The Beginning

My Life started out just as like it was yesterday, a normal sunny day with birds chirping in the distance in a tree just right outside the town of France, Paris.

My name is, Emile.

I've been living here for many years with my family, when we left Germany and move to France as refugees.  Today seemed pretty clear and with a chance of rain, to rain over my crops so I wouldn't have to go outside. I've planned my days right before the next day starts and Its the same routine everyday on out.

My son Karl, he is out with me today just a few miles down the road from where I'm standing, until it hit me. The soldiers came and took him out of France, they exported him back to Germany that once used to be where we lived, Our home country we've escaped and landed in France. From this point, I've wondered why  would France wanted us to head back to Germany now, than telling us now.

I've never seen anything like it, like it came up all of a sudden that I've never knew and how it could affect my family again when fleeing from Germany.

My son, KARL!!!

He was forced to pack up and leave France and ship out to Germany, my son that I've loved from this passed decades, was taken from my family, myself, from his loving home and his parents. I've enlisted myself in the French army to fight and defend my family from the horrible Germans, The worst part was that I couldn't find my son, Karl.

Before I've left, I've discuss with Mary about staying here and be safe while I am away. The following week, when I have arrived was tiring and I've been trudging to get to my destination at the recruitment center of France, Paris. Since I have left my wife and my loving grandson, I've been pondering about my actions and how it could result in the end. I have this feeling about this way of helping my family, in a way.

Lives shattered, love ones loss, Once a Farmer the next, a Soldier
