Chapters Chapter 1: Into the woods
There was a young man name Zeus, who lived in a small town surrounded by tall trees and mountains as far as the eye can see. At the age of tweleve, Zeus lost both his parents, lil brother and older sister in a tragic hit'n'run car accident. He had no other family to turn to, so he was placed in a orphange. Zeus never did believe in the whole ''adoption'', being part of a not blood related family, so he never did try his best to impress other parents, thus, causing him to be picked on and bullied. But that never bothered him, infact, he was always pure of heart before and after the death of his family, he knew right from wrong, always helped others in need, both people and animals. At the age of eighteen, Zeus had to leave the orphange and search for a way to live on his own. He then was able to find two jobs, one being a waitress at a well-known resturant, and as a teacher assistant at a Karate class he was currently taking. As the years passed, Zeus grew up to be a fine young man, still following the teachings of his parents and master, to always be good and courageous. One day, Zeus decided to take a walk at the Everfree national park.
'' Huh...what a week, i'm glad the weekeneds here, it's exhausting having to work at a resturant for fourty hours, especially after the owner had promoted new deals for the customers, but I can't complian about having to practice with the master after words, and having to assist and play with the younger students, still I wanna make a difference in the world, I dont want to wait tables all day, I wanna help others in need, to be known as a true hero, I just hope my acceptance letter to the police accademy will arrive soon, I've passed the physical test with flying colors and the FBAT was a miracle, all that remains is the congrats letter.''
After miles of walking, he has suddenly stumbled upon a new path, much different from the path he is currently on which consist of dirt and gravel, this path was laid out with small stones that lead beyond the bushes and trees.
''Hmm this is new?, how long has this path been here?''
he said, as he staired curiously at the path wondering to where it may lead to. he then looked to the sky, seeing that it was a mixture of blue and sunny orange as the sun begins to descend to the earth and the moon soon will be it's replacement.
''I guess I can go on just a bit further, it's not like I'm looking forward to going home anyways.''
Zeus thought as he began his journey on the path of curiosity to see what might lie ahead.
After walking for ten minutes, the young man has came upon a door way, both sides consist of big rocks piled on each other and a much longer rock on top of the two piles, forming a large doorway held together by vines. Amazed by the structure, he continued his journey through the doorway, looking forward to what other things he might find ahead. All of the suddon, out of the ordinary, the ground all around you began to shake.
''Whats going on, is it a earthquake?!''
he cried, as he tried to keep his balnce from falling during the intense shaking of the earth. During his struggle, the ground began to crack beneath his feet, and to his surrprise he turned around and began to run the path, hoping to avoid falling into one of the holes forming during the irruption. Though at his top speed, Zeus did not manage to escape his faith as part of him fell in the ground, desperately trying to pull him self out as he clawed at the ground with little success. Soon the ground he had grabing hold of came lose from the earth, and began to descend in the pit. During free fall, he's life flashedbefore his eye's, he rememberd all the good time he had with his family, the good times before the accident, all the time he played with his lil brother and helped him with his homework, when his older sister was being picked on at the park, he'd step in and protect her even though he'd get pummeled to the ground, and the time when his parents took all three of them to the fair and had a blast, those where the days.
''Well, I guess this is it heh heh, I cant complain about anything, I lived a good life, still, its to bad I have to go go at a young age and leave my master and students behind which I did consider my family, but at the bright side, I'll finaly be reunited with my real family again.''
As he said his last words, he excepted his fate and prepared for impact when suddenly, as he approaches, a small light at the end of the tunel that glew brighter and brighter; to his amaze, what seem to be just a light was actually a spinning vortex of water leading who knows where? As he went through the vortex, inside, he saw that it was a giant rainbow tunnal. As he fell through, he passed many odd things on the way, he passed though what look like a space filled the all different types of clocks, all the whilehe was hearing the clicking noise, as he passed the clocks, the rainbow tunnel then began to project many different pictures of Zeus's memmory, all from the past to the present. Zeus then came upon outerspace as he passed many different planets.
''Oh my god, this is amazing''
He said as he was both amazed and scared all at the same time. He's journey then had ended when he saw a flash of light of light, thus causing Zeus to black out.
Chapter 2: Welcome to Equestria!
Slowly, Zeus began to wake up noticing he had trouble breathing, as he opened his eyes, he had found himself under water and low on oxygen. In a panic, he quickly swam up to the surface as fast as he can before his lung collapsed. Bursting out of the water, he began to swim to shore. Once he arrvied to shore, he laid on the wet sand, gathering as much air as possible.
''What just happened back there? How did I end up in the lake.''
He said as he sat up rubbing the back of his head head. He began to look around to see where he could be, when he noticed something strange about the area around him.
''Wha...where am I? Why is everything bright a..and colorful and...cartoony looking?''
He said, as he slowly spun around looking at the animation around him. He started to rub he's knuckles against his eyes to see if his vision would clear up, but no luck.
''Wow, could I have fallen into anothe damination, was that vortex a portal from my world to this strange place?''
As he began to think and pace, he felt that he was dragging something long behind him. He turned around and notice a scaly blue tail attached to his rear.
''Aagh!!!''
He yelled as he started to spin to see how the serpent tail was attached to him; like a dog chasing his tail.
''Wh...WHAT IS THIS BLUE THINKG!''
He pulled and yanked, hoping to remove the tail, when he notice that his hands where no longer human, but blue and scaly with claws.
'WHATS GOING ON WITH MY BODY!''
He screamed as he quickly headed toward the water to see his reflection.
'Wha...?''
As he peered into the water, he no longer looked like a human, instead, his skin was all blue and scaly, his mouth was long, small horns from his head down to his neck and possibly his back like a gator, and sharp teeth.
''I...I...I'm a cartoon dragon?''
He uttered under his breath as he begins to look at all of his facial angles.
''Ok, let me get something straight, I decided to take a new path, went through a strange door way, fell into a hole that led to a spinning vortex, and woke up to a cartoon world as a blue dragon? I must be going mad.''
He said while pacing front and back.
''Ok, it dosen't seem that the portal to my world is no longer formed in the lake, and who knows how long it will take for it to start up again. I just cant stand here and do nothing.''
He said as he walked up to the forest and noticed a path.
''Maybe if I follow this here path, I might be able to find a street or maybe someone else who might be able to explain to me what might be going on here?''
He then followed the path, leaving the lake behind searching, hoping to find some answers.
''Man...how bazar, heh...I always wanted to be a cartoon, and the dragon part is a bonus!''
He said as he examen his hands and arms, looking under and over.
''I'm not sure what kind of dragon am I, I dont have any wings on my back, cant be a water dragon due to my little episode back at the lake, plus no fins or gills, maybe im just a boring land dragon with people clothes heh heh. strange though, my body has changed but not my clothes, I still got on my short kaki jogger pants and black T, but my running are a bit torn due to my sharp toes, I better lose them and go on bear foot.''
As he sat down and removed both shoes one at a time, he heard a noise behind a bush beyond ahead.
''what the hay could that be?''
He said as he removed he's shoes and began to approach the sounds being made behind the bush. As he split the bush apart, he noticed a blue berry shrub, and facing that shrub was a brown donkey with odd blond hair, which was carrying two saddle bags filled with berrys, and it appears to be(from where he is standing)eating some of the berrys on the shrub.
''Hhm, what could he or she be doing out here? wait its carrying saddle bags filled with berrys, could its owner be around here somewhere. Yes finally some answers, but maybe the donkey got lose and the owner is looking for him as I speak? Maybe if I were to help the donkey find its owner, the owner could do me a solid and help me out, possibly find my way home. Yup sounds like a plan."
He slowly began to aproach the animal from behind, hoping not to scare it away due to him being a dragon and all. As he aproaches he began to talk in a soothing voice.
''Hey little guy r girl, hows it hanging? I see your enjoying those blue berrys there.''
As soon as finished, the donkey quickly turned around while saying:
''WHO THE HECK YOU CALLING LITTLE YOU VARM-''
The both of them now facing each other, face to face, sharing the same surrprised/shocked expreshion on their faces. As seconds went by, not a sound was made, only the sound of the wind flowing through the trees and bushes.

''AGGH DRAGON!!!''
"AGGH TALKING DONKEY!!!''
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
After minutes of screaming, both Zeus and donkeys scream stareted to fade, as they both where running out of air.
''P..P..Please good Mr.Dragon sir, please dont eat me.''
The donkey plead.
''I've got a wife to get back to, I dont want her to become a widow, besides you wouldnt like the taste of me, Im all old , boney and wrinkly, please I beg ya, dont eat me!''
As the donkey layed to the grown, with his hooves over his head and trembling in fear, Zeus quickley raised his hands and started to shake both his hands and head.
''No No No, i'm sorry good sir, I didnt mean to scare you and i'm not going to eat you, I just came here looking for some help, is your master or any other people around here?''
In confusion, the donkey raised his head up and gave Zeus a confused look.
''You know people,humans, tall walks on two legs, have thumbs?''
''Humans?''
The donkey said as he raised his left eye brow.
''Sorry stranger, dont know what your talking about, i've never seen or heard of a human before.''
He said as he stood up from the ground.
''Wait wait wait wait, are you telling me their are new humans in this world?''
Said Zeus in confusion.
''And not only that, where am I, what is this place, am I still on Earth, am I still in the U.S.?''
''I dont know whatcha mean kid, this here is the Everfree forrest, part of the land of Equestria.''
''E..Equestria?''
''Thats right, Equestria, land of the ponies.''
''Ponies, are you telling me that this world is only occupied by talking ponies?''
''Well, we dont only have earth ponies, we've got unicorns, pegauses, and all sorts of mythical creaters out here, we also have four alicon princesses that rule different parts of Equestria.''
''You are ruled by alicorns, what is this alicorn''
''Yes alicorns, they are a mixture of pegauses and unicorn with great magical powers beyond the avarge unicorn, pfff jeez kid if I didnt know any better, I say your not the brights dragon wherever you came from.''
He rudely said.
''Well excuse me, im not from around here, I dont even no where here is? I..I just want to go home, return to my family.''
He sighed.
''Look kid, I couldnt help you even If I wanted to, I've got other things to worry about besides your problems.''
''Well, do you think you can point me to the direction to somebody who can assist me in my dire time of need?''
''Um..I dont know who this ''somebody'' is, but I do know somepony who can help you, she lives in a town not to far from here called Ponyville, her name is Princess Twilight Sparkle, she's the brightest of the four alicorns''
''Whai...''somepony''?...Twilight Sparkle?''
He murmred.
''Thats right, just keep heading North from here and you'll find ponyville. Now if you excuse me, I've got a wife to get back to, she's expecting me to bring her these here blue berrys.''
As he said as he turned around and made his way to the oppiste direction.
''Wait!''
''What!''
He turned.
''Sorry its just.. I didnt catch your name, i'd like to know the name who helped me.''
He said shyley
''Huh, the names Cranky Doodle."
''I'm Zeus and thank you for your help, it mean a lot to me.''
Cranky gave him a nod and a small smile as he turned and carried on home to his wife, as Zeus headed out North toward Ponyville, hoping that the princess would be able to send him back to his home.
Chapter 3: The princess of friendship
''Phew!, man im tired, how long till I reach this Ponyville, and I wonder what Cranky meant back there before I left?''
Zeus said as he thought to himself as he remebered Cranky's last words.
''By the way kid! I'd be careful if I were you.''
''What do you mean? are the locals in Ponyville not friendly?''
''Not exactly, if anything their the opposite, it just drives me crazy, especially the Pink puffy one, I'd watch out for her.''
''Is this pink pony you speak of more powerful than Princess Twilight?''
''Heh heh heh, you'll see kid, youl'll see.
After the instant flash back, Zeus relized that he could her town folks talking. As he approaches, the noise grw louder and louder. As he hid behind a bush and peeked through, at his amazed, he saw a large town full of talking ponies.
''Wooow! look at this place, look at all the ponies!''
He said to himself as he was shocked to see all these different ponies, all in different colors and size. Some flying by as others had glowing horns, which appeared to be levitating what look like groceries.
''Man, its just like home only with ponies, their homes made out of bricks and hay, ponies pulling carts full with fruits and vegetables and looks like their selling them, hhmmm two bits each the sign says, I guess they use these ''bits'' as some sort of money, and wow they even have education here!''
He said, as he saw three fillys run towards a sound of a school bell ringing. As he was checking the view, he quickly pulled his head back behind the bush to think of a plan.
''Ok, how should I approach them, I mean after what happened between me and cranky, im guessing they had their run ins with some dragons, and i'm preetty sure it didnt go so well. I would really hate to start a panic. But still I need some help and the only person r I mean pony that can help me lives in this here town.''
As he took in a deep breath and exhale, he had came out of the bushes and made his way toward the ponies. As he made his way, He began to sweat and shake nervously as he came towards the town. hoping not to mess up, he didnt notice a wood board, hiden by the grass with a sharp nail sticking out. As soon as he raised his hand, before he could say hello, his right foot was completely over the nail.
''ROOOOOAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
As he began to scream, the ponies of Ponyville stopped what they where doing and turned their attention toward the sound of, what appeared to be a loud terrible roar.
''Ghuahh!!''
The crowed gasped as they turned and looked at the fearsome dragon.
''GAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHH!!! EVERYPONY RUN!!!''
A voice cried as the ponies began to scatter all over the place, knocking over barrels and carts, slamming doors and closing curtains, and shop owners turning over open sighns to say closed.
'' Wait everyone please! I'm here looking for Princesses Twilight Sparkle!
Zeua cried, as he pulled out the nail and rubbing the sole of his feet. Then out of no where, a flash of blue swooped down, upper cutting him as he fell to his rear, leaving a rainbow trail.
''I don't think so scaley! you want the princesses, you'll have to go through me to get her!''
A tomish-boy voice cried as Zeus Jumped to his feet
''Who are you? and why are you attacking me?''
He said as he looked for his attacker all around him.
''FWEET! up here slow poke!''
The voice said as Zeus looked up and saw what appeared to be a blue flying pony, with rainbow hair.
''The names Rainbow Dash, the fastest pegasus in all of Equestria, future wonderbolt!''
''Why are you attacking me?''
''Because I had my run-in's with a dragon before, three teen dragons to be exact, their cruel monsters that care about nothing other than their precious treasure!''
Then, Rainbow Dash zoomed toward Zeus again. As Zeus saw her coming toward him he quickley postioned himself and squat down causing Rainbow to swoop pass, giving him the chance to lunch at her and wrapping his arms around her wings and front limbs. He then fell back down to the grown, landing on his two feet, with the blue pony still wrapped in his arms.
''GAAA! Let me go you jerk!''
She said as she struggled to get free.
''Hey now just hold on for a sec! let me explain, I just came here for hel...''
Before Zeus could finish his sentence, a apple was lunched at his head, causing him to lose focus and releasing Rainbow Dash.
''You alright dare RD?''
A country accent called out from behind. Zeus rubbed the back of his head and turned around to see a orange pony with a cowboy hat and a pile of apple all around her.
''You best take your busniess else where you dang vermint.''
''Thanks Applejack, I owe ya.''
''No problem sugercube, now lets show dis here vermint that he came messen with da wrong ponies!
''You got it AJ!''
Rainbow Dash began to fly cirles around Zeus, distrackting him as Applejack strarted to buck many apples at him and nailing him like bean bags.
Hey now what gives you jerks!!!
Zeus said, as he crossed his arms infront of he's face to foarm a X shape sheild, making his way to Applejack. As he got closer he heard a nother whistle.
''FWEEET! youwho over here darling!
Stopping in his trail, Zeus turned to see two more ponies standing accross from him. One with purple curly mane and the other, pink and puffy mane, almost as if it where made of cotten candy, between the two was a large blue canon.
''Pinkie pie, can you be a dear and give are friend here some colors, he looks a bit blue.''
''Okie dokie Rarty! lets party!
BANG!!!
Soon, Pinkie had pulled the canon string, causing a huge bang, sending tons of colorful confetti at Zeus and sending him flying in midair through a house under construction, and crashing back down while dragging, as if he where a meter crashing down on earth.
''D...Damit, why?''
Zeus utterd as he sat up, feeling weak from the blast and smashing through wooden beams. As he try to gather up all his energy, the four ponies gathered around him all preparing to comence their attack again.
''All right ya'll, lets finish this!
''Here here!
''Right!''
''Okie Dokie!
As Zeus prepare for their attacks, he notice a yellow pony behind a pile of hay, next to the constructed home, Zeus has crashed into. Due to the lost of the supporting beams, the building slowly began to lean toward the unaware yellow pony. Instanly, Zeus lunched himself like a rocket, passing the other ponies and toward the yellow pony.
''FLUTTERSHY LOOK OOUUTT!!!
But it was no use, Fluttershy was frozen in fear as she see's Zeus coming straight for her.
''EEEEEEEKKK''
She squeald as she shot her eyes and braced her self. After a few momments, she opend her eye's and saw Zeus above her, holding up the building before crushing her.
''O..Oh my.''
''P..Please go! I dont know how long I can hold this thing!
Lobo said as he was struggling to hold a intire building above the two.
''B..But I.''
''GO NOW!!!''
Zeus screamed, sending the shy pony running toward her friends.
''Aw man, th..this strength, it's unbelieveable. How did my strenght and speed doubled then before?
He said as the building came lower and lower.
''Man, that battle did take out a lot of my energy, I cant hold it anymore...oh well, at least that one pony is save, heh heh heh.''
He said before losing the support of the building, causing it to slam down on him, knocking him out cold.
''Hmmoow w..what happen?''
Slowly opening his eye's, Zeus gained his conscious. As he moved, he began to feel sharp pain and sores all over his intire body.
''Ow! my body, i'm covered in bandages.''
He then slowly sat up, and looked all arround him.
''Where am I, what king of room is this?''
He said as he seen that the walls all around him are made out of crystals. Soon the sound of the door handle turned and the door began to open getting his attention. Entering the room were the five ponies he had seen during battle being lead by a nother purple pony and next to her a small baby dragon.
''Hello there, my name is Pinccese Twilight Sparkle, princesse of friendship, and these are my friends.''
She said as she introduce herself and her fiends.
''Um, Hello everyone my name is Zeus, nice to meet you all.''
Hey there, sorry about earlier, we usally deal with monsters occasionally, just last month, we had to fight off a bug-bear from destroying the town.''
''oh man, I'm sorry, was anyone badly injured?''
''Any wha? um, no, nopony was badly injured, though, the bugbear did stung me in a certain area, heh heh.''
'' Oh wow, that must of stink, still i'm glad you werent badly injured.''
(blushes)''Heh heh, thanks.''
She said as Zeus gave her a light smile. meanwhile, Twilight and fluttershy both approched to Zeus on the left side of the bed.
''Um..hello, Mr.Dragon.. sir, I just wanted..um..to say um..thank you for saving me.''
The yellow pony shyly said as her mane coverd one side of her face.
Thats right, thank you very much Zeus, as I was on the sidelines coming up with a stradegy to get rid of you, I saw you Lunch yourself toward Fluttershy and supported the building for her to get away, she then explained to us what had happen, so we and a few other ponies, dug you up, brought you to my palace, and had nurse Redheart and the doctor come here to heal your wounds.''
Thank you very much, I appreciate it your hiness, and i'm glad your ok too fluttershy.''
Zeus said, causing her to blush, and all her friends to laugh to themselves.
''Heh heh, your quite welcome, and please, you dont have to be so formal, my friends call me Twilight or Twi for sort, anyone who risks their life to save my friend is a friend to me.''
(lite blush)''oh heh heh thank you Twilight.''
''Its funny, most dragons are horrible and selfish, besides my friend here Spike.''
''Hi there!''
The baby dragon said as he jumped on top of the end of your bed.
''But you, you seem different, you seem to care for others and would risk your life to save another.''
''Well you see your hi-r I mean twilight =, thats the thing, i'm not like other dragons around here, im not even from here.''
Zeus said, as he began to explained to all seven of them how he got to their world.
''You've met Doodle!, oh my goodness! howwashehowshiswifedidhementionmehowshiswigwhatwashedoingdidhe-''
'Woah woah woah, hold on there one word at a time.''
''Ya'll have to excuse are friend here Pinkie, she extremely Hyper.''
''Heh heh I can see that.''
''So this is the pink pony Cranky warned me about. Still, she seems ok.''
Zeus thought to him self.
''Now then Zeus, I am happy to say that we do have a way to send you back to your own home world.''
''Really?! thats awsome!''
''Yeah it is!''
''Yes, I actually have been to your world from time to time.''
''Really, why?''
''Weeell, its a long story, i'll tell you on the way to the portal. Now, if you are not too injured, You can follow me and we'll send you on your way.''
As Twilight and her friends begin to lead the way, Zeus had a lil issue.
''Um heh heh..um, excuse me guys.''
The ponies then stopped at their trail and turned their attention to Zeus.
''Is something wrong? Are you still badly injured?
''No no its not that its just..uh, I dont have my cloths on...''
''Oh yes my goodness!(blushes red) I m so sorry, in order for the doctor and nurse to treat you, we had to..um(blushes redder)..well remove your cloths in order for them to badage your wounds and remove some splinters.''
''(blushes)Oh ok, heh heh thats cool, I can just use this here blanket and cover up until I get my cloths back. (awkward smile)''
The rest of the other ponies began to giggle to themselves.
''I dont see whats the big deal anyways? I mean look at me. Im a dragon and I dont have one article of clothing.''
Spike said confidently.
''Come now spike, your still a baby dragon, you wouldnt understand, your still growing while Zeus here is already fully grown.''
Rarity said as she gave Zeus a seducive look and a wink, making him feel nervous and spike a lil jealous
''Yeah! you'll always be are little Spikey wikey.''
''Hey come on. cut it out pinkie.''
Spike said as Zeus coverd himself up, and follow Twilight and her friends to the portal; while injoying Twilights stroy. As the reach the portal Zeus was amazed by the form of the portal, It was a full mirror connected with wires, gears and had a book on top with a cover of the Sun,
''Wow, so this here is the portal.''
''Yes, and by me switching this switch, the portal will then open, leading to your world.''
In doing so, Twilight pulled the switch, thus powering the portal. Zeus then began to say his goodbyes and apoligized for the mix up, the mane five did the same. As they all shared a good laugh, Zeus turned to the portal and made his journey back home.
''It looks like Zeus will finaly be at ease now.''
''You said it sugarcube, I sure he's glad to be back where he belongs.''
''I couldnt agree with you more AJ.''
''Yeah, its too bad though, I didnt get the chance to through him a goodbye party, he would have enjoyed it.''
''Speaking of ''enjoyment'' you were pretty thrilled when we had to help the doc and nurse Redheart in removing his cloaths, Tiiiiilight.''
''(blushes)What! thats absurd Rainbow! I was just trying to..t..trying to.''
Twilight studdered as all of her friends began to mock her and laugh.
''Ok ok, thats enough now. the importin thing is, he is home now, and thats what matters.''
Twilight said as her friends agreed. As Twilight reached for the switch to shut off the power of the portal, in a instant flash, Zeus came crashing back in before Twilight had the chance to turn the power off.
''Zues!!! W..What are you doing back here?''
Twilight said, as the other ponies where in shock as well.
''Um guys, we have a little situation.''
Chapter 4: A place to call home
''Zeus!? Wha..What are you doing back here? I thought you wanted to go back to your world''.
''I do, but that world isn't my world, yes I was human there, but that wasnt the real me, its just like this world. I dont know how I can explain it to you, but the world or dimension I come from isn't like this one. To me, my world is my realty, like how yours is your realty. I..I just dont know.''
Due to Zues confusion, both his legs began to feel numb causing him to kneel.
(sighs)''I thought this was my only chance to going home.''
''There there its ok.
As Fluttershy approaches rubbing one hoove on Zeus's back.
''I'm sure Princess Celestia has a portal that leads to your world.''
''Thats right Fluttershy! Celestia and Star Swirl the Bearded have travelded to many other worlds in the past, I'm sure that Princess Celestia has traveled to your world.''
''Do you really think so?''
''I know so.''
With that Zeus got back on his feet, thanked fluttershy, and all six ponies and both dragons made their way to the train station to Canterlot. During their way the the station Zeus noticed that the local ponies where all looking at him with fear and confusion as he followed behind the six ponies.
''Man, whats with them staring at me, I guess its a dragon thing. Still, I hope this Princess Celestia has a portal to my world.''
As Zeus thought to himself, Rarity glances back and noticed he had a stress look on his face as he was staring at the ground, Rarity then approached.
''Are you alright darling?''
Zeus then turned his attention to rarity.
''Darling?''
he thought.

''Well, my family has passed awawy when I was a child, so I was a orphan. Lived in a home until I was old enough to be considered a adult, I didnt hang around with my kind, I prefer to be on my own, but the only ones I rather be around are my master and his students.''

'' heh heh heh no, my master is my martial art teacher, and I would assist him with his younger students as well. They can be annoying at times, but I enjoy playing with them, wrestling them, playing monster and stuff. I guess you could say I was their big brother to them.''

As they all reached the train station, they boarded the next train to Canterlot.
As Zeus, Spike and the ponies arrived at the train station, they made their way through town, still Zeus surprising and freaking out the local ponies, arriving at Celestias palace and made their way to the thrown room. As they entered, Zeus was amazed by the size of the room, it was almost three story high and had many tall windows, each in different colors, consisting images, including with the mane six ponies. Upon entering, awaiting them them where the two alicorn sisters, sitting on their thrown.
''Ah, Princess Twilight Sparkle and her fellow friends, to what do we owe the pleasure of your presents.''
Twilight steps forward.
''Greetings Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, we come before you today seeking your help.''
Twilight then gave Zues the signal to approach as well. As he steps forward, the two royal sister gave out a surprised look on their face.
I bring forth to you Zeus, a distant traveler seeking your help in returning him home.''
Celestia then stood from her thrown and approaches both Zeus and Twilight, Luna follows behind. As they approached, Zues became nervous. He never met royals before and didnt know how to present himself. The only time he showed speacial respect to anyone was his master back at his own world. As the two sisters got closer, in a panic, Zeus got down on his left knee, placed his left fist to the ground and rested his right forearm on his right knee, with his head tilted forward.
(studers)''G..G..Greetings your h..highnesses, 'tis a hon'r to be in thy precint.''
To their surprise, the two sisters turn to each other and gave out a light giggle.
''Oh I like him sister.''
''I agree Luna, but still, there is no need to be nervous or to formal, you are among friends. Please rise and explain to us of your situation.''
''Oh heh heh right, my apologies.''
Zues then stood and explained to the two sisters of how he arrived to Equestria and tryed to go through the portal Twilight had.
''I see, thou me and Star Swirl did travel to many other worlds, we never did come upon a world that you have described to us. To even be able to create a portal that leads to your world may take sometimes, even years perhaps. I am very sorry Zues, but i'm afraid that you wont be going home anytime soon.''
It has been a month later after that day. Zues has grew accustomed to living in Equestria, and made residence in ponyiville. Actually, he moved in with Twilight after she offered him to move in with her and Spike, seeing that she lives in a huge castle and all, so Zues agreed. During his time in Equestria, it took time for the local ponies to adjust to him living in their town. It took some time, but the ponies grew to like Zues, they once saw him as a viscous dragon, now they see him as a boyscout, always assisting others in need. Even the ponies of friendship grew to like him including Twilight, she would always bug him about his world, asking how it differes from her world and the world of her other friends. Zues too grew very attached to Twilight, all the time they spent, helping her with her magic and research. Zues never had feelings for any females back at his world, you could say he was nervous around them, but with Twilight it was different. At the end of the month, Zues gave a lot of thought on how he can have a role in Equestria. Seeing how Princess Twilight had no royal guards, Zues swore his loyalty to her. Without any hesatation, Twilight accepted his proposal and made him her royal guard, her champion who will be by her side no matter how great the challange may be.
Chapter 5: The confession
Present day
It was a nice today, the weather is warm, the skys are clear and cool breeze are blowing, a perfect day to be working at Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack has asked Zues if he could help her and Mac with apple bucking, Zues had no plans so he agreed. After finishing with the last tree, the crusaders wanted to play with Zues knights and dragon, seeing that he's a dragon and all.
''Rooooaaaar! I AM ZUES THE MIGHTY DRAGON! YOU CRUSADERS CANT DEFEAT ME!!''
Zues roaded as he stummped the ground, flashed his teeth and claws above his head.
''For the kingdom of Equestria, we will defeat you! Cutie mark Crusaders charge!!!''
Applebloom screamed as she, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo charged at Zues. As Scootaloo pounced on top of Zues, AppleBloom and Sweetie Belle grabing one of his leg. Zues then began to spin around as the girls hold on to dear life until he became dizzy and collapsed.
''Al right Crusaders, time to unleash are wrath!''
As soon as Appleboom said that, all three fillys began to tickle Zues.
''BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! N..NO! My only w..weakness gahahahahaha!''
''Alright alright now com'on girls, thats enough, he's been workin rlly hard helpin me and Big Mac wit da apples, give him time to rest now ya hear.''
With that, the Crusaders gave out a sigh, hugged Zues, and headed to their tree house.
''Sorry about dat Zues, you know how fillys act on their age.''
''Oh its fine AJ, if anything, they remind me a lot like my students back at my world, they may be small, butg there tuff heh heh.''

''Yeah no prob, I enjoy hard labor, its what keeps me fit and playing with the girls was round two.''
With that, Zues round-house kicked a tree, causing apples to fall into two barrels. Zues then grabbed both barrels and walked along side AJ toward the barn.
''Sooo, how are you and Twi doin?''
''Oh, shes good, she's actually with Fluttershy helping her with the animals, why you ask?''
''No reason, its just that you two have gotten close since the time you became her knight.''
She said, giving Zues a ''I know whats going on between you look''
(blushes)''Oh heh heh yeah..um..yeah, I mean she and all of you accepted me as a friend, and she was nice enough to let me stay with her and Spike at her castle.''
''Yeah, you've been a lot of help to all of us and a mighty good friend, especially to Twilight. We've all seen how she acts when shes around you, shes more happy, im surprised you havnt noticed.''
''Yeah, I mean, whenever we joke around, shes more playfull when we horse around and everytime we hang, she constantly ask me personal stuff about me. I honestly dont notice thing right away, its like my brain takes time to process heh heh.''
Zues said while rubbing the back of his head. Applejack just gave him the ''are you serious'' look.
''But what I can tell you is maybe I have been feeling...attracted to her, but the thing is we'er both different. She's a magical alicorn Princess and I once a human, just a fire breathing dragon. I just dont know what to do.''
''Well Zues, Im not good at match makin, but what im good at is beein honest, and I honestly thing you should follw ya heart and you'll find your answer.''
With that being said, AJ gave Zues a pat on the back and headed inside her home. Zues then made his way to his home at the castle, thinking what he should do, he knows he had grew attached to Twilight, but he feels that he is not worthy of her love, even her older brother, Shinning Armor, didnt think Zues was good enough for her. Back when Zues had became Twilights knight and swore his loyalty to her, shinning armor had found out and didnt like the idea of not only having a dragon who has from another world become her royal guard, he dosnt know Zues very well to trust him to protect his little sister. Princess Cadence was ok with the idea and though Shinning Armor was just over reacting. When Twilight had to go to Canterlot to attend a meeting with the other princesses, Zues had accompany her and escorted her to the crystal castle, on their way, Zues was by her side, wore the exact armor like all the other royal guards, but thanks to Rarity, he's was designed to represtent Twilight, his armor was silver and had Twilight's cutie mark on his right shoulder armor. Zues would tease Twilight and would do everything to please his highness, as they headed to the castle, Zues would provid her with shade, swat pesky mosquitoes, even laid out a blanket for her to walk over a poodle. Though it made Twlight a lil embaressed, she admired Zues jester and knows that he would do anything to protect her. Once inside the castle, Zues announced Twilights presents to the other princesses and led her into the thrown room. Twilight had ask Zues to wait for her out in the the hall while they discussed todays topic. As Zues waited, he had'nt noticed Shinning Armor approach him.
''Hello, Zues''
''Hey Shinning Armor''
momment of pause.
''So, how is Princess Cadence and the baby are doing?''
''Thats none of your concern.''
''sorry, just starting a friendly conversation topic.''
''heres a topic, whats the deal with you and my lil sister? Why did you wanted to become her royal guard, whats in it for you? ''
''Whats in it for me?! Its because of Twilight that I have a place to call home, back in my world I lost my family at a young age, and as a orphan, I told myself no one can replace my family, so I kept to myself, I didnt rely on no one but myself to get me through life, that if I were to depend on someone or ask for any help it will just make me weaker being. But Twilight and her friends taught me that its ok to ask for help, that friendship is true strength, and on top of that, she gave me a roof over my head and a warm bed when I had no where else to go in this world, I owe her my life, so dont you come up to my face and ask me ''whats in it for me'', till the day I die my debt will be paid, and dont you ask me to step down either, I take my orders from Princess Twilight, I dont take orders from you.''
Shinning armor just stood their.
''I know im suppose to stay here and wait for Twilight, but you pissed me off so much Id hate for her to see me this way, full with anger, full with rage, im going for a walk.''
With that being said, Zues left the castle and made his way to the town. As Zues walked, he took in big breaths and exhaled as he walked along the market plaza. Before, the ponies where afraid of him, but as he passed them they all smiled and greeted him, and he would do the same. he then came across a cart of apples for sell.
''Hmm, maybe I should get Twilight some apples as an apology for leaving her. huuugh I hope her bro wont be there when I get back.''
Zues said as he purchased a few apples and made his way back to the castle. As he approaches, he sees Twilight out in the front steps of the castle and also sees Princesses Cadence and Shinning Armor leaving. Zues then walked up to Twilight, got down on one knee and presented her with the bags of apples.
''Forgive me your highness for leaving you presents, it wasnt my attention, for my error I present thi with some apples.''
''hahaha, my goodness Zues, youve been acting silly today, and pleeease stop calling me ''highness'', I want you to just call me Twilight....... or Twi. And where were you, what happened?''
''Oh uuhh, I thought I saw a changling, I went out to investigate, turns out to be a false alarm.''
The two then made their way to the train station and Twilight was injoying her apples. Once on the train station, the both sat in a empty cart, as Zues sat down on the window side, Twilight sat next to him, but when she did, she begins to lean closer until her head was rested on his shoulder.
''Oh wow, heh heh the meeting took a whole lot of energy from you hugh.''
''Yeah, eating all those apples and the walk here made me a bit tired.''
She then lays her head upon Zues lap.
''Can you be my best loyal subject and stroke my mane, pleeease.''
''As you wish.''
Zues then begins to stroke her mane, while he runs his claws through her mane, Twilights eyes begin to slowly close but while trying to resist.
''Mmmmm that feels nice, it makes me wanna nap.''
''Please your feeling tired, you should go to sleep , I ll wake you when we arrive to ponyville.''
''No, then youll be all alone.''
She said while grabbing Zues free hand and placing it under her cheek while holding on with her hooves.
''If you say so, you know, when I was young my mother would do the same and stroke my hair and it would always put me to sleep.''
''You really do miss your family.''
''I truly do, not a day goes by that I dont think about them, and I know theyre look out for me, and giving me strength, as you and your friends have.''
''Im happy to hear that.''
''Yeah... Twilight I wanna say thank you, for everything.''
''But Zues, You already have.''
That being said, Zues placed both his hands under Twilights head and begins to lift her towards his.
''Zues? What are y-''
With out any warning, Zues placed his lips, upon Twilights, and held the kiss for a minute, he then pulled himself away, and as he looked upon Twilight, her cheek had become blushed and her eyes sparkle.
''Whoa''
''Heh heh, yeah,''
As the the sun begins to set, and the suns rays reflect through the carts window, the two seprate shadows merged and became whole.
