"Did you hear me, I said get out!" Fluttershy watched as her mother screamed to her drunken father. "If you love us get out! And if you won't do it for me, do it for her!"

Her father shifted angrily. "You are all lying cheaters!" yelled her father as he slapped her mother.

That was it, she didn't know what to do. She could not just watch. She opened her eyes again to see her mother, face slightly distorted and bleeding. She ran and blocked the hoof blow towards her mother, it knocked her nearly unconscious. "Stay out of my way." Said her dad.

All she could do was watch as her father beat the mare who was now bleeding profusely. She heard a scream as she looked away to her mother, which was now a fleshy, bloody, suffering blob. Skin torn, skull cracked. "Mommy!!!" she wept.

"See what you have done this is all your fault," said her father, "You killed her." He stared down at the tortured, small, frightened Pegasus. He stared and she began to walk backwards. She continued backwards until she nearly fell off the edge of the cloud. "See you, my dear." Her father snickered before pushing her off. She tried desperately to open her wings and fly but every time she heard the torturous chanting. Fluttershy, Fluttershy, Fluttershy can hardly fly! She slammed onto the ground, blood pooled around her. She had landed on her right side. Her entire right side felt shattered and broken. she tried to stand. Her right legs were broken. She attempted to flex her wings her right wing, also broken. The blood continued to pool, staining her coat and main. Suddenly her father dropped down next to her. "No, you can't live! You deserve to die!" He slapped her once more. Tears, bloody tears, formed in her eyes. She began to silently sob blood. Next thing she knew her father was choking, her vision was darkening. Then she could breath. She wasn't dead. He turned to face his daughter. "I won't kill you. You have to live with your faults." Then she was alone. It's all going to be okay baby girl. She heard her mother's voice. Hush now, quiet now, it's time to lay your sleepy head. Hush now, quiet now, it's time to go to bed. Her tears streamed down her cheeks even once she had fallen asleep. Her small body shivered and shook as she slept.
