In space, a Confederacy of Independent Systems Belbullab-22 starfighter was over the third moon of Vassek. The stafighter's name was named the Soulless One. Inside the Soulless One was the wounded Supreme Commander of the Droid Armies, General Grievous. He was heading back to his castle, also known as his lair to some people across the Galaxy. Grievous flew the Soulless One to the surface where his lair laid. Grievous landed his starfighter in the hangar of the castle. He limped out of the ship and was holding his left arm piece that had fallen off from a recent encounter with the Jedi, his vicious enemies. Grievous also had a black left eye and was really hurt. Grievous walked and then heard a odd sound of footsteps.
"Who's there?!" Grievous demanded, frightened.
The cyborg of the Confederacy ignited a lightsaber with his right hand. He walked towards the room where he he kept he war trophies of lightsabers from dead Jedi. He saw that his 2 lightsabers that he had stored away for safe-keeping were gone. A figure approached Grievous from behind.
"Um...hello?" the figure said.
Grievous quickly turned around and backed up. "Who are you?!" the General of the CIS Armed Forces asked.
"Um...I'm Fluttershy," Fluttershy said. Her voice was so low, Grievous couldn't hear her.
"What?!" the cyborg of the CIS asked. "Speak up!"
"It's, um...Fluttershy..." she repeated again but lower.
"I CAN'T HEAR YOU! SPEAK UP!" Grievous yelled.
"Fluttershy," she said lowly again.
Grievous turned off his blue lightsaber and did a face palm with his right hand. He never heard someone speak so low. Grievous put his hand back down and looked at Fluttershy.
"Why are you in my castle?!" Grievous demanded.
"Um, my leader, Sunset Shimmer, decided to come here Mr....." Fluttershy started.
"Grievous. General Grievous. You can call me that," Grievous explained.
"Oh. Well, General Grievous, Sunset Shimmer brought us here since we were bored of living on Earth and wanted to have fun. A droid named A4-D told us that we could crash here for a few days," Fluttershy explained.
"A4-D told this Sunset Shimmer that you guys could stay here?!" Grievous questioned in an angry tone.
Fluttershy backed up a little. "Yes...?"
Grievous screamed so loud, it could be heard from another planet.
"Um, General? I think you need to calm down," Fluttershy tried to calm Grievous down.
Grievous glared at Fluttershy. "How am I supposed to calm down if I have little girls running around my castle and I'm wounded?!"
"We can ask A4-D or Sunset Shimmer to help you General Grievous," Fluttershy explained to the cyborg.
"Take me to Sunset Shimmer and A4-D!" Grievous commanded.
"Um, yes, General."
General Grievous and Fluttershy walked out of the war trophy room and headed to find Sunset Shimmer and/or A4-D.
Inside the control room of Grievous' castle, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and Sour Sweet were inside talking.
"Look, we've been stuck here for days doing nuthin' but eating pizza," Rainbow explained. "I wanna go somewhere!"
"I know how you feel, Rainbow Dash. Staying at this castle is so fun!" Sour Sweet said before snapping, "If we weren't doing nothing except chilling with that the dumb droid!"
"A4-D isn't dumb! He's kinda crazy, but he's not dumb!" Pinkie Pie interjected.
"Why did Sunset Shimmer out you in charge of the castle instead of me?" Rainbow questioned Pinkie.
"She thought I could handle a entire base myself!" Pinkie explained.
"This A4-D droid thinks Pinkie Pie can command an entire castle herself!" Sour Sweet happily said before snapping and saying, "What was he thinking when he did that?!"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Sour Sweet, A4-D can do whatever he wants to do. This is his castle!" Rainbow explained her thoughts.
"Actually, A4-D said this was his master's castle!" Pinkie Pie explained the real truth.
"Yeah, but A4-D's master isn't here!" Sour Sweet yelled.
"Where's Sunset Shimmer?" Pinkie asked.
"She's in the room playing with the master of the castle's pet," Rainbow explained.
Meanwhile, Grievous and Fluttershy were walking down the hallway.
"Fluttershy, I never noticed how cute you were," Grievous explained.
Fluttershy blushed. She didn't know if Grievous liked her. "Thank you."
"I hope you can tell me where Sunset Shimmer is," Grievous said.
"Yes. She should be in the Gor room," Fluttershy told Grievous.
"The Gor room? Did you guys hurt my pet roggwart Gor?" Grievous asked.
"No! We would never hurt Gor!" Fluttershy quickly explained.
Grievous and Fluttershy continued to walk through the hallway of Grievous's lair.
Inside Grievous's pet room was his roggwart named Gor. He was on the floor, dead and Sunset Shimmer, Indigo Zap, and Applejack were standing by the dead roggwart.
"What are we going to do?!" Applejack yelled at Indigo and Sunset. "Indigo, you murdered Gor!"
"Me?! Stop blaming stuff on me!" Indigo lied.
"Indigo Zap, you grabbed one of the saber-swords from Fluttershy and killed Gor with it, on purpose," Sunset explained.
"Yeah! You thought that the saber-sword and Gor would 'mix together' and they killed him!" Applejack added.
"I didn't know. We have to report to this to A4-D!" Indigo explained. "A4-D's master is going be very unpleased at Gor's death."
Then, General Grievous and Fluttershy walked into Gor's room. Grievous's eyes widened when he saw Gor dead.
"GOR? GOR?!" Grievous screamed.
"Oh my gosh!" Fluttershy gasped.
"Who are you?!" Sunset Shimmer demanded.
"I'm General Grievous, Supreme Commander of the Droid Armies and you killed my pet!" Grievous yelled.
"Sunset Shimmer killed Gor, General," Indigo lied.
"She did not!" Applejack yelled.
Then, a TT-8L gatekeeper droid came down from the ceiling and looked at Grievous. Pinkie Pie was on the gatekeeper droid.
"Are you A4-D's master?" Pinkie Pie asked the gatekeeper droid.
"Yes! I'm General Grievous and get out of my command center!" Grievous yelled.
"Oh. Yes, General Grievous. Sorry that I'm in your command center, General Grievous," Pinkie Pie apologized.
She then pulled the gatekeeper droid back up. Grievous glared at Sunset Shimmer, Indigo Zap, and Applejack.
"Who really murdered Gor?" Grievous questioned.
"It was Sunset Shimmer!" Indigo lied to Grievous and Fluttershy as she pointed to Sunset.
"No! It was Indigo Zap!" Sunset explained, pointing to Indigo.
"Both of you, come with me!" Grievous ordered.
Indigo and Sunset glared at each other, but soon followed the General of the CIS Armed Forces. Before Grievous left for the command center of his castle, Grievous faced Fluttershy.
"You stay here with the orange girl," Grievous commanded.
Fluttershy stood up tall and smiled lightly at Grievous. "Yes, sir, General Grievous."
Grievous walked away with Indigo and Sunset, heading for the command center.
Inside the command center, Grievous was crying, heartbroken and angry at Gor's death. Sunset Shimmer stood on Grievous's left while Indigo Zap stood on Grievous's right.
"How could you guys kill my pet from my homeworld of Kalee?!" Grievous sobbed.
"I didn't murder your pet, General," Indigo lied. "Sunset Shimmer murdered your pet."
Grievous turned his head towards Sunset Shimmer. "Sunset Shimmer, did you murder Gor?!" Grievous questioned as another tear dropped from his right eye.
"No! I didn't murder Gor! I would never murder you pet General Grievous," Sunset Shimmer explained.
Indigo Zap let out a evil smirk. "Tell Grievous more lies, Sunset."
Then, Grievous's EV-series supervisor/interrogator droid named A4-D walked into the command center.
"General Grievous, having fun with your new friends?" A4-D asked.
Grievous, Sunset, and Indigo turned their heads and faced the droid. Grievous then growled.
"A4-D! You let them in here!" Grievous yelled.
"Of course. I knew you would enjoy them," A4-D said.
A4-D always liked to inflict pain on General Grievous since he was still a EV-series droid and liked to be cruel to certain people. Grievous and his "medical" droid got into it a lot.
"Sunset Shimmer, did you want to come here?!" Grievous asked.
"Yes. It's my fault for bringing the Shadowbolts and the Rainbooms here. The reason why we wanted to come here was because we wanted to have fun. We had pizza and played with your pet, Gor. A4-D said it was the perfect place to stay when we were looking for the right planet to have fun. We didn't know this your home," Sunset Shimmer explained. "I'm sorry."
Grievous cried some more and A4-D laughed at Grievous's sadness. Indigo and Sunset felt bad.
Back inside Gor's room, the rest of the Rainbooms and Shadowbolts came in the room.
"What happened to Gor?!" Rarity asked.
"He looks like he's dead!" Sunny Flare said.
"Of course he's dead, Sunny Flare. That's no way to treat A4-D's master's pet!" Rarity told Sunny.
"Whoever killed him is going to be in big trouble with A4-D's master," Lemon Zest stated.
"I'll start looking for clues," Sci-Twi said.
"You don't need to, sugarcube," Applejack stated.
Everyone faced Applejack.
"And why's that?!" Sugarcoat quickly asked.
"Because I saw the whole thing!" AJ explained.
Everyone gasped. Fluttershy looked at the ground. Rainbow caught Fluttershy's eyes.
"Fluttershy?!" Rainbow yelled. "What are you looking for?"
Fluttershy stopped. She looked at Rainbow. "Nothing! Just making sure everything's okay," she lied.
"Fluttershy? What's the matter?" Sour Sweet asked.
"I'm fine," she lied again.
Secretly, Fluttershy was looking for Grievous's other lightsaber since she gave one to Indigo to play with Gor. She knew she kinda murdered Gor since she stole Grievous's lightsabers and gave one of them to Indigo.
"Hey, what's that?" Pinkie asked, pointed at a button.
Pinkie Pie walked over to the button. It said "tracking beacon". Pinkie thought the button read "tracking bacon" instead and hit it by accident.
"Pinkie Pie, what did you hit?" Lemon Zest asked.
"I button that said tracking bacon!" Pinkie Pie said, happily.
Sour Sweet walked over to Pinkie Pie. "Outta my way!"
Sour Sweet shoved Pinkie Pie out of the way. Sour Sweet read the button. She frowned and then faced the Shadowbolts and Rainbooms and turned the frown into a smile.
"Oh lovely! Pinkie Pie has pressed the 'tracking bacon' button to track some bacon down!" Sour Sweet happily said.
"YES!" Rarity screamed as she jumped in the air.
"Finally!" Rainbow said. "We can eat something other than pizza."
"But she hit the TRACKING BEACON INSTEAD!" Sour Sweet yelled.
Everyone gasped. They then faced Pinkie Pie, who smiled nervously at them.
"Um...oops?"
"I'll warn the General," Rarity stated. She then walked out of Gor's room and headed to the command center.
Grievous was still upset at his droid, as he still didn't know who killed Gor.
"What to do?!" Grievous asked.
"We could get another roggwart!" Indigo suggested.
"NO! That was my pet before I loss Kummar!" Grievous said.
"Don't worry General. We'll try and help you," Sunset said.
"Yes. We will," A4-D sarcastically said.
Rarity walked into the command center. "We have terrible news!"
Grievous faced Rarity. "What's the news?"
"Pinkie Pie has hit the tracking beacon thinking it was called 'tracking bacon!" Rarity explained.
Grievous's eyes lit up. He knew that tracking beacon would allow the Republic come and destroy his secret lair. Grievous yelled in frustration. He then got on the speaker in Gor's room.
"Prepare for a Republic attack! Get to your battle stations!" Grievous told the Equestria Girls. "Pinkie Pie, you stay behind!"
Pinkie looked at the ground, sad. Everyone got prepared for battle. Grievous then faced the EVA4-D.
"You're going to get it!" Grievous growled.
"Me?" A4-D sarcastically asked. "Why are you punishing me?"
"You let them in here without my permission!" Grievous explained.
"We're sorry, Grievous," Sunset Shimmer told Grievous.
"That's okay. But now Gor is dead and Jedi are on their way to kill me," Grievous sighed.
