Dark Link was Link's opposite in every way. He was made to destroy the hero of time and Ganondorf enemies. He wasn't supposed to feel anything being a thing made of the hero's evil. He should have been the very instrument of evil. He, however, does have his own emotions. Being stuck in the water temple, he longed for freedom. He wanted to be free! Whether in life or death. Instead, he is left alone alive when the hero spared him. He drowned in despair until he suddenly finds himself in a forest. Dark Link now finds himself in a new world entirely with a strange voice guiding him.
