Conflict exist everywhere, either in a piece of fiction or throughout the depths of reality, each in many forms: be if against another being, entity, nature, society, or even oneself; either way, it carries a risk of harm.

One form ended up being a part of driving the everchanging world where people live in and amongst them are some recently displaced individuals with too many problems on their plate; although they come from different backgrounds, they had all shared one thing in common: the hometown they grew up in had changed drastically.

Over the years that had passed, it would seem that their sense of tranquility had come back to them after all the pain and sorrow; of course, even the past refuses to be simply left behind in the river of time.

After all, things change for a reason but there are constants as well.
