Everypony gets these random "Magic wings" all of a sudden, then Princess Celestia gets sen a prophecy from deep into Equestria, it states that the only way the ponies can get rid of their magic wings is to follow these five rules:

Overcome your deepest fear, go on an adventure if you dare, have a nice day all to yourself, complete your biggest goal, and celebrate to finish!

Princess Celestia is intrigued by this "Prophecy" and tells everypony this is what they must do, but it is not as easy as it seems…
