Sunset pov.

Sunset woke up to a blinding headache, trying to sit stand on all fours lead to her falling a couple more times till she remembered her new body.

“Celestia damn it.”

Moving into a sitting position she tentatively rose her new hand to her forehead and lightly touched the center of her pain.

“Hngg! Buck that hurts, note to self you're even less durable than before. And you weren’t that durable to begin with. Arggh.”

Looking around you saw a sink and mirror just a foot away and started picking yourself up, a couple of dazed and awkward steps and she was there. Viewing her reflection for the first time made the situation more real, she really was an idiot. She was stuck in a new world, she couldn’t feel her magic and she had no knowledge about this world or how it worked.

Taking a deep breath and slight gagging because of her surroundings, she started looking inside for her magic. After a while she found it, but couldn’t bring it out she could pull on it and feel it when she was concentrating on it, but calling it forth meet with failure.

“Of course it wouldn't be that easy…”

That’s when her stomach made itself known.

“Well at least its dry here, i’ll just wait out the rain and find something later.”

That’s when she noticed another saddlebag near hears and the ruby-haired girl laying on the floor.

“Or I can steal a bit of food from them. Not like they’ll be able to find me later.”

She moved over to the girls bag and eventually found some nuts and water bottles just before the rain finally stopped.

“Alright time to get outta here before she wakes up, and find a good place to hole up in.”

She quickly left the the bathroom and headed out of the park towards some alleys, if she could find an empty building to set up in then finding a way to live in this world would be easier. At least she hoped so, wasn’t like she had much experience on her own since the Princess snatched her up as a student so early on.

Walking along the alleys she eventually came upon what seemed like a warehouse district, finding one with a slightly rusted door, she kicked it in and started scoping it out. Lot’s of dust and some metal crates, a second floor with dirty windows, two rooms on opposite ends of the second floor and a lot of tarps hanging from the rafters. Overall not a pleasant place, but it was dry and wasn’t falling apart.

Looking at one of the crates, she find out that breaking off the rusted bolts let her open them up and inside she found a bunch of jars. Opening one of the jars up and she found she now had a source of food as they contained dried fruit, not the best food source but she could make it work. Eating a few of the fruits along with the nuts she stole she was no longer hunger for now, but her head was still throbbing a bit. She didn’t know what to do about that, so she just went up to the second floor and searched the rooms.

The first was an old office with the only piece of furniture not rotted to uselessness being an armchair and what looked to be a safe in the corner, trying to open it just lead to her getting frustrated.

The second room was a bathroom, trying out the water she found it was still flowing so she let it run till it stopped being yellow. A few cautious sips later and she’d confirmed the water wasn’t about to kill her.

So she’d gotten lucky and found a good shelter, things were looking up it seemed.

“私は見つけた! 盗人を酷評した! 今私に私の供給を与えなさい!”

Ahh, buck you to universe!

Ranma pov

Ranma woke up with a groan, after the rain started she’d immediately rushed to the nearest building she could find, once inside before she could begin heating up water to change back she’d turned around and gotten head butted by a flame-headed girl. Looking around she saw that she’d lost a few hours as it was now morning when it’d been late evening when she’d been struck unconscious.

*Growl*

And she was starving, that’s when she notice here pack was open. She quickly rushed over and started sorting through and found that all but one of her waters were taken and her bag of assorted nuts was gone. Though it seemed whoever stole from her had tossed her jerky away as she saw it in a puddle next to a trash can.

So in short she had no food and only a single bottle of water, oh she was gonna beat the shit outta this thief.

Shouldering her pack, she started looking for clues as to where they’d gone. After a bit of searching she found a trail of fresh footprints in the mud leading out of the park. Following them into the alley she found a couple of muddy footprints and followed. After a bit the footprints had started to fade but she found herself in what seemed like a warehouse district.

“Well this is certainly cliche.”

While he hadn’t watched much movies going up he’d seen enough to know criminals always gathered in warehouses. Looking around for a hour or so she face-palmed when after searching for the one the thief was occupying she found herself back at the alley entrance and looking at a slightly rusted but ajar door.

“Well I feel stupid now, let’s get this over with.”

Kicking the door wide open you yell out and get into a fighting stance.

“I found you! You damned thief! Now give me back my supplies!”

After your yell you see the fire-headed girl from before looking at you with a deadpan expression, before turning and running into a room upstairs.

“You ain’t getting away!”

3rd person

As Sunset runs into and locks the door of the office she freezes as a fist punches through the metal door. Backing up and falling into the chair she stares wide eyed as Ranma punches the door separating them into scrap. Both can only think one thing.

‘Only I would end up in a situation like this.’
