She squealed. Her hooves were side by side, and she stood on her two hind legs. Her smile was warm and comforting to Twilight. It made a pleasant smile plaster across her face, designating Rainbow Dash by nudging her hoof slightly. Rainbow jolted her head side to side, saying no in the placidest way. She knew Twilight despised being said no to, so Rainbow attempted to just rattle her head in animosity. Rainbow still chuckled trying to make Twilight feel pleased. Twilight's smile faded as her eyes grew bleak, and her posture lowered. Her head titled as she lead out a sigh. "Sorry, Twi," Rainbow finally admitted after moments had passed by, "But you know I can't just go fly around the Wonderbolts stadium by myself. Especially not without acceptance!" The nudge. It meant a dare. When Twilight would jab, it meant she would make Rainbow fly about at the stadium. But when Rainbow Dash would, it meant Twilight would have to make the dinkiest joke. She often came up with something ludicrous, like, 'Why did the nerd cross the road? How would I know, I'm not a nerd!' Rainbow obviously thought that was the nonfunniest joke in the universe, but instead of loosing her best friend, she just made an insignificant cackle. She knew it made Twilight feel satisfied, but Rainbow always hoped not too satisfied to where she'd go around disseminationing it to everypony in the town. Notably Pinkie Pie, she'd tell the truth at approximately every joke she'd ever heard. "I suppose you're..timid, Dash?" Twilight decisively said, in an awed voice. Rainbow's head jerked back and forth, her eyes were scampered on to Twilight's. This was sincere. Though, not particularly a fight. But it was adequate to get Rainbow Dash all rallied up. The slight peck of Twilight's voice was enough to prompt Rainbow that this was real, not one of their kiddish tantalizes. "You're on," Rainbow smirked, her eyebrow modestly raised, the other one left as in position. Rainbow knew establishing her eyebrow out of location would irate Twilight, but she knew this was just an attentive taunt, and they'd soon get over it. Well..surely they would. The purple alicorn and azure pegasus wandered up to the amphitheater, side by side together. Twilight peered over at Rainbow, who's face looked anxious, and posture lower than over. Her lips were quivering, and her light colored eyes had the meagerest misery-look in them. Twilight felt the tiniest displeasure running through her, she wanted to go ahead and call the dare off, but it was too late now. And with Rainbow so awakened, she established to just endure. She hesitated, walking up the stairs to the flying course. "Ready?" Twilight asked. Rainbow's face had a slight discomfort, making Twilight feel more poor than ever. "Ready," Rainbow retorted awkwardly. As the light blue pegasus pursued the mare leading her, she felt like collapsing forthwith, sobbing with pain thriving together in her stomach. Her mind was vacant, her hooves were rigid, her words came out promptly, "I'M SCARED!!" And with that, her legs couldn't tote her, and she collapsed off the staircase, falling to her doom to the ground beneath her. Twilight was frenzy. Her friend had just fallen to her calamity! What the hay was she supposed to do? Fly, fly! Twilight lifted her hooves up, flapped her wings tremendously. The wind blew in her face, torched her eyes, making the tiniest of tears flow through the sky onward with her. She could see Rainbow, but she was faded and imprecise. All Twilight could really see was a blue blob with rainbow smudges. Twilight's wings kept hoisting her though, and she was just about to give up. When, all of a sudden, on two side of Twilight came white streaks, and a narrow one came in front of her. And the more adjacent Twilight came to Rainbow, the more thin it got. But Twilight kept going. Her wings ached, her hair was caught in her eyes, her teeth gritted, her hooves stung, but she flew ahead. Then, abruptly, Twilight preformed a sonic-alicorn-boom! It sparkled with purple and pink layers. Twilight eyes closed, her heart raced, and she grasped onto Rainbow, both of them. Together. Falling. Together. Twilight looked up to the sky, seeing blue mixed with black. Two sides folding in, with darkness. Her eyes stung badly, and shed given up. But she still held on to Rainbow, for they were best friends! And everything was black. Twilight screeched, looking at her surroundings. She was still attached to Rainbow, but two other Pegasi were holding them. "Oh, thank goodness!" The pale one yelped, "Are you okay?" The blue one looked like Rainbow, but his hair had a dark blue, "That was so rad! You did a sonic princess boom!" Twilight was shaky, and her eyes were filled with apprehension. The pale pony unhooked Rainbow from Twilight, rocking her in her own arms, silently grinning. Rainbow Dash's eyes weakly opened, "Did I fly?" She groaned. Twilight rapidly hopped out of the colt's arms and sprinted to the blue Pegasus, who looked confused and unsure. "It's okay, Dash," Twilight cooed. Although, she wished Rainbow could've seen her preform the sonic princess boom. But she didn't, and Twilight had to appreciate everything that happened in life. It happened for a reason. "I'm Fluttershy," the mare said shyly. "I'm Soarin, Fluttershy's colt friend!" Soarin casually added. He stared at Twilight, making her feel unquestionablely uncomfortable. This mare, and this colt, Twilight thought. They must've happened for a reason, too. And with that, Rainbow had obviously invited them over for the awesomest TV show, My Little Human.
