Battle Between Two Races

The Battle Begins

One by one the ponies, who were preparing, digging, kicking and building as many devices as possible to help insure that they are as safe as can be,continued to work. RainbowDash was in the sky practicing the route she will take during battle, Fluttershy was digging while talking to the land critters and telling them how she'll need their help in battle. Applejack continued kicking as many apples off the trees as fast as she could with her two back hooves. Rarity and Pinky Pie were both digging while Rarity still complained about how dirty the mud was inevitably making her perfectly sculpted mane.

Now after long, hard, back-breaking work, the ponies had finished and had reported back to the Town Hall.
Princess Celestia walked out of her back-room to the herd of ponies and announced proudly. "The time has come my fellow ponies. In just a few hours the dragons will come to attack our beautiful village, but little do they know we have prepared for their unwelcomed visit." Princess Celestia says. "Anypony who has not been given a specific job will assist the job-doers in any work they demand. The only way us ponies will win this battle is to stick together and stick to what we do best."

Celestia said, 'All Pegasus ponies will work the skies and try to keep the attention of the flying dragons and distract them while we attack them from below. Unicorns will attack from the bottom and shoot at them with your magic spells and scare them away. Do whatever you must do to rid of these dragons!" Earth ponies will attack fallen dragons with their back hooves. And I will assist anypony that seems to be in desperate need of my help. Now everypony, get pre- Excuse me a small dragon in the back says. "Yes Spike?

"Could we please not be so harsh? I mean after all the dragons are my people, I dont want to see either side get hurt. Celestia responds. "I'm sorry Spike but we must keep everypony safe from harm." Spike tries to speak out. "but wai-, Celestia interupts. "Everypony get into battle positions, the dragons will be arriving shortly."

"Rainbowdash in position?"

"Yes ma'am!" says Rainbowdash!" Celestia shouts, "Pinky Pie, Rarity, Twilight in the ditches!?" Pinky pie says "Yes ma'am." Twilight Sparkle responds. "Yes indeedy." Rarity says" I wish i could say otherwise!"

"What was that Rarity" says Princess Celestia. Rarity responds, looking slightly startled. "Uhm nothing! I said im here, of course."

"Good. Fluttershy?" Asks Celestia. "Right here" says Flutttershy with herds of little land animals surrounding her. "Ok then!" exclaims Celestia. "Seems as if everypony is in position. Now we wait for the dragons!"

"ROOOAR" A loud herd of over twenty or more dragons quickly fly towards Ponyville full of hunger, RainbowDash quickly flies into position swirling around the ravenous dragons, making them fly, confused, in all different directions! The confusion caused three to four dragons to crash into each other at a time. Rainbowdash is suddenly whipped by a strong tail of a dragon and is hurled toward the land. Applejack gallops into position to catch Rainbowdash, but Rainbowdash had a dragon following her as she hurtled to the ground. Applejack runs right under Rainbowdash and catches her in a patch of apples and asks. "Are you alright Rainbow? " Rainbowdash screams to Applejack saying "Watch out!!!" And with a reassuring look on Applejacks face she lifts her two back hooves and kicks the dragon in the snout knocking him onto the floor. The dragon flies away with pain and embarrasment in its face but there's still many more to face!

"Rarity? Where's Rarity?" questiones Twilight Sparkle, worry apparent in her eyes. "Look off in the distance." Shouts Pinky Pie."iits Rarity, and shes all dressed up in her fancy jewels." Twilight shouts. "JEWELS! Remember dragons eat jewels! Rarity! You have to get the jewels off of you immediately! Rarity replies snobbishly, "I will most certainly not! This is a special event and I made this dress specificaly for it! HMPH!!" Pinky Pie says with a happy, yet shabby tone, "Don't look now, but Im pretty sure there's a dragon behind Rarity.... licking his lips."

"Rarity, run!" screams Twilight Sparkle. "I will not, running is for less proper ponies, us proper ponies prefer to walk." CRACK! Crunch! "OWCH!" says Rarity in a painful squeal. "Something just pinched me! "No. Nothing pinched ya'." says Pinky Pie. "It was just that big dragon feeding on your precious green jewel. "Wait" says Rarity. "A dragon ate MY green jewel?" Rarity quickly turned around and looked the dragon in his eyes and said, "You may be able to pick on all the others but when you touch my jewelery, bub, I mean bussiness." Rarity jumps on the dragons back with an earsplitting squeal and stretches the dragons eyelids to look like slugs, and starts pummeling the dragon untill it starts wailing and flies away in a sudden fit of fear of ponies. "Well, that was intresting wouldn't you say?" asks Rarity. Twilight Sparkle and Pinky Pie's jaw both touching the ground in astonishment. "Well, we'd better get back to work, right girls?"

"Fluttershy get in there we need your help!" Says Celestia. "O-ok" exclaims Fluttershy. "GO FOREST ANIMALS" shouts Fluttershy when suddenly 30 angry birds, rabbits, bears, you name it, came and started attacking every dragon. "That looks like the last of them," says Celestia. "Yay! Everypony starts cheering to see the last couple dragons flying away. "Yay! Yay!Yay! Everyone cheers when suddenly, Boom! BoOM! BOOM! BOOM! The dragon chieftain stepped up to Celestia and says "Celestia, this shall be the final battle be between you and I! May this day never be forgotten!"

The enraged Dragon Chieftain hurtles himself at Celestia. The dragons power was far greater than that of Celestia , "The Dragon has her pinned on the floor!" shouts Applejack! "We have to help her," says Pinky pie. "We can't," says Applejack, he is far more powerful than all of us ponies put together, there's nothing we can possibly do."

All of the ponies bow their heads knowing that their princess and their beautiful homeland was soon to be torn away from them when suddenly Applejack points out. "Look up in the sky, something is descending in the sky." Pinky Pie shouts at the top of her lungs. "IT'S PRINCESS LUNA! Luna lands with a big thud with anger in her face and shouts, "Let my sister go you-you dragon!"

"Oh yeah Luna, and what are you going to do about it?" says the ill-tempered dragon chieftain. "Let her go or I will be forced to show you my true power!" says Luna. "Ok," says the dragon with a sarcastic tone. "Show me you worst!." Suddenly, a large blue and black aura surrounds princess Luna and suddenly she starts growing in power and becoming more powerful as the seconds pass." N-n-n-Nightmare Moon! Luna, you're Nightmare moon?" says the dragon who seemed to be frightened. Luna slowly walks to the dragon chieftain and grabs him by the ruffles of his over stretchy skin and says "You get off my sister's land or you will suffer the consequences of Nightmare Moon!!"

"O-ok," says the dragon chieftain, and he scurries away as his unsturdy wings wobble while he flies away as quickly as possible.

"Luna" , says princess Celestia,? How did you know I was in danger?" Luna says . "I watch over every move you make and every step you take, Celestia. I'll make sure you and your civilization will always be safe." Celestia says kindly, "What could I ever do to repay you? "No payment is needed, just to see you all safe is enough for me. Well, I must be returning to the moon, bye for now Celestia. "Low voices start to chatter and end up growing louder and louder untill everypony is shouting Celestia's name. "CELESTIA, CELESTIA, CELESTIA!!!" Celestia says "I bet we won't be seeing any more of them, wouldn't ya say? Everypony says, "Ya bet that's right! Applejack announces, "Well, I'm going to need to go make some more apples. We about ran out there for a minute. I almost got worried, but not too much." Rarity butts in and says "Yes, I definitely need to get this mud out of my hair," in her usual whiney voice. Everypony starts laughing and all start breaking and return to their village that they will never take for granted again.
