The Fall of Equestria

As the boats sail across the sea towards the open lands that everypony has heard of, Princess Cadence feels a dark presence across the sea, as fore some shadow wanted to take her from where she stood. "What kind of magic is this? Dark magic?" She said while looking into the dark blue sea.

"Cadence, A- are you alright? you don't look alright?"

"N... No i don't.. but i do feel as something is trying to pull me through.. something wants to take me.."

"Cadence, you must stand tall, resist the pulling strength and you'll do fine.."

"Do, you feel the power, guard? Its ripping through and trying to take me down with it."

"My lady, you must not let it take you... Resist it.. or it will take you.. We need a princess to escort these ships across.. if any pirates or even monsters attack.. you're our only hope to fight them."

"I.. I can't resist... its power is to... great.. I.." Suddenly she falls into a dark hole falling through,

"My Lady!" Jumps into the hole with the princess, same with 3 other guards around them.

"Guards..." She looks around to see the four guards fall into the ground hitting each other hard. "My lady, a- are you alright?"

"Y- Yes.. But where are we?" she asks looking around in a panic.

"W- We don't know.. we just saw some kind of aura or hole appear where you stood, and we jumped in to stick with you."

"Well, that doesn't help my situation, but at least I'm not in this situation alone." she looks relieved and happy to be accompanied by some guards.

"My lady, there is a letter laying down here for you.. It says, For the princess who leads the boats across the sea, you must see this letter. then the rest of it is gibberish to me, Ma'am."

"Here, Let me see it.. I'll try to read the rest.. *Clears throat.* A dark time draws near for this village, the air is cold and dark whispers are heard. Princess if you are reading this you must find a way out. a dark monster lies across these lands, a monster starts to hunt. Thats all it has to say? Monster... What kind of monster could there be that is much stronger than the one who is attacking Equestria.." She then shivers as she thinks of what it could be. "A ghost, ghoul, or even a abomination of some sort? oh celestia, I don't even know what to expect anymore."

"My lady, we see some lost explorers over there, they seem to be confused as much as you are? maybe they know whats going on around here?"

"I- I guess that we shall check with them, oh celestia.. I hope they know whats going on.." as the guards and cadence come to the lost explorers a sudden roar is heard from close by.

"H- Hello?" the guards ask as they approach the strangers.

"Oh, Goodie some other ponies who walk in these parts.. do you know where we are? because we barely got here.."

"No Saddly, thats.. actually the reason we came to you. We where wandering if you would know."

"Oh dear, Well.. i guess we're all stuck here then, Look at the bright side... There is a total of nine of us now?"

"Well, yes... sure its greater in numbers... but its worse that we don't know what kind of monster we have to be looking out for or even looking at.. this monster could be a invisible monster or even a small monster than can kill us in one touch?"

"Yes, that is a true fact.. we need to keep searching for others who might have a clue or even witnessed the monster its self."

"My lady, do you have anything else written on the letter? or is that all?"

"That was all it said.."

"Well, we should go ahead and get a move on?"

Forty five minutes latter the party is still searching to find out more about this forsaken dark land. but the only thing they've found so far was a weird contraption that looked like a pip boy. "What is this weird machine, it's like a miniature computer that you put on your arm.."

"I really don't know what it is.. but guards.. you should stop messing around with it.. it might have a bomb inside or even might be a contraption of some sorts.. just leave it alone."

Its been twenty five minutes and the party arrives at a old worn out base, it looks like its been destroyed ages ago.. its outer walls look like burned out metal and there where bricks on the second layer of the base that where out of place, "What is this place, Look! there is a poster hanging on the wall that reads something about a Nuclear war... Th.. this doesn't feel right,"

"My lady, Look at those men across from us.. they look like a bunch of scavengers or even lost soldiers.."

"Don't go over there.. I don't trust them.."

"We've met those kind of men before M' lady, they call them selves raiders.. what they do is run into bases of fortification and destroy it. they are not good ponies, they've got guns and all sorts of heavy weaponry."

"We.. We need to go.. now!" The raiders spot the party and start to run after them shooting heavy weapons at the party.

"RUN!" The princess and the party starts to run away from the group, but then one guard stands behind.

"Get them out of here, I'll try to hold them off.." The guard runs towards the raiders hoping that he can give them enough time to get out of there. "You will all pay for your crimes," then a heavy bullet penetrates the guards armor knocking him down. "What is this place?" he says as he bleeds out in pain.

"Welcome to Fallout Equestria..." Then the raiders shoot the guard in the head. "Go and see if you can find anymore of them across the horizon..
