Chapters “Hum de dum de dum...” hummed a certain grey pegasus with blonde hair. Her name was Derpy Hooves, and she was on her postal route. As she floated in the air, she dug into her saddlebag, trying to find out where she needed to go next. “Let's see...hmm...where's my last delivery for today?”
She pulled out a list and her eyes strained themselves, looking down that list. “Ah! The next pony is Fluttershy! Oh goodie, I love to see her little creatures there!”
However, fate had different plans for the mail mare. As she was putting the list back into bag, she didn’t realize where she had flown while reading it.
CRASH!
Her head slammed into a tree, her eyes spinning in circles from the blow. The pegasus's wings stopped flapping as her body fell to the ground.
THUD!
“Ow!” she yelped as her back hit the dirt. “Ohhh...looks like I crashed again...at least it wasn't a building this time.” She lifted her head, looking at her surroundings. Without realizing it, she had hit a tree in the Everfree Forest. “Oh muffins! I didn't realize I was flying so low! I better get out of-”
“hOI!”
“Huh?”
“hOI!”
“Who said that?” Derpy asked, her head looking around. “Whoever said that, please show yourself! I'm...uh...not the best at seeing things.”
“hOI!”
“Yeah, I heard-” Derpy felt a slight tap on her hoof. She looked down and saw a peculiar sight. It looked like a cat with dog ears and cat ears. The creature had a blue and yellow striped shirt on along with a big smile. Derpy's face immediately changed to delight as she shined a grin. She bent down and gave the creature a hug. “Awww...aren't you just the cutest thing?! Was that you little guy?”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“You're...Temmie? That's a funny name.” Derpy let go of the little creature, surprised at its constant shaking.
“I'm temmie!”
“And I'm Derpy. Nice to meet you Temmie!”
“You...derpy?”
“Uh-huh. So, where ya from little guy?
“tem...from tem village.”
“Tem village? Where's that?”
“tem...not know. derpy...know tem village?”
“Um...no. Sorry little guy, I don't know where your village is. That's why I asked you.”
The little creature's head drooped down. “tem...lost.”
“You're lost? Well, I'm sorry that happened to you little guy.”
“tem...go to tem village! tem...miss friends!”
“Your friends? Who are they?”
“tem...have many friends! There is friend...temmie! And other friend...temmie!”
“So...are they all named Temmie?” Derpy said in a curious tone.
“No...have other other friend. Other other friend...bob.”
“Bob? That's an even weirder name.” Derpy said as she put her hoof to her chin in thought. “Hmmm...I know! My next stop is Fluttershy and she's the local animal pony! Maybe she's seen little guys like you before. I bet she can help ya!”
“Really? yaYA!”
“Hop on little guy, I'll get us there in no time.”
The little Temmie hopped onto Derpy's back, it's smile never fading. That was until Derpy ran into another tree.
Two crashes later...
“Sorry Temmie...I'm not the best flier...” Derpy said while her body swayed left and right. “But...here we are!”
“dis...da place?!”
“Yep.” Derpy went up and knocked on the door. “Mail call!”
The two heard a quiet pace of hoofsteps approach the door. A few seconds later, the door opened. “Hello? Oh, good morning Derpy!”
“Hiya Fluttershy!” Derpy said with a salute. She then put her head into her mailbag, grabbing a mouthful of mail. “Here's your mail!”
“Thank you Derpy.” Fluttershy said as grabbed the mail with her hooves. After putting the mail away, Fluttershy let out a small breath. “So, um...would you like to come in for some tea Derpy?”
“Well, though that sounds nice, I need your help Fluttershy.”
“Oh?”
“You see, I just met this little guy and-” as Derpy turned and put Temmie down from her back, she quickly jumped as Fluttershy gasped and flung herself at the creature.
“OH! YOU ARE SOOOOO CUTE!” she squealed as she hugged Temmie tight.
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Oh my! You can talk?!” Fluttershy said while releasing the hug. “And you have an cute little voice too?!”
“I'm temmie!”
“I think the little guy wants you to introduce yourself Fluttershy.”
“Oh. Um...I'm Fluttershy! Its nice to meet you Temmie!” Fluttershy said with a huge grin. Temmie just stood there, it's smile never changing.
“you...fluttershy?”
“That's right.” she said with a nod. She then turned to Derpy, “Where did you find this adorable little creature?”
“On the outskirts of the Everfree.”
“Everfree?!”
“Yeah...” Derpy scratched the back of her head with a blush of embarrassment. “I had another crash. Don't worry about it. Anyways, this funny little guy is lost.”
“Oh really? How sad...” Fluttershy said as she stooped down and gave Temmie another hug. “It sure does vibrate a lot, doesn't it?”
“Yep. I'm guessing this is the first time you've seen one of these little guys, isn't it?”
“Yes. I'm sorry Derpy.”
“tem...lost. tem...want home.”
“Awww...” Fluttershy hugged it again. “Don't worry little one, I'll help you get home!”
“Same here little guy.” Derpy said with a cheerful grin. “We'll help you find where that 'tem village' is!”
GRUMBLE! GRUMBLE!
“tem...hungry. tem...need fud.”
Derpy and Fluttershy both let out a chuckle. “I can see that! Hey Fluttershy, you got any...uh...dog food I guess?” Derpy inspected Temmie again. “Or maybe it needs cat food?”
“Not with me. The only dog I take care of is Applejack's and it's food is at the farm. As for cat food...you would probably have to go to Rarity. Though it might be hard with Opal around...”
“Huh. Guess we should shove off to Sweet Apple Acres then! It's closer by anyways.”
Fluttershy nodded. “Agreed.” She turned and yelled, “Angel! Could you come down here?” A small white bunny ran into the room wearing an annoyed expression. “Take care of the place while I'm gone, alright?” The bunny gave a small salute and Fluttershy closed the door. “Okay little one, let's go to Applejack's!”
“tem...still hungry.”
“Don't worry little guy, we'll get you some food. Just hop onto my back again.”
“Yes. And while we're at it, why don't we stop by Twilight's? Maybe she has a book on creatures like you...”
“Sounds like a plan to me Fluttershy.”
“tem...like plan!”
The two ponies giggled as Temmie hopped onto Derpy's back. The trio then proceeded down to the apple farm, hoping to feed their new little friend.
Author's Note
My first crossover fic. I tired to get most of the Temmie speech pattern down but auto correct really doesn't like it. I plan to make this story really short, mainly Temmie meeting the main cast and maybe one or two other characters. I might change the character tags as I go along.

“So, how have you been lately Derpy?” Fluttershy asked as the trio continued to walk to Sweet Apple Acres. Derpy flashed a smile as Temmie continued to just sit and vibrate on her back.
“It's been fine. I've been having a few more crashes than usual but I'm okay.”
“Oh dear. Are you sure?”
“Yeah. As long as I get the mail delivered, I'm happy!” Derpy said with her usual goofy grin. “Now, let's help this little guy, shall we?”
“Of course.” Fluttershy said as the two walked onto the Apple family's porch. Fluttershy took a small breath as she knocked on the door. As the knocks rang in order, the two ponies could her the sound of a pony slowly walking towards them.
“Just a dern minute there! I'm a comin'!” said an elderly voice. The screen door swung open, only to show an elderly pony. “Well, if it ain't Fluttershy and the mail mare! Nice to see you youngins!”
“Hello Mrs. Smith. Is Applejack available?”
“Who?”
“Applejack. Your granddaughter.”
“Oh yeah. She should be here somewhere...hold on.” The old pony turned and began to yell. “Applejack! Yer friends are here! Applejack?! Did ya not hear me?!”
The two ponies look at each other. “I have feeling this is gonna take a while Fluttershy.”
“I agree. How is Temmie doing?”
“Oh, the little guy should be...” Derpy looked at her back. “What the-”
Meanwhile...
“Okay Big Mac, ah think we should do that hill tomorrow.” Applejack said while pointing at a hill of trees. “Sound good?”
“Eeyup.”
“Good. Now let's-”
“hOI!”
“Huh?” Applejack started looking around, trying to figure out where the sudden voice came from. “Did ya hear that?”
“Nope.”
“hOI!”
“You had to have heard that. That was louder than a falling bag of apples.”
“Eeyup.”
“Good. Now where's that voice coming from? Come out already!”
“hOI!” said Temmie as she tapped Applejack's leg. Applejack looked down, staring at the little creature. Her eyes started to shine as her face turned red with delight.
“Aww! Ain't you a cute little thing?!” Applejack said as she hugged Temmie. “Yer such a cutie!”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Well howdy Temmie! I'm Applejack! It's always nice to meet a new friend!” Applejack tightened the hug. “You sure are cute sugarcube! Though ya sure like tah shake a lot...”
“you...tem's friend?”
“Sure as sugar are!” Applejack stopped hugging Temmie and presented her to Big Mac. “This here's my brother, Big Macintosh.”
“Howdy.”
“hOI! I'm Temmie!”
Big Mac merely nodded as Temmie continued to vibrate. Applejack put Temmie down and began to pet the creature. “You sure are a cute little fella! Why, you're cuter than a basket of golden apples!”
'What kind of analogy is that?' thought Big Mac as he let out a slight yawn.
“So, where are yah from pardner?”
“tem...from tem village.”
“Tem village?” Applejack looked at Big Mac. He shrugs. “Never heard of the place.”
“tem...lost.”
“Aw, ah sorry that happened to yah little fella.”
“Temmie! Where are you?!” yelled a voice. Applejack and Big Mac exchanged a glance and peeked outside the barn. There, they saw two pegasi floating in the air, trying to find Temmie. “Temmie?! Where are you Temmie?!”
“Hey pardners!” Applejack yelled back. “Over here!”
A small meeting of ponies later...
“Oh thank goodness you're okay Temmie.” Fluttershy said as she hugged Temmie. “Please don't run off like that again.”
“tem...still very hungry. VERY!”
“I know.” Fluttershy turned to Applejack. “We um...we brought Temmie here to uh...ask you something Applejack.”
“Oh? What's up pardner?”
“Well...me and Derpy aren't sure what Temmie eats and...”
“We think Temmie might like dog food.”
“Ah. Ah understand sugarcube. The little thing does look like a dog...and a cat. You want me to see if Winona's food could help the critter?” The duo nod. “Okay. Ah have some extra food stashed in the back of the barn. Just give me a minute.”
As Applejack went to get the food, Fluttershy turned and smiled at Temmie. “Isn't that wonderful Temmie? Now we can get you some food!”
“tem...get fud?”
“That's right!”
“yaYA! tem get fud!”
Applejack soon returned and put a bowl of food in front of Temmie. “Eat up pardner.”
The trio then watched Temmie slowly shake and vibrate to the food. As it got closer and closer, Derpy bent down and pushed Temmie closer to the bowl. “Come on little guy, there's nothing to be afraid of.”
This statement would soon be proven false, or at least for the ponies. Not Temmie. As soon as Temmie got close to the bowl, it's head descended and covered the bowl. What followed sounded like a screaming, high-pitched whistling noise followed by a series of random clicks. Temmie's head then ascended from the bowl, complete with it's usual infectous smile and an empty bowl.
“What the...how in the name of apples did that happen?! Where'd the dog food go?!”
“Oh my.” Fluttershy said while puttiing her hooves over her mouth.
“Oh wow...that was cool Temmie! How'd you do that?!”
“tem...all don. tem...feel full.”
“No kidding pardner. Ah ain't ever seen any critter that can do that...”
“Yeah...” Derpy gulped and looked at Fluttershy. “Maybe we should get the little guy to Twilight now.”
“Yes...” Fluttershy nodded. “Let's go, shall we?”
Derpy walked over and placed Temmie on her back. “Thanks AJ! We're gonna head over to Princess Twilight and see if she can help us find this little guy's home.”
“No prob Derpy. Come back anytime, ya hear?!”
Derpy giggled as she replied. “Thanks. Let's go Temmie!”
“tem...full now. tem...thank new friend!”
“Yer welcome pardner. Good luck getting back home!”
“tem...hav luck. tem...find home.”
“That's the spirit.” The trio said their goodbyes and headed off to Twilight's castle. It wasn't long till the rest of Ponyville saw Temmie as well. Despite a horde of 'Awws' and 'It's so cute!', the trio finally arrived at their destination.
“Okay Temmie, this is Twilight's castle. She's really smart and should be able to help us find your way home, okay?” Fluttershy said as she knocked on the castle's door. A few seconds later, the door opened.
“Hello? Oh! Good morning Fluttershy and Derpy, what's brings you here?”
“Good morning Twilight.” Fluttershy shined a small smile as she turned her head to Derpy. “Derpy found this creature called a Temmie and...um, Derpy?”
“Yeah?”
“Where's Temmie?”
Derpy looked at her back, only to notice nothing was on it. “Not again!”
Meanwhile in a certain forest...
A small figure slowly floated through, it's head turning left and right. It shined a confused stare as it looked at the surrounding trees. “Oh no...all I wanted was to go to the ruins...now I'm in some unknown forest.” The figure let out a sigh. “Oh well...guess I'm lost. Though I probably deserve it...”

Sorry this took so long. I've been on and off sick and life keeps getting in the way and...all sorts of garbage. Also, Applejack is super boring to write which did not help. Next will be Twilight and I have a pretty good idea what to write for it.
Also, this 'figure' in the forest...its a certain Undertale character.

“AHAHAHAHAHA!!!” the Mane-iac said as she bent over her new evil bomb she had created. “That's right Power Ponies! Now that I have captured Saddle Rager, Fili-Second, and Radiance...nothing can stop me!”
“You won't get away with this you overgrown hair monster!” Fili-Second yelled back as her hooves dangled out of her cage.
“On the contrary Power Pony, I will. As we speak, my minions are fighting a losing battle with the other power ponies on the other side of the city. Little do they know that I'm about to unleash my new 'Hair Destroyer Bomb'!” the Mane-iac's hair then grabbed a drink from her desk. “Two minutes from now, my other minions will bring the vehicle that will send this bomb to the center of the city! There, my greatest crime shall begin as I blow the mayor's building to smithereens! And a couple blocks with it!” She began to laugh as she her drink flailed over her mouth. “Nopony can stop me now!”
Little did the Mane-iac know but the Power Ponies sidekick Humdrum was listening, his small body crawling through a nearby vent. “I have to stop her!” he said to himself. “That or free my friends...” his small body then made a loud crick. “Ow...maybe I should work getting out of this vent first...”
As he struggled down the vent shaft, his eyes widened as he saw Mane-iac's minions arrive. “Oh no! Am I too late?! I have to-”
“hOI!”
“Huh?”
“hOI!”
“Augh!” yelled Spike as he fell out of his chair, his comic flying out of his hands. “What was that?!”
“hOI!”
Spike looked around a second, only to see a certain figure standing right beside him. It was vibrating intensely. “What the...what are you supposed to be? And how did you get in here?!”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Oh...uh, okay.” Spike picked himself up and petted Temmie. “Nice to meet ya Temmie. I'm Spike.”
“you...spike?”
“That's right.” Spike's puffed his chest up. “I'm a dragon!”
“you...drakn?”
“Eh...close enough. So, what are you doing here? I mean, I don't mind meeting ya, even though I was trying to finish my comic.”
“tem...tri ta go hom.”
“Go home? Where's your home?”
“tem...liv n tem village!”
“Tem village? Never heard of it.” Spike rubbed his chin in thought. “Maybe Twilight's read something about it...wanna go see?” Temmie just sat there, continuing to shake. Spike scratched the back of his head. “Okay. I'll take that as a yes. Come on, I'll show you around and introduce ya to Twilight.”
Meanwhile...
“Who goes there?!” yelled a certain zebra. “Who is outside my house, for I am certain you are no mouse!”
“Um...”
The zebras eyes shifted around as she tried to find where the voice was coming from. It only took a moment till she saw the voice's owner. In front of her floated what looked like a blank white sheet with empty holes as eyes. “This forest shows me many things, but a ghost is something I have never seen!”
“Um...hello. I'm uh...sorry if I interrupted something...”
“You have not interrupted anyone my dear, but please tell me why you are here.”
“Oh uh...I'm kinda lost.”
“Ah, I see. You are lost in the Everfree?”
“Um...yeah. What you just said...whoever you are.”
“Oh! I apologize, in my stride, I forgot my manners with my pride. I am Zecora the Zebra.”
“I...I'm uh...Napstablook. Nice to meet you, I guess...”
“A fine name you have, my scared little ghost friend. Tell me, if I may see, would you like to come in for some tea?”
Back at Twilight's castle...
“Let me get straight...” Twilight said with a hint of skepticism. “A dog cat creature named Temmie, right? And it keeps disappearing even though it wants to go home?”
“Yes Twilight. We need to go find the poor thing.” Fluttershy said with an expression of worry.
“We will Fluttershy. It's just...I'm surprised no one has seen it already. I mean, according to what you just told me, I don't think anypony would be used to seeing such a sight.”
“Okay.” Fluttershy turned to Derpy. “It'll be okay Derpy, we'll help you find Temmie.”
“I know, its just...”
“hOI!”
“Whoa!” yelped Twilight as the voice made her hop into the air. “What was that?!”
“Temmie!” Derpy exclaimed with a smile. “You're okay!” She then immediately jumped and hugged the creature. “Thank goodness!”
“hOI!”
Derpy's hug was short lived as she let go and yelled. “Why do you keep running away?! We're trying to help you!”
“tem...lik 2 wandr.”
“No kidding.” Derpy sighed. “Anyways...” she turned to Twilight. “This is Temmie.”
“I see. It really does look like a dog cat hybrid. Kind of.”
“Isn't it adorable though?” Fluttershy said with a smile.
“Yeah...it's really cute.” Twilight then went up and patted it on the head. “You're a cute little thing, aren't you?”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Hello Temmie, I'm Twilight Sparkle. It's nice to meet you.”
“you...twilght spakl?”
“No. Twilight Sparkle.”
“twilght spakl.”
Twilight let out a snort. “No. My name is Twilight Sparkle.”
“name...is twilght spakl.”
“What the-why did you say the first two words right but not my name?!”
“tem...gud at wurds!”
“No. You-” Twilight's mouth was covered by a sudden hoof. Her eyes turned to the hoof's owner.
“Please stop Twilight. You'll scare Temmie.” Fluttershy said in a kind tone.
“Oh...right. Sorry about that.” Twilight's head slumped down. “I'm a stickler for grammar and...”
Derpy and Fluttershy both giggled. “We understand Twilight. Can we come in?”
“Sure. Come on in.”
The four entered the castle and went to throne room. There, they found Spike who told them that he had just met Temmie. Unfortunately, Spike didn't keep his eyes on the creature and soon found himself alone in the castle, looking for Temmie. The five then sat down to the large table between the thrones.
“Okay Temmie...” Twilight said as she pulled out a pen and paper. “I need you to answer a few questions so we can help you. Now, I've read every book in this castle and I've never heard of Tem Village.”
“twilght...not knw tem villag?”
“No, I don't. I was thinking you could tell us more about it.”
“tem...tel bout tem villag.”
“Great!” Twilight's eyes shined as she levitated a pen over the paper. “Please, go ahead and tell us more about this Tem Village!”
“tem...luv livng n tem village! tem villag...hav many thngs!”
“Okay...what things does it have?”
“tem villag...hav statue of tem!”
“Statue of tem? You mean, a statue that looks like you?”
“yaYA! statue of tem look lik tem! statue of tem...” Temmie's shaking body rolled over the table to Twilight. It leaned in as it said the next few words. “very famus.”
“Very famous?” Twilight's head cocked sideways in confusion.
“VERY!!!!!!” Temmie yelled as it stood and shook all over.
“Whoa!” Twilight fell back from the yell, her paper and pen flying out of her hooves.
“Temmie! That wasn't very nice!” scolded Derpy. “Say you're sorry!”
“tem...tel bout tem villag.”
“I know, but you shouldn't have done that. You scared Twilight!”
“tem...sorry.”
“Apologize to Twilight, not me.”
Temmie turned around and faced Twilight, who was grabbing her pen and paper with magic. She sat back down as she put the paper in front of her. “tem...sorry.”
“It's fine. You just caught me off guard is all.” Twilight shook the pen and put it to the paper. “Please continue.”
“tem...hav deep history!”
“Oh really?” Twilight's eyes shined again. “Please tell us the history of Tem Village!”
“tem villag...hav no history. tems hav deep history!”
“Oh. Okay. Go ahead and tell us about Temmie history then.”
“tems hav a DEEP HISTORY!” Temmie exclaimed. “tems hav VERY DEEP HISTORY!!! VERY!!!”
“Okay...tell us about this history. Oh, and try not to yell 'deep history' so much please.”
“tem can't.”
“Why not?”
“tem not hav degree from cool leg. need degree so tem can tell all about tem's DEEP HISTORY!!!”
“Degree from cool leg? You mean college?”
“yaYA! tems can go to cool leg for degree! then tem learn bout DEEP HISTORY!!! then tem knw DEEP HISTORY lik tem in tem shop!”
“But...then...so...do you know anything about the village Temmie?”
“yaYA! tem luv tem villag!”
Twilight facehoofed at the response. She looked at Derpy and Fluttershy. The two shrugged. “This is gonna take a while, isn't it?” she groaned.
“I'm afraid it might Twilight.” Fluttershy said as she went up and patted Twilight on the back. “Sorry.”
“why take long time? tem need get to tem villag!”
“We know...that's the problem.” Twilight said as she put her head on the table. “Hmm...” Twilight turned to Spike. “Think I should ask Princess Celestia if she's ever heard of this place?”
Spike shrugged. “I don't see why not. I mean, she could just write you back yes or no.”
“True...take a letter Spike. I have a feeling this is just the beginning...”

If you're wondering why Nabstablook is here...I'll explain it next chapter. Hope you enjoyed this, this is the first time I've ever written Zecora and it is not easy. Hopefully the next chapter will be the last...depending on how I want this little story to go.

“I guess you could call it that.” replied the timid ghost. He slowly levitated over his cup of tea, afraid to take a drink. “You see...a friend of mine needs me to find a temmie that uh...wondered off. I thought it went to the ruins and...”
“A temmie?” Zecora's head cocked sideways in confusion. Her eye stared at the ghost as he slowly backed off, trying to phase through the floor. “If I may, are you okay? Though you are quite dour, you sure seem to like to cower.”
“Sorry...I um...”
“It's fine little one, I mean you no harm.” Zecora said as she tried to walk over and pat the ghost. “Tell you what my ghostly friend, I'll help you find your friend to the very end.”
“You will? Thanks...” Napstablook tried to smile but tears started to fall from his eyes instead. Zecora wanted to respond, trying to tell him not to cry. Instead, the tears turned into a hat over the ghost. “I call it Dappler Blook. Do you like it?”
“It's uh...interesting.” the zebra said, trying to find a rhyme.
Meanwhile...
“I give up.” Twilight groaned, her head flopping down on the table. “You win Temmie. I can't get a single straight answer out of you.”
“hOI! i'm temmie!”
“Yes, I know. I know your name is Temmie.” Twilight deadpanned, a small hiss coming out of her mouth. Temmie just stood there, it's body vibrating intensely. Derpy and Fluttershy did a slight giggle before speaking up.
“It's okay Twilight.” Fluttershy said first. “We understand that you're frustrated.”
“Yeah, it's okay.” Derpy continued with a nod. “How about I just take care of the little guy for now? I doubt he'll be too much trouble. We can find some answers later...”
“Are you sure Derpy? I know you're the one that found Temmie but...I don't mind taking care of it. I bet Temmie will get along with all of my other animal friends.”
“I don't mind Fluttershy.” Derpy said while waving her hoof. “Besides, I bet Dinky would like to meet the little guy.”
“That's true.” Fluttershy nodded. “In fact, I bet anypony would like this cute little thing!”
“yaYA! tem...so cute!”
The two giggled again, smiles clinging to their faces as Temmie just rolled over on the table, still vibrating like crazy. Twilight soon started giggling as well as they picked up their new little friend. “Even though Temmie can't give a straight answer, it sure is cute, isn't it?”
“Oh yes Twilight.” Fluttershy nodded. “So Derpy...are you just going to take Temmie to your house?”
“I don't know. Do you think I should get some food for it first? I mean...I guess we do know what it eats.”
“Hmmm...” Fluttershy rubbed her chin in thought. “Well, how about I go get the food for you. In the meantime, why don't you give Temmie a bath? The poor thing looks like it has traveled quite a bit.”
“Okay.” Derpy nodded as she looked back at the creature. Her eyes then saw the small twigs stuck in Temmie's hair. “Guess the Everfree forest did try to attack your hair, huh?”

A few more giggles expressed themselves as Derpy put Temmie on her back. “Now remember Temmie, don't run off again, okay?”
“yaYA! tem...not run.”
“Good. Thanks Fluttershy.”
“No problem.”
“Sorry I couldn't help you Derpy.” Twilight said with a frown. “I didn't expect Temmie to be so...so stubborn in words.”
“Heh heh, it's fine. I'll come by later if I find out anything about the little guy.”
“Okay.”
Derpy then left the crystal castle with her little friend in tow. As she walked down the streets of Ponyville, Derpy tried to describe everything she could to the little creature.
“dis...pnyvil?”
“Ponyville. The town's name is Ponyville Temmie.”
“yaYA! town name dis pnyvil!”
“No, it's...nevermind. Don't worry about it.” Derpy let out a yawn. “Wow, I didn't realize how late it is Temmie. How about we go to Sugarcube Corner and get a muffin before heading home?”
“yaYA!”
“Okay!” Derpy galloped over to the dessert looking building, a grin shining all over her face. Temmie just sat on her back, still vibrating. Soon, they found themselves at the shop. As Derpy opened the front door, a certain pink pony was sitting behind the register. “Hi Pinkie!”
“Hiya Derpy! How are you today?”
“I'm good. I'm here for my usual.”
“Okay! There should still be a few muffins left, let me just check...” Pinkie turned and left the room. A few seconds later, she returned with a large tray of muffins. “Here you go!”
“Thanks Pinkie! That will be five bits, right?”
“That's right!”
“Alright...” Derpy turned her head, trying to reach her saddlebag with her hoof. It was then that she noticed something missing. A certain something that was no longer on her back. “What the-Not again!”
Meanwhile...
“Oh come on Lyra!” exclaimed Bon-Bon. “I was just out for a little longer than usual. Cut me some slack! It was a tough mission!”
“I don't care Bon-Bon! I'm tired of this whole 'I'm a secret agent and secret agents have long missions' as an excuse!” Lyra yelled back. “As long as you live in this house, you will abide to a curfew that I am about to set!”
“But Lyra, I have a job to do. Please...just forgive me and move on...please.”
“No. I'm tired of all the secrets Bon-Bon.” Lyra said with a huff. “You hide your job from me. You hide those weird gadgets from me. In fact, I bet you hid this cute thing from me too!” she said while pointing her hoof.
“What cute thing?”
“The thing sitting by our front door. See?”
“hOI!”

As I was trying to write this, (I have to move the story away from Zecora...she's too hard to write! Blasted rhymes!) I was trying to think of who Temmie would meet next. I was thinking one of the Mane 6 or the CMC but...I thought that was boring. So, let's bring in a background pony or two!

I apologize for the shortness and delays of this chapter. Everytime I thought I had a great idea with one of the characters for Temmie to meet...I'd get writer's block. As you'll see in this chapter, there's a lot of cuts because I decided to go back to major mlp characters in the end. Once again, I apologize for the delays...

“Okay Lyra, that's not mine. In fact, I don't even know what that thing is.” Bon-Bon said as she stared and pointed at Temmie. “Sure is cute though.”
“hOI!”
“Yeah...I'll agree with you there.” Lyra replied as she went up and petted Temmie. “Hey there...how ya doing little fellah?”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Hi Temmie! I'm Lyra!” Lyra said and then pointed at Bon-Bon. “And this is my lousy roommate Bon-Bon, who loves keeping tons of secrets.”
“Hey!”
“Oh stop it Bon-Bon!” Lyra barked back. “You brought this on yourself! Speaking of which...you're sleeping on the couch tonight!”
“WHAT?! No I am not!”
“Yes you are.” Lyra quickly turned her head back. “Don't you agree Tem-huh? Where'd ya go?”
Meanwhile...
“Alright Vinyl, did you get the strings?” said a certain gray earth pony.
“You bet Tavi.” Vinyl replied as her horn began to glow. Several pieces of music equipment floated through the air as Octaiva carried her cello on her back. “See? It's in this box here.”
“Good. Let's get this back to the house and-hmm? What's this?”
“What's what?”
“That.” Octavia said, pointing. “That adorable little creature walking down the street. Well actually...I'm not sure if it is walking...it looks like it just moves while shaking.”
“Whoa! It's like vibrating while it's moving! That's so cool!” Vinyl said as she lifted her glasses up. “I wonder if I could do that?”
“I suggest you don't try until we get all of this back home Vinyl. We've already spent too many bits on all this equipment anyways!”
“Okay...take the fun out of everything...” grumbled Vinyl as they continued to walk. As the turned another corner...
“hOI!”
“Whoa!” Vinyl yelped with a small leap back. “Where did you come from?”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Haha! Hey Tavi, look! It's the weird shaking thing again!”
“I see that Vinyl. How did it get in front of us?”
“I don't know...cute little thing, ain't it?”
“Yes...I won't deny that.” Octavia said as she walked up and petted it, a small smile on her face. “Hello little one, my name is Octavia.”
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
“Nice to meet ya Temmie! I'm the one and only DJ P0N-3! But you can call me Vinyl.”
“u...vinl?”
“Close. It's Vinyl.”
“vinl.”
Octavia giggled as she watched Vinyl try again. After a few attempts, she decided to intervene. “That's enough Vinyl. Don't worry about it.”
“Okay...” Vinyl grumbled. She then pointed to Octavia. “But...how about you try her name? It's Octavia.”
“Vinyl! Don't be rude! Don't just-”
“u...octva?”
“No dear, it's Octavia. Octavia Melody.”
“u...octva?”
Vinyl started cracking up, the objects she was levitating slowly falling. “Ha! How do you like that Octavia?!”
“Oh stop it Vinyl. And don't drop our stuff.”
“I know, I know...” Vinyl waved her hoof up and down.
“Good.” Octavia glanced back at Temmie, “Now, sorry about the Temmie-huh? Where did...”
Meanwhile again...
“Ah don't know Scootaloo...do yah really think we can get cutie marks in extreme parkour?” Apple Bloom said, as her face showed a small frown. “Ah mean...do we have to keep doing all the dangerous stuff?”
“It'll be fine.” Scootaloo replied. “Stop worrying so much. Everything will be fine and we'll finally get our cutie marks!”
“You said that last time. And the time before.” Apple Bloom deadpanned. “Remember what happened yesterday?”
“No. What happened yesterday?”
Yesterday...
“CUTIE MARK BOMB MAKERS! YAY!”
Today...
“Oh yeah...I'm still surprised we survived that.”
“Uh-huh.” Apple Bloom said in a sarcastic tone. “And now we have to go build the barn tomorrow...again.”
“I said I was sorry! I didn't know that stuff was flammable!”
“It's a bomb Scootaloo! It's supposed to explode when it gets hit by fire!”
“Well yeah, but...” Scootaloo turned her head to their other member. “Help me out here Sweetie...huh? Where'd she go?”
“Huh?” Apple Bloom said as she turned around as well. The two looked around the treehouse, trying to find their friend. Then, the two looked outside, only to see their friend giggling on the ground. “Uh...Sweetie Belle? You okay?”
“Yeah! Come over here and meet this cute little thing girls!” Sweetie Belle exclaimed her hoof waving.
“Cute little thing?” Scootaloo questioned. “What's she talking about?”
“No idea. Let's go see.”
The two dropped down and approached their chuckling friend. There, the duo soon replaced their expressions with smiles as they saw the creature she was taking about.
“hOI! I'm temmie!”
Crusaders, Tiaras, Spoons and Apples
"hOI! I'm temmie!"
"Hiya Temmie! Ah'm Apple Bloom!" she said with a wave. As Apple Bloom reached down to give the creature a hoofshake, a certain orange Pegasus quickly pushed her aside.
"Hi there! I'm Scootaloo, the most awesomest filly in all of Ponyville!" Scootaloo said with a mischievous grin. Apple Bloom quickly pushed her back as she readjusted her bow.
"She's also a pushy chicken Temmie."
"Hey! I'm not a chicken! Take that back Apple Bloom!"
"Nope. You pushed me, yah chicken!" Apple Bloom said with her tongue sticking out. "Chicken!"
"Grrr..." Scootaloo's hoof shook as she quickly tackled Apple Bloom. The two began to yell at each other as the duo wrestled in the ground. Sweetie Belle let out a sigh as she patted Temmie's head.
"Sorry about this Temmie, those two are still mad at each other over that 'bomb making crusaders' incident from yesterday."
"yaYA! tem...fin wit that! tem...hppy two meet nu frnds!"
"Of course!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed as she quickly hugged the little creature. Temmie just vibrated as Sweetie Belle's hug became tighter and tighter. As the two sat there, a certain duo walked up to them.
"Well, well, well...look what we have here. It's the blank..." said one filly before her jaw suddenly dropped. Her eyes focused slowly on Temmie, along with her companion's eyes. "Wha...what is that cute little thing?!"
"Yeah..." said the other filly. "It looks like an adorable dog. Wait...maybe it's a cat too."
"Blank flank! What is that cute thing?!"
"Oh this? This is Temmie!" Sweetie Belle said as she presented the creature with her hooves. "Say hi Temmie!"
"hOI! I'm temmie!"
"Awwww!" the two said in unison. They quickly went up and grabbed Temmie away from Sweetie Belle.
"I am the wonderful Diamond Tiara Temmie!" Diamond said with her hoof on her chest.
"And I'm Silver Spoon! It's nice to meet you!"
"yaYA! you...dimnd tira?"
"Huh?! No no no, I'm Diamond Tiara."
"dimnd tira."
"And I'm Silver Spoon."
"Silver! Don't interrupt me!" Diamond barked.
"you...slver spon."
"No. It's Silver Spoon."
"And Diamond Tiara."
"dimnd tira an slver spon."
"No that's wrong!" the two yelled in unison, causing Temmie to fall over. Temmie just laid there, still vibrating while it's face never changed. Sweetie Belle fell over, laughing at the sight.
"Stop laughing blank flank! Can't you see we're talking to this adorable thing?!"
"Yeah but...you two are horrible at being friendly!" Sweetie chuckled as she patted Temmie's head again. "See? Temmie likes me cuz I'm actually nice to ponies."
"tem...lik pats on hed."
"See? Temmie likes me!"
"Why you little-"
"You know she's right." Scootaloo interrupted with Apple Bloom by her side. "You two are nothing but a bunch of bullies and you know it!"
"Shut it chicken! I wanna have a turn at petting Temmie!"
"Forget it Diamond!" Sweetie barked back, hugging Temmie tightly. "All you wanna do is be mean to the little guy!"
"Let it go right now blank flank!"
"Make me!"
"Grrr...let go of that cute little thing right now!" Diamond pouted, her whining increasing. "I wanna pet it!"
"No!"
What followed was five fillies fighting over the affection of Temmie. Despite all that, Temmie just sat there, vibrating. As the five fillies tumbled in the grass, Temmie fell over shaking. Time slowly passed as Temmie shook it's way down the hill that they were all on. Then, when Temmie had just reached the bottom...
"What the-Temmie? What in tarnation are you doing here?"
"hOI! I'm temmie!"
"Ah know that, come here little fellah." Applejack replied as she put the creature on her back. "Ah'm not sure if you've met her but have you seen mah sis? Her name's Apple Bloom."
"tem...knw appl blom. appl blom...fghtng."
"Fighting?!" Applejack yelped. "What do you mean she's-" she stopped talking as her ears picked up something. It was the sound of several fillies yelling and she recognized every single voice. "Oh boy...this ain't gonna end well, is it Temmie?"
"tem...prbly agre."
"Yeah." Applejack grunted. "Let's go stop the youngins...say, why aren't you with Derpy?"
"tem...lst agin."
"Oh...welp, ah'll get yah back to her after this, alright?"
"tem...wuld lik tht."
"Yeah yeah...say, have you ever eaten an apple before Temmie?"
A few minutes later, Applejack found herself in between a five filly tussle. After several yells and screams, she was able to make Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon leave, promising to talk to their parents later. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo found themselves leaving as well while Apple Bloom found herself with more chores.
"Now what did ah tell you Apple Bloom?"
"No more fighting over Temmie. Ah'm sorry sis."
"Good. Now do yer chores or you ain't getting any supper." Applejack said with a slap on Bloom's back. "Ah gotta get Temmie to Derpy, alright? Now, get going!"
"Yes sis."
"Alright Temmie, let's get ya to-huh?!" Applejack exclaimed, her head swishing around, trying to find Temmie. "Where did yah go?!"
Meanwhile...
"Awww....where'd that little guy go?" Depry said to herself as she flew lowly over Ponyville. "Why does this keep happening?"
"hOI!"
"Huh?" Derpy looked down at the sudden voice. There, Temmie was just vibrating on the road. "Temmie!" She quickly swooped down and hugged the creature. "Where have you been?!"
"tem...wndr arnd."
"I can see that! Come on, you're staying with me tonight."
"tem...sty wth derpy."
"Good. And no wandering off, okay?"
"tem...mak nu prmises."
"Yeah...please don't do that."

Another chapter finally done! Yeah...if the CMC are out of character in this, I apologize. I'm not that much into those characters with the exception of Diamond Tiara so...I could only think that Temmie is so cute that these fillies would beat each other for that cuteness. Oh and uh...Napstablook should be popping up again soon.
