Two shady businessmen named Balius and Xanthius had become the interim Principal and interim Vice-Principal while Celestia and Luna are on a vacation and they also brought new students to Canterlot High and forcing them to lower the fund of the school down. So they can purchase the school and turn it into a toy factory. But can these new kids let their new friends suffer from what they had done?
