Spitfire is a legend. She is the Captain of the Wonderbolts, the record breaker of the fastest marathon flight from Galloping Gorge to Baltimare, and the trainer for new Wonderbolt recruits; rejecting thousands of ponies and excepting only the best of the best. They say that her legacy started in the 990th century when she was first recruited as a Wonderbolt. But in reality, her origins start from that day when she was just a flightless foal.

This is the story of a legend, a Captain, a Wonderbolt trainer; this is the story of Spitfire, the Spirit of Fire.
