History was made by the victors; those that were small made no difference. Those that were small, but made a big difference were no different, either.
This was especially so when it opposed the Queen with a title that showed otherwise. When history is made by the Queen, it doesn't need to be accurate. It just needs to prove they had proven victorious in one manner or another, whether accurate or not. This was a given, more so when the victor was as cruel as she was. Despite this shortcoming, some history is still kept to this day. Those that were forced into conflict will always have one to pass that down to. There is always a pony that will hear the reality, even if there aren't that many ponies that know.
I know this for a fact.
