Spitfire walked out onto the flight deck of the Titan and looked at the A-10 Warthog she would be flying.

"Damn she's a beaut," Spitfire said with a smile.

"Captain Spitfire this mission as you know is a solo one, so that means no screw ups," the admiral said as she walked up beside Spitfire.Spitfire nodded before replying.

"How good is the anti-air on the enemy carrier?" the admiral shook her head

"Destroyers have been hammering down on the carrier with cruise missiles, anti-air won't be a problem."Spitfire put on her flight helmet and started toward her A-10.

"Good luck Captain!" The admiral yelled before heading back to the bridge, Spitfire climbed into the Warthog and prepped for takeoff.

After being loaded with JDAM bombs Spitfire was cleared to takeoff, once in the air Spitfire flew to the combat zone.

"This is Alpha1 I've entered the combat zone, enemy carrier in sight," Spitfire said reporting to the carrier.

"Copy Alpha1 proceed with attack phase" the carrier radioed back. Spitfire boosted her Warthog and quickly closed in before dropping two JDAMs on the enemy carrier's flight deck destroying a number of zeros and Migs, Spitfire gained some altitude before dive bombing the carrier and fired down on the ship's vital systems with the Warthogs 30mm gauss cannon.

"Spitfire one more strafing run and the enemy carrier is out of commission!," the admiral radioed Spitfire.

"Confirmed admiral," Spitfire said as she dropped her last two JDAM bombs on the carrier's flight, the carrier's alarm went off as a fire spread into the ship from the flight deck.

"Going in one more time!" Spit radioed over as she flew down over the ship firing the gauss cannon, a massive explosion erupted from below the flight deck forcing Spitfire to evade.

"Enemy carrier is sinking I'm low on fuel won't make it back to the Titan" Spitfire said over the comms to the Titan.

"Confirmed Captain land at one of the nearest land bases" the Titan radioed back.

Spitfire landed at the airbase on Wake Island right as her Warthog ran out of fuel.

"Phew that was close," Spitfire said with relief.Airmen quickly ran over and started refueling her Warthog, the comms light up with activity "Captain Spitfire this is Alpha2, we have a squadron of Zero heading straight for Wake Island!" Spitfire took off after refueling.

"Copy we have to defend the island!" Spitfire got into formation with her squadron.

"Wonderbolts listen up, destroy all the Zeros heading to Wake Island!" the admiral said over the comms.The Zeros quickly engaged the Wonderbolts without hesitation.

"They're all over me!!" one of Spitfire's squad mates yelled over the comms.

"Calm down Alpha3, Alpha4 assist him," Spitfire said as the pilot obeyed orders.

"Spitfire you got two Zeros on you!" Spitfire evaded before responding.

"Soren is that you?" Spitfire said destroying two Zeros firing at what she assumed was her friend.

"Hell yeah!" Soren responded as he leveled out beside Spitfire.

"How have you been?" Spitfire asked as the last Zeros were destroyed.

"Good we'll catch at the base," Soren said as the squadron followed him and Spitfire down to Wake Island.

"Great job out there, our path home is clear" the admiral radioed the squadron.

"Thank you, ma'am have a safe trip" Spitfire replied landing before closing comms with the Titan.
