Hey what's up everyone? I decided to start a bunch of fanfiction shorts for my well-known trilogy, Mobians and Equestria Girls. This is going to be a bunch of shorts of things that happened before, after, and during the three stories in the entire Trilogy. And guess what?
This short takes place during M&EG 1.

Short #1
Characters: Sonic and Rainbow DashShort #1 Homework Help 10:00 PM Rainbow’s House
Sonic sat in the kitchen, staring back down at his math homework, “Uhg. This is why I hated school. Homework. I mean, why are there letters in math? Math is supposed to be numbers.”
Then he heard a small chuckle.
He turned and saw Rainbow Dash standing in the doorway, laughing at him, “They’re called variables, Sonic. Do you need some help?”
“Nah I got this all under control. I’m great at math, I…” Then he saw Rainbow wasn’t falling for it, “Yes I need help.”
“You don’t need to try to impress me, blue boy. You already have. You beat my running record at the school.” Rainbow said sitting down next to Sonic.
“Yeah I did.” Sonic said.
“Which I want to know the real reason as to as how you beat my record so easily. In exchange for my help in doing your Algebra.” Rainbow said.
Sonic’s eyes widened a little, ‘Uh oh… Should I just tell her the truth?’ He thought to himself, “Umm… Ok then.”
“So, what is it?” Rainbow asked.
“Wait, you want to know now?” Sonic said panicking, ‘Crap. I was going to think of an excuse while she was helping me, Now what?’
“Well yeah. I don’t want you to lie to me.” Rainbow said smirking.
Sonic’s eyes widened even more, ‘She’s totally onto me.’
Rainbow kept staring at Sonic, waiting for a response.
“Well, you see…” Sonic began, then the idea hit him “I do parkour, and I require to be light on my feet.”
Rainbow looked at Sonic with a dull expression, “Yeah, sure. You know I’ll find out the real reason soon.” She then grabbed Sonic homework and a pencil.
Sonic got up and stretched, “I’m going to call and check up on Shadow.” Sonic picked up the phone and walked outside, but came back in five seconds later, “Do you happen to know Pinkie’s house numbers?”
Rainbow chuckled and handed the blue teen a piece of paper with the number written on it, “Don’t you three have cell phones?”
“No. We never got the chance to. Besides, we rarely split far apart, so long distance communication wasn’t necessarily needed.” Sonic half lied.
Rainbow shrugged and turned back to the homework.
Sonic stepped outside and called Pinkie’s house first.
“HellomynameisPinkiePiehowcanIhelpyou?” Pinkie’s voice spoke.
“Ummm… Pinkie Pie, it’s Sonic. Is Shadow available?” Sonic asked.
“Shady! Your brother is calling you!” Sonic heard Pinkie shout, “Here he is.”
“What do you want faker?” Shadow asked.
“I think Rainbow Dash is onto me.” Sonic whispered.
“What do you mean?” Shadow asked.
“I mean I think she knows that my speed isn’t normal. I think she might know.” Sonic said.
Sonic heard a quiet slap, guessing Shadow face palmed.
“What did you do this time? Open your big mouth again? Or did you try and show off?” Shadow said.
“No and no. I don’t know how. All I know is I think she is bound to find out. Do you think I should tell her?” Sonic asked.
“Absolutely not! That would be stupid!” Shadow shouted.
“Ow, no need to yell.” Sonic said.
“For now just lay low and don’t say anything. Understand?” Shadow asked.
“Yes dad.” Sonic said rolling his eyes.
“Go ahead and smart ass me again, I’ll send you back to Mobius as a pincushion.” Shadow growled.
“Yeah yeah. Well see you later.” Sonic said, then he hung up.
Sonic walked back inside and saw Rainbow Dash had fallen asleep on his homework.
He smiled and walked over to her. He leaned forward and gave her a small kiss, causing her to stir slightly, “Nhn, Sonic.”
Sonic smiled again and then lifted Rainbow up and brought her to her room.

Characters: Dark Steele, Ace, and FluttershyShort #2 Back to School Dark and Ace POV Dark and Ace’s house
Dark Steele sat down meditating, focusing his dark senses, trying to detect any evil in the dimension.
“Anything yet bro?” Ace asked looking at his brother.
“So far no.” Dark said. He opened his eyes and stood up, “I can’t find anything evil in this dimension.”
“Hmm… Then what was the whole, ‘I feel a dark presence in this dimension.’ thing?” Ace asked.
“I’m telling you, I had felt a dark presence in this dimension, I just can’t pinpoint it.” Dark said.
Ace shrugged. Suddenly he felt a shift in the chaos force, “What the hell?”
“What is it?” Dark asked his little brother.
“I just felt a strange shift in the chaos force.” Ace said.
“Can you tell where it is coming from?” Dark asked.
Ace sat down and began to meditate, “I can see a building with a statue of a horse. It looks like… Oh come on.”
“What? What is it?” Dark asked.
Ace opened his eyes and stood up, “It’s at a school. Canterlot High in fact.”
Dark groaned, “Great. School.”
“Please don’t tell me we have to.” Ace said.
“We swore upon our souls that we would help protect the good from the evil darkness. No matter the cost or task.” Dark said, then he slouched and groaned, “Even if it means going back to school.”
Ace groaned, “I’ll get my stuff ready.” He then walked upstairs into his room.
Dark looked at the picture frame on the wall. He and Ace were standing next to their mother, smiling, before the darkness corrupted him.
“I promise to stop all this darkness, mother.” Dark said touching the photo.
Then he went into his room and got ready to apply he and Ace for high school.
Canterlot High
Dark and Ace walked up to the Wondercolt Statue, and looked at the school.
“Are you sure we have to?” Ace said.
“Yes.” Dark said walking towards the front doors.
The two brothers walked in and noticed that no one was in the halls.
“Well looks like no one’s here. Let’s go home. Ace said turning around.
Dark groaned and grabbed his brother and turned him back around, “That’s cause they’re in class.”
Suddenly the bell rang, and students began piling into the halls.
Dark and Ace were pushed around and tripped, as they tried to get into a clearing.
“Ahg!” Dark growled as he was hit on the head. His aura began to grow.
“Gah, Dark, control the aura. We don’t want anyone to know we aren’t from this world.” Ace said.
Dark stopped growling and his aura dimmed down.
When the two managed to get out of the crowd, they got up and looked around the school.
“We need to find the principal’s office.” Dark said.
“Why?” Ace asked.
“So we can apply us to the school.” Dark said.
“Maybe we should ask around.” Ace suggested.
“Probably would be a good idea.” Dark said.
However, every student that Dark approached, either backed away in fear, or glared at him.
“What’s the matter with everyone? I can’t seem to approach anyone without either scaring them.” Dark said.
“Hehe. I bet you I can do better.” Ace said.
Dark growled, “Oh really? Then go right ahead hot shot.” Dark pushed his brother towards a random girl.
Ace walked up to the girl and cleared his throat, “Excuse me. Could you help me?”
The girl turned around and Ace’s eyes widened.
The girl had cream skin, light pink hair that fell to her waist, a white tank top, and wore a green skirt with three pink butterflies on the side, “o-oh. Um… Sure.”
Ace didn’t answer for a while, but then he came back to reality, “Umm, my brother and I are new at the school. We can’t seem to find the principal’s office. Could you tell me where it is?”
“Oh absolutely. Down this hall, take a right, and the third door on your left,” The girl said.
“Thanks. By the way, I’m Ace. What’s your name?” Ace asked.
“Oh… I’m Fluttershy.” She peeped.
“Sorry what was that?” Ace asked.
“Fluttershy.” She squeaked.
“Sounds like you were saying Fluttershy. Am I right?” Ace said.
Fluttershy nodded, hiding behind her hair.
“Well thanks Fluttershy. You really are nice. See you around.” Ace said walking away.
Fluttershy stayed there for a while, “That boy was strange, but he was very nice too.” She felt her cheeks burn, and she ran off to her next class.
Ace and Dark
Ace was looking for his brother, “Dark? Where did you go?” Then he saw him at the one of the display windows, “There you are.”
Dark was looking at the pictures of the school dance Princesses. Three of them in a row were of a girl with yellow and red hair, but the latest was of a girl with purple hair.
Ace saw that Dark was looking mostly at the red and yellow haired girl, “I see you have your eyes set on a girl already.” He nudged his brother’s arm.
“W-What are you talking about? I do not have my eyes set for a girl.” Dark growled, “I am the master of darkness, I have no time for girls.”
“If you say so. Come on, let’s get to the principal’s office.” Ace said.
30 Mins Later
Dark and Ace walked out of the principal’s office.
“So now we are all set and applied to this school.” Ace said.
“And our schedules are the same, so we won’t be apart in case something bad happens.” Dark replied.
The bell rang again, and students began piling back into the halls.
“At least it’s lunch time now.” Ace said as students began walking to the cafeteria, “I’m hungry.”
Cafeteria
Dark and Ace got their food and went to find a table.
Luckily, when they sat down, no one else wanted to come near them.
As Dark ate his food, he felt a dark presence, but it was very old and mostly covered by a good heart and soul, “Hmm?” Then he looked around to make sure no one would be able to hear him, and whispered, “Dark Senses.” His eyes went from dark blue, to neon blue.
Dark could see if someone had a dark heart or soul, by seeing how bright their aura glowed. He could see most everyone had a gold aura, a few with a white, but none with a black or dark blue aura.
However, he saw one body with a gold aura, but had a glint of dark blue in it.
He looked at the person with his normal sight and gasped. It was the fiery red and yellow hair.
‘Why does she have part of a dark blue aura?’ Dark asked himself. He pushed it aside for now.
This school year was going to be interesting.

Characters: Lilac SteeleShort #3 Abandoned and Betrayed Lilac Steele POV Mountains outside Canterlot City Midnight
Lilac Steele sat on the edge of a cliff, looking out at the beautiful night sky, above the street lights of the city.
The cool wind blew in her hair.
As Lilac looked down at the city, she frowned. Somewhere down there, was her older brother. The one that had loved her with all his heart, but then abandoned and betrayed her.
Lilac’s sadness and rage kept rising and dropping, like she couldn’t decide whether she she was mad at Dark, or sad because of him.
When she was a baby, she would constantly want attention, and would cry when she didn’t get it. However, when mom or dad couldn’t deal with her, Dark would always be there to pick her up and play with her.
Mom had even taken pictures where we had fallen asleep together.
As they grew up, Dark and Lilac had grown closer, up to the point where Dark would be with Lilac always.
However, when Dark had gone off to war, he never came back. Lilac had run from home, thinking Dark was gone forever.
But a few years after, she sees him and Ace in the city. However, they both just walk past her like she didn’t exist.
Dark had abandoned her, and betrayed her.
Now she watched over him, planning what to do with him, how to make him pay for what he had made her suffer.
“You were the best brother ever, Dark. But you left me, and forgot about me.” Lilac said looking a locket picture she had of Dark and her, “Why did you make me suffer so much?”
Lilac formed a small blue flame made of dark energy, in her hand. She made it change shape into a dark blue rose, then a dark blue gem. She glared at Dark’s gem, and crushed the flame in her hand.
“Lilac. Revenge is not the answer to your problem with your brother.” Lilac heard a familiar voice say.
“Go away Midnight.” Lilac said.
A spirit formed next to Lilac. Her hair was similar to her daughter’s, but short, and she had blue and red eyes.
“Excuse me young lady, I am your mother. You will not call me by my real name.” Lilac’s mom said.
“Whatever. What do you want? If you’re here to try and make me change my mind, you’re just wasting time.” Lilac said glaring at the city.
“And I will keep trying to make you change your mind.” Midnight Steele said, “It is not your brother’s fault he cannot remember you. He was injured in war.”
“And if he hadn’t left for the war in the first place, we’d both be still happy.” Lilac said.
“Why not try helping him? Help him regain his memories.” Midnight said.
“Why? So he can forget me again? Get the point mother, Dark had abandoned me and betrayed me. And so he must pay.” Lilac yelled, “Now unless you are going to help me, I would leave me alone.”
Midnight sighed and then faded away.
“My only problem is how am I going to do it?” Lilac said.
Then she saw a glowing yellow object shoot across the sky and crash up on the top of a nearby mountain.
“What was that?” Lilac said, “I felt… Chaos power emanating off of that object.” Then Lilac smirked evilly, “Hehehe. I think I found my revenge.”
Lilac ran off towards the location of the mysterious object, which landed in the Temple of Darkness. The Yellow Chaos Emerald waited for its victim to corrupt.

Short #3
Characters: Sunset Shimmer and Dark SteeleShort #4 Am I Alone Sunset POV Rainbow’s House
Sunset was at the crack of the door and smiled at the two speed demons, 'Glad Rainbow has someone to love.' She thought. But, she then frowned, 'I just wish I can find someone who can love me as well.' Sunset left, leaving the two alone.
She went into her room and laid on her bed, “Sigh. Because of how awful I was in the past, barely anyone will even look at me.” She then buried her face in her hands, “If only there was someone who could relate to me somehow.”
“Sunset Shimmer.” A ghostly voice echoed.
“Huh? Who’s there?” Sunset asked.
Then she saw it. In her mirror, stood two figures. Her reflection, and a hooded figure with its back turned to her.
“Who are you?” Sunset asked.
The figure began to walk away, fading away fast.
“No wait! Don’t go!” Sunset cried reaching out to the mirror, only to touch the solid glass.
Suddenly Rainbow Dash opened the door and peaked in, “You ok Sun?”
Sunset only shook her head and smiled, “Yeah, I’m fine. I just saw something.”
“Ok. Breakfast is ready and on the table.” Rainbow said, “We leave for school in ten minutes.”
Sunset nodded, and Rainbow left.
Then Sunset looked back at her mirror.
The figure had disappeared.
“Who was that in my mirror?” Sunset asked herself.
She went downstairs and ate her breakfast quietly.
Sonic, Rainbow, and Sunset each got into Rainbow’s car, and headed for school.
Sunset was sitting in the back alone, staring out the window, when she suddenly felt tired. And then she fell asleep.
Sunset’s Dream
Sunset awoke on the Canterlot High school grounds, but the air was foggy, “Where am I?”
“Sunset Shimmer.” She heard.
She turned quickly and saw a silhouette of the figure she saw in her mirror, “Who are you?”
“You are not alone in this world. You are not the only one suffering from a dark past.” The figure said. The wind began to pick up and shift the fog.
The figure looked at Sunset, and she could only see his dark blue eyes, and a frown upon his face, “We will meet soon.”
Then the fog began to thicken and the dream began to fade.
“Wait! I never got your name!” Sunset said.
But it was too late, because she was being woken up.
Real World
Sunset’s eyes shot open when she felt someone shaking her and celling her name.
“Sunset! Are you awake? God, you’re a deeper sleeper than my grandmother.” Sonic said.
“Why did you have to wake me? I was about to… I mean… I was having a nice dream.” Sunset said.
“Um because we’re at the school.” Rainbow said.
Sunset sat up and saw they were indeed at the school, “Oh. Sorry for falling asleep in the car.”
“Eh it’s cool. You must have not slept well last night.” Rainbow said.
“Something like that.” Sunset said.
“Well Sonic and I have PE first period. Looks like you’ve got a free period.” Rainbow said.
“Yeah. I’ll probably just walk around the school until the next period.” Sunset said.
“Ok. Send us a text if you need anything.” Rainbow said as she and Sonic walked inside the school.
Shortly after, Sunset walked into the school, thinking about the mysterious figure she kept seeing.
As she wandered through the halls, students kept giving her nasty glares and growling at her.
She sighed, “I’ll get used to it.”
“Hey, do you mind getting off me and my boys’ hang out spot, pal?” Sunset heard a guy say outside.
She walked over to a window and saw three guys standing around a dark blue haired teen. He wore a black leather jacket over a blue shirt, and on the back of the jacket, was a strange dark blue gem surrounded by a blue flame, and a cursive D in the middle of the emerald. He also was wearing light blue rings, with spiked black gloves.
Sunset could only see the back of the teen, but something seemed strange about him.
“Hmph. I think I’d rather stay here.” The teens said.
Last chance pal, and then me and my boys are going to send you to the moon.” The middle boy of the gang said, pushing up his sleeve.
“I just told you. I’m not moving.” The dark blue haired teen said.
“Fine then. Boys, let’s show this punk what happens when he steals our hangout spot.” The gang leader said pounding his fists.
“I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” The other teen said, his voice sounded darker.
“Heh. You think you can scare me, worm?” The leader said, “Pathetic. I’m gonna pound you into the...”
But before he could finish, the dark blue haired teen had swiftly ran up to the leader and punched him in the chest, knocking him down.
“Gah!” The leader said, then he looked up at the teen and growled, “You’re regret that.”
The other two gang members ran at the dark blue haired teen from opposite sides.
“Hmph. Fools.” The teens said.
He swiftly moved and the two gang members collided with each other, knocking heads.
“Ow ow ow ow.” They both complained. Then they looked at the dark blue teen, then they yelped and got up, running away scared.
“What the? Guys get back here! We’re not afraid of this punk!” The leader said, then he turned and gasped.
The dark blue teen was staring back at the leader, “Leave now, and you won’t be hurt anymore.”
The leader got up and began running away, “I’m gonna make you wish you were never born!”
“I already do.” The teen said as he began to turn around.
Sunset gasped.
It was the same teen from her dream. And the one that had appeared in her mirror.
The teen then saw Sunset and whipped his head in her direction, causing her to gasp and duck.
Then he realized the girl was the same one that had that small bit of darkness in her soul still.
Sunset began to panic. She then got up and ran off back down the halls.
Dark saw this and realized she had seen him fight the three gang members, “Oh great. Now she thinks I’m a monster. And here I was hoping I could make one friend. But no. I’m my usual stupid self and scared her away.”
Then Dark saw two punk looking teens watch as Sunset ran down the halls. They looked at each other and smirked evilly. Then they ran after Sunset.
Dark’s eyes widened, “Uh oh.” He ran to follow the two.
With Sunset
Sunset had ran down the halls, but eventually slowed down to catch her breath.
‘Why was she seeing that boy in her dreams? He was so violent to those boys.’ Sunset thought to herself.
Suddenly she saw a guy come around the corner and stood there, smirking at her.
Sunset went to turn around, but she saw another guy blocking the hallway, “H-Hey. What gives?”
The first guy began to walk closer, “Hey there hot stuff. Want to go have some fun with me and my bro here? We could ditch this stupid school and go at it as long as you want, baby.”
“Ew gross. Get the hell away from me.” Sunset said trying to get around one of the guys, but he only blocked her path.
“Oh I wasn’t offering. I was demanding.” The first guys said. He grabbed Sunset’s arm and spun her around to face him. He then went to kiss her.
“Uhg get your face away from me!” Sunset said punching the guy in the gut.
“Oof.” He groaned.
Sunset tried to get away, but the second guy tripped her, causing her to fall forward.
“I’m gonna make you scream for that.” The first guy said flipping Sunset over. He grabbed her cheeks and went to kiss her again.
“Hey! What do you think you are doing!?” A dark voice yelled.
The two guys and Sunset looked at the source of the voice and saw the dark blue haired teen from before.
“Excuse me pal, but can’t you see we’re in the middle of something?” The first guys said.
“You better back the fuck off of that girl now, or I will send you to deepest depths of darkness.” The teen said. His aura was growing darker.
“Uhu. Butch, take care of him.” The first guy said.
The bigger guys walked up to the teen and smiled. He swung his fist, but missed when Dark ducked.
Dark then proceeded to pummel the guy with a barrage of fast punches to the gut.
When Dark finished punching the guy, he flicked him and he fell down.
The first guy looked between Dark and his fallen friend, then he scampered off Sunset and ran for his life.
Dark’s aura began to dim, and he looked at Sunset, who was still terrified on the ground. He held out his hand for her to grab, “I won’t hurt you.”
Sunset hesitated at first, but she took her hand into Dark’s, and he lifted her up off the ground.
“You ok? Did they do anything to you?” Dark asked.
Sunset shook her head.
Dark nodded and turned his back to Sunset, “I’m sorry you have to see me fight that way. I just lose control when I get into a fight.” Then he began to walk away.
“Wait.” Sunset said thrusting her hand out onto his shoulder.
Dark stopped and looked back, “What?”
“Who are you?” Sunset asked.
“I’m Dark. Dark Steele.” Dark said.
“I’m Sunset Shimmer. Thank you for helping me. I don’t want to imagine what those two boys would have done to me if you hadn’t showed up.” Sunset said.
“Anytime. I see someone doing something wrong, and I need to act.” Dark said. He went to walk away again, but Sunset grabbed his shoulder again.
“I know this will sound weird, but I’ve been seeing you in my dreams. Do you think that means something?” Sunset asked.
Dark knew this was no coincidence, but he couldn’t reveal that he was from another world to this person, “Nah. It’s probably just a weird coincidence.”
“Oh… Ok… Sorry for bothering you.” And with that, Sunset walked off, looking a little saddened.
Dark felt guilty for having to lie to Sunset. And he knew there was something different about her, because every time he saw her, he felt a feeling he rarely felt… Happiness.

Short #4
Characters: Heroes Short #5 Truth or Dare (Rainbow’s House) (8:00 PM)
All the mobians and equestria girls were at Rainbow’s house for a sleepover.
“OOOH This is going to be so much fun!” Pinkie squeaked as she jumped up and down on the couch.
“Pinkie, please don’t jump on my couch.” Rainbow sighed.
“Ok. CATCH ME!” Pinkie yelled jumping off the couch.
“Wait what? NO!” Rainbow shouted as her eyes widened.
Suddenly Shadow appeared and caught Pinkie mid-air, “Gotcha.”
Rainbow sighed, “Thanks. Shadow.”
“Don’t mention it.” Shadow said putting Pinkie back down.
Pinkie then zipped into the kitchen, “Food!”
Shadow groaned and walked into the kitchen, “Pinkie Pie, don’t you eat all the sweets. You are going to rot your teeth. And others would like them too.”
Rainbow chuckled and turned around. And when she did, she found a blue haired teen standing in front of her, “Hey Dash.”
“Hey Sonic.” Rainbow said giving her boyfriend a kiss on the cheek.
“So what are we going to be doing during this sleepover?” Sonic asked.
“Hmm… Probably watch a movie, play video games....” Then she had an even better idea, “Oh, we should play Truth or Dare!”
Sonic grinned, “I like the way you think.”
“Hey everyone! Come into the living room!” Rainbow shouted.
Everyone had gathered in the living room, each finding a seat somewhere.
“What is it?” Twilight asked sitting next to Tails.
“Who wants to play Truth or Dare?” Rainbow asked.
All the others all liked the idea, minus Dark, “What’s Truth or Dare?”
Everyone gasped.
“What? I never played any games when I was growing up. And after I became dark, I never did anything fun.” Dark said, “At least until I met Sunset.” He smiled at his girlfriend.
“Truth or Dare is a game where one person asks someone, ‘Truth or Dare’. The person has to pick ‘truth’ or ‘dare’. If they pick truth, they have to answer the question 100% honestly.” Rainbow explained, “If they pick dare, they have to do what ever dare they are told to do.”
“And if said person fails to do so?” Dark asked.
Rainbow smirked mischievously, “We’re going to restrict the rules to only nothing super inappropriate.”
“Huh?” Dark asked.
“You have to remove a piece of clothing.” Rainbow said.
Everyone gasped.
“However, none of the ‘underwear’ has to come off.” Sonic said quickly.
Some of them sighed in relief.
“I think I understand the game.” Dark said.
“Good. Let’s begin.” Rainbow said putting down a bottle, “I’ll go first.” She spun the bottle and it stopped on Silver, “Silver, Truth or Dare?”
“Hmm… Truth.” Silver said.
“Is it true you still dream about your old girlfriend Blaze?” Rainbow said.
Silver blushed, “Ok first off, she wasn’t my girlfriend. And second… Yes I still do.”
The others laughed slightly.
Silver spun the bottle and it stopped on Shadow, “Shadow, Truth or Dare?”
Shadow scoffed, “Dare.”
“I dare you to let Pinkie eat whipped cream off your face.” Silver said smirking.
“What!?” Shadow and Pinkie said together, but Pinkie was excited.
“Either you do it, or off with clothes.” Silver said.
Shadow growled.
“C’mon Shadow, what’s it gonna be?” Silver asked.
“I fucking hate you, bastard.” Shadow said walking into the kitchen.
They all heard the fridge open and close, then a squirting sound could be heard.
Shadow walked back in with whipped cream all over his face.
“YAY! Whipped Cream on Shady!” Pinkie squealed.
Shadow sat back down with his arms crossed.
Pinkie began to spoon the cream off his face, and ate it. But she decided to be mean and did it all slowly.
Shadow grabbed the bottle and spun it. It stopped on Sonic.
Sonic’s eyes widened slightly, “Oh great.”
“Alright, faker, Truth or Dare?” Shadow said.
“Hmph. I’m not scared. Dare!” Sonic said grinning.
“Heh. I dare you to dump a bucket of ice cold water over your head.” Shadow said as Pinkie continued to eat the whipped cream off his face.
Sonic growled, “I hate you.” He walked into the kitchen and got a bucket of ice, then filled it with cold water. He walked outside and stood in front of the window.
Rainbow pulled out her phone and turned on the video camera.
Sonic closed his eyes, and then dumped the water over himself, “G-GAH!”
Everyone burst into laughter as soon as a cold and soaked Sonic came in.
Sonic growled and sat back down next to Rainbow. He grabbed the bottle and spun it.
It stopped on Twilight.
“Twilight, truth or dare?” Sonic shivered.
“Truth.” Twilight said.
“Is it t-true you still l-like F-Flash Centry?” Sonic asked.
“I like Flash as a friend, but Tails is my true love.” Twilight said, causing Tails to blush.
Twilight spun the bottle, and it stopped on Tails, “Truth or Dare, Miles?”
“Dare.” Tails said.
“Hehe. I dare you to decorate the X-Tornado with girly things.” Twilight said.
“W-WHAT!? Twilight you’re mean! I refuse.” Tails said crossing his arms.
“Ooooh. He refused! Off with a piece of clothing!” Pinkie said eating more whipped cream.
Tails’ eyes widened, “Oops. Forgot about that. Is it too late to take that back?”
Twilight nodded.
“Dang.” Tails said, then he remembered what clothes he wore, “Oh wait. Nevermind.” He took of one of his gloves.
“Aw man. That’s lame.” Twilight said.
“Gotta try harder to out smart me, Twi.” Tails said.
“Ok time out. Update of rules. The piece of clothing you have to remove cannot be something small like gloves, wristbands, shoes, socks, etc.” Rainbow said, “Has to be something else.”
Everyone nodded.
Tails spun the bottle.
It stopped on Fluttershy, “Fluttershy, Truth or Dare?”
Fluttershy looked worried, “I’ll go with… Dare.”
Everyone gasped.
“Fluttershy, you don’t have to you know.” Tails said.
“No, I’m not scared. I said dare, and that’s what I want.” Fluttershy said.
“Ok then.” Tails said.
Before he said anything, Sonic leaned over to him and whispered in his ear.
Tails smirked, “Fluttershy, I dare you to sit on Dark’s lap for the rest of the game.”
“WHAT!” Dark, Fluttershy, Sunset, and Ace shouted.
“That’s right.” Tails said.
Fluttershy looked nervously at Dark, “O-Ok.”
Fluttershy sat down on Dark’s lap.
Dark blushed madly.
Ace and Sunset both fumed at Tails.
“Do anything funny bro, and I’ll make sure you will see nothing but darkness.” Ace said.
“Same here.” Sunset said.
Dark groaned.
Fluttershy had a look of fear on her face. She grabbed the bottle and spun it.
The bottle stopped at Rarity, “Oh, Rarity, Truth or Dare?”
“Truth.” Rarity said.
“Is it true you love your work better than Silver?” Fluttershy asked.
“Absolutely not.” Rarity said, “I have been working on several dresses and clothes, with Silver’s help.”
“Um, Rarity? I haven’t help you on any of your clothes lately.” Silver said.
Rarity’s cheeks flared, “Ok maybe I like working on some of the dress more than Silver.”
Silver eyes shrunk and his lip quivered.
Rarity saw this, “Oh don’t take it that way darling. I still love you.” Then she gave Silver a kiss.
Silver blushed, but felt a lot better after Rarity gave him the kiss.
Rarity spun the bottle and it stopped at Sunset.
Rarity then smirked wickedly.
“Uh oh.” Sunset said.
“Truth or Dare, Sunset darling?” Rarity asked, “If I were you, I wouldn’t pick dare.”
Sunset smirked, “You can’t fool me, Rarity, Dare.”
Rarity burst into laughter, “You fell for it!”
“What?” Sunset said shocked.
“I wanted you to pick dare. Because I’m going to make those two, even more angry.” Rarity said pointing at Dark and Fluttershy.
“Uh oh. Rarity, what are you thinking?” Sunset said.
“I dare you, to sit on Ace’s lap until the end of the game.” Rarity said.
Dark’s aura suddenly burst into flames.
“What will it be, Sunset? Ace, or clothing?” Rarity said.
Sunset sighed, “Sorry, Dark.” Then she sat down on Ace’s lap.
Dark’s eye twitched angrily, “Nothing… Funny… Understand?”
Ace put his hands in the air, “As long as you leave my girlfriend alone, I’ll leave yours alone.”
Dark nodded, and his aura died down a small bit.
Sunset spun the bottle, and it stopped on Dark.
Dark looked down at the bottle, and then at Sunset.
“Truth or dare, Dark?” Sunset asked.
“Truth.” Dark said.
Sunset thought hard, but couldn’t think of a question.
“What kind of answer do you want? An embarrassing one?” Ace whispered to Sunset.
“Sure why not.” Sunset said.
Ace whispered into Sunset’s ear.
“Ok Dark, is it true that you were afraid of the dark when you were younger?” Sunset asked.
Dark’s cheeks flushed slightly, “Maybe.”
Ace burst into laughter, “Oh for god's sake, he slept with a nightlight at night when he was in middle school.”
“Ace!” Dark yelled.
Everyone suddenly burst into hysterical laughter.
Dark’s cheeks flared even more, but his aura also began to grow too, “It’s not funny!”
“Oh no of course it’s not. The fact that the ‘Master of Darkness’ was afraid of the dark when he was younger isn’t at all funny. AHAHAHA!” Rainbow laughed.
Dark’s aura began to grow even more, “I said it’s not funny !” A small sudden gust of wind burst from the dark teen, causing everyone to be pushed backwards onto their backs.
Sunset looked back at Dark and realized she had taken it a little too far, “I’m sorry, Dark. I shouldn’t have asked such an embarrassing question. I won’t do it again.”
However, Dark’s aura didn’t shrink, and his eyes were flashing between red and blue.
Ace thought quickly and took the bottle and spun it. He used his powers and made it stop at Sunset, “Hey, Sunset? Dare or Dare?”
“Uh, dare?” Sunset said.
“I dare you and Fluttershy to swap places for the rest of the game… Before Dark’s anger grows too far.” Ace said.
“Good idea.” Sunset said getting up. Sunset and Fluttershy swapped places with each other.
When Sunset sat on his lap, Dark suddenly calmed down, “Wha-What happened?” He said grabbing his forehead.
“Nothing. Although, Fluttershy and I had to swap places.” Sunset said hugging her boyfriend.
Dark only blinked, but hugged her back.
“Your turn Dark.” Sunset said.
So the teens continued to play Truth or Dare, until everyone had fallen asleep playing.
Sonic and Rainbow had fallen asleep on the couch. Rainbow had snuggled up onto Sonic, both who ended up losing their shirts. Rainbow still had her sports bra on.
Shadow and Pinkie had fallen asleep on Shadow’s sleeping bag. Shadow still had a little whipped cream on his face, and Pinkie had her spoon in her mouth, which she was sucking on in her sleep.
Silver and Rarity had fallen asleep in a bean-bag chair. The two were cuddled together inside of Silver’s large fur coat. Rarity had lost her skirt, leaving her in her shorts.
Knuckles and Applejack had fallen asleep against a wall. Knuckles arm was behind Applejack’s neck, while she had her hat over her face. Knuckles hadn’t lost any clothes during the game.
Tails and Twilight had fallen asleep in another bean-bag chair. Tails had managed to lose both his sweatshirt and t-shirt during the game. Twilight was snuggled into his chest.
Ace and Fluttershy were snuggled together on the floor. Fluttershy was still sitting on Ace’s lap, and even some of the animals she had with her, were snuggled into Ace. Ace had managed to lose his sweatshirt during the game, leaving him in his t-shirt.
Dark and Sunset had fallen asleep in the recliner. Sunset was snuggled under Dark’s arm, smiling in her sleep. Dark had lost his shirts, leaving his chest bare.
Little did the heroes know, they were being watched.
Hikari, Lightning, and Accel stood outside their window, looking at the sleeping couples.
Accel snapped a photo with his phone, snickering in the process. But when he went to look at the photo, his phone deleted it on him, “Hey, what gives?”
Little did the three know, they were being watched. A young female spirit smiled and giggled, as she sat down on a tree branch. They couldn’t see her, but Galaxy Lilac was always around the heroes. Watching over them as they lived their lives happily.

A Nice Evening Out

In the midst of Sapphire City, people were walking in and out of stores and buildings. Coming out of a clothes and fabric store, two teens walked out.
One was a seventeen year old boy. He had short hair striped red and black. His eyes were the color of the day sky. He wore a black jacket over a white t-shirt, blue jeans with holes in the knees, and a pair of black and red sneakers. This young boy’s name was Aric.
The other was a seventeen year old girl. Her curly purple hair reached down to the middle of her back, supported by a blue hair band. She had golden yellow eyes. Her attire of choice was a white shirt with a purple skirt, a pair of purple boots with gems along the sides, and a pair of sunglasses. The young girl was named Lily.
“Ah another set for my spring clothes line all set,” Lily said, smiling.
“Great. Can we go back to your house so I can put these down now?” Aric asked, holding five bags in each of his hands.
Lily looked back at the boy and giggled. “I supposed we can, darling.”
The two walked through the city, Lily every now and then stopping to admire the beauty of the city sights.
“Aric, look,” Lily said pointing somewhere.
“Huh? What am I looking at?” Aric turned his head to where Lily was pointing.
Lily was pointing at a fountain with a large sapphire on the top. It was the city’s monument and center piece. It was also the place where Aric and Lily first met.
“Remember this is where you and I first met?” Lily said.
Aric smirked a bit, “Yeah. Although it could have gone better.”
Flashback One Year
Aric was walking down the streets, blasting music through his headphones. As he walked, he saw the city monument fountain. Walking over to it, he looked down in the fountain, seeing a lot of coins in it. People say the sapphire on the fountain brings good luck and grants wishes.
Even though he didn’t believe in luck, Aric pulled out a coin. I wish I had a friend, he thought to himself. He flicked the coin into the fountain. “I know it was a waste. Who’d be friends with me?” He said turning away from the fountain.
As Aric turned, he accidentally bumped into someone and began falling backwards. “Whoa!” he shouted, grabbing the nearest thing to him. It happened to be the person he’d bumped into.
“Ah!” A female voice squealed.
SPLASH!
Aric could tell he was soaked from head to bottom, because he felt cold everywhere. He looked up and saw the person he pulled in by accident was laying on top of him. It was a young teen girl.
Her purple hair was now soaked and drenched, as were her clothes. Her golden yellow eyes stared at Aric.
“Uh,” Aric mumbled.
The girl suddenly glared at him and her cheeks puffed up in anger. “How dare you pull a lady down like that!”
“Excuse me? I’m sorry, but who was it that bumped into me?” Aric asked.
“You, sir, bumped into me,” the girl said. “And now you’ve ruined my outfit! Not to mention the expensive fabrics I just bought!” She pointed at a couple bags floating in the water.
“Mommy? What are those two people doing in the fountain?” a little boy said pointing at the two teens.
“Nevermind them honey. The couple wasn’t paying attention to where they were going,” a woman said pulling the little boy with her. “They were probably paying too much attention to each other.”
Aric and the girl’s faces instantly lit up light tomatoes.
The girl quickly got off Aric and got out of the fountain, dripping with water. She picked up her bags and looked in them. her face turning saddened with a frown, “Uhg. Ruined. Absolutely ruined.”
As Aric got out of the fountain, he looked at the girl, and he felt bad for accidentally pulling her into the water. “Where did you get your fabrics from?”
“What does it matter to you?” the girl asked.
“Will you just tell me?” Aric said with an annoyed look.
“Sapphire City Fabrics and Clothes store,” the girl said.
“Fine. Let’s go,” Aric said walking past the girl.
“Go? Go where?” she asked.
“I’m replacing your fabrics,” Aric said. “I’m the reason they got ruined after all.”
“Wait… You’re going to replace my fabrics?” the girl asked, running up next to Aric. “Since when did anyone in this city become so generous?”
“There aren’t many of us, but there are the few.” Aric said.
The two teens continued walking to the store, staying quiet. By the time they got to the store, their clothes had dried.
“Alright. Go get your fabrics, and I’ll pay for them,” Aric said.
The girl hesitated. “I don't know if this is right. I don't think you should be paying for my fabrics. I am technically the reason you pulled me down in the first place. Had I paid attention ,we wouldn't be in this situation.”
“It’s alright. I’m ok with it,” Aric said, smiling. He pat the girl on her shoulder.
“Ok… If you say so. Thank you… uh I never got your name,” she said.
“Oh, right. My name’s Aric,” he said holding out his hand to shake.
“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Aric, my name’s Lily.” The girl said shaking Aric’s hand.
“A pretty name, fitting for a pretty girl.” Aric said smiling.
Lily’s face burned red a little.
“Alright, go get those fabrics. I’ll wait up front,” Aric said.
After about five minutes later, the two teens finish up with their shopping.
“Thank you very much for shopping, Miss Lily,” the cashier said, waving to Lily and Aric.
Lily smiled and waved as the two left the store. “Thank you for helping me, Aric.”
“Any time, Lily,.” Aric said handing Lily her fabrics.
“I really should be heading home now,” Lily said looking at the giant clock, reading 5:30 pm.
“You need any more help with anything?” Aric asked.
“No, I should be good. Besides, you’ve done plenty enough for me, dear,” Lily said smiling.
“Ok then. Have a nice rest of your day.” Aric said.
“You as well.” Lily said.
As Lily was walking down the streets, she suddenly felt something wet hit her head. “Huh?” She held out her hand and felt more water. “Oh, no, no, no; not rain.” She looked in her bag for her umbrella, but she couldn’t find it. “Oh no. I must've left it at home.”
The rain began to come down in larger amounts.
“Oh no. My fabrics will be ruined again,” Lily said, feeling the rain as it began coming down. But then it suddenly stopped. “Huh?”
She saw the rain was still coming down, but she wasn’t getting wet.
“Can’t let those fabrics get wet again,” a familiar voice said.
Lily looked next to her and saw Aric hold an umbrella above her. “Aric…”
“No need to thank me. Just helping a friend out,” Aric said, smiling.
Lily’s face turned red as she smiled.
“Which way to your house?” Aric asked.
Lily pointed and the two walked in the direction. As they walked, Lily grabbed Aric’s hand.
Aric looked down at her hand, then back at her. She smiled at him. And he smiled back.
End of Flashback
“That was one of the best days of my life,” Lily said, looking at Aric.
“Mine, too,” Aric said, smiling at Lily.
The two teens nuzzled their noses together, then proceeded to walk to Lily’s house.
