The Power of Friendship

   Twilight, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash were walking through Ponyville searching for any clues on what could have happened to Rainbow Dash's family. "Do you think they would have gone anywhere without telling you?" Twilight asked Rainbow Dash. "They might have, but I am pretty sure they would have told me. They wouldn't want me to worry, but it might be a possibility." Rainbow replied.

   "Oh! I almost forgot! I still have to see about decorations for the Summer Sun Celebration!" Do either of you two know who is in charge of decorations?" Twilight asked. Pinkie thought about it. "No, I don't, but don't you have a list?" Pinkie Pie asked. She waved at somepony across the street. "Well, I left it in the carriage when I got out. Rainbow? Do you know?" Twilight asked. "Yeah. I do. Her name is Rarity. She lives and works at the Carousel Boutique. But, be warned. If she sees any hair out of place on your mane, she will throw a fit. You want to do a quick mane check?" Rainbow asked the two other ponies. "Sure." Twilight replied.

   The three ponies stopped at Sugar Cube Corner and checked their manes to see if there were any hairs out of place. "I am glad we checked. I had hairs out of place everywhere on my head. She would have freaked."  Pinkie Pie said. "Well, we better get going if we want to get there before it gets dark." Rainbow Dash said.

   The trio headed out the door, but stopped in there tracks when they heard a scream come from a building near Town Square. "What was that?!" Pinkie Pie asked. "That sounded like Rarity. I wonder what's wrong. We better go see." Rainbow Dash said. The three ran over to a building with a sign that said Carousel Boutique. "This is where I needed to go anyway." Twilight said. Rainbow Dash opened the door and there stood a beautiful pony with a perfect purple mane and white skin. She was a picture of perfection. "OH! WHAT A TRAGEDY!" The pony shouted. "RARITY! What's wrong?" Rainbow Dash asked. The purple maned pony looked over and said, "Oh. Nothing, darling. I was just helping this customer find the right holiday sweater and she picked this one out and it was just hideous. I told her she needed a new one, but she wouldn't listen." Rarity said.

   "That was all you screamed about?! You had them worried and plus, I need to get everything ready for the Summer Sun Celebration!... I have one question. Are you Rarity?" Twilight asked.

   "Yes. Are you going to ask me how the decorations are coming along?" She asked.

"Yes. That is why we came here besides your scream." Twilight said. "Well, the decor is coming along fine, but the question I have is, What color should each banner be? Maybe rainbow banners. That would look adorable!" Rarity said. Twilight looked confused. "Rarity, this is the Summer SUN Celebration. I think each banner should have a sun on it." Twilight said.

"No, I mean, what should the background color of each banner be? I am thinking either rainbow or a light purple." Rarity explained. Twilight nodded her head. "Sure, Rarity. Either a light purple or rainbow, but please hurry and pick. The Celebration is in two days. But, we have to leave now to check on everything else. If you need anything you are welcome to come and find me. I will be in Ponyville for the rest of the time before the Celebration. I will most likely be staying in the library across town." Twilight explained.

"Okay. OH! I forgot. I want you to meet my family. They are visiting for the celebration. I want you to come meet them. PLEASE!!" Rarity asked. Twilight wasn't sure, but she did have two more days here. She had time to meet her family and then check up on everything else. "Okay, I guess I can stay a little while longer." Twilight explained.

"Oh, YAY!!! Thank you, Twilight, thank you!" Rarity shouted. "Oh, and you two can meet them as well." Rarity looked at Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. "Sure, we can stay." Rainbow Dash said. She forgot all about her family missing.

"Okay, they should be in the kitchen. I will go grab them and you ponies can make yourselves at home." Rarity said.

Rarity walked into the kitchen, but then she screamed again. "AHHHHH!!!!" Rarity screamed. "Come on guys, we have to see what's wrong!" Rainbow Dash said. The three ponies rushed into the kitchen and saw Rarity sobbing on the floor. "Where did they go? They were just here. They couldn't have left. They would have just walked past us in the living room. That is the only way out!" Rarity shouted. "Rarity! It will be okay. Who is missing? Your family?" Twilight asked. Rarity nodded. "Yes! Like I said. They were just here." She shouted once more.

"Wow! That is such a coincidence. My family went missing too. I forgot about them!" Rainbow Dash shouted. "TWILIGHT, WE HAVE TO LOOK FOR EACH OF OUR FAMILIES! WE CAN'T LEAVE THEM WHERE EVER THEY ARE! THEY MIGHT GET LOST OR HURT! Rainbow Dash shouted at Twilight. "Okay. We will look." Twilight said.

  "Finally!" Rainbow Dash said with sarcasm. "Come on let's go." Twilight said, ignoring Rainbow's comment.
