After being brutally murdered, Twilight Sparkle wakes up on Earth and is forced to adapt to the alien environment of a mid-2010's Northwest Washington under the care and guidance of a group of jaded, music-obsessed high schoolers on Whidbey Island. However, they have their own drama, and while Twilight has to watch them handle their lives she has to find a way to return to Equestria.
Meanwhile, a young journalist investigates a series of strange happenings that occur after Twilight's arrival and realizes her ending up on Earth wasn't an accident, and that something very sinister is in the works.

A complete remake of My Little Pony: Once in A Lifetime. Inspired by Skins, X-Files and the series Life on Mars with its sequel Ashes to Ashes.
