The Kishin is the embodiment of utter madness and evil, and it has gained the power to travel through time and spacial dimensions. With Lord Death, the headmaster of the Death Weapon Meister Academy, tied down to Death City, Maka, Soul, Black Star, Tsubaki, Death the Kid, Liz, and Patty are all sent to this new dimension, which they later learn is in a country called Equestria. They meet Twilight Sparkle and her friends, who agree to help them defeat this evil creature. There's only one problem: none of them know where the Kishin may be hiding, or what form it may have taken in order to survive in this new dimension.
