A Closed Book

"Honey, I'm home" Sweetie Belle cried out as she walked into the darken lit home as the floor creek as she walked on it. "Oh that's right no pony live with me"

Sweetie Belle sat seated on the couch as she looked across the room as it doesn't make a sound. "Why must I be alone? First Scootaloo and now Apple Bloom with traveling around Equestria. I wonder if anypony else feels alone right now?"

Smack. Right into a young unicorn filly head. Hit by a paper ball as the orange coat filly rolled her eyes and just continued on with her book. Smack. Again hit by a paper ball as a brown Earth pony got ready to fire another one.

Smack. Again and again as the young filly started twitching.

"Listen here you little filly just because the girls don't want you doesn't mean we want you ether. You just a filly who has no parents" the colt said as the unicorn filly looked over at him.

"You have no parents ether" she said as she turned back to her book

"Yeah but I'll be adopted faster then you" he said as the young filly rolled her eyes.

"Moron" she said

Smack. Once more a paper ball hit her side of the head.

"Look if you do that one more time. I swear that I'm going to send you to the hospital" she said as the colts just laughed it off as the Earth pony got ready to throw another paper ball.

"My little pony do you know what happen to this colt?" The machinated asked the unicorn filly nodded her head

"Yep, poor thing he trip down the stairs I tried to help, really it just he didn't be careful and listen to what I have to say" she said with a sweet smile looking over at the colt as his eyes widen in fear.

"Is that true you two?" He asked the two colts nodding at a fast pace. Making the filly smile more as she watched the ponies take the colt to the hospital.

A loud cough came out as a light blue unicorn mare with a brown mane looked down at the young filly.

"Sweet Heart! What am I going to do with you!?" She asked as Sweet Heart followed her.

"Well miss Abacus Cinch, you can always put me into a room where I'm by myself" Sweet Heart said as Cinch rolled her eyes.

"You can't be alone forever Sweet Heart. Everypony needs somepony to watch over them" she said the two stop in front of a wooden door at shakes when you walk passed it.

"Not me, miss Cinch. I'm happy by myself and that's the way I like it!" Sweet Heart said before entering her room as Cinch let out a sigh.

"Every book got to be open soon Sweet Heart. Just let them try" Cinch whispered before she walked off.

Rarity poured two cups of tea as she used her magic to place one in front of her younger sister as she took a seat.

"I don't know what to do Rarity. Every night I come home to an empty house, what should I do?" Sweetie Belle question as Rarity drank some tea.

"How about you adopt a filly or a colt? They are always looking for good parents and I know you make a great mother dear Sweetie" Rarity said as Sweetie bit her lip.

"A filly or a colt? Are you sure you remember how the four was like when they was fillies and colts" Sweetie said as Rarity looked at her in shock.

"Was? They still are. Don't you remember all the times those four got Ponyville destroyed?" Rarity asked as the two unicorns started thinking back.

"Hey mom" said a white unicorn mare with a brown and purple mane.

"Yes Zoe?" Rarity asked

"We have may have accidentally summon Cthulhu" Zoe said as a screaming pony ran past.

"RUN! CTHULHU HERE TO BRING 3000 YEARS OF DARKNESS!!" He screamed.

"Hey mom" Zoe said as Rarity let out a small moan.

"Yes Zoe?" She question wishing she didn't.

"We may have started the apocalypse" Zoe said as the same stallion ran past screaming.

"THE END OF EQUESTRIA IS HERE!!!" He screamed.

"Hey mom" Zoe said

"What is it Zoe?" Rarity asked losing her patience

"We may have started the I-Pod rule over ponies" Zoe said as for the third time the stallion ran past.

"THE SHUFFLING! THE SHUFFLING!!" He screamed.

"Hey mom" Zoe said as Rarity eye twitch.

"NO! I don't want to hear what you and your friends did today!" Rarity yelled

"I was just going to ask for a cookie" Zoe said as the same stallion ran past stopping at the two.

"Nothing bad happening?" He asked in a calm voice

"Yeah sorry dude" Zoe said

"And that was all in one week" Rarity said as Sweetie nodded

"Yeah the cookie apocalypse was the weirdest one" Sweetie Belle said as Rarity nodded.

"Yes, but it also ended once Pinkie and Rainbow got back from they second honeymoon"

"Thanks anyway Rarity I'll take a look at the orphanage today" Sweetie Belle said as she left the Carousel Boutique.

Sweetie Belle smiled as she open the door to the orphanage seeing the fillies and colts playing as she walked up to the front desk.

"Good morning" Sweetie Belle greeted as the mare smiled back

"Good morning, I'm Abacus Cinch what can I do with you today?" She asked as Sweetie Belle smiled

"Oh I'm just looking for a little filly or colt" Sweetie Belle said making Cinch smile

"Well they are outside playing so I'll show you to them" Cinch said as the two went past the rooms as Sweetie stopped at one as she heard singing.

When family cannot be here

"Who's in here?" Sweetie Belle asked as Cinch stopped

"Who her? I'm sorry to say this but Sweet Heart isn't up she getting move to Canterlot tomorrow" Crinch said.

"I want to see her" Sweetie Belle said as Cinch nodded.

"Go ahead then" she said as Sweetie Belle open the door as she heard more of the song.

"That's a lovely song" Sweetie Belle said making Sweat Heart jump out of her seat.

"Who are you?" Sweet Heart asked

"I'm Sweetie Belle, I wanted to talk to you" she said as she watch her climb back into her seat.

"I'm good, you can go now. Just like everypony else" Sweet Heart said not facing the grown mare.

"You're going to be moved to Canterlot tomorrow. You want to look around Ponyville?" Sweetie Belle asked making Sweet Heart laugh.

"Canterlot? Well at less I will have my own room away from everypony. I'll be all by myself. Finally" Sweet Heart said as she turned to face Sweetie Belle.

"So one last look?" Sweetie Belle question

"My first and only look" Sweet Heart said standing up walking next to her.

Sweet Heart walked next to Sweetie Belle as the young filly kept seeing ponies smiling and waving at her. As she just idgone them and kept walking as Sweetie Belle stops her.

"Sugar Cube Corner runned by a friend of mine, it was runned by the Cakes into Pound and Pumpkin didn't want to work in there as Cup Cake and Carrot Cake give to Pinkie Pie" Sweetie said as Sweet Heart blinked.

"Yeah, does it look like a care about the history of a sweet shop?" She asked as she walked into the place as Sweetie Belle followed her.

"Yes but Pinkie can be a little-" Sweetie was about to finish as a pink blur ran past them and ran back as she let out a gasp.

"Hiya who are you? I never seen you around before so you must be new. Because I know everypony in Ponyville, there's Rainbow, Rarity, Fluttershy, Twilight, Applejack, Dusk Shine, Scarlett, Zoe, Screwball, Discord, Pound Cake, Pumpkin Cake, Silver Spoon, Diamond Tiara, Rumble, Thunderlane..."

Sweet Heart and Sweetie Belle slowly exited the shop as Pinkie talking without knowing the two left.

"Not going to miss that place" Sweet Heart said Sweetie Belle smiled.

"Follow me, I want to show you something" Sweetie Belle said

Sweetie Belle covered the filly eyes as she felt as she was climbing something as a loud chreek could be heard.

"Welcome to the best place in Ponyville" Sweetie Belle said as Sweet Heart looked around the place with her cold eyes.

Everything was so simple. A map of Ponyville, a small corner with a red 'X' on the ground with a light blub abroved it. Book's and self's to hold items as Sweet Heart looked at Sweetie Belle.

"Where are we?" Sweet Heart question

"As I said the best place in Ponyville The Cutie Mark Crusaders Clubhouse. Where you come to find your cutie mark" Sweetie Belle said

"So why are you showing me this?" Sweet Heart asked looking around

"Well seeing that you're a black flank and we're friends" Sweetie Belle said as she looked at a picture.

"Who are these girls?" She asked as Sweetie looked at the picture.

"Well those are the Cutie Mark Crusaders as fillies. The Earth pony is Apple Bloom, the pegasus is Scootaloo and the unicorn is me" Sweetie Belle said as Sweet Heart looked at her.

"Take me back" she whispered as tears started falling from her eyes.

"What?" Sweetie Belle asked

"I said. Take me back! Take me back! To that place. I don't want to be here anymore" Sweet Heart said as she cried in Sweetie Belle's coat.

The next thing took the filly off guard. Sweetie Belle wrapped her in a warm hug and let the filly just cry into her. As Sweetie patted her back.

"There, there. Nothing bad going to happen to you as long as I'm here" Sweetie said as she watched Sweet Heart smile.

The two was standing outside the orphanage as Sweet Heart hugged the older unicorn.

"I guess this is goodbye" Sweet Heart said as Sweetie smiled

"I don't like goodbye's, can we just say see you later alligator?" She asked

"See you later alligator?" Sweet Heart question

"After a while, crocodile" Sweetie Belle finished as she gave Sweet Heart a small kiss on the forehead.

"This day was the best, thank you so much mom" she said without thinking as she walked into the orphanage and closed the door. Into the thought came to her.

"Wait. Did I just call her 'mom?'" Sweet Heart question

On the outside Sweetie Belle just stood there in shock

"Did she just call me, mom?" Sweetie Belle question as she shook her head. "Don't be silly, Sweetie" she said as she walked home while Sweet Heart walked to her cold and dark room.

"All by myself, again. Just the way I like it, so why do I feel so cold?" She question

Sweetie Belle walked up to the orphanage the next day as she saw Sweet Heart with her head down watching the ground next to Abacus Cinch as the two walked.

"Wait. Cinch" Sweetie Belle cried out as the unicorn mare stopped and looked at Sweetie Belle.

"Yes, miss Sweetie Belle?" Cinch asked

"Well Sweet Heart home is in Ponyville. So can she stay?" Sweetie asked

"I'm sorry, Sweet Heart getting moved to Canterlot" Cinch said

"Yes, but what if I adopt her?" Sweetie Belle said as Sweet Heart and Cinch looked at her in shock

"You? Want to adopt Sweet Heart? Are you sure?" Cinch question and Sweet Heart shared her look of surprise

"Yes, that is if you want to Sweet Heart" Sweetie Belle smiled as she ran up to Sweetie Belle and hugged her.

"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes" Sweet  Heart repeated as Sweetie Belle wrapped her in a hug.

"I guess I have to send a letter to Canterlot that Sweet Heart is adopted, take good care of her" she said as Sweetie nodded

"Don't worry I will" Sweetie Belle said
