When an exploration ship from Equestria suffers a untimely demise. The captain is the only one left. He drifts on a raft boat for days. Until he finds a not-so-deserted island. Full of hybrid horses. (Who may or not may not be in a civil war.) Now he must make friends (and hopefully not enemies) to get him off the island and headed home.
