her head against the table, next to her was an empty seat.
"What do you guys think." Fear said, hunching a little, "Should we sit next to her."
"Better than standing around." Lazy replied then yawned.
"Wonder if she lost a bet… That’s probably why she looks like a walking pride flag." Angry said.
Happy muttered a 'hmm' before putting a finger to her chin and cocking her brow, she then turned to Disgust who was very good at judging people and determine their mindset by the way they dress "Disgust, I'll need your judgement on this one."
Disgust tilted her head with both hands on her hips, studying the rainbow haired girl, from her sneakers to her hair, "Yeah she's a tomboy."
"Tomboy?" Love repeated.
"Yeah, judging by her sneakers and those rainbow sweatbands around her wrist she must play sports, and no frilly girl would wear a jacket like hers. Despite the rainbow hair, she likes to probably act all tough."
"Is she friendly though?" Fear quivered a little.
Disgust shrugged, "I don't know, i judge personalities not attitudes. I don't know her on a deep level." She then push a lever forward.
Blake walked up the seat and pulled his chair and sat beside her. Looking again back to Rainbow he could barely hold back a snicker as he saw drool falling from her open mouth onto her paper.
Disgust cheeks soon puffed up as she draped her stomach with both her arms after watching Rainbow drool on the surface of her desk. Eventually Disgust recovered.
"I feel sorry for whoever sits in her seat next class."
Blake turned around and began looking around the class, he noticed a few students talking among themselves and some sleeping before the teacher enters. He gazed infront of him and turned to see a girl with green hair and with white stripes. She then turned around to greet him, she looked... pretty cute. Especially her eyes... Her golden eyes.
"Hi there," Lyra greeted softly, "You're the new kid right?"
Blake nodded.
"The names Lyra HeartStrings, but Lyra will do just fine," she said extending her hand.
Blake stayed silent for a moment, before he grabbed her hand a shook it, feeling nervous for some reason.
Love looked at Lyra and couldn't help but place her elbows on the console and keeping her head lifted, gazing at Lyra with a dreamy look, and she also began to blush brightly which the other emotions noticed immensely.
"Wow, I haven't seen her glow like that since Kelly Mckendrick in third grade." Lazy noted while Love didn't seem to acknowledge his remark.
Sad sniffled at the mention of Blakes old flame, "I can't believe she was already spoken for when we asked her out." Sad sniffled loudly once more, she slumped a little less depressed, "Then again she was really pretty so I'm not that surprise."
Soon Love's blush developed in a glow enveloping her body. All of headquarters shined bright with Love's hue.
It didn't take long for Blake to notice his cheeks warm up, He realized He was blushing, he was trying desperately to calm his fast rapidly beating heart. Hopefully no one noticed the blush.
'Why do I suddenly feel this way about a girl I just met.' He thought.
"So what school did you come from?" Lyra asked, not noticing Blakes blush.
"Oh, Milton High," Blake replied.
"Is it a good school?" She asked.
Blake shrugged, "It's alright, though everyone's rude there."
"Whoa," Lyra replied, "Then it's a good thing you moved here instead, huh?"
Blake nodded, hanging his head so Lyra wouldn't notice his blush.
Lyra smiled, "Hey, if you have nowhere to sit during lunch, there's an extra table where me and my friend Bon Bon sit."
"They want us to join them?" Fear asked shaking, "I mean we haven't even talked to a girl since fourth grade
, right? Oh my god! What if it they don't like!? And we're sitting together !! us and them! Together!!" Fear panicked, "This is not happening!!"
"Whoa! Whoa!" Lazy said in his usual calm tone, trying to ease the nerve, "Fear, do you wanna know what I do when I'm feeling stressed?" He asked.
"What?" Fear replied nervously.
"Okay, watch me." Lazy before he stepped a few feet away from the console to begin his demonstration,
"Just repeat what I do."
"Okay." Fear nodded.
"Just stand up straight." Lazy showed fixed his hunched back straight, "Then what you gotta do is keep both arms to the side, before finally-" Lazy soon trailed before falling over to the ground and snoring really loudly, apparently sleeping.
Both Sad and Fear watched Lazy with their mouths open, after a moment of silence Sad spoke up.
"Wow," Sad calmly utter, "he is a professional."
