I Am Who I Am
Someone wakes up as a pony already living in Equestria, Apple Bloom. She doesn't recognize anything, and only has her human memories. She tries to find out why this happened while trying to act natural.
A girl somehow switches lives Apple Bloom. She wakes up to find that she's not herself, she's not in her house, and isn't even in her own world. She remembers everything about being a human, but everything Apple Bloom would remember is locked away like amnesia. She now has to fit in with her life while figuring out what happened to make her become whatever she is now.
