"Wake up Twilight, it's time to get up!"

Twilight moved her hooves off her face, it was so hard too see. "Rainbow...Rainbow Dash!" she heard her, she swore she heard her. That had to be Rainbow it sounded just like her. "Rainbow Dash, I'm awake! Where are you Rainbow!?" Twilight was beginning to get very frustrated as her sight began to clear and she still could not find her friend. Twilight stood in a world that was all white, the only other color that she could see was the purple of her own hooves.

"Not yet. You're not yet but it's time to wake up, Twi"

"What do you mean? I am awake! Rainbow!?"

"Wake up Twilight, it's time to let go" Rainbow stepped out from the white world as if she had just arrived. Her mane a tangled mess and black streaks under her eyes as if she had been crying for weeks. "You need to wake up Twilight. You need to let go" Twilight tried to get up but she did not have the strength to move. Her legs weren't working she was forced to stay down.

"Wake up, Let go!? What are you saying Rainbow...I can't do that!" The unicorn tried her hardest to get up even tho she still could not force herself to do so. Rainbow walked over and laid down in front of Twi so they were now face to face.

"Twilight, it's time to wake up" Twilight eyes began to fill with tears. she was suddenly filled with sadness and she couldn't it back. Twilight looked Rainbow in the eyes and her lower lip began to tremble as her emotions began to flow.

"Rainbow stop saying that I don't...." At that moment Rainbows lips latched with Twilights and the unicorn's eyes burst to a bright white that filled her eyes. Everything began to disappear as the white world began to turn to black. It was time to wake up.

Twilights eyes slowly open with the smell of metal in her nose, her vision very blurry and it made it very hard to figure out where she was and what was going on. She slowly sat up rubbing the top of her head. Plastic tubes smack together as she moves two of them leading to her nose. "Ughhhhh, what happened? Where am I?" she looked around but it was harder to see still because the walls were shining from the ceiling lights.  The room was small and she lay on a table in the center.  In front of her was a mirror which she tried to look into from where she was but her sight was still too blurry to see. Twilight rubbed her head once again trying to remember how she got here but she could not grasp it. "Come on!! Think think think" she smacked the top of her head as she thought harder, "How..did..I..GET HERE!!" she flung her head back letting out a loud groan as she still could not grasp her memory. A loud ring from a speaker rang through the room at a constant pitch that made Twilight cover her ears and scream.

"Please stay calm and stay in your bed" the monotone female voice spoke after the ringing stopped. Twilight slowly uncovered her ears, tears in her eyes. That sound hurt her ears so bad she wanted to cry.

"What...Who are you? Why did you do that" she attempted to get out of her bed once again but as she did the sound returned. The sound piercing through her ears causing extreme pain for her. Twilight screamed once again and tears streamed down her cheeks. "Stoooop!!! STOP IT!!!! Please!!" the sound stopped once Twilight was fully on her bed once again.

"Please stay calm and stay in your bed"

Twilight lay in her bed with her eyes closed, she hadn't opened them in fear the noise would return. Infact she hadn't even seen how she looks, if she could just get her sight back and look in that mirror she could tell how long she has been here from her appearance. However she was too afraid to open her eyes. That's when the room went black. Pitch black Twilight could not see a thing now. "Come on, work, work, work" she was trying to generate light with her horn but was so scared she couldn't make it happen. She was confused, scared, and alone. "Come on!!" her horn finally lit up like a candlestick in the dark. Was it safe to move? Would that noise return, she didn't know.

Slowly getting off her bed Twilight began to bite her lower lip knowing that noise would return if they knew she had moved, however, it did not return. Twilight smiled as she quickly moved around to find the mirror. She slipped and fell landing face first on the floor, it didn't hurt that bad only causing a slight bloody nose.  The tubes attached to her nose was the object preventing her from getting far. they tripped her up and now her nose hurt. Twilight reached for her nose to remove the tubes. "AHHHH!!" her horn dimmed when she saw that her hoof seemed to shined like the walls around her.

"Wha`....What!?" she shook her head as it was dark again she was afraid now to make it bright. "Ugghhh, what was that....was that me? My hoof?" she shook her head again and once again she began to bite her lip. Light began to form on her horn as the truth was revealed about her.

Red lights began to flash in the room as Twilight eyes rolled back into her skull. Doors shooting open as she collapsed there on the floor. Stallions could be heard going on about critical states and yelling at each other to get this and that.

"Give me the needle, NOW!!" one of them screamed and his friend quickly gave it to him. The stallion quickly stuck the needle into Twilight, "Were running out of time, quickly get..." Twilight went out before she could listen any further. She hear Rainbow Dash in her head once again.

"Wake up Twilight. Wake up and let go"
