Sharp Wits and Prince Bluebloods marriage

Three weeks later Team Wits were almost through with the planning the ceremony. They had the guest list completed, the cake ordered, Pinkie Pie was decorating the place where Blueblood and Wits would be getting married, and Wits had chosen Cadence as her mare of honor and Twilight as the ring bearer. They had even asked Princess Luna and Celestia to be the ones who married them.

All that was left was the writing of the vows, and getting the dress and tux.

"So have you completed your vows yet?" Cadence asked while Wits tried on the dress that Rarity made for Wits.

"Not yet. I still don't know what to say." Wits said stepping out of the changing room. "What do you think?" Wits asked with a slight twirl.

"Oh darling, you look just fabulous." Rarity exclaimed as she placed a vail over her head.

"Thanks, Rarity. How much do I owe you?" Wits asked looking at herself in a mirror.

"Oh don't be silly, darling. This is free of charge. It's not every day somepony who saved Twilight gets married to a Prince she saved from the curse of King Sombra's Crown." Rarity said fiddling with the dress a bit.

"Thanks again, Rarity." Wits said with a faint smile on her face.

"Rarity, can you give us a minute alone?" Cadence asked noticing the smile.

"Of course, darling." Rarity said trotting off.

"Having second thoughts about this?" Cadence asked when Rarity was out of ear shot.

"Not really, just very nervous about this." Wits said staring at the dress.

"Wits I've never seen you like this." Cadence said putting a hoof on her shoulder.

"I've never been in this situation before."

"You'll be fine just relax and remember, your marrying a great stallion." Cadence said. "You do look fabulous in that dress, you know."

"I know." Wits said her smile getting bigger. "Cadence, if something happens at the wedding, I want you and Shining Armor to take up leadership."

"What's going to happen at the wedding?" Cadence asked smiling. "You're going to be there along with some great fighters who had been taught by you."

"Yeah you're right." Wits said not having the heart to tell her the truth. "But just in case something does happen, promise me you and Shining Armor will take up the leadership." Wits said turning and looking in Cadences eyes.

"Okay, I promise." Cadence said confused.

"Thank you. Now lets go and finish my vows." Wits said stepping away from the mirror.

"What's going on with her?" Cadence muttered almost inaudiblely before following Wits.
