Yes, it's another Fallout-MLP crossover story. This one is written in the spirit of New Vegas.

In the far north, The Neighvada Desert Raiders, a band of deeply racist Earth Ponies rule through sheer force of will. Along the coast of Californeigha, a group of Unicorn Mares are building a new Solar Empire, and attempting to bring back the rule of the Alicorn Princesses. In the south a group of Pegasi are simply trying to stay alive and independent, and don't care to challenge the might of the northern forces.

Through it all our two main characters fight with no true allegiance, attempting to temper the Wasteland and gain power and fame for themselves at the cost of all others, maybe even each other.

Our story follows Selene, a mercury grey pegasi stallion who believes himself to be Luna's descendant and rightful heir. He grew up in the Eastern Wasteland, near the fabled city of Canterlot, but has recently traveled a great distance through the central Irradiated Zone, a lifeless stretch of radioactive wasteland that has been uninhabited since the nuclear holocaust that plunged the world into anarchy centuries ago. Now that he has arrived in the Western Wasteland, he begins his fight from anonymity, to rulership.

Or at least he will try...
