Twilight Sparkle is happy. Her future (or present) is exactly how it should be. But this story isn't about her. It's about she and her friends' counterparts in a world where Equestria is at war with the Crystal Empire, controlled by King Sombra. This other world's Rarity, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy are all helping the cause to destroy King Sombra, Without helping eachother. Rainbow and Pinkie are fighting among the front lines with Maud Pie and the Canterlot guard, Fluttershy is working on an animal farm, Rarity is making uniforms for their soldiers, Applejack is providing food, and Twilight is a nurse, tending to wounded and injured soldiers with the help of Zecora's remedies. And Sombra? Well, hes turned all his "citizens" into soldiers, and forcing them to fight against Equestria. How will this turn out? Nopony knows.
