//-------------------------------------------------------// The Three legends -by dirtymike69- //-------------------------------------------------------// //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: A Unforeseeable Mistake pt 2 //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: A Unforeseeable Mistake pt 2 Ponyville A brilliant night sky had been placed over Ponyville, and the elements of harmony had made there way to sugarcube corner. This sugery place of bakery was about to be party center for the elements and two royal Princesses. The place was alive with lights and party décor, such as balloons and fun games. Punch and baked goods were laid out on a long table ready to be eaten. Rainbow Dash landed at the front door and walked in wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt with a cover art of a Daring do book printed on it. As she walked in she saw alot of ponies around Derpy Hooves was drinking punch with Berry Punch and Lyra was talking to BonBon. Rainbow saw Flutershy hidding behind her main in a corner she was wearing a plain green dress with golden leaves embroiled on it. As Rainbow walked over to her friend Flutershy noticed her and started to make her way over...slowly. "Hey Flutershy, what you up ta?" Rainbow knew full well what Flutershy was doing. She was trying to blend in as much as possible and not stand out. She hated that, though she loved her friends some of them were just...different. That was the word she had decided to use. "Oh I'm just....enjoying the party." Flutershy's voice was soft and hard to hear over the loud music. "Flutershy... I can't hear you." Rainbow cuped her hand around her ear to empathize her point. "I said... I'm just enjoying the party." Flutershy's voice was...audible at least. "Oh...well I hope the others get here soon. There better for conversation." Rainbow said the last part under her voice. Luckily she didn't have to wait long for Rarity and Pinky Pie had walked in. Pinky Pie had on a skirt and leggings both striped with yellow and blue and her entire attire was laced with this pattern even the small Asseseory in her big puffy hair. Rarity was wearing....well, a tight dark purple dress that showed FAR to much in Rainbow's opinion. Pinky bounced over and greeted Flutershy by way of a tackle. As Rarity walked with a similar bounce but mostly in her...chest area. "Hello Rainbow darling, how are we this splendid night!" Rarity seemed far to Happy, Rainbow practically felt it. "What's gotten you so....excited Rarity?" Rainbow asked as she flew around her. Rarity couldn't help but sigh as if remembering something found. "Oh Rainbow darling I have found him, the stallion of my dreams." Rarity moved about dramatically, and sighed yet again except this time falling into a chair near by. "His name is Silver Streams and he is the most Handsome most brave most....most..." "Most hunka hunka burning love ya ever did see!?!?" Pinky Pie who had been busy fraternizing with Flutershy jumped into the conversation just in the nick of time for a comment. "Pinky....your way to random." Said Rainbow as she landed next to Rarity who was looking at Pinky with annoyed eyes, as she did Spike, Twilight and Applejack had walked in. Spike wore a tuxedo...well the neck part at least. Twilight wore a light blue dress and leggings that were black, and Applejack wore a Jean skirt and a plade shirt with a polo tie. Rarity apon looking at Applejack completely forgot her coltfriend and immediately walked to her to give her tardis for her outfit. Twilight moved out from the two's arguing and decided to talk to Rainbow about flying tactics. "I have to say Pinky Pie, you did an amazing job on the party." Flutershy decided to talk to Pinky for the time. "Well I ALWAYS plan a party as best I can cuz I'd want someone, or anyone to plan a party for me like I do for others. Even if It's not a great party any party is a good party if it's with friends!" Yelled Pinky as she bounced in place. After she spoke a thud could be heard from outside, and a chariot door opening. Ponies started making room looking like two lines to the door, Celestia was first to walk in. Her gound turning more then enough heads in the shop but most of them saw her like the sun knowing they would never touch her. This took most to all of the attention off of Luna who walked in behind her. A few stallions actually gave her the 'I like you' look but she shoot back with a 'don't even come close' look. Needless to say no stallion will get a star studded night in his future. "Hello my faithful exstudent, how are we tonight?" Celestia spoke as she walked to her student who...couldn't help but notice the attire her exteacher wore. It seemed so unlike a royal blood line to wear something so revealing. "Hello Princess Celestia, it's a-" "Please Twilight, no pleasantries. I did not escape political boredom to be subjected to more, so please relax and let's enjoy the night of fun you friend put together for us hmm?" Celestia interrupted Twilight and after saying this gave a warm smile. Twilight returned it and she accompanied Celestia to the dance floor where the fun began. Some time had past and Luna went to the punch bowl where she made herself a cup of punch and drank it, but immediately spite it back into the cup. Somepony had spiked the punch with liquor, Luna did drink but only champagne or maybe moonshine (which she would make herself). She also had no intention on becoming drunk tonight. Her sister well...she's on her seventh cup and going strongish so, yeah. She would have to be pleased with a cup of water, and decided to leave the party for fresh air. Only to have her sister Tia wrap her arm around Luna and hug her. She was not quite drunk but still in the middle, Luna saw that her cheeks were lightly red. "Hey sis, where ya going the party is just starting! haha!" Celestia was still in control sort of and didn't want Luna to leave so soon. "I'm only going out for a breath of fresh air, I'll be right back ok?" Luna unwrapped Celestia's arm and walked out before celestial could respond. The air was cold but pleasant on her fur, and she looked up to her stars and started walking giving a few glances to know where she was going. Luna walked for hours until she came to the center of town and decided to sit on the bench there. She looked up too the stars, thinking to herself. She often did this to pass time when she was alone. Her main thought was what to do? The party was fun and all but even after all this time ponies still had trouble warming up to her. Sure there was a group or two around that help but...she would sometimes feel alone. Celestia tried her hardest to get her spirits up but to no avail. Luna honestly wanted somepony anypony to relate to or at least trust enough to hangout with. Luna train of thought was derailed as she looked to the Everfree Forest. A storm had picked up over it and Luna.... just couldn't shake the feeling that something was off, then she saw the lightning hit the ground and it was a sickening yellow color. She had never seen lightning that color and her gut was just screaming that it wasn't...natural. Luna was going to say something to Celestia and the other elements but realized that wouldn't help sence some of them were not all there. She decided that she should check it out real quick and maybe scope it out. What's the worst that could happen? //-------------------------------------------------------// A Fallen Survivor //-------------------------------------------------------// A Fallen Survivor Commonwealth Glowing Sea The glowing sea, aptly named given that it's a ocean of radiation where only the most vial and legendary creatures thrived. Where a crazy cult of people have been seen and a chance of death is quite immanent but in this dead land was one man. One who wasn't crazy nor a mutated monster, actually that depended on who you asked. He was a man who had survived where odds would have had him killed. He walked in a set of T-60f titanium plated armor, that held a large triple barrel shreader minigun. His name to the Commonwealth was The Soul Survivor. He had acquired said weapon after trying to steal from diamond city, but found out he was robbing his good friend Handcock. He made the right decision by putting a .44 round in that fools head and took the weapon and visited Handcock where they exchanged pleasantries and even travelled together for quite some time before traveling with many others that he had helped and even once loved like family. Now he travels with his trusty friend and animal companion Dogmeat who was wearing his armor and helmet. The Survivor walked on as a song on diamond city radio known as 'the wanderer' he actually loved this song sence it was so up beat and the lyrics were just great. With a beat to his walk and a minigun in hand he marched on in the glowing area of death. He jumped over a small hill with help of a jetpack and landed heavily in the center of a small crater. Dogmeat came up and leapt over to his master, growling as he did so. "What is it boy? Something there?" The survivor turned on his blue headlamps to get a better look, only to be face first with many bodies that had growths and lumps all over them. He knew these all to well ferral ghouls that were either dead or playing dead. He readied his gun and tried his best not to make any sudden moves, for fear of waking them. If only, his power armor was to heavy and just one step made them start to rise up. "Great...just what I needed." He spun up his minigun and got ready to rip apart anything that moved with Dogmeat snarling and growling at the moving corpses. His gun began to spit 5mm rounds like watermelon seeds. Ferral ghouls being torn or knocked over by the weapon the Survivor had learned to use with deadly proficiency, ripping off limbs and leaving blood on the dead ground. The ferrals were starting to pile up and the Survivor's clip was running low as it's barrels were turning a deep red from heat. Dogmeat ran up dodging a few ferrals and one or two stray bullets to jump on a ghoul and rip it's throat out. Dogmeat looked up to notice a strange glowing come from over the hills and a stomping of what sounded like a large creature. "Really!?" Was all the Survivor could say as his minigun tore through ghouls. He noticed a glowing death claw riss from the hill and look apon the lower battlefield that attracted it over here. It's large stature was almost legendary and it's green glow practicly illuminated the whole battlefield when it entered. The Soul Survivor noticed a massive storm was starting to form over the fight and spiraled over head. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but this storm was...different. The main difference being that the radiant yellow lightning had taken a more vibrant purple. The glowing death claw eyed the pray in front of it, making it's presence known by leaning back and roaring to the sky. It charged right for the Survivor's position, lucky he had finally cleared out the remaining ferrals. The survivor pointed his minigun and let the bullets fly towards the beast. The beast avoided most of the attack by dodging left to right making it's way to the Survivor. It ran right for him and as his minigun's clip hit zero, putting it away he ran forward arm up charging right for the death claw. They collided with a loud clacking of metal versus muscle. The death claw tried ripping at it's pray but the titanium arms were proving to be quite difficult to cut through. The Survivor used the armor's legs to continue to push the beast till it fell over, the glowing death claw returned to it's feet and was about to attack. The Survivor was going to retaliat but stopped as Dogmeat jumped and latched onto the thick neck of the death claw. The creature roared in pain and was going to rip the german shepard to shreds if it's chest wasn't impacted by the shoulder piece of the Survivor's armor. The sound of cracking bones and terring of muscle filled the Survivor's ears, followed by a roar of pain then....silence. The Survivor looked at the death claw that still glowed in the darkness of the storm. Dogmeat stood on the body of the monster looking up at the storm which had grown in intensity. The black clouds had swirled into a perfect spiral and were depending apon the Survivor and Dogmeat. The odly colored lightning was striking closer and closer to the duo of legends. "Calm down boy, calm down." The Survivor tried to ease his companion who had started to wimper. The dark clouds formed walls around them and like the lightning started to close in on the two of them. "My god...what's happening?" The Survivor asked as he looked around at the dangerous looking storm cloud walls. Dogmeat let out one last wimper before the clouds closed in on them and the purple lightning stroke them both, making their vision go black. Ponyville Entrance to Everfree Forest Luna was now running towards the forest after seeing a funnel of dark clouds land in the middle of the forest. She wanted to fly but the lightning was proving problematic and refused to let her fly. The winds were blowing with enough power to break branches and bend some of the smaller trees. The lightning that was striking all around her was leaving burns in the ground like scars and Luna was feeling....ill. She could swear that the lightning was poisoning her or something but Luna ignored the feelings of emptying her stomach and ran on. She pushed aside branches as she came close to the clouds, everything was so dark. It was becoming very hard to see even for her and her eyes. The lightning was closing in on the funnel of clouds that looked like puffy ink at this point. Luna watched as the spinning wall of ink started to slow and disperse like smoke in a room. The feeling of sickness from the lightning was becoming far stronger what with the time she was spending in the area. The place where the clouds had touched the ground was now home to a large creator. Luna slowly walked over to it coughing from the sickening effects of the lightning. The hole was smoking and the sound of metal scraping metal could be heard. Luna was three yards away when a...dog covered in armor and wearing a helmet made it's way out. Once it stood up it immediately took notice of Luna and growled low as if warning her to back off. Luna had never seen such a large bread of dog before other then timberwolves. She tried holding out her hand towards it but that ended in a louder growl. The dog stopped growling as more sounds of metal and grinding could be heard inside the creator. Luna watched as a metal hand grabbed the edge and pulled up to reveal a large metal mechanical creature. A bright blue light shined from the side of it's head, it's chest was quite large and thick with metal. The arms were covered in scratches evidence of a previous battle. Luna had many thoughts questions and even possible answers in her mind but one thing was certain. This creature had seen a battle most likely many, it has most likely killed and might do so again. So the one question that had been willowed down in her mind was this...what should she do? The Survivor was having one hell of a day, first he goes scavenging in the glowing sea where he knew there were many good places to find material. Ended up in an unexpected battle with a larger group of ghouls and then a glowing death claw of legendary proportions. He fights winning like he suspected and then the storm that had formed over head, one he would of payed no mind to if it's lightning wasn't such a bright shade of purple. Formed AROUND him and lifts him off the ground where he flew around holding on to his friend Dogmeat so they wouldn't be separated. When all of ah sudden BOOM he's dropped on his big titanium ass and blacks out for a bit. He wakes up and he hears his dog growling so he gets up to assess the situation and....something more mutated then a ragstag but more beautiful then any women (her curves screamed female) he's ever seen is just standing there. Looking at him. He needed to say something, that was for sure because the look she was given him was not one that screamed she knows what I am. He was about to say something when Dogmeat beat him to the punch. The Survivor was gonna stop him when a thought came to his mind if she can earn the trust of Dogmeat then maybe she was....alright. Luna watched as the large dog started walking over to her, it's armor clang and seemed to weight nothing for it didn't slow down the furry warrior. It came up and she decided to reach out her hand, she gave a glance to the metal behemoth. The Titan was so....still as if waiting for something. Perhaps it was waiting for the right moment to strike. Luna put her eyes back to the animal in front of her, it was slowly moving towards her inches away from her hand. She was going to pull away but....it's eyes were so sender but sad at the same time, as if saying I've seen and done things I didn't like. The dog moved forward and the Survivor was waiting for the outcome, and saw as Dogmeat snifed then licked the hand of this strange thing in front of him. Luna heard the metal creature let out a breath, and go lose in stature. It's seemed to let go of all stress as the dog licked her hand and what happened next shocked her. "Well...good to know he likes you. Come here boy." His voice was muffled, as if by a screen. Luna couldn't believe her own ears. It was talking and in perfect equestrian no less, but now she was wondering. What was it? Sence the obvious ability to speak was now evidently a option, she decided to communicat. "Why is it good to know that he likes me? Also what are you?" Now it was the Survivor's turn to second guess his hearing. She was talking and in english no less, maybe he should just go with it. The Commonwealth had thrown some crazy stuff at him before, once you've seen a crashed alien ship and follow green blood to an actual alien...well you learn to srug off the weird stuff. "Well I find dogs to be a great judge of character, and I'm a human." He petted Dogmeat as he walked over to him. "Oh so your a....humun." She had a slight problem with pronunciation which made the Survivor laugh. "It's human not humun, and also what are you? I've seen alot of mutant things in my life but your...different." "Well I'm not a mutant I am Princess Luna coruler of Equestria and controller of the moon." The Survivor had to hold back a giggle there. He was wise and kind enough to just let it be, then an idea came to his head. "Well Princess, I should apologize for my behavior." He bowed, "I have insulted royalty and wouldn't want to be rude." Luna smiled knowing he was joking, "rise sir, I forgive you." Luna made her voice as regal as possible to regal actually. This lead to the Survivor laughing yet again. "Ya know, it's been a while sence I last laughed like that. I should probably introduce myself by name." He walked over admitting a tud every step. "I am the Soul Survivor, and I...don't know how I got here." The question hit like a full speed brahmin, how did he get here? "I also was inquiring to ask that question... How did you get here? Do you remember anything of value, perhaps something out of the ordinary?" Luna asked almost forgetting the ursa major in the room. "Last thing I remember was a radiation storm that had....purple lightning. That was all I really remember standing out after the battle, that and being lifted by some vortex and falling on my ass." The Survivor recollected his last memories, before landing in....where was he? "Actually now that I think about it, where am I?" "Well your in Equestria, didn't you hear me?" Luna asked. "Oh....well then, guess we're not in the Commonwealth anymore." Dogmeat let out a sad whine and walked over to the Survivor. He immediately tried his best to lift his dog's spirit. Luna did feel a small twinch of sadness as well, she knew what it was like to be away from home. It may not be exactly the same but she felt she had to take some form of action. "Soul...do you mind if I just call you soul? Is there anything I could do to assist you? Anything at all?" "Well you can call me soul if it's easier. As for the offer..." The Survivor had to think. Mainly because he barely knew this Luna. Then again he wasn't home in the ruined Commonwealth where death was everywhere. Judging by how she hadn't tried to shoot him or kill him on sight this world most be somewhat better then his home. He decided that help in an unknown land with unknown creatures would be emensly helpful. "...sure, I guess some help would be great. How about you boy what do you think?" Dogmeat lost his sadness which was replaced with a wagging tail and a happy bark. "Alright Princess your on, let's get going then." He started moving only to realize he had no idea where he was going. Soul turned around and told Luna to lead the way. "Follow me, wait!" In all this excitement she had forgotten that her sister and their friends we're...less then ready for something like this. They we're either drunk or buzzed and she knew that waiting would be her best bet. "I have forgotten that my sister and her friends have been...celebrating. Us walking into town while there like that wouldn't be good." Luna said with slight unease on her face. "Oh well...that's fine I can wait till tomorrow." Soul walked over to a tree and leaned on it. "But you will be here waiting for the entire night and probably some of the day. What will you do?" Luna asked. "Well....I'll think of something. I tend to find things to do, so I'll be fine. I might even get some sleep for once." The Survivor liked the living hell out of that idea for his power armor was getting low on power and he'll need to do some minor repairs with what scrap he had. "You truly don't mind being left here? Maybe I could find somewhere with at least cover from any rain that might occur." Luna really didn't want to leave a visitor like him alone. She didn't want him to hurt anypony or himself. The Survivor just smirked under his helmet and waved her off. "I'll be fine, I got Dogmeat to keep me company and if it does rain I'll find something to help me out." Luna was slightly against leaving him but eventually left him to his own devices. The Survivor soon exited his armor to give it a once over. He saw scratches and a few punches in the armor but easily fixed. He tossed Dogmeat a teddy bear to play with and found a spot on the ground to lay down. The armor he was wearing was giving him quite a bit of trouble with laying down. He wore heavy metal armor on his arms. His chest, legs and head were covered in the strongest heavy combat armor he could make. Sence sleep decided to elude him, he decided to look at the stars. In the Commonwealth you'd be lucky to see a few bright stars or maybe a shooting star. What the Survivor's eyes gazed apon was like a million pin pricks of light. He was....at a loss of words. The Survivor could feel the pale rays of light that came from the full moon tonight and he swore he saw like three shooting stars. What really got him was the peace... It was so quite and tranquil. He'd be lucky to get one minute of silence in the Commonwealth. Here he was like a ship sunken in an ocean of silence... And he loved every second of it as he drifted of to a deep sleep with Dogmeat at his side. Author's Note This took forever! Mainly because I lost my tablet...so forgive me please. Also this story is going to be long, so prepare for alot of chapters that will hopefully get longer. Your writer dirtymike69. Also if any want to, I could use a proof reader. //-------------------------------------------------------// After A Night Of Fun //-------------------------------------------------------// After A Night Of Fun Ponyville Twilight's castle The sun hung high in the sky and gave Twilight's castle a soft lighting inside. In said castle layed a group of friends who had stayed up late and decided to party...perhaps to much. On the floor layed Twilight and her friends Applejack and Rainbow. There was also a few chairs in which lied Rarity who's main was a complete mess. Along with Flutershy who had not participated as much in the night time festival. Pinky Pie had somehow made her way on the chandelier which hung over all of them and in a room just down the hall layed Celestia. She was sprawled on the bed her dress had come off from her very movement filled night of sleep. It had blended with the covers and now partially covered her now naked body. A knock on the door made her rollover to block the nuisance that was trying to wake her up. The knock came again and this time slightly harder. Celestia decided maybe a vocal complaint would push whomever it was to go away so she could sleep. "Please go away, my head hurts way to much just....try again later." She pulled a pillow over her head. A soft glow of magic unlocked the door and it slowly opened. Luna squeezed her way through the door way, not an easy feat what with her curves. She walked over to the bed slowly to savor every moment, Luna had decided to wake her sister up the way she use to. Most ponies don't know or remember but Celestia use to be quite the party animal. She would stay up late and have fun, drinking, singing, and socializing. Unfortunately Luna was rarely allowed mainly because she was to young but she always got back at Celestia. Luna hadn't done this in so long, she had actually started to miss it. So in the spirit of good old times Luna decided unanimously that her sister needed a wake up call. Luna used her magic to make a pot and wooden spoon appear from Twilight's kitchen. "Oh sister ~ time to wake up~" Luna said in a sing song tone putting the pan and spoon close to her sister's ear. "Luna go away I'm not in th- Ahh!" Celestia was interrupted by what sounded like a thousand thunderstorms hitting her ears at once. She jumped from the noise and fell some of the covers coming with her to the floor. The blankets helped cover her body as she rived in pain. Luna only smiled as she watch good memories of revenge coming back...good times. Her sister who had finally gotten over the feeling of pain got up and staired at Luna. "Sister, what are you thinking?! Ohh!" Celestia grabbed her head forgetting her hang over from the anger. "Well my loving sister, I thought I should tell you something." She said while putting her arms behind her back, smiling and swinging left and right. Celestia narrowed her eyes, she could tell that something was happening. Luna hadn't been this happy sence she first found out about ponies and night clubs. Celestia smiled, "Luna... Last night did you...get 'lucky' at the party last night." She put air quotes on the word lucky. Luna blushed turning a light pink in her cheeks, "Celestia, how dare you make such a accusation! I would never find my stallion during a...drunk escapade." She crossed her arms over her chest, pouting slightly. "Oh come on Lulu, I'm just guessing." Celestia said, trying to hid her smile. Luna just huffed in frustration trying to ignore her sister's teasing. "Do you want me to explain what happened last night or not?" Asked Luna giving Celestia a glare. "Ok, ok just...give me a minute." Celestia calmed herself by taking in a breath and letting it out. "Ok, I'm good go on." Celestia said while motioning for her to continue. Luna fixed herself and readied to speak, "ok...last night I decided to leave the party to get some fresh air. While I was doing so I noticed that some clouds that formed a storm over the Everfree Forest. I decided to inspect it to make sure it was...ok..." Luna coughed a few times but continued, "as I did I noticed a vortex hit the ground of the Everfree and I decided to inspect that also. Once I got close I noticed that a crator had formed and something was in the floor. When I came closer a dog unlike any species I've seen jumped out of it." Luna had started to walk around the room while Celestia sat and listened. "I initially thought that the dog was what created the crater but I was wrong. A large metal pony looking creature soon followed the dog. I was scared for a second but it actually talked to me." "It talked to you, in Equestrian?" Interrupted Celestia, she had made herself more comfortable as Luna had talk. "Yes, and the small conversation we had was...nice." Luna looked down for a second. She remembered the voice of the metal stallion, static like taking through a fan. She shook herself and continued, "I had decided that he wasn't a threat and offered this Soul Survivor that's his name a place to sleep but he declined. I also learned that he isn't even a pony but a new spiecies known as human. So I left him near the crator at the Everfree Forest so I could tell you about him. I would of took him to you that night but... You here out of your whits so I thought waiting would be a good idea." Luna finished standing in front of Celestia. Luna scanned Celestia's facial features, hoping that maybe her sister will see that this Soul Survivor wasn't bad. If what she fealt was true he was actually quite lovely....did she just think that? "Well..." Celestia started and as she noticed the look her sister was giving her, she knew what to do. "Well considering the nature of this, and possibility of threat being low. Do to your own interaction with this Soul Survivor I simply wish to, one see and meet this Soul Survivor and two ask what you wish to do with him?" Luna thought about this...what WAS she going to do with this new human? She could let him stay here and visit on occasion. Actually that sounded like a perfect idea, she didn't know why but being able to see him on occasion fealt quite... Good. "I've decided to allow him to stay here with the elements and Princess Twilight. At least until I find out what happened to him more in depth. I'll be sure to schedule regular visits to both assure he's being behaved and fairly treated." Luna finished, her head held high with her own satisfaction. Celestia smiled at her young sister. She loved her and if Luna thought this creature wasn't a threat. Then she did also, she was actually looking forward to seeing this 'Soul Survivor'. With a name like that he must be quite a sight but Celestia couldn't help but ask one more question. "Luna, why is he called the Soul Survivor?" Luna, didn't even think about his name. It sounded more like a title then a name. How could she not of noticed this, that should of bit her like a timberwolve. "I.....honestly don't know. I realize now that a name like that could suggest something, maybe something for the two of you to talk about?" Luna turned around and made her way back through the door, but before she did Luna turned around and said, "Tia...please have some kind of clothing on when he gets here. We don't want him to start assuming things, ok?" With that Luna left leaving a very red faced Celestia behind. Everfree Forest near Vortex Impact In the Everfree Forest laid the Soul Survivor and his best friend and trusted companion Dogmeat. His armor rattled and clang as he turned in his sleep, images from his life not the Commonwealth but his life before. Before the bombs and before the fire of radiation that plunged him and his loving wife into Vault 111. He remembered running, Shaun crying, people scared...him not being able to help them. The Soul Survivor remembered getting to the vault and the slow decent into the earth as an atomic bomb hit. Destroying everything and anything of his old life. His parents, his friends and everything else to his local bar to the boxing corner. Gone. His mind flashed to images of him entering a pod then cold then....quite. All of ah sudden light and fatigue, as he looked out a Frost covered window that showed his soul mate frozen. He saw two people one in some kind of suit with a rebreather and another in thick road leathers. He knew who he was, Kellogg. The Survivor watched as the suited person opened his wife's pod she coughed asking if it was over. Kellogg assured her everything was fine as the other person tried to take Shaun but she wouldn't let him go. He remembered that the cold in that pod couldn't keep him from feeling hate, as Kellogg pointed the gun telling her to let go. The Survivor knew she wouldn't let him go she was stubborn that way. Then he pulled the trigger and the Soul Survivor jumped awake feeling sweat under his Vault 111 jump suit. "Ahh...fuck!" He whipped his eyes tears making it hard to see. The polymer in his helmet was to tight so he uncliped and put it on the ground. It has been two years sence he last walked out of that pod and cried over his wife's iced glazed body. Two years sence he first walked out of that vault and saw the wasteland he soon found out was called the Commonwealth. Those years were filled with blood and guns. Constantly running around and saving whoever he could, joining one faction after the next making settlement after settlement. He has covered the dead lands with dozens of paradises that were more then capable of watching after them self's. He had told his new friends who he had meet on his journey through the wastes. To watch after them and keep the people safe in case he ever...died. The Survivor looked at his pipboy while messaging his face. It said he was perfectly fine, healthy as a albino ragstag. The little pipboy character smiling wide with happiness and the bar that displayed his health at full. He sat up and Dogmeat raised his head to look up at him. The Survivor stretched and cracked his neck, the normal morning routine. He looked at a tree where he had placed his weapons the night before. He pulled out his lazer rifle he had nicked named Cutter. It was a beautifully upgraded piece of prewar tech he remembered holding during his time in the wars. The wars before the bombs. He equipped it with an overload compactor, recoil reduction stock, improved long barrel, acog sight, and a improved fine tuned muzzle. The weight was nothing to him as he inspected it making sure it wasn't damaged in the fall. Apon knowing it was fine he pulled out his side arm. A advanced .44 revolver with a custom grip and glow sights. The pistol or as he called it his Hand Cannon, smiling at the memory of acquiring this weapon. He decided to check his number of fusion cores, and he had more then enough to last him quite some time. The Survivor's life was looking pretty good right now...the same couldn't be said about his T-60f armor. The arms had gone to shit from taking multiple hits from that glowing death claw. Unfortunately he lacked the steel and platinum to repair it at the moment so he'd have to make do with what he had. He took a couple of tin cans and a alarm clock using then to repair his armor best he could. He stood up from his work just in time to see Dogmeat spring up and look toward the sky. The Survivor looked up and noticed a chariot with colors ah kin to his friend Luna he had meet last night. He smiled and decided to enter his armor, not wanting to explain his heavy set of apparel. The Survivor walked over to where the chariot was landing. His minigun holstered and weapons on his person he stood there armor shinning in the light. The two ponies in the front had wings...still not the most amazing mutation he'd seen. They appeared to be pulling the transport and their eyes were glued to him as they landed. They were both pure white with armor made of gold. Their mains were a blue color and their muscle mass seemed...lacking to him. Then again he use to be a soldier so he couldn't be to hard on them. The door on the side opened and Luna walked out, she wore a light blue dress that seemed to look casual. He couldn't help but notice the all to visual curves she sported were...so human. Her hips her chest and her eyes...deep blue like the night sky. He noticed she was waving her hand trying to get his attention. He shook his head. "I'm sorry, what did you say?" The Survivor asked. "I said, how was your night? Did you sleep well?" Luna could of swore she saw him looking at her. Unfortunately his head didn't seem to have any eyes so, it was hard to tell. "I couldn't begin to think what it was like out here all alone." Luna didn't want to think about what creatures roamed around these woods at night. "Oh, well it wasn't bad. Best night sleep I've had in a while actually." He wasn't lying, in the wastes. Having a moment of peace let alone a good nights rest was rare. Not having to worry about a raider trying to slit his throat, or a yao guai getting ready to eat him. "All honesty I was wondering something." "And what might this be?" Asked Luna. "What species are you like...specifically? I know your a pony and that these two are Pegasus but, what are you?" The Survivor remembered much from prewar story books for kids. These fictional creatures were always around in them. "Well I am a alicorn. A mixture of earth, pegasi, and unicorn. I am one of four alicorns in existence." Luna stated, as she walked over to him. "I've been appointed with raising the moon, and guarding the night." "Wait a minute here. You can move the moon? No way." The Survivor has done some strange things, teleportation being one of them. Moving the moon, was something he'd have to see to believe. "Well wait till night, and I shall show you." Luna spoke, a smile appearing on her muzzle. "Now we must go, my sister wishes to speak with you." "Oh umm...Celestia right?" The Survivor remembered Luna mentioning her, "isn't she like, keeper of the sun or something?" "Yes, she is and she wishes to speak with you. She wants to talk to you and make sure you won't hurt our subjects." "Well that's fine, I don't mind that. I just want to know when I'll be going back home." The Survivor needed to return and get back to helping the wastes. He wasn't gonna sit back and let God knows what happen to the Commonwealth. "Yes, I'll ask my sister how if anyway possible to get you home but for the time being your in our lands. So please let's get going once my sister is done talking to you, you'll have alot of new ponies to meet." She opened the door and gestured to the interior. It looked quite nice, he was going to get inside but stopped. "Umm..." The Survivor turned around and faced Luna, "you sure they can carry me?" Luna looked towards the guards with a worried face as if to ask them this question. They both nodded and limbered up for the long hull. She turned back to the Survivor and gave him a thumbs up. He laughed and made his way in the wood and metal groaning under his weight. He sat back his armor making kind of hard but he made do, Luna sit across from him smiling. The chariot lifted off slow the guards having trouble but eventually soared up and flew off towards Twilight's castle. Author's Note Yay finally done! Hope you guys enjoy! I've noticed that there isn't a comment yet so...yeah. I also noticed a half hate half love in the thumbs so not bad. If you guys have any suggestions I'm an open book. Give me an idea and I might put it in, I'll also answer any questions so drop me a comment. Until next chapter, brony on. :ajsmug: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/ajsmug.png //-------------------------------------------------------// Meeting a Sun God //-------------------------------------------------------// Meeting a Sun God Twilight's castle The Survivor looked out the window to see a large crystal like structure standing tall in the sun. He'd be lying if he said it wasn't impressive. The chariot made it's way around, circling around and landing on a pad like platform. The door to the chariot opened up and Luna made her way out first. The Survivor hated to admit it but...she looked good going. He shook his head and made his way off the chariot which was easier said then done. It took a few attempts but he managed to get up from the seat in the chariot and make his way out of to the platform. The sun shined on him and he's sure if he wasn't wearing his armor it feel great on his skin. Luna was waiting for him as he walked over to her following her lead. The castle was huge, the ceiling was at least twenty or so feet high. The walls were a dark purple and banners were hung all over. The inside was dark, probably from the lack of this light. The Survivor was having trouble seeing and Luna's color was blending a little with the dark making it hard to follow her. He decided to turn on his blue lights that were attached to his helmet. Luna jumped when they turned on suddenly. She couldn't believe he was able to light up the hall so much but she didn't question it. They continued walking pass sets of doors, getting deep into the castle. The Survivor's curious mind was starting to wonder on how long it could of took to make this place. It would take him a good amount of time to make his settlements. Defense took at least a week, building home a little less time but time all the same. The Survivor looked around inspecting the walls and floor when he noticed that a picture was hanging on the wall. It was of a alicorn like Luna but purple and seemed shorter to her. He wondered if that was this Twilight Luna taked about, as they came to the end of the hall Luna stopped and turned around. "Alright, here we go. My sister is waiting for you on the other side of these doors." Luna went over to a chair near by and sat down. The Survivor was confused, "I thought you were coming with me?" Luna looked down slight sadness in her voice, "I would...but my sister said she washed to talk to you alone. She wanted to make sure YOU wouldn't be a problem to the ponies here and also wanted a read of your character." Luna looked up at him, secretly hoping Celestia would allow her plan to pass. The Survivor was slightly saddened by this as well, "well...I guess I can manage. I'm a big guy I'm sure I can take whatever she was to offer." Luna giggled, "right well, good luck...Soul." She blushed lightly as she said his name. The Survivor didn't notice, "Soul? Is that what your gonna call me?" "Yes, unless that's not what you want me to call you!" Luna answered fast, almost tripping on her words. This made the Survivor laugh lightly, as he pushed open the doors. The Survivor walked into a large room pillars all around a table which was surrounded by chairs. They were made of crystal and in one of the chairs had a large white alicorn sitting in it. She was large about as tall as a death claw, her curves were far more noticeable then Luna's. She had a long horn and wings and was wearing a dress alot like Luna's but seemed color coded to her. Her hair was waving in an nonexistent wind again like Luna's. He was starting to see why they were sisters. She stood up making the dress cling to her body. The Survivor gulped, wondering why in the hell the two women he's seen in this world look like they could be in adult movies. Celestia waked over to him having to look down slightly at him. "Hello human, or do you want me to call you soul?" She extended her hand which he shook. Her grip was delicate, so he let up on his grip substantially. Celestia couldn't believe her eyes, he was so different. The thick metal skin, wide shoulders, bright light that was hurting her eyes. "Could you maybe turn off you spell? I assure you the lighting in here is fine." The Survivor giggled nervously, "oh sorry, I forgot I had them on and if you want to Soul is fine." He turned them off. Celestia was right the light here was fine. "Should I sit down or...something?" He motioned toward the chairs. Celestia nodded her head and walked over to sit down. The Survivor decided to sit next to her seeing as the chairs were set weird. He got as comfortable as he could and got ready for the conversation. "Would you like some tea, maybe some food?" Asked Celestia, as she floated a cup and plate to him. The Survivor was thankful that he had a helmet on. He knew that if he could see the face he was making he'd fall of the chair onto the floor laughing his ass off. He just added this to his list of questions and whipped the look he had off his face. "Sorry I'll have to decline." The Survivor was incredible hungry and the fresh looking food almost elipted a growl from his stomach. He pushed down the feeling of hunger, he had to many questions and hunger could wait. "As you wish, now let's discuss the matter at hoove." She crossed her legs and placed her hands in her lap. "My sister believes that you aren't here to hurt my little ponies. I have called you here to make sure this is true." She had a plain look to her face. The Survivor couldn't read her, so weather or not she didn't like him was unknown. He sat back and relaxed his body, "I assure you your highness. I wouldn't harm any of your subjects if anything I'd help them." Celestia raised an eyebrow to him, "oh really? Why would you might I ask?" Little did Celestia know, she had just opened a box of very old emotional turmoil. One that the Survivor would of preferred stayed closed. He sat up a little more and cleared his throat, getting ready to speak. "I...don't like taking about it but, yes you can ask." He took a deep breath, getting ready by boarding up his tear ducts and stressing his muscles under his armor. "I use to be married, but my wife was killed but a guy named Kellogg." Celestia went stiff, the thought of losing your loved one like that. The Survivor cleared his throat, the emotions stuck there making it hard to continue. "I'm... It's been some time sence then but it still has alot of weight to it. Anyway when she died I was in a pod frozen, for some reason I woke up just as Kellogg and somebody else were opening my wife's pod. They wanted our son Shaun for some damn science experiment. I was forced to sit there and watch as my wife struggled to keep our son in her arms. Screaming to leave and let go and Kellogg.... He just shot her in the head. I couldn't move I couldn't say or scream, I couldn't even look away!" The Survivor had lost it a little but put himself back in control. "Sorry...anyway no matter how cold that cryo liquid was nothing put the heat off my rage down. If I burned any hotter with hate I would of melted the metal that pod was made of...but instead I go back under. I wake up in a waste of my formal city." Celestia was in complete shock, just...How! How could anything living go through something like that. Here she was trying to accuse him of being a danger to her people. She honestly fealt she owed him an apology. "Oh, oh my I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to open up such a horrible wound, please forgive me." Celestia tried to apologize for making the Survivor remember these events. He waved it off as if it didn't hurt to bring up his wife, "Oh it's fine just...I couldn't help her because I was locked up." The Survivor stood up, "I promised myself that day that I would never let anyone get hurt as long as I could help it." He stood there for a bit but glanced down in his armor's heads up display. The fusion core he had was getting low and was about to go out, he walked over to a clear area of the room. "What are you doing, Soul?" Celestia asked while following him, "I'd hate to say it but were not quite done yet." She stopped when the Survivor went still facing her and all of a sudden he bent his backlegs and extended his arms. His skin moved and some movement could be seen behind him. She was about to ask him what was going on when from behind Soul walked a slightly smaller creature. It had metal armor on it's forearms and strange white plastic covered it's chest, legs, and the top of it's head. There also seemed to be some kind of blue outfit underneath it all. "Umm...Soul, is that you?" "In the flesh, sorry my armor was running low on fuel." He said as he pulled out another fuel cell and put it in the armor. Celestia stood back as he reentered the suit the metal covering him head to toe. "I love this suit." "Suit?" Celestia said as she walked up to him putting her hand on the cold metal, "This isn't your true form? Luna was quite certain you were a metal being." The Survivor couldn't hold back his laughter, "she thought I was living metal! Well don't that beat all, I've been called alot of things. That right there takes the cake!" He continued laughing, not noticing Celestia's ears perk up to the word cake. "Well it was an honest mistake, you even had me fooled." She tried to defend her sister but it only made him laugh a little more. "Alright, let's get back to the matter at hand." She walked back over to the center of the room and sat back down in her chair. The Survivor after getting a hold of himself walked back over and waited for the next question. "Now...my next question, how experienced are you in combat?" Celestia said as she crossed her legs again. The Survivor thought about this, "Well...I've been fighting sence I first left my pod and I was in the military sence before the bombs fell." Celestia sipped her tea, "So what are these 'bombs' you've talked about? I believe there some kind of weapon from what I've heard." "You'd be right your highness, we destroyed ourselves with the very thing we built to protect us. I walked around those lands for two years helping who I can, but there's only so much. Only so many you can help." He looked down, remembering those he lost along his way. Celestia put her tea down, "what kind of dangers have you faced?" "I've fought, giant scorpions, super mutants, raiders, death claw you name it. Changes are I've killed at least one of them. I don't like killing raiders but what can I do, they refuse to listen to reason." The Survivor, decided to take off his helmet. Celestia saw a large scare that went down the left side of his face and went over his eye. There also seemed to be a few small scares on his lip and right cheak. His main was a dark black and his eyes were a deep brown like a deer. He grabbed a crumpet from the flouting plate and ate it, a look of pure bless on his face. "Oh my god, these are delicious! It's been sooo long sence my last tast of fresh food." He continued to eat forgetting about the questions after having to relive the loss of his wife. He could use something to eat, and a beer didn't sound to bad either. Celestia's ears flaten, "how long HAS it been sence you last had regular food?" The Survivor whipped his face with his armored sleeve and swallowed, "Well...all together over two hundred years." He answered taking another bit of crumpet. Celestia stopped mid sip of her tea, "your....over two hundred years old?" She looked at him not able to believe him. He smiled as he finished the crumpet, "Yeah I wasn't awake for most of it but yeah I'm over two hundred years old." At this point the Survivor had gotten over the idea of being that old, after all he looked really good for his age. "I'm quite surprised, I've yet to meet a being that has centuries under his belt. I for one have more years then you but let's continue to the last question." "Oh woah woah woah, what?" The Survivor knew he heard that right and wasn't gonna let it slip by. "Your...older then me? How old are you?" He normally wouldn't ask such a question to a woman but, he had to know. Celestia's face made a inacent look, "Well, I am over three thousand years old. My sister is over two thousand years old, one of the perks of being an alicorn...but also a curse." She looked down sad. "I, I don't know what to say. You mean to tell me that...you and Luna are...immortal." A shocked look on his face "Well....yes. We are immortal, me and my sister will live theoretically forever. We can die but only through wounds or sickness but if we avoid that then we can live forever." Celestia finished sipping her tea. "Wh- I- ...wow, I can't believe I'm talking to a god. A real god, I mean this is a first for me." He honestly had never talked to an eternal being. "So...can you really move the sun?" Celestia smiled, "yes I can and my sister CAN move the moon. In fact I use to move both of them but, then my sister returned from her....imprisonment." Her ears went down again, bringing up a sore memory. The Survivor heard this, but didn't push it. She looked like she didn't like talking about it. It's amazing how easy it is to read I person when they have ears like that. "So....what's that last question?" He asked. "Wha-oh, right" Celestia had forgotten their conversation, "the last question is, do you wish to return home?" The Survivor was going to answer but...stopped. He actually had to put thought into this but ultimately decided. "Yes, I would like to go back." "Are you sure? From what I hear of your world wouldn't you'd rather stay her?" Celestia said a surprised look on her face. The Survivor smiled, "I would... But I still have people to help. I won't stay here long, I'll consider it a vacation." He stood up his armor making slight noise. "If that's it then I should be leaving, I'm sure Luna has a plan for me as far as where I'm gonna live." He waved to Celestia as he walked over to the door. Ready to start his little 'vacation'. //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding A Home //-------------------------------------------------------// Finding A Home Twilight's Castle The Survivor walked out of the large room and back to where Luna was still sitting. She almost immediately stood up when he arrived, putting her arms behind her back and humming. He looked at her suspiciously, "What did you steal?" He asked smiling under the helmet. "Whatever do you mean heh heh," her eyes darted left to right as sweat started rolling down her face. The Survivor didn't think that possible with all the fur. "Luna....what do you have behind your back?" He tried to look behind her but she would just turn so he couldn't see. "Luna come on, please show me what's behind your back." Luna didn't know why but she just couldn't keep up the lie. She showed the Survivor a glass cup and it didn't take long for him to put it together. He grabbed the glass, "Did you....spy on our conversation? Wow that's... Pretty ballsie." The Survivor put it down on a small table and looked at Luna expecting her to say something. He didn't have to wait, "I'm sorry Soul I just wanted to make sure my sister didn't say anything that crossed any lines." The Survivor didn't see why she was being so protective. "Well how much did you hear? If you heard anything at all." Luna's ears folded down and her eyes glazed as she recalled what she heard. "I-i-i heard everything!" Luna wrapped the Survivor in a hug. Her arms barely wrapped around the armor he had on, the Survivor thank whatever gods there was for if he could feel what was press up on his power armor. He'd probably have a tight sensation in the crotch of his combat armor. "Easy Luna, easy your ok I don't care if you heard." The Survivor said, but Luna just keep hugging, and was she crying? "Hey...why you cryin?" He said pushing her away enough so he could whip her tears. "I just *sob* I just can't believe what happened to you. Your wife, your child how I mean...how! I know you said it happened long ago but are you sure? I mean if you want anything just say it and it's yours." Luna said threw tears. "Luna you don't need to feel sad, I've already said that I'm quite...over it. You can't feel sad for me trust me I've loathed for a long time. I just need to get on with my life, Ok? Though I do appreciate the worry, a change from the usual happy people I'd dealt with." He said as he helped her up, Luna whipped her eyes. Sniffling as she nodded her head. "Now, let's see that smile, hmm?" Luna smirked but that turned into a full blown grin, "I don't know why but...you know how to make me laugh." She cleared her throat, "Anyway, let's get on with my plan. You are to stay at the home of one of Twilight's friends. I will visit you occasionally to make sure your behaving right and to keep an eye on you." She looked towards him but couldn't tell what he was thinking. Luna wished he would take that think off. Now that she knew that wasn't his real face all she wanted to do was see what he looked like. The Survivor just stood there taking it all in, "You mean I'm... Going to be staying here? Why not with you or something?" "Because both me and my sister have fallen behind on our paper work and will need some time to catch up. That and the fact that we more specifically me, still run a country." Luna said, as she started walking down the hall where Twilight and her friends were. Luckily she had takin the time to tell them about the situation. "Oh well...that's disappointing. Here I was just starting to like you." He said in mock hurt. Luna couldn't suppress her laughter, "Oh don't worry like I said, I'll be visiting you every so often." That made it to a large set of doors. Luna was going to open the door but stopped and turned back towards the Survivor. "Look, Twilight's friends are very...hard to deal with sometimes. Well some of them anyway, but nun more then a pony called Pinky Pie." The Survivor had to stiffile a laugh with that name, "Look, I've dealt with monsters. I've dealt with robots, ghouls, mutants, and assholes with agendas to kill me. I'm sure I can handle a pony named Pinky Pie, especially a pony named Pinky Pie!" He said as he walked over to the door and opened it. The Survivor saw six girls, all gorgeous but no surprise there. Two had wings and one had a horn while another two didn't seem to have either. The last one looked like the alicorn from the picture. She must be this Twilight he'd been hearing about, the two with wings were talking to each other. One was cyan blue with a...rainbow colored hair do. The other was a pale yellow with a pale pink hair do, she seemed timid and closed off. The one with a horn was white with a purple hair do, and the two ponies who didn't seem to poses either wings or a horn were orange and pink. The orange one had blond hair and a stetson hat. While the pink one who he assumed was Pinky Pie, had curly bouncy dark pink hair. Their bodies were all different from the other, the cyan one was the less curvy. Having the smallest chest and hips but lots of toned muscle under her tight workout outfit. The pale yellow one was the exact opposite, having deep visable curves that looked fake at first. The orange one was like the cyan one with toned muscle but slightly bigger in regards to her body. Pinky Pie had a far more normal body build, while the white one seemed to be built with subduction in mind. Twilight was the one who looked like a mini Luna what with her chest and rear being something to behold. They all looked at the metal being that had just opened the doors. Twilight saw Luna behind the one called Soul and went to greet her friend. "Hello Luna how have you been?" "Just fine Twilight, besides the whole new species thing." Luna answered, hugging her sister's ex-student. Pinky Pie who had poped up behind Twilight from across the room looked at soul's armor. "Ooohhhh, is this the alien?" She asked. "Pinky! Don't say that he's an alien! He is a visitor to our world and we should treat him with respect." Twilight turned towards the Survivor. "I'm sorry sir Soul, Pinky can be a little disrespectful at times but I assure you. She's really nice if you get to know her." Twilight said trying to apologize for her friend's actions. He waved it off, "she's fine, in all fairness your all alien to me so no hard feelings." The Survivor walked over to Pinky. His armor making loud clangs on the floor as he did. "Hello, I'm the Soul Survivor but for whatever reason she's started calling me Soul sooo I guess that'll do for now." He said referencing to Luna as extended his hand. "Oh I'm so so so happy to finally see you! I can't wait to give you a welcome to Ponyville party!" Said Pinky, as she grabbed his hand and somehow managed to shake his entire suit of armor. The Survivor let go still shaking as the world keep vibrating around him. Luna placed her hand on his armor to stop his shaking, he looked at her while she smirked back. "Still think you can 'handle' her?" Luna said, putting a mock of his voice into the question. "How did she do that? This stuff weights at least 100 pounds!" The Survivor said, not liking the disregard to physics. Luna chuckled, "I believe her friends refur to it as 'Pinky being Pinky' trust me when I say you should just roll with it." She turned to walk out of the room where Celestia was waiting in the hall, "Goodbye Soul, I'll see you soon." With that, the large doors shut close and the Survivor was left in the room. With six mares who he knew nothing about except for two...yep normal day so far. "Wow look at that armor! So. Cool!" Said Rainbow Dash, "hey I'm Rainbow Dash! The fastest flyer in Equestria!" The Survivor smiled as she boasted, "nice to meet you, and might I say you look quite muscular." He decided stroking their egos would be the best way to get on their good side. Rainbow ate it up, "really! Well...I have been working out." She flexed a little showing off. "It totally shows, and who are you?" He asked, as the orange one walked up. "Names Applejack, nice ta meet ya." She extended her hand to him and he shoke it. The Survivor applied a little to much force and squeezed her hand harder then expected. "Ow, quite the grip you have there partner." She said as she message her hand. "Oh sorry, forgot the armor is a little bulky here let's do something to prevent that." He said as he exited his power armor. The girls watched as he climed out and smiled, presenting himself like one presents a new item. "So...everything you'd expect?" The girls were at a lose of words, he had a fair muscular build. His face was scared badly on the left but not that bad on the right, his face had chiseled feachers with a strong jaw line. They honestly didn't know what to say...well five of them didn't. "Your clothes...they look hedious! How could you walk around with that scrap on your fore arms?!" Rarity said as she went up to inspect his heavy metal arms. "And what is this, white plastic your wearing? Oh darling you must allow me to design you some clothing so you don't have to wear...that." "Well hello to you too." The Survivor said, laughing slightly. Rarity blushed slightly moving back a little to give him space, "I'm sorry darling I lost control of myself for a minute there." She flipped her hair and looked at our brave hero. "I'm Rarity, fashion extrordinar." The Survivor was a little slow to shake the hand Rarity extended. She was truly beautiful, and her ass sets weren't bad either. "Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you. I have to say lovely females like yourself are a 'Rarity'." The Survivor thought it be good to at least try to be funny. It looked to work out as Rarity giggled into her hand. The Survivor noticed that the yellow one who was trying to hid behind her hair. He walked up to her but she just seemed to back away, it took a friendly Flutershy, Rainbow Dash to get her to stand in front of him. He knew that he would most likely be the one who starts this conversation. "Hello, my name is Soul. Who are you?" The Survivor smiled trying to be friendly. She spoke, but he couldn't hear her. He asked her again but ended with the same result. "Her names Flutershy, and she's really shy. We've tried to get her comfortable before she meet you but she's a hard but to crack. Flutershy loves animals though and takes care of lots of them back at her cottage." Pinky had bounced up and wrapped an arm on the Survivor's neck. "Oh so you like animals hmm? Well It just so happens to be that I feel into this world with my best friend. Who happens to be a dog." This sentence immediately got Flutershy's attention, she started asking him question after question about how old he was. What was his breed and how big he was, the Survivor just smiled. "Well I'd have to go get him but first we'll need a place to stay. Luna said Twilight or one of you would have a place for me to stay." Twilight walked over to him, "well luckily the old library has been recently rebuilt. You should be able to stay there for the time being, but we should go and get your friend first." She walked towards a window and pointed to a tree that looked like a home. "Ah tree hmm, well I can deal with that. Just so long as when there's a storm lightning doesn't burn it down." The Survivor said as he looked towards the library. Twilight assured him that it was quite livable and that she was staying there before she lived in the castle. The Survivor nodded his head voicing his agreement with the situation. He climed back into his power armor and they all walked to go get the Survivor's friend. When they arrived at the exit the doors opened to reveal a dog covered in metal. It's toung hanging from the side of it's mouth, head cocked to the left. The dog ran straight towards the Survivor, "Hey boy! Did you follow me all the way here, good boy good boy!" Dogmeat wagged his tail as the Survivor petted him. The others couldn't believe their eyes. Not one of them not even Flutershy had ever seen this type of dog before. "Where did ya leave him last Soul?" Asked Applejack, who was speaking everyponies mind. "Well I left him back at that Forest over there, can't believe he was able to track me down." Soul answered as he pointed towards the Everfree Forest. They all looked shocked as they watched the dog, how could it had made it through all the dangerous creatures and sence foliage? Dogmeat just rolled around, happy in the dirt as the Survivor started walking onward to where he last saw the house. Twilight said goodbye to her friends as she catched up to him. The only one who was having trouble leaving was Flutershy, who really wanted to talk to Soul's dog but just went home seeing it was getting dark. The Survivor's bright blue lights helped illuminate their way to the library. Once they arrived Twilight opened the door with a key and handed it to Soul. "There you go, hope you two won't have any trouble sleeping. If you need anything just ask I'm right down the road." With that she turned around and flew off, leaving the Survivor to the door. "Well buddy, here we go starting a new way of living. At least till we go back home." Dogmeat barked happily wagging his tail as the Survivor opened the door. The library looked almost exactly like it did before it exploded, wooden interior, furniture, pictures, and even a kitchen. The Survivor bumped his helmet on the top of the door as he entered. He ducked and tried again as Dogmeat ran in and immediately jumped onto the couch. The Survivor looked around and noticed that the place was a little small but after he exited his power armor it be fine. After he looked around his head lamps lighting the place he found a light switch and turned on the lights. The place had a welcoming feeling to it, not like the homes in the Commonwealth. He exited his power armor and layed his lazer rifle down next to it. Soul looked around and smiled, it been so long sence he'd been in a proper home. Dogmeat ran up some stairs and he followed after him, just as excited to explore the new home. He came to a room with a bed, it didn't have holes or burn marks it was...It was just a regular bed. The Survivor went over to it as Dogmeat sniffed around the room and fell into it. The soft blankets and long lost feeling of comfort came and practicly knocked him out. Dogmeat eventually jumped up onto the bed as well and curled up, falling asleep. Author's Note I hope you guys have been loving the story! Sorry if this chapter doesn't have any gore but don't worry. The next chapter will have more then enough, our favorite wanderer is coming to Ponyville. :pinkiehappy: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/pinkiehappy.png //-------------------------------------------------------// A Fallen Wanderer //-------------------------------------------------------// A Fallen Wanderer Vortex Crator Everfree Forest "Twilight! Why the heck are we here?! Didn't the princesses say they were gonna send somepony down here?" Spike said as he carried scrolls spell books and other materials. "Because Spike, I wanted to exanimate the area and see if I can find any spell residue. The princesses know that I can do what those scientists can do in a weekend. What I don't understand is why didn't they just ask me to begin with?" Twilight said as she walked down the path to the area where Soul had landed. Twilight had woken up early this morning, she was thinking late that night about a letter Princess Luna sent her while she was showing Soul to the library. Dear Princess Twilight, My sister has given me instructions to over see the situation with the human. I have decided to give our scientific minds here in Canterlot something to do. With this they have been given permission by me to inspect the area where the human landed. I would prefer you not to interven, so please try not to. Once we have the needed data me and my sister will analyze it, and then find a way to send him back to his respected world. Yours, Princess Luna Initially Twilight was going to follow the princesses orders but.....who could pass up an opportunity to study alien magic! So she had packed up some supplies and decided to go set up a small study tent which she held on her back. Twilight and Spike continued walking until Twilight started to feel like a strange sensation in the air. It was like an invisible fire in the air, and Twilight didn't like it at all. She immediately took action by putting a magic cleansing layer around both her and Spike. "What was that for Twilight?" Questioned Spike as he went to pick up some stuff he dropped. "Didn't you feel that Spike? The fire like sensation in the air." Twilight said as she keep walking, rubbing her arm. Spike just shrugged as he picked up the last dropped object and keep walking. They soon came to an area with scorches in the ground that got thicker and thicker until they practicly covered the entire ground. They were both weary as they came closer to the main attraction in the center. The crator had a strange green slim inside it that seemed to glow a sickening green. Spike walked away from the crator and put down the equipment just in time for he was running out of breath. Twilight also walked away from the large indention in the ground and set up the tent with her magic. As Twilight did this Spike noticed that the slime seemed to glow more vibrant. He decided to go inspect it out of curiosity pulling out a snack bag of gems as he walked over. "Twilight! You should come see this, this slime looks like it'- WOAH!" Spike couldn't finish his sentence as some dirt near the crator fell from under him. Luckily he managed to keep his balance but the gems he dropped in the pool of green mystery goo fell in and sank to the bottom. "Spike what happened what were you thinking areyouhurt?!?!" Twilight who had picked up Spike in her magic, was frantically spinning him around and checking him for any injury. Little did she know Spike's purple scales were turning a particular green, "Twilight... I'm gonna puke if you don't let me go, and put me *Gag* down *dry heave* right now!" Twilight did this almost immediately blushing a slight shade of pink from embarrassment. She was going to apologize but was interrupted as the crator erupted with activity. A large beam of light shot out from the bottom as the gems floated into the air. There were six in total each a different color and shape, they were, green, red, yellow, a dark shade of pink, brown and the one on the top was a jet black. The goo underneath them seemed to reach up and wrap around the floating crystals. It touched them slowly sinking into the tiniest cracks and openings, as it did the atoms of the crystal walls shot out. They turned the sides more ridged and added sharp spikes along the sides. The goo finally finished soaking in and the gems stopped morphing around and shot bright purple sparks to each other. The remaining goo seemed to open up as the six spiked gems shot down into the green slim. Twilight and Spike just layed there, the force putting them on their buts. They looked to each other pupels diolated to pin pricks, and faces frozen in shock. "Are we gonna tell the Princess Twilight?" Asked Spike. "Yes...after I figure out what just happened." Stated Twilight as she and Spike both picked up all the equipment and Twilight scooped up a sample of the green goo. They both high tailed it out of the area, not seeing the dark clouds that circled about ten miles away. Capital Wasteland The D.C. Ruins Dead. That was the one word that you could use to describe The Capital Wasteland. It's world bathed in a natural grey that covered everything from the day sky, to the night. In this world layed little to no hope, raiders killing and raping sometimes in that order. People stealing and killing one another for food or medicine, but usually for water. Between this and the now natural mutants and radiation. The world could be better...and now it is. It has been two years, two glorious and amazing years sence the release of the wasteland's saviour. He had single handedly taken on the wasteland and some of it's weirdest quests. He had walked from place to place collecting scars, treasure and stories. This behavior had earned him a name or more of a title...a title that he held close to heart. "Hello kiddies, this is THREEEEEEEEEE DOOOOOG, your friendly neighborhood disc jockey! What's ah disc hell if I know but I'm gonna keep talkin anyway!" Blared a very energetic voice from a man's pipboy, the one and only Loan Wanderer. "Ladies and gentlemen... I think we've done it! The Capital Wasteland has been running low on things to kill, well besides the occasional raiders. Now the big green assholes from the ruins of D.C. have been pushed back. The brotherhood has blasted those bastards all but off the face of our beautiful waste. They had help though, a big shot out to that mysterious loner. The one who stopped by to save his dad and in term save all our sorry asses. Here's to good old vault 101, kid if your out there, this ones for you." Three Dog played one of the wanderer's favored songs, "Dear hearts and Gentle people" The Wanderer didn't know exactly who played it but he enjoyed it nun the less, as he walked wearing his armored vault 101 jumpsuit. He remembered when he first heard the song, it was after he first left the vault. After his father left the Wanderer didn't know what exactly to do but one thing was certain. He had to find his father. He had looked and wandered a good amount of the waste till he found his father and helped him give water to the waste land. A mechine called the purifier was designed by his dad to give drink able water to the wastland, a beacon of hope for all. Unfortunately... His father wasn't alive to bask in the victory. Killed by radiation, the Wanderer had lost his reason to live. So when the opportunity came up to both die and save the waste like his father wanted. He jumped at it, after typing in the code he thought himself dead but amazingly he survived. Only to go up against the enclave and eventually run them out of the wasteland. After that the threat of the Super Mutants were a very real possibility so back into the grinder. It's been two years sence he first put all this into motion and now all that was left was for him to clean up the rest. It was true what Three Dog said though, the wasteland had lost a good part of it's danger and not much was left to do. Besides the constant threat of raiders and wild life, people had much less to fear. Which was good and all but...there was so little to do! The Lone Wanderer often thought of going to the another place, like this Commonwealth he'd heard so much about. The only problem was the brotherhood had no real way to get there. The virtabirds they had were limited in power and the ones in the Commonwealth were all busy fighting as of late. So here he was, walking around aimlessly. If he had ten caps every time this had happened to him he'd be able to buy Rivit city. The Lone Wanderer walked along a old road from the pre-war roads that snaked though the Capital Wasteland like intestinal safe paths to walk down. He stopped and looked up to the sun using his pipboy arm to help block it's rays. After a few minutes of standing trying to decide the time he looked at his pipboy. It said he was in good health, his bar that displayed his health full and all his limbs in working order. Making sure he was ok, he keep walking. He turned his head quickly to the sound of gun shots in the distance, being in an environment like this does that to you. He was going to leave it be but noticed something just as he turned back to continue. There was a large black cloud floating over where he guessed the gun shots to be there also seemed to be...are those virtabirds? He ran closer to the storm, something he'd never seen in the Capital Wasteland. Once he was close he came to a large pile of rocks and climed up to the top, as he did he pulled his sniper rifle from his back. When he could see over it, his jaw would of fallin of had it not been attached to his jaw. There were raiders, at least forty of them all in some kind of fight with an enclave regimen. The Wanderer looked around and saw a few crashed virtabirds, there were burns near the engines and some melted metal near the cockpit. That would explain why others were landing near by, but how were they even here? The Lone Wanderer could of swore after he destroyed their land base that they were a thing of the past. Sure he ran into a few patrols and maybe a lone virtabird but nothing like this, what was going on? He didn't have long for a few raiders who had yet to join the fight started taking fire at him with assult riffles. The Wanderer was lucky enough to duck behind some rocks before a barrage of bullets hit his cover. He pined his back to the rock as the riffle fire took a few slivers of rock were chipped away. He put his riffle on his back and took out his 10mm submachine gun. He was quite attached to this gun do to it's story involving a certain declaration and a girl called Sydney. The Wanderer waited for the right moment knowing that raiders lacked any real combat experience so waiting till there clips ran out was simple. Once the hail storm of bullets were done the Wanderer came out from his refuge and took aim. He then activated his V.A.T.S. system on his pipboy, as he looked down the sights of his weapon. Most people would believe that the V.A.T.S. system could completely freeze time but that was not true. It actually taped into the wearer's neural system and made them capable of processing things far faster. When it took control of the Wanderer his world slowed down, he could see the looks of the raiders as they went from focused to shocked. Their bodies light up and the Wanderer took aim at their heads, each showing a decent chance of scoring a hit. His targets set he let his reflexes lose from the pipboys neural guide and let loose his clip of bullets into the raiders. One he shot right between the eyes a clean kill, another he missed and managed to take cover behind a tree. The last one was assaulted by 10mm rounds taring into his face, leaving it unnoticeable to anyone even the Wanderer. The raider who had taken cover jammed another clip into the assult riffle. The raider took aim and fired a few shots at the Wanderer, he was lucky and managed to hit his leg below the knee. "Aaahhhhh!" The Wanderer screamed, the wound in his leg bleeding. He took aim at the raider's head before he could duck down, and let loose ten bullets at raider only for half of them to hit their mark. The 10mm rounds collided with the skull like a death claw and a mole rat, tearing away flesh and cracking bone as well as adding brain matter to the massacre of the raiders and enclave troops. "God damn it!" He cursed as he inspected his new addition to his many battle scars. The fighting was getting worse and it looked as if both enclave and raiders were starting to take notice of him, and his position. The Wanderer looked around trying to find somewhere he could heal himself, when his eyes came upon the crashed virtabird in the center of the battle. He weighed his options and decided to take cover in the remains of the virtabird, not wanting to just stand there and die. He ran straight for it trying his best to ignore the only growing pain in his leg. The cross fire from the battle nearly missing him multiple times, as he closed the distance to the wreck and jumped towards it. Once he landed the Wanderer immediately crawled the rest of the distance to the virtabird as the storm looked to be turning over head. The lightning from the clouds seemed to be striking with more force and faster as the Wanderer leaned up against the side of the virtabird. He clasped his leg and tried to slow the bleeding as he pulled out a stem pack. He prepared the sweet life saver that had saved his ass more times then any weapon. Stabing it into his leg near the wound and watched as it started the healing process. First attaching the muscle and ligaments back to there rightful place then regrowing any damaged or lost skin. The pain was slowly fading as his leg was repaired, and the looked up in relief only to see the storm start to funnel down over him. The winds were blowing at near skin ripping speeds as lightning strikes started tearing both enclave and raiders to a bloody paste. The ink clouds swirled and lifted the Wanderer up, him trying to hold on to the virtabird as it seemed to increase in strength. The Wanderer may not of been a strong individual but the adrenaline in his vains was proving more then a challenge to the force of the storm. He looked over his shoulder to see a purple light as sparks of electricity with a dark pink color shoot across the vortex. The virtabird's weight was slowly raised by the ever growing wind and the Wanderer let out one last scream as both him and the wreckage were taken into the void. Everfree Forest Some Distance Away from First Landing The Wanderer's eyes slowly opened, his head pounding like a brahmin had kicked him multiple times in the temples. He tried to move and thankfully wasn't tied down or restricted as he stood up and brushed himself off. Dust and dirt feel free from his armor and the Wanderer went to check his weapons, but stopped as he reached for them. He was in...a forest. A actual green forest, not oasis he could tell from the lack of stone walls and people wearing strange clothes. He looked around in front of him at the green leaves and brown bark that wasn't scorched black or bent in weird angles. They were straight and....living, he would of gone up and inspected them had he not remembered the vortex and the events that transpired. He turned around and saw the virtabird from before slightly more wreaked then before. The Wanderer walked over to it, hopping that there was something left on it that might be of use. He looked through compartments and didn't find much, luckily there where a few enclave cases that must of been lifted with the virtabird. He opened one only to find nothing and another and another, he eventually managed to find five plasma grenades and four emp grenades... Not to bad. He put them away and finally checked his weapons, his sniper was fine as was his submachine gun no major damage. He looked up and his blood ran cold at what he saw. It was a suit of power armor, holding a far to dangerous minigun... Walking straight for him. Author's Note Hey guys! Sorry for the hang there but don't worry, if I can I'll pump out the next chapter by this Sunday. Until them leave a comment and maybe a suggestion. Later. //-------------------------------------------------------// Survivor Meets Wanderer //-------------------------------------------------------// Survivor Meets Wanderer Ponyville Library Some Time Before Second Landing The sun's rays shined on Ponyville, coating everything in a great feeling of warmth. The light seeped into the library through windows and gave view to the books that lined the walls. Up the stairs in a room layed the Soul Survivor, his armor removed earlier that night to allow him a more comfortable sleep. He turned in his slumber pulling the covers with him as Dogmeat lifted his head up to a noise. Dogmeat lifted himself up and ran to the window looking out into the small town and barking at something in the distance. I swear, if he keeps barking all the times he saved my ass won't matter I'll kill him. That's what thought came to the Survivor's mind as he shifted the covers and left the warmth of his bed. "What's wrong boy? Something got ya spooked or something?" He walked over to the window and placed his hand over dogmeat's head to calm him. "What are you even...looking...at." The Survivor's gaze looked upon a dark formation of clouds...clouds that looked all to familiar. Oh shit, was the last thought that occurred in the Survivor's mind as he ran down the stairs. He would of put on his armor but his power armor would have to do, as he climed into his suit Dogmeat let out a loud bark and panted waiting for his friend to get ready. The Survivor finished equipping his armor and grabbed the minigun next to him. He figured if anything dangerous did fall from those ink clouds, there was no kill like over kill. He ran towards the door his feet clanking on the wooden floor as he opened the door....only to find Rarity holding her hand in the air ready to knock. "Oh Soul darling, I was coming over to see if you wanted me to make you some clothing so you wouldn't have to stay in your armor....but now I think I might be missing something." Said Rarity, as she looked at Soul in his armor. The Survivor stopped dead in his tracks, "Rarity I know I haven't been here for long and we don't really know each other yet but I need you to go get Twilight and tell her to meet me at the entrance of that forest." He said almost as fast as Pinky Pie talks. "Oh, that's no problem darling. I hope you don't mind me asking but, what ever for?" She asked, as the Survivor eased her aside and walked out. This action gained both Rarity's attention and everypony in the facility who hadn't seen him yet. He walked out some distance then pointed out towards the Everfree Forest. Rarity walked out a little and looked towards the direction he pointed, and her puples diolated to dots as she layed eyes on the collection of clouds. They looked to be becoming more aggressive as she watched. "Say nothing more deer, I will have her there as quick as possible." With that Rarity walked at a hurried pace to Twilight's castle. The Survivor smirked under his helmet, seeing beings that had little experience in seeing life and death actually made him happy. The lack of horror in this new land was...a welcoming change. He started charging towards the clouds making it to the entrance of the woods quite quickly. He stomped through the forest leaving a small trail of destruction behind him due to his armor. It was hard to see the storm now due to the canopy of the leafy tree tops, but the Survivor's sence of direction was fine tuned enough to know where he was running. Once he came close enough he noticed something that...made him freeze solid. There was a young man, scavenging a wreaked virtabird. It looked to have extensive damage on the engine and appeared to have been dropped. The man himself didn't really raise any questions as much as his apparel. It was a vault suit the same color blue that reminded him of his own vault. He read the number on it to be 101 on his back as the man turned around and jumped down from the virtabird. The Survivor hadn't seen another person from a vault in....ever. The man went to check on one of his weapons, but seemed to take notice of him as he did. The Survivor knew that he had been made and judging by the vault suit he had on maybe he wasn't...a brainless raider... Maybe. With this very hopeful thought in mind he started to walked over to the vault dweller. The Lone Wanderer was looking at a suit of power armor, walking towards him with a very threatening looking minigun. He did what any reasonable individual would do in a situation like this, raised his sniper riffle and pointed the business end at the metal titan before him. The Survivor stopped and let his instinct take over as he pointed his minigun at the Wanderer. The world seem to go cold as their weapons took aim, the two immoral men looking at each other with there weapons ready to kill. The atmosphere around them turned silent as the entire existence of everything took notice of what had just happened. That shit had just gotten to a very high level of real! Their eyes collided looked two death claw taring into each other viciously, even the Survivor's helmet not blocking all the experience that came from those blue eyes. Nore could the Wanderer stop the hail of years that collided with him from that visor. "So....are we just gonna sit here like a couple piles of brahmin shit, or are you gonna put down that riffle?" Asked the Survivor as he placed a foot forward only to have a bullet land a few inches from him. "You take one more step, the next one goes right for you visor." Said the Lone Wanderer, the barrel of his riffle smoking from the fresh shot. The Survivor chuckled, "at this range, your sniper riffle doesn't stand a chance. My minigun on the other hand doesn't need to be accurate at this range. All I need is to let it loose and it'll rip into you like a pack of ferral ghouls." He added to this by stepping forward again, landing his foot right where the bullet pierced the ground. The Survivor didn't like these threats he was a more charisma driven person, but judging by the experience in those eyes a threat was the most likely to work. "True but this round will still knock your head back long enough for me to run." The Wanderer said, raising his sniper to prove his own point. The Survivor and the Wanderer both stood there still as stone, neither wanting to move. This transpired for a few minutes before the Survivor finally let his gun down. "Look...I know this isn't gonna sound sane but, put down your weapon." "Oh sure, then you'll tell me to follow your big metal ass." The Wanderer keep up his aim, making sure not to let the armor clad behemoth out of sight. "Umm...yeah, heh heh. Look I don't think you know what your dealing with." "What do you mean?" The Survivor took a breath, putting down his minigun, "look your not on earth anymore, your...in a whole new world maybe even univers." The Lone Wanderer laughed, "it wouldn't be the first time, but a different univers? Yeah I'll believe that when I'm dead. Besides, how am I supposed to trust you?" He looked aggravated and ready to shoot. "Hey I just threw my minigun to the ground, if you spent even one day with me you'd trust me with your life!" The Survivor took another breath, "look if you follow me I promise you won't get hurt and you'll see something so amazing that....you won't believe your eyes." The Wanderer looked away for just a second, his mind going into a web of thoughts. On one hand he could be telling the truth. If this is true then he was a long way home and it would provide some kind explanation for that vortex. On the other hand if he's lying then he could die...he made a decision and holstered his sniper riffle. "Ok, I'll bite. That doesn't mean I trust you though." Dogmeat ran from the side lines having been distracted, "hey who's that?" "Oh this is my friend, Dogmeat. Say high boy." Dogmeat barked while looking at the Wanderer,"I should probably tell you my name or at least a title, you can call me Soul Survivor. Although everyone else here calls me Soul. Do you have a name or maybe some kind of title?" "Yeah...you can call me Loan Wanderer." The Wanderer walked over to both Soul and Dogmeat, "or 101 if that works for you better." The Survivor looked towards the Wanderer, "how about I just call you Vault? Does that work for you or would you prefer Wanderer?" The Wanderer thought for a bit, "Wanderer actually sounds better...for now at least." He started following Soul as he lead the way, though he thought this unnecessary sence the path he took was painfully obvious. The Wanderer looked at the power armor that Soul was wearing it didn't look any of the armor the brotherhood used back in D.C. this suit looked bulkier then even the t-50b. They walked for a small amount of time, until he started to see something up aheah. Soul keep walking on crushing twigs and grass under his heavy feet, once they came out of the entrance of the woods what the Wanderer saw on the other side...trumped even the aliens that had captured him. What was in front of him was a...mutant of some kind there was no other word he'd use to describe them. There were two, one was a slightly dull white but not as dull as the greyish white remains of the Capital Wasteland with a vibrant vilet colored hair. The other was a purple with a darker colored purple hair that had a pink stripe going down it. Their physic was....it reminded the Wanderer he had yet to make love to a women yet. He hid this thought though, using the emotional barrier he'd made while transversing the wasteland. Though it did poke the back of his mind like a radscrorpion stinging him multiple times in the skull. "Soul your alright, thank Celestia that you ok!" The purple one said, "I'm so sorry you had to go out there it's all my fault!" The Survivor just stood there, "whoa there Twilight, what do you mean this is all your fault?" She looked up tears in her eyes, "I...I disobey Princess Luna, she was going to send some scientists from Canterlot to investigate the place where you landed. I wanted to study some of your world's magic and...went there anyway. I didn't want to hurt anypony but I was so curious, I know it doesn't mean much to you but...I'm sorry." She finished putting her head down and continued to cry on his armor. He backed up and placed her at a distance where he could talk to to her, "Look at me Twilight. Your fine ok, I don't blame you for being curious from the little time I've spent with you I'm sure you'd never try to hurt me. That and the fact that you definitely look sorry makes me believe you, so I forgive you." Twilight's face went into a state of pure relief as she let out a long sigh after whipping her tears away, "Princess Luna on the other hand, not to sure about that." This put a grave look on Twilight's face but it was removed as she put her eyes on....a second human. She looked at Soul, "ummm...whose that?" The Survivor looked behind him, "oh this is Wanderer. He's the human that fell from that vortex over the forest." Twilight walked over to him, the Wanderer was trying his best not to look below her neck but it was a difficult task. She's so beautiful, was the thought that crashed through his mental barrier. Her curves made his head spine and those eyes...so large and full of life. He shoke his mind as she approached him, Twilight extended her hand towards him. "Hello my name is Princess Twilight Sparkle but I'd rather you call me Twilight." He raised his hand and shoke her offered hand, his inner scientist taking note of how much it fealt like a human hand. "It's nice to meet you Twilight, and who is that behind you?" The Wanderer asked looking over Twilight's shoulder. "Oh this is my friend Rarity, she's a fashion designer and told me that Soul here wanted me at the entrance of the Everfree Forest." She smiled. "Hello there, I'm the Wanderer. Nice to meet you." He extended his hand which she shoke. "Please the pleasures all mine darling, it's good to know that nothing dangerous came from that vortex." Said Rarity, as she let go of him. "So that's why my welcoming party was a guy ready to take on a army." He said a little humor in his voice as looked towards the Soul Survivor. The Soul Survivor holstered his minigun, "well I wasn't gonna let some wasteland danger hurt my friends." The Wanderer couldn't help but dwell on that word...friend. He wasn't born with the title Lone Wanderer no, he earned it by getting though hell and back by himself. Sure some people helped him and he did talk to venders on a regular basis but other then that....he relied mainly on himself. After losing his father and having no one around to really relay on was difficult for him, no family, his one love interest having him leave her life for the good of the vault, the Capital Wasteland proving time and time again that. You can't trust anyone. This rule after the Wanderer learned it had saved him so many times... How could you argue with statistics? "Well I guess he could sleep at the library with you. That is if he's alright with it?" Twilight and the Survivor were having a conversation while the Wanderer was lost in his thoughts. She turned towards the Wanderer and noticed his eyes were zoned out. She snapped her fingers near his face a few times, he jumped a little and Twilight asked if he was ok. "Yeah I just got lost in thought for a little bit, I'm ok with sleeping in this library as long as I can have my own living quarters." "Of course you can, there's a guest room in the library so you'll have more then enough room." She looked at the sun, "oh no! I need to get home Rarity could you show them around Ponyville for me I...have a letter to write to the Princess." Twilight's look went grim as she flew towards the castle. The Wanderer didn't even notice the wings, he watched her fly off. The Survivor walked over and wrapped his arm around the Wanderer's neck, "come on buddy, let's go and meet our new world, hmm?" The Survivor walked off pulling the Wanderer with him as he followed Rarity into town. The Mojove Wasteland, Near New Vagus Sand blew heavy on the dead bodies of both NCR and Legion hit teams who had tried to take out a figure with raiders following behind him. He wore a long trench coat with what looked like metal of some kind on it's shoulders. That same metal covered his fore arms and chest, as he bent down to pick up a strange looking stone that shined a violent red. "What is that thing Boss?" Asked one of the raiders, who wore study leather armor over his raider wears. "Don't know, but I have ah feeling it's gonna help us have some real... Fun." Author's Note Before people get mad about me making one of the three legends a evil person. I just want it to be said that in all of the games you can choose to be evil. He'd also be the most likely (at least in my opinion) to become a evil sour Soul. Also I have a question for you all who have read most of this story, who would you like the Wanderer to fall in love with? Princess Twilight or Princess Celestia? I'll let you guys decide on it. I'll work for me either way, I also want to give a big shout out to all of you who have jumped onto this fallout train I'm conducting. Thanks for your support and border line worship of this Fic. Finally if any of you are wondering yes at some point there will be actually Clop in this Fic but not fore some time. Till next chapter, yours dirtymike69 //-------------------------------------------------------// A Small Tour //-------------------------------------------------------// A Small Tour Outskirts Of Ponyville The Lone Wanderer shook himself out of the Survivor's grip, glaring at the metal clad vault dweller. Sole just keep walking, his plan to get on Wanderer's good side failing miserably. Now that he thought about it how would that even help? They both followed Rarity as she walked ahead of them, her hips attracting the attention of the Wanderer. Her hips swaying like a pengalum and her outfit leaving little to the imagination. Sole who was looking around soon took notice of where Wanderer's eyes had found themselves he also noticed the absence of his furry friend Dogmeat. He didn't worry knowing that sometimes Dogmeat wandered off, regardless of there friendship Dogmeat was his own man. He chose to follow him and could leave as he wished, but Sole knew that eventually he'd find him...dog was lucky that way. He nudged the Lone Wanderer in the side making him break his increasing focus, "Hey Wanderer, try not to stare to long. If you get caught then who knows what she'll do to you." He talked in a whisper so Rarity wouldn't hear the conversation. The Wanderer fealt hot in his cheeks, "W-what are you talking about! I was just starring at the ground that's all." He lied trying to forget his little slip up. "Mmm sure you were...never seen a piece of earth do that to a man's face." Sole said as he caught up to Rarity. Wanderer just keep walking his face a mix of anger and embarrassment. They keep walking, both the Wanderer and Sole deciding to go into there thoughts. Sole was busy thinking about how long he'll be here, while the Wanderer was hoping for things to stay at this level of crazy. He'd been through some cravy stuff, having a section of brain removed, being in a simulation for the battle of Anchorage, being up ducted from earth by real aliens. This though, a world where everything looked so peaceful. It's like they never seen war before, true he hadn't killed his first man till after he left vault 101. After which he only dwelled on it for a few days...you don't get long to morn anything in the wasteland. "Here we are darlings! May I be the first to welcome the both of you to....Ponyville!" Rarity said as she raised her arms as if to display the town. The Wanderer and Sole both stopped there thinkings and looked upon the small village. There were homes with thatch roofs and wooden walls, Sole actually admired the looks of the town. It was simple but intranet like Diamond city, there was a couple of large buildings one of which was a clock tower. Rarity waited for a small bit allowing them to observe the town from a far. "Ok everypony, let's make our way to town." Said Rarity as she started walking down a dirt path. The Sole Survivor and the Lone Wanderer both followed behind her, Sole's boots making a sort of beat for them all to follow. It only took them ten minutes to return to the front entrance of the town. A sign with the words 'Welcome To Ponyville! The Happiest Place In Equestria!' Sole couldn't help but let a smirk appear on his face. They were so inacent here, not really caring about any dangerous beings if any. Rarity led them into the town and ponies layed eyes on them for the first time. It reminded the Wanderer of when he first walked into Megaton, the people looked at him with strange untrustworthy faces. Seeing him as some kind villain or weakling, they didn't seem to show any hostile intention in there looks but....he couldn't help but wish for a suit of power armor to hide in. Sole was perfectly fine with there slightly mistrustful stares. He knew he had to easrn there trust by way of either action or word, and actions yelled louder then words spoke. "This is the main street where most of the shops can be found, well not counting the days when the trading market is running." Spoke Rarity as she walked on pointing around to various shops and explaining what they sold. There was one store that caught the Survivor's attention, it was a little taller then most of the stores and had a picture in front of it like the others. The sign had a picture of a trash can with all kinds of stuff in it. "Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" Sole said while pointing at the shop. "Oh that? That's the miscellaneous store. Where you can go to find that little extra something that's been missing, I myself have never been inside but Pinkie has. She says that there's all kind of stuff in there." Rarity answer while she walked past it, "over here is where I work, Carrousel Boutique." Both the Wanderer and Sole looked at Carrousel Boutique, it was a circular style building with pony models on the roof. It reminded the Survivor of carrousels he use to ride with...her. Rarity walked on, Wanderer following behind while Sole was a little hesitant but followed behind them. "This is city hall, where mayor mare keeps the town running." Wanderer couldn't help but giggle at the play on words. "This is the school house, where the young fillies and colts go including my younger sister Sweetie Bell." Said Rarity. Sole was looked curious under his helmet, "You have a sister? I would of never known, do you have any other family?" "Why yes!" Rarity looked at Sole while Wanderer just looked around, "my mother and father are out of town and I've been taking care of her. I'm honestly thinking about having her move in with me." "So you have a whole family, hmm? You said you family our out of town, what for?" "Oh they went out to see the world outside of Equestria, there actually visiting the minotaur empire." "There are other species on this planet, Could you tell me all of them?" Oh yes I could, there are minotaurs, griffins, dragons, changelings, and zebra, the minotaurs and griffins live to the south. The dragons live north, while the changelings live in the bad lands to east and the zebra live in the grass plains to the west." Said Rarity as they continued to walk around town. Sole had more questions but thought best not to ask them, thinking he should just role with it. The rest of the day went on with Rarity showing off the rest of the town. Sole and Wanderer were both relieved because by the end of the local ponies had actually started to get use to them...well as use to as you can get with a robot and hairless half minotaur walking around. It had gotten quite dark and Rarity had walked home saying something about her sister needing her. Sole decided to lead Wanderer to the library where they'd be staying for the time being. Sole thought as his body went to auto pilot, he needed to earn his trust if they were to both get through this little adventure. They came to the library and Sole opened the door, on the other side sat Dogmeat. His tail wagging and his big eyes looking right at him. "Hey boy, knew I'd find you." He petted his head and walked in, "You can place your weapons over there." Sole pointed to where his armor and weapons was laying, in the corner of the room. The Lone Wanderer went over and placed his sniper near the Survivor's belongings, leaving enough space to distinguish there stuff apart. He then looked around taking in the atmosphere of the library. Wanderer then walked over to a near by couch and sat down letting his arms rest on his legs. Sole looked at the energy for his power armor noticing it was at three. He pulled out of his armor letting it let go of his body before he pulled out of it. The Wanderer looked at the big 111 on the back of it, making him want to look at his own weighted number. He looked back at Sole as he pulled off the minigun on the armor's back, showing his strength and raw muscle. Dogmeat had decided to lay down behind the couch, while the Survivor brought his weapon to a small table in front of the couch. Sole then proceeded to start performing maintenance on the large weapon, inspecting the barrels and spring mechanics. The Wanderer and Sole both had the same thought in there minds. They needed to talk and get to know each other....from crazy stories to unbelievable feats. They were about to hear each others stories and neither would expect what the other was going to tell. Author's Note You everypony! It has been brought to my attention that I have made a few minor errors that's getting on some ponies nerves. Sole not Soul Pinkie not Pinky These mistakes are just goofs and I will be sure to go back and correct them once I hit 30k on this story. That way I have a good foot hold in the story line and enough chapters so that way I can edit in peace of mind knowing they'll be enough for you all to read. Also I'm sorry if this bugged the ever living crap out of some of you ponies out there. It's a minor derp and I'll make sure to keep a tighter leash on my own mind to insure a better story. Let me leave you all with this thought, ALL SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED if I can make it happen you know I will, so I'm a blank page. Think you glorified fossil, there has to be at least ONE thing we have in co- ooohhhh yeah...there's always that.' Sole suddenly realized that there is something that they both had in common. A certain action that was a part of them sence they first left their respective vaults. "How many?" Asked Sole as he pulled out a few tools he had handy on him. "Umm....how many what?" Wanderer asked. "How many things have you killed? You can tell me, it seems to be a thing we both have In common." Sole started to tweek the mechanisms on his minigun. "That's a pretty big assumption to make about me, but on the off chance your right...how did you know?" The Wandderer said while leanings in, a questioning look on his face. "It's not an assumption, I can tell. You gut the same look in your eyes that I did when I first started my long career of a soldier. You start questioning things, like yourself. Instead of aiming at your enemies you start contemplating the thought of putting that barrel to your head, but you can't. You have something...something to look forward to coming back to." The Survivor looked down as he remembered his reason for returning home. "Wait a minute... YOU fought in a war? How, when which one? Your not a ghoul so I don't think you could survive that long and look like this." He moved forward a little in his seat, the awe in his blue eyes being a dead give away. Whoever this Lone Wanderer is, he's still young not very but obviously younger then the Survivor. 'Actually MOST things are younger then me now, besides ghouls. ' the Survivor thought as he turned towards him. "Hey, were getting off topic here. How. Many." He said while empathizing his question. "Ok ok...I've killed around 2400 things. All honesty I sort of lost count after a while, but back to my question. How did you fight in a war?" Wanderer had now made his way to the edge of his seat. Itching to hear a story from before the war. It had actually been some time sence he heard any prewar stories from other then a ghoul. "Well," he said putting down the tool in his hand, "I wasn't born in any wasteland or any vault, I was born before the bombs fell. In that time I have fought in one war. Anchorage." The Wanderer's eyes became slightly wide in surprise, "I was there!" His voice giving off a slight echo in the room. The Survivor stopped and gave Wanderer his own questionable look, "oh really, and how's that might I ask?" He crossed his arms over his noticeably thick chest. "I was walking around near the D.C. ruins and my pipboy picked up a distress signal from some brotherhood outcasts, who had found a stach of weapons and a suit of t-50b armor. They couldn't get in unless they had a pipboy connector, so when I walked in on them holding back some muties at the top of a set of stairs. I helped them out as much I could, and when they saw my pipboy they asked for help." The Survivor had uncrossed his arms and decided to sit next to the Wanderer, "So wait a minute, what's a brotherhood outcast?" His face in a confused state. The Wanderer looked at him wondering why he'd never heard of them before,"you haven't ran into them where your from? There all over D.C. and have a few basses of their own. Their pretty much very strict followers of the brotherhood's original code. The beliefs of keeping technology under wraps and protecting us from it." "Hmm...well continue with your story, I'll ask you more about them later." He stood back up grabbing his tools and going back to fixing his weapon. The Wanderer cleared his throat, "Well, after asking me for help. I go deep into a underground bunker, and one of them lead me to their commanding officer. He tells me that my pipboy is the key they've been waiting for and tell me that in order to get inside to the casha of tech, I had to complete some training program." "Doesn't sound to bad, must of been fun." Said the Survivor. "Unfortunately, there were no safty protocols so if I died in the simulation. I died for real. Needless to say I was a little hesitant, but he managed to convince me. I spent a whole three days in there, forgenetly I was smart enough to tell the difference between the real world and a fucked up simulation. It didn't make a difference though, I still had to fight. Once it was over I climed out and opened the door, taking a few things. The other troops decided to stage a mutiny against the commander and pulled out their weapons. Next thing I knew I'm hidding from lazers and 5mm rounds. I had to fight at least six or seven people in t-45a power armor. When I managed to get out and it seemed the muties had killed the ones up top. I walked all the way back home, and just fell straight on the floor. Wadsworth was so worried he pulled me into my bed and I sleep for a whole day...*sigh* good times." The Survivor had stopped tinkering with his minigun and just froze with what he heard. This man here had gone through the same hell he had to, but on a totally different scale...this had earned the Lone Wanderer his respect. "It's good to know that you understand what it feels like to be in those kinds of situations. I remember when I was first given a gun...it wasn't that heavy. Took my first life and suddenly... That rifle got a whole lot heavier." He looked down, all these old wounds taking their toll on him. The Wanderer would of morned but....he didn't want to. He first stepped out into the waste and was shot, stabed, and slightly burned in his first moments. He had no problem killing people, especially those who deserved it. This way of thinking had earned him a rather mixed feeling from people in the Capital Wasteland, some hating him while others loved him. The middle ground was what he called it and this ground supported him very well. The Survivor shoke his head and looked back at Wanderer, "Anyway...I think I can trust you for now at least. Though I guess we're still gonna be keeping an eye on each other, I don't want you to hurt these ponies here and you don't want me to hurt you so this will do for now." He picked up the minigun and put it back on his power armor. 'Why the hell does he even care about these damn...creatures' the Wanderer thought as he stood up, "hey, what's your deal here anyway? What the hell are you doing protecting them, what do you hope to gain?" He asked suspiciously. "Well....I wasn't hoping to gain anything. I may have lost my home but their going to send m back. When they do I couldn't help them even if I wanted to, so if I'm to "gain" anything it a ticket back home." He said while he walked over to the stairs, "and I think your room is right across from mine if what Twilight said is true." The Wanderer was looking down reflecting on what the Survivor said, he also took notice of Dogmeat who had turned onto his back. His toung hanging out while his leg twitched in his sleep. "Hey," the Wanderer looked up and saw the Survivor standing there halfway up the stairs, "look...these ponies here have never seen any real war. They have something that neither one of our wastelands have....innocence. I hope we can both agree that they don't deserve to go out like our species did." With that the Wanderer watched as he assended up the stairs, leaving him down here alone. He just stood there, the darkness of the room becoming a little evasive as time pasted. 'He's right....no body, no matter the species should have to suffer the way we did. No one deserves to destroy their selfs like humans did...damn it! How the fuck did he get inside my head like this?!' The Wanderer groaned in announce at his own thoughts as he sat back down. Dogmeat quickly snapped to a upright position, sneezing a few times before looking at the Wanderer. His big brown eyes seemed to talk to the Wanderer as Dogmeat ran up stairs. 'Ok...that was a little weird.' The Wanderer just sat back then a rumble from his stomach reminded him of something that he hadn't had for a while, 'I wonder if there's any food in here?' He though as he stood back up and looked for the kitchen. It took him a minute but he found it and started looking through cabinets and the cleanest looking fridge he'd seen in a while. Opening the door he found...nothing. 'Damn' he thought as he closed the fridge as he did he heard a knock on the door. 'Who the fuck could that be?' He wondered as he went to answer the door. When he opened the door what he saw made him flinch in shock. It was a large blue, well dark blue to be specific. A large dark blue pony, like Twilight she (the curves being a dead giveaway) had a long horn on her head and a set of wings on her back. What made him flinch was her hair and...tail. 'It's gonna take some time to get use to this.' He thought as she started to speak. "Oh...you must be Wanderer. The new human who landed in Equestria, on behalf of our nation I wish to apologize for this. I also want you to know that I have personally taken care of Twilight for disobeying my orders." The Wanderer couldn't help but feel a sudden rush of worry, "Is she ok, you didn't hurt her did you?" He was actually questioning his own question in his mind. "Oh of course not! I would never hurt any living thing as long as I live, but I do know how to punish in a manner fitting for the Princess of friendship. She is restricted from asking you any questions related to your species for any purpose for one week. Once this time has passed she may ask whatever she may think up." Luna said urgently to dismiss any possible thought of her physically hurting Twilight. "Well...ok then. Now that's THAT'S over with who the hell are you?" he asked while crossing his arms. She looked a little puzzled from his language as she spoke, "Well...didn't Sole say anything about me? I would of thought he'd of told you about me..." She looked saddened by the news of Sole not talking about her. 'She must like him....oh that's definitely gonna make things interesting here.' Thought the Wanderer, "Well...actually he did talk about you." Said the Wanderer a smirk appearing on his face. 'Oh I've just gotta poke the situation a little...or alot.' Her mood flipped like a light switch, "Really! Umm I mean *cough* really?" She asked a slight blush appearing on her cheeks. 'OH hook line and sinker! Now what am I gonna do here.....got it.' His brilliant mind developed a almost sinister plan, not to evil but right on the line. "Oh yeah, the only thing he left out was your name and title. If you could tell me I'd appreciate it alot." Said the Wanderer lacing his words in a intelligence that couldn't be rivaled. "Oh, well I'm Princess Luna. Mover of the moon and co-ruler of Equestria, but I'm sure you already knew that." Luna said as she looked down her blush darkening from the thought of Sole talking about her. 'Woah...she moves the moon? I'm gonna have to see this before I believe it but how to bring it up? Maybe...' The Wanderer leaned in a little, "Hey could you show me a little bit off your....power?" He asked like a curious child. 'Sometimes... I impress myself.' He thought as he smiled on the inside from his cleverness. Luna looked a little nervous, "Well...I really shouldn't but, if you really want to see then I show you but only for a little bit, ok?" She said whispering near the end of her sentence, "but first I need to deliver what news I intended to deliver in the first place before I was side tracked. First is that with Twilight's research minimum as it was, you two might be here...longer then anticipated." Luna dropped her whisper voice but seemed to cringe while saying the end of the sentence. The Wanderer eyed her, "what do you mean longer then anticipated?" He asked. "Well," Luna's ears flaten, "Me and my sister original thought a week would be all we needed to clear this situation and....send Sole back." Again her face adopted a sad expression, "unfortunately we may require more time, we don't know how long but around a month if I was to guess but that doesn't mean we won't try everyway to get you BOTH back home." She said with belief in her voice. 'She sounds determined.... But what about her liking for Sole? Doesn't she realize the pain she's going to put apon herself through? This can only end badly for her and him if he does develop any feelings for her as well or if she....DOES anything with him, it'll only hurt them more....damn now I feel like a dick. Damn it! ....maybe I can push it down.... *grunt* *groan* *pfft* there we go. Goodbye guilt!' The Wanderer thought as she continued. "The second thing I needed to address was this." Luna leaned to the left and picked up a rather large bow, "This is some food for the both of you. Twilight brought it to my attention that there was no food here so I went a bought you both some food to keep you both feed. The bad part is that I can't continue to do this so, you both might need to find some form of employment in Ponyville." She said while bringing the box into the library putting it down on the table that Sole's minigun once was. 'Oh god, why' he thought while turning towards Luna, "so....are we gonna see a little " magic"? He said while giving the word magic jazz hands. Luna smiled as she walked outside signaling him to follow. The Wanderer walked out enough to see the moon while Luna walked out a good distance before getting ready. Her horn glowed with a dark blue ora that also seemed to surround the whole moon. His jaw fell a little as she slowly moved the point of her horn and the moon followed it. It actually followed it! 'B-b-b-but....HOW!' He screamed in his head as the moon almost danced in the night sky. The stars seemed to form a kind of pattern as she made the night turn into a extravaganza of movement and seemed to glow even brighter then they were just a minute ago. Only for them to all go right back where they were before the sudden burst of life that took them. The Wanderer could only gawk in amazement while Luna just walked over to the chariot that had brought her here and fly away, leaving a shocked human behind. 'I, did, it, my, my brain hurts' thought the Wanderer as he walked back into the library and looked at the box. 'Well might as well put this stuff away.' His stomach did him the pleasure of reminding him about his hunger. 'Riiiiight after I eat a little.' The Wanderer opened the box and saw...alot of vegetables. 'Well that's disappointing but I honestly saw this coming, they don't look like meat eaters from their teeth and last I remember ponies don't eat meat....this may present a problem for us later.' He picked up an apple and sniffed it. The sent was even better then the fresh apples he acquired by Rivit city. 'Ok smells good' he took a bite....'oh god." The juices of the apple inticed him into eating the rest of the apple like a ravenous pack of mole rats. 'Oh my god! That was delishus! Over got to have another.' It took two minutes for the Wanderer to eat three more apples. His stomach full he then started putting things away in the kitchen. He finished twenty minutes later and made his way up stairs. The Wanderer saw a door slightly opened and peaked inside, it was Sole and Dogmeat. Sole was laying on his back a slight snore emitting from his mouth. Dogmeat layed over his chest also on his back a similar look as when he was down stairs sleeping behind the couch. 'My room must be over here then.' Thought the Wanderer as he looked towards the door across from Sole's room. He opened it and looked apon the interior of his new room. It was simple and quaint alot like the town itself. He walked over to his bed and looked at the clean covers. This was all it took for him to fall into the bed and drift into a deep peaceful sleep. //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Two A New Start //-------------------------------------------------------// Day Two A New Start Canterlot Castle Luna's Room That Same Night Luna's room was eloquent to say the least. Her room was decorated with many things that symboled her night. The bed had a dark blue transparent curtain around it opened on the sides. A rich black pain dotted with white specks that were arranged in constellations. On one side was a set of doors that lead to a balcony where Luna was landing. She opened the doors that lead to her room, letting out a small amount of laughter as she walked\danced her way to her bed. Luna fell back on to it letting out giggles like a school filly with a crush....actually that's exactly what she was in this present moment. 'Oh....why do I feel like this? I've only just meet him yet this human has somehow lifted this weight I've had on my life sence I first left that moon prison. He makes me laugh, makes me feel warm, makes me feel so....alive ha ha!' Luna's thoughts keeped her mind busy while her body moved under the covers. She looked towards a large body pillow and grabbed it, cuddling it close. "Mmhhh, oh Sole.... Your so soft and warm." Luna said as she circled the tips of her fingers on the large pillow, "I...I can't believe you stayed here with me. You chose to stay here instead of going back home, hmm, what was that?" Luna titled her head and raised one of her ears to hear the imaginary Sole speak. "Oh you naughty human, hm hm." She layed her head on the pillow pretending it was Sole's chest. Luna looked where his head would be a passionate look in her eyes. "Sole...I want you to be my...my first." as she said this Luna got closer and closer till she started to kiss the pillow as her hand was making it's way south for her marehood which was getting ready for the fictional love making in process.... Only to stop dead when Luna heard a pony trying to stiffile there laughter. Face frozen to the pillow she slowly lifted up and saw said pony trying not to laugh at the last thing they'll see. Celestia stood about three of four steps away from Luna's bed, holding her hand over her muzzle. "Luna *pfft* I was...walking down the hall when I *pfft* heard you giggling and *pfft* saw you and....HA HA AHA!" Celestia couldn't hold it back anymore, she feel to the marble floor dieing from laughter. "Tiiiiiaahh." Luna's eyes were filled with rage and her teeth gritted tight in anger as she pulled away from the Sole pillow. "I'm gonna kill you!" She dashed at her sister as Celestia got up and started running around the room. Avoiding Luna by dodging and putting things in-between the two of them. "I'm sorry but you were so cute just laying there pretending, and this is fast from the worst thing I've walked in on. Remember the cucumber incident, the bed pole incident, the candy cain incident?" Celestia said while ducking as a beam was shot at her. "TIA!" Luna said as she sent out a few more beams before giving up, "oh forget it, just get out of my room now!" She pointed at the door opposite of her balcony doors, anger in her eyes. "Lulu I can tell when your really upset and when you just masking your real feelings, I wasn't born yesterday." Celestia said while crossing her arms and shifting her weight the her hip. Luna stood there for a good ten minutes before letting out a sigh, "Damn you," she said while looking away, "ok you got me, do you want a cookie?" Luna laced the last bit with sarcasm as she walked over and sat down on her bed looking quite disturbed. Celestia looked at her sister with loving eyes as she walked over and sat next to Luna, "Oh Lulu come here, what's the matter hmm? You upset because I interrupted your sex fantasy with your pillow, I'll help you if that would make you feel better. I think I can mimic Sole's voice if I had some time." "What no!" Luna said as she looked distastefully at her sister, "I....I'm upset for even having these fantasies, I shouldn't have them to begin with their wrong." Luna said as she looked at the ground getting angrier and angrier at herself. "Oh Luna it's perfectly natural to have these thoughts, healthy even." Celestia said misunderstanding what Luna said. "No that's not it!" Luna stood up and took a few steps away from the bed, "I....were not even the same species, yet I feel so....strongly for him. I know I shouldn't but I just....I just want to BE with him." She looked up ashamed, as her ears feel and her eyes started to water. "Luna no don't cry, come here come to sissy." Celestia said as she quickly got up and walked over offering a hug to Luna who accepted it even quicker, they stood there while Luna cried into Celestia's chest. A few minutes pasted by as Luna let out her emotional turmoil into Celestia's bosom. "Luna," said Celestia as Luna's crying fell to a shakin whimper, "I know you think I'm going to have a answer to this problem." Luna looked up at her, "but....I don't." 'What?' Luna thought as she backed away a little being released from Celestia's arms, "What do you mean?" She asked. "Well I hate to say this but YOU have to make a choice on this one." Said Celestia as she noticed that Luna was looking a little worried, "Look Lulu this is your heart not mine, in the end you have to decide rather or not to let him know about your feelings. If you do you might have to deal with losing him to his home....I think I should leave now *Yawn* I have a long day at cort tomorrow and so do you, please get some sleep." She walked over to the door and just as she was almost out she looked over her shoulder, "Luna...just sleep on it, ok? For me." With that Luna was left to her room. 'W-what should I do?' She thought, 'If I say I love him I might not be able to keep him....if I don't I might never learn how he feels about me. I'll never know if he'd stay....if he'd make love to me or kiss me or if every time he makes me laugh he does it because.... Because he....' Luna slowly made her way to bed, getting under the covers and cuddling the body pillow. She had alot to think about. Ponyville Library The Following Morning Sole layed on his side in the bed still asleep. Dogmeat layed on the foot of the bed having been moved from his spot on Sole's chest. A couple of birds flying by the window singing their morning song, causing the Survivor to stir in his sleep. He opened his eyes to a lit room bathed in the rays of the sun. 'This is....way better then home.' Sole thought as he sat up and stretched, then got out of the bed. Dogmeat's eyes opened up and no sooner left the room going down stairs. The Survivor stretched once more as he stood up, yawning up to the ceiling. He looked around and noticed a door left slightly opened. It lead to a slightly dark room which seemed to have a toilet in it. 'Hmmm....I could use a good wash up.' Sole thought as he walked over to the bathroom. 'Actually now that I think about it, I might as well take full advantage of actual pluming while I can.' Sole walked into the bathroom. It was spotless and looked kind of old in style but possessed a porcelain toilet and sink both just as clean as the room it's self. He walked over to the mirror that was over the sink, and looked at himself. The large scar on the left side of his face looked old and seemed to be covered in a layer of dirt. Actually his whole face could use a nice wash with some un-irrateated water. He turned up the faucet cupping his hands to hold some water and splash it on his face. The cold liquid hitting Sole's face made him shiver a little as any remaining hope for going back to bed was washed away. Sole grabbed a towl that was hanging near by and immediately took notice of the huge difference in his completion. The dirt gave way to a thick 5o,clock shadow, his black hair seemed to scream with how much it stood out. 'Man I'm gonna have to get a trim or something. I wonder if there's any good hairdressers in this town' he thought as he examinated his face. Sole stopped as he did though, a heavenly aroma coming from down stairs. 'Oh good god....real food.' Sole's mouth became moist and a rumble from his stomach reminded him that he hasn't eaten much sence he first arrived here. That in mind the Survivor decided against doing any major grooming deciding to instead just run his fingers through his hair quickly. Sole made his way down the stairs thinking, 'Wow...one second I'm fighting a large group of ghouls and a death claw that could be used to light up a decent area. Now I'm in a whole new world with gods and magic....sounds like a prewar comic book.' He made it down stairs where he heard sounds of cooking in the kitchen. Sole walked over to the push open door and saw something that almost made him loss it. 'Oh merciful Christ...' Sole had to hold back his laughter as he saw Wanderer in a apron...a very pink apron that was over his armored vault suit. Sole watched as the Wanderer cooked what smelled like peppers and onions. He walked over behind the Wanderer and took a seat at the table in the middle of the kitchen. Wanderer turned around and went solid like stone. "....you laugh you die..." Said Wanderer as he turned back to the stove and continued cooking. Sole just smiled and shaking his head while he waited for the food. Wanderer soon finished the meal and set up two plates, sitting across from Sole. The Wanderer's portion of food was smaller the the Survivor's due to their difference in body mass. They sat and ate for a few minutes before the Wanderer heard a small snicker come for the other side of the table. "...go on." "You look absolutely ridiculous." Said Sole, feeling like a popped bottle of champagne. "You know I didn't have to make this," Wanderer said as he pointed his fork as Sole, "I could of let you cook for yourself and this is what your suppose to wear while cooking." "Fine by me, I enjoy my own soup and I agree with you but.... there usually not...pink." He replied, putting some food in his mouth. The Wanderer chuckled as he continued eating. They both ate, talking about their feats and near death experiences. They kept on explaining to each other their lifes even deeper then last night laughing and enjoying each other's company till a knock was heard at the door. They both looked at each other before getting up and going to the door, Wanderer leaving the apron behind. "I still think you looked ridiculous." Said Sole as they walked through the doors. "It's what your suppose to wear when you cook! I can't controll what COLOR it was!" The Wanderer said in a defensive tone. Sole laughed as he opened the door to see Applejack and Rarity. Sole wasn't expecting anyone to show up today. He was honestly just going to go for a walk around town like he normally did in the Commonwealth. Applejack and Rarity both had what looked like a piece of paper in their hand. 'Hmm...I wonder what this is about?' Thought Sole, "Hey you two, come on in." Sole stepped to the side so that they could come in. "Thank you kindly." Said Applejack as she walked in followed by Rarity. Applejack and Rarity looked around at the familiar library, old memories coming back. The room was still as amazing as ever being made in a actual tree made its sight to behold. Old books still adorned the walls having being recovered from the wreck of the old tree. The entire place was mostly the same....not counting the power armor, weapons, ammo and other things strewn about. "I see you've...made yourselfs at...home, heh heh." Said Rarity, eyeing the room with a need to tidy up. A nervous laugh following after her sentence. "Y'all are sloppier then my pigs." Stated Applejack in a monotone like voice. The Survivor scratch the back of his head, "Yeah...I honestly don't know what happened here. I'm usually far more organized." He said looking around at the unexpected mess. Wanderer started to pick somethings up, while Applejack walked up to Sole. "Hey Sole, I think you need to read this. The princesses wrote it for you but they don't have a uhh, smoke spell thing to the library anymore. Not after it was destroyed." Said Applejack as she handed Sole the paper. 'Wait a second...oh yeah I remember Twilight saying something about this. I'll have to ask about it later, maybe taking a note would help.' Thought the Survivor, as he opened the scroll. My Dearest Human, I'm sure Wanderer has already told you but on the off chance that he forgot. You and your friend are to find work here in Ponyville. I understand that this may seem unusual to you but my sister was quite persistent in the manner. I also took notice that the library has yet to have it's message system restored, so I will be over there first thing in the morning to fix this. Sence your new to our world and this pleasant community I would suggest going to Applejack's farm for your first job. Yours only, Luna 'Hmm...ah job huh. Oh well, at least I can keep busy and keep myself in shape.' He thought, looking towards the Wanderer. "Hey, looks like we're going to have some employment. How you feel about farm work?" Sole said, walking over to him. "Well I'm fine with that, but as you can see..." Wanderer used his hands to reference to his small frame. "I'm not exactly designed for that kind of work." "Wait." Said Applejack, as she pointed between them both "the way you two are talking, it sounds like y'all are gonna be workin for me." "Yep, Luna said we should start with you." Said Sole as he walked over to Applejack. "Unfortunately, I'm not the physical person. You wouldn't happen to have any nonphysical work, would you?" Asked Wanderer. Applejack thought about this, "Well....are you good at organizin things? We could use a little bit of supply keepin for the farm." The Wanderer thought for a minute then looked at his pipboy. "Well...I can take note and recordings so, yeah." He said, looking up from his screen. This cought both hers and Rarity's curiosity. They had noticed the device on Sole's arm but though it just a part of the armor. 'I didn't know it had a perpus other then protection.' Thought Rarity.'It looks so smooth and precise almost like they made alot of them. How can that small thing keep notes, and without a quill?' "Excuse me Wanderer darling but how does that "pipboy" did you call it? Keep track of notes or....Recordings." Rarity said, while walking over to the Wanderer. She looked at the strange device on his forleg, trying to put a purpose into every lever, nob and other component. "Well," said the Wanderer, "It takes notes keeping all it's information stored in microchips and data banks. It also keeps track of my physical condition." "What do ya mean by that? You mean like a doctor how does it do that?" Asked Applejack. "I honestly.... Don't know that. I've tried my best to research it but I can't find the company that made it. I've even checked vault-tec and couldn't fine anything." Said Wanderer looking at the pipboy. "What's vault-tec?" Asked Rarity. The demeanor of the Wanderer went a little dark, remember those bastards. They said that there vaults were to protect and preserve humanity but they weren't all for that. 'Damn bastards everyone of them!' Thought the Wanderer, 'Performing social experiments and chemical tests, cloning and turning those damn vaults into real life hells.' This was....unfortunately true. Most of the vaults main purpose was to just test things on people who didn't know they were even part of a test. "Uhh, hey!" Spoke Sole noticing the dark presence looming over the Lone Wanderer. "What's up with those papers in your hands?" He put himself between the two of them and the Wanderer, not wanting them to push the subject any further. "Oh right, we almost forgot!" Said Rarity, pulling out her paper, "it's also a note from the Princess! It's stated here that I'm to help make the both of you a few sets of clothes while here." 'Hmm, that's nice. These ponies may be the nicest living things I've ran into sence......ever!' Thought the Wanderer, "Well, why don't you go and take Wanderer over here with you. I'm sure he'd like to walk around as much as I do." He said while walking over to the door. "That's ah mighty fine idea Sole!" Said Applejack, "I can teach ya the jest of what you'll be doin on the farm!" She walked over to the door. "Hey Rarity! Why don't you take Wanderer there while me and Sole here can get ah move on." "Of course, come on Wanderer let us make haste to my boutique." Said Rarity looking towards Wanderer who had lost his dark complexity. They prepared them selves, both the Wanderer and Survivor. They picked up a weapon, Sole his CANNON and the Wanderer his 10mm submachine gun. They walked out the door following the girls. Applejack took Sole to the right while Wanderer went left with Rarity to her boutique. Wanderer looked though his pipboy putting in a note for himself about Applejack's proposal. Him following behind Rarity... And her....ass.... 'Oh god, well if anything this will be an interesting experience.' Author's Note I know I know that Luna scene was completely outrageous. I regret nothing, but hope you enjoy the chapter as perusal... Till next chapter, yours dirtymike69 //-------------------------------------------------------// A Trip To The Farm //-------------------------------------------------------// A Trip To The Farm Some Distance Away From Apple Farm The Survivor and Applejack walked down the dirt road to apple family farm. The life blood of Ponyville and home to one of it's founders, Granny smith. The Survivor walked looking around at the bright vibrant trees that taken over the scenery from the tranquil straw and stone homes of the town. They looked so livly and much like the residents here in Equestria. Innocent to anuy kind of real danger that couldn't be dealt with. When the bombs dropped there wasn't a thing anyone could do. Hide was the only answer to this level of destruction and that's just what the world did....hide. Now here he was, in a land untouched by fire and desperation. Where magic existence is a fact and there's real smiles on everyone's faces. No worries about where there next meal is, what's around the corner. If there's anything waiting to eat them in the dark night while their searching for supplies to bring home. That's one of the reasons he built his many settlements, to give them a place of safety. A bright light to keep the damn mutants and asshole people away....and he was both loved and respected by most in the Commonwealth. 'Man...if I could move a few settlements here....they'd be able to help rebuild the earth.' Sole thought as he walked along, Applejack next to him. Applejack looked the Survivor over, noticing the overall lack of any real grooming. His main and face looked fine. The skin underneath his black beard was far cleaner then last she saw him. 'Maybe I should offer him a chance to clean up, maybe get his clothes looking new.' She thought while looking up ahead, 'Oh well look at that, were here.' "This is it, come on sugarcube let's go! We're wasting day light!" Applejack said while picking up a jogging pace towards the apple trees, That were rising over the horizon. "Right behind you Applejack." Said Sole as he started picking up the pace to catch up with Applejack. He ran behind her as the ground began to slop up little by little the more he moved forward. It eventually got so slanted that he needed to use his hands a few times to keep from slipping. Sole eventually made it to the top where Applejack was leaning on a nearby tree...and just to the right of her was....the apple family farm. It was HUGE, the Survivor had made a few settlements to help supplie food to his many other settlements over the Commonwealth but this...his fields would only make up about a one percent of the huge crop in front of him. He had seen apples before but...these were perfect in every sense of the word. Round and red, juicy to the look and...was his mouth watering? Yes...yes it was. 'This is....outstanding' Sole thought as he walked past Applejack, gawking at the huge farm behind her. 'You could feed most of the Commonwealth with just what's here!' "Come on ,partner. You gonna have to meet the rest of my kin, your gonna be working with ,em." Said Applejack snapping Sole out of his trance. Sole scratched the back of his head while nervously laughing, "Right sorry, I spaced out there for a second. Let's get going so I can meet your...kin." The Survivor had rarely heard a southern accent that wasn't from a prewar robot. It was just something he hadn't much experience in...much like the bodies of most of the females in this world. 'Seriously, I mean they look like they were imagined by some guy who hadn't seen a women in decades. I wonder if Wanderer can explain it, or maybe Luna.' The Survivor paused in his thoughts, remembering the night goddess. Her long almost mist like hair, the color of her eyes...so bright and vibrant. The first time he saw her it wasn't really noticed but she was....beautiful....just like his last lover. 'Oh boy....I better be careful here. I can't get to attached to her, if I do...I'll break her heart when I leave but how come....I still wann-' "Hey, Sole where here!" The shouting of Applejack brought Sole's inner wondering to a halt. He looked forward to see a large farm house and a farm behind it, both made of wood. The farm was painted the traditional color of a barn and the house was a large two story building with trees all over the place. Sole turned to face Applejack, "So what am I going to be doing and where do I start?" He asked enthusiasm filling him. It had been quite some time sence he last had a job in a peaceful environment. Applejack smiled, "Glade your so eager to start working but first your gonna go on up stairs and wash up. Now give me your clothes and make your way up stairs to the bathroom." She said shifting her weight to one of her sexy hips, holding out a hand waiting. "Umm." Sole started, "I...can't do that." "Why the hay not?" She asked "Well...I don't...we humans umm...we're always covered like all the time, and taking off our clothes in front of others...it's kind of a touchy subject of us." He said, looking everywhere but at her. "Why is it so "touchy" ah subject, hmmm?" Applejack asked, not understanding what was so weird here. Sole finally looked at her and said, "Humans don't really like being....nude in front of people even our most trusted friends. How about I get in the bathroom first then hand them to you?" Applejack just shoke her head a little not being able to believe this, 'I mean come on, I was naked in front of alot of ponies. Most ta my friends have seen me naked even Spike and he's a male.' She thought as she agreed and lead him into her home. The inside was as you'd expect from a country home. Comfy looking interior with lots of antique furniture that gave the home a kind old smell. It was large on the inside like Sole thought and reminded him of the inside of his own home before the bombs...just less electricity and more lanterns. There was a set of stairs to the right where Sole followed Applejack to the restroom. "Alright, here ya go no get inside clean up and I'll have your clothes done once your out." Said Applejack who stood next to the door as the Survivor walked into the room. 'Looks alot like the one in the library.' Sole thought as he unzipped his Vault suit. 'What was that?' Thought Applejack as she peaked through the slightly opened door. When she looked through Applejack saw the Survivor's back as the vault suit fell. His back was....covered in scared tissue. She couldn't tell where his actual skin started and where the scars began. 'Oh my stars.. That poor stallion.' She thought as the reality of how much pain Sole has experienced hit her full force. She turned around before she saw to much still deep in thought, 'I haven't even seen anything that can make a wound like that....maybe I should tell somepony else about it.' Applejack grabbed the clothes from Sole and walked down stairs, getting dinner ready. Sole looked at his body in the mirror, 'I've forgotten just...how long...it's been sence I last...took that thing off.' He thought as he placed his hands on his chest which was just as bad as his back. The gashes and burns, stabes and cuts...so many memories. Contrary to what most believed a stimpack didn't just make a wound go away. It covered the wound in a artificial flesh and then mended it together. The process is far less effective when your always moving around dodging bullets and giant rocks being thrown at you. Sole moved his hand over the wounds and fealt the smooth new skin. He eventually stopped and went over to the tub where there was both a bath and shower. Sole decided on a shower and started the water, as he stepped into the clean, hot shower he could already see the noticeable difference in the color of the water. It was a mix of black and brown and the colors seemed to dance as they went down the drain. Sole looked around in the shower to maybe find some soap. He was lucky and found...a damn pink bar of soap. 'Thank god Wanderer's not here. I'd never hear the end of it.' He thought as he grabbed the the bar of soap, and then started to look for a rag. There was one on the side of the tub which looked like it wasn't used. Sole started to rub the soap around in the rag to get it ready for himself. Once it was done he proceeded to wash himself... The soap smelled like flowers. 'Damn my life, even in paradise I still can't have what I need.' Sole thought, as he continued to wash. He kept on washing till his scared tissue shined a little. During this he was able to hear a commotion coming from down stairs. It sounded like a bunch of kids running around down there. After finding some shampoo followed by conditioner he was finally done. Sole stepped out of the shower after he turned it off and started to dry off when he could definitely hear kids running around. Followed by a elderly yell that was lost in the wild mass of other noises. It seemed to be a mix of a man's and Applejack's voice mixed together. The door opened for a second which let in the entirety of the yelling but it was just as quick gone. 'I should get ready to meet the others. God forbid I make a bad impression.' Sole thought, as he dried off. He took notice of the small loss of muscle so he took note on his pipboy which he took off and left on the sink. Once he put it back on he looked for his Vault suit which was hanging on a bar for towls. He put it back on it's protection giving him comfort, Sole had installed some extra protection in the suit to help him out till he found some better armor. Which helped when stacked with the suit itself. He let out a sigh of relief as the suit closed around him. Sole then let his hand fall to his revolver and much to his pease of mind, it was there. The cold metal on the grip like a hand holding on to his and keeping him at ease. "Man....I feel better." Sole said sighing as he opened the door. On the other side he heard noises coming from down stairs. He turned to the stairs and took a deep breath. "Here we go....this I where you earn yourself a true job, again." Sole walked down the stairs and came to a door way on his left as he rounded it he came faced with a dinning room full of ponies. There was a long wooden table with a old green mare at the head of it. She had silver hair and a aura of wisdom around her. On her left was Applejack and across from her was a large red pony with orange hair. He was as buff as Sole was and then some, what the Survivor took notice of next was three little ponies sitting closely next to each other. One had a big bow in her red hair with a tan like color, she was closest to Applejack. There was a white one with a horn and a strange color of hair that was both pink and a light shade of purple. She was in-between both the tan one and another one. This one was all orange with deep purple hair and a set of wings....small wings. They all looked at him with faces of awe as he walked a little further into the room. Once he entered the room was full of silence, a whole minute going by till Applejack decided to do something. Applejack stood up and walked over to the Survivor, "Well dang, took ya long enough now. Why don't you sit down and we can all eat. Then the little ones have a few questions, if you don't mind?" She asked escorting him to his seat. Sole sat down and looked at the food in front of him. It gave off a sweet aroma that made his stomach confirm he was hungry. The food looked like a kind of tart covered in a thick orange jello sause that had chunks of apple in it. He looked around at most of the other ponies eating, the young ones gave him a few glances. Except the orange one with the small wings, she looked directly at him. Putting a fork full of food in her mouth occasionally. 'I can tell she's interested, that curious gleam in her eye is a dead giveaway.' Sole thought as he put his first tast of the food inside his mouth. 'This tastes fucking great!' He thought as he ate more until his plate was empty. The others were done a few minutes later. Full and content the Survivor prepared for the questions he was going to be asked. He was a little surprised when the old one stood up first. She licked her lips and strained to see him but she eventually made him out...after talking to both the table and the chair he was currently in. "Why, hello there young visiter from the stars. My name is Granny Smith but everypony just calls me Granny, nice to meet ya!" This Granny Smith was incredibly fit for her age because when she shoke his hand it hurt not alot, certainly no super mutant but still. "Hello, my title is Sole Survivor but every...pony here has started calling me Sole. I guess you can too." Said Sole as he let go of her hand. He then looked over to the large red one, "and who might that be?" "Oh that's just my big brother, Big Mackintosh. Most ponies just call him big Mack for short." Said Applejack as she wrapped an arm around Mack's large body. She then went and grabbed the little pony with the bow in her head, "and this is my little sister Applebloom." "I'm not little! I'm a grown up just like you, not no foal." Applebloom said while pouting, the Survivor couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. The white one got up from her seat looking a little timid as she walked up to him. "Ummm....what are you?" Her voice was high, probably good for singing. "I'm a human," Sole lowered down to one knee to make himself a little smaller. "Don't worry I'm not mean. In fact I'm a very liked and respected man where I'm from. Now...what's your name?" He smiled as he extended his hand for a shake. "I'm.... Sweetie Bell, it's nice to meet you." She said as her small hand was grasped by his. 'He's so warm.' Sweetie thought as she let go of Sole's hand. Thetablege one walked up to him with her chest puffed out and her head held high, "I'm Scootaloo and I'm the fastest scooterer alive!" Scootaloo said while striking a heroic pose like her favorite pony, Rainbow Dash. "One day I hope to be the best in the world, like Rainbow Dash!" "You know Rainbow Dash, how so?" Asked the Survivor. "I'm her adopted sister, and Sweetie Bell is Rarity's sister." Scootaloo pointed at Sweetie Bell who was still a little nervous but was slowly warming up to Sole. "Alright, alright... Give him some space! Now y'all can ask whatever ya want, but if he says no don't push it....he's been through alot." Said Applejack giving him a slight sorrowful look before turning back to the kids. 'What's that about?' He thought, 'I'll ask later.' Sole stood back up and saw Applejack place the little ones back at the table. She motioned for him to sit across from them and he did. After he became comfortable he looked towards the ponies who sat across from him. The three of them all looked ready to pop with all their questions. Sole looked at between the three of them, "I will answer most of your questions, like Applejack said if I say no. Don't push it. You will go one at a time so I can answer your questions clearly." "Y'all get three questions each, ya hear. No more no less." Said Applejack "Awwwww!" All three of them said in unison. "Okay, me first!" Said Applebloom, "How old are ya?" She squinted her eyes like she was gonna make him crack if he tried to lie. "I'm over two hundred years old. Next." Sole said, as if he didn't notice the absurditie that just came out of his mouth. "Wait ah apple pickin minute... Over two hundred! No way!" Said Applebloom. "Yeah your lying, only an alicorn and earth ponies can live that long. Princess Twilight said so." Said Scootaloo. "Hm hm hm, you three should sit back for a bit...I have a long story to tell." Sole's said as he rested his feet on the table. The Survivor told the same tale to the he did the Princess, leaving out the more graphic events. He didn't... He didn't want to bring up his wife. These ponies were big hearted among other big things on their chest. Sole knew if he said anything about it they'd all try to feel sorry for him, and he was no charity case. He always put himself before others and this was not going to be any different. 'I can deal with my own demons.' He thought, as he was finishing up his story. "There I was, facing the dreaded Death claw as it picked me up and tossed me across the street. I was scared I'd never seen something so powerful. I looked it in it's dead eyes seeing no fear. I raised my minigun a little and it took a step forward. The Death claw stook noe sniff of the air and a mediately knew what I was going to do. Roaring a mighty roar it charged at me zigzagging in other directions to throw off my aim!" "What did you do?" Asked Scootaloo in an alarming voice, she wouldn't admit it but the story was starting to rattle her nerves. "Well," Sole said, "I didn't take aim. I twisted my torso and as it closed in I bashed it with the clip of my minigun. It fell from the force of impact and ran away." He raised his head in pride, though in reality he pumped that Death claw full of 5mm till it's arms, legs and head were shredded off. Still they were just kids no need for THAT to be burned into their nightmares, right? "Wow, your like....cooler then Rainbow Dash times two!" Said Sweetie Bell a smile on her face with enthusiasm in her eyes. "I wouldn't go THAT far but....maybe I don't know, 20% cooler? Thanks sounds right." Scootaloo said after giving it some thought. "I have to say...it was quite outstandin." Spoke Applejack, as she walked over and stood on the side of the Crusaders. "Anymore questions to ask?" Sole was looking over them and noticed that they we're talking to each other in a tight group. They seemed to reach an agreement as Scootaloo walked up to him said, "That actually answered most our questions, but there's one more we all have." "Shoot." "Where's your Cutie Mark?" The Crusaders asked in unison. "Umm..." Sole leaned over to Applejack, sence she was the only grown being in the room at this time. "What's a cutie mark?" He whispered. Applejack smiled contently, "it's ok Sole, youngens the place where humans livbe don't have any such things as a cutie mark." She said louder then Sole wanted. "Your mean," "You don't have" "A special...." "Talent?" The cutie mark Crusaders said each line till saying the last line al together. "Well....most humans don't have a special talent..." The three seemed saddened, but the Survivor had a idea, an actually good one at that. "But we have something even greater." "What could be better then a cutie mark?" Asked Sweetie Bell. Sole walked up to them taking a knee, "We humans...have a purpose... Something in life that drives use to push our limits. Fix the impossible, change destiny and even bend power like the sun to our will....a human can do, but a human with a purpose can change for better...or worse." He looked across the three of them, "Now if just a purpose can do that...then imagine what you'll get. If you add a special talent on top of that. Seems like that human or...pony would be almost impossible to stop." He smiled as the Crusaders looked at each other whispering as he walked over to Applejack. "So...how'd I do?" He asked. "You start tomorrow. Till then you gotta get home, I'm sure Wanderer is ah waitin for ya. Best not keep him waiting." Responded Applejack, the Survivor agreed and was just about to walk out the door when Applejack stopped him, "Hey, Sole!" Sole turned around, "Yes Applejack?" "Did they hurt..." Her voice was still almost like stone, and the Survivor cought on very quickly. Sole looked down trying not to say anything. He was actually about to leave out the already opened door....when he stopped. 'You can't hide forever...' Sole turned back around a cold and depressing look in his eyes, ".....yes....yes it did." With that the Survivor walked on into the town. A feeling of weight still pulling on his heart. Author's Note Aaaaaaaaand Done! This was a little bit of a pain but, this a labour of love. The next chapter will be soon and then after that, editing... Yay. :ajbemused: https://static.fimfiction.net/images/emoticons/ajbemused.png anyway now the real challenge begins! Where to look for an editor? Any suggestions I'd be happy to take them, but as it is.... Till next chapter, your dirtymike69 //-------------------------------------------------------// A Change Of Armor //-------------------------------------------------------// A Change Of Armor Earlier That Same Day Heading To Caracel Boutique The Wanderer walked to the right of Rarity. Passing by shops and various ponies going about their day. The sun here was so much more forgiving then in the Capital Wasteland. This sun seemed to understand that no one wants to be miserable. Bathed in a ray of heat instead it offered warmth like if you were to fall into a river. The light would dry you and keep you warm. The ponies were not sweating or ignited in a fury of uncomfort they were just....walking. 'Sole really wasn't kidding, these ponies don't seem to have a care in the world... Kind of pisses me off.' Wanderer thought, as he subconsciously let his legs go on auto pilot. The Wanderer was normally was quite hard to piss off. The cold shell he had grown over his time kep him from forming any real relationships with others. Then again if you being born caused your mother to die and your father just ups and leaves. The only thing to track him down was a name of a science project and the word of the local populist. Only after you find him to have him DIE about a day later....needless to say he went into himself. Trying to block any and all possible emotional pain with a large wall of cold stone....just like his heart. 'If I even manage to get back home, who the HELL would believe me! I can already hear Elder Lyons, "oh where were you? How could you abandon use? Blah blah blah..." I might consider staying here to avoid a ear full of shit when and IF I get back.' Wanderer was brought out of his museing. The sound of Rarity saying something he didn't quite hear. "Sorry what was that?" Asked Wanderer, as he turned towards Rarity. He took notice of the building behind her, which was a large round structure with a pointed roof. In between these to details were what looked like mannequin forms of ponies. There was always something about mannequins that creeped Wanderer out. Then again he walked into a room filled of plungers and a lone mannequin and blood...yep that signals the creepy alarm. "I said, were here. Why don't you go in and make yourself comfortable?" Rarity was a little annoyed about the Wanderer lossing focus but let it go. She walked up to the building and opened the door. Wanderer walked into a very....sophisticated room. 'God...I feel out of place.' Wanderer thought as he looked around. The room was diligently better looking them him. It's walls pristean and clean, the details so clean and symmetrical it was like looking into a mirror. The only difference between the two sides being a register for payments sitting on a long table. It blended with the rest of the room's style. That being curved and trimed in gold, actual gold. He would of walked a little further in if he didn't fear covering the white floor in dirt. 'Now that I think about it...I could use some cleaning up.' Wanderer waked into the boutique, as he did he turned to Rarity, "Hey could I use your restroom? I really could use a shower." "Of course darling, I never stop another pony or human in this case from cleansing themselves." Rarity said, pointing him in the direction of a set of stairs that lead to the second level. "It should be the second door on the left." She said as he waked up them. The second level was less peppy then the first. Seeming to be more a living level then a business area. He walked over till the second door on the left, then opened it. The bathroom reminded him of the clean ones in Tenpenny Tower. Pure and safe. Wanderer walked over to the shower and started the water, as this happened. He heard some clacking sounds come up the stairs, followed by a knock on the door. "Wanderer, are you decent? I need to ask you something." It was Rarity, he told her to come in. Rarity opened the door only poking her head in, "Wanderer, I need your umm...clothes so I can make you some new apparel." Rarity seemed a little embarrassed by asking but Wanderer didn't mind. "Sure thing, want them now or like....while I'm in the shower?" Wanderer asked, he was just now taking off the armor part of his suit. "I'll grab them while your in the shower. All I wish to know now is what color you'd like?" The Wanderer thought about this for a few minutes. He had never really like any particular color but he was a fan of blue. "I honestly don't mind what color, as long as there's blue in it, I don't care what you do." He said as he inspected what was inside a cabinet. "Oh fabulous darling! I think blue will look great with you, especially with your eye color. I'll work on your new garments and by the time you finish up. I'll have them ready for you down stairs, alright?" Rarity was positively glowing with excitement at the aspect of designing a new wardrobe for a alien species, and Wanderer could tell. "Of course, just hope you don't mind seeing me half naked." He said smiling, as he walked over to the shower to agust the temperature to his liking. Rarity's face took on a questioning look, "Why would that be a problem Wanderer, I don't see anything wrong with that. Make your way down stairs when your ready and your new clothes will be waiting." She walk down stairs as Wanderer contemplated what she said. 'What....oh, maybe they have different social norms compared to humans? I'll ask about it later, right now time to FINALLY wash some of this dirt off of me.' He unzipped his Vault suit, undoing the armor before hand and stepped in. 'Oh...oh wow, I forgot how water fealt on my skin. It's been so long sence I last took a actual shower.' The water almost cascaded on his body, taking away alot of grim and pain with it. Wanderer looked around for some soap and found a bar on one of the small shelves there. It didn't take more then five minutes before he heard the door open, and some hovesteps. 'Must be Rarity,' he thought as he kept cleaning himself. The steps went in to the sink-where he left his clothes-then left the room as quick as they appeared. Wanderer was in the shower for a good ten minutes before turning off the water and stepping out. He grabbed a hanging towl and started to dry off, getting his chest when he took notice of a scar he had there. It was a clean insertion, done by equipment that he would rather never see again. 'Damn alien scumbags, how they all burned when there ship blew up.' He thought angrily. The Wanderer had heard tails of alien life by many chemed up junkies. All saying the same thing about some meteor hitting the ground up north but he never believed them...until a signal was picked up by his pipboy. The strange noises, like hemms and naahs were unlike anything he'd heard so he went to inspect the signal. Only to be pulled up and experimented on when he found a actually space ship. It took at least a week but he finally got back down the good old radiated earth but there were lots of questions as to where he went. Wanderer would answer them all the same way, "what you talking about? I was here the whole time." He didn't want others to be afraid of more then just the usual terrors of the world. Deathclaws were enough to worry about, let alone advanced aliens from another planet who wanted nothing more then to cut them open for God knows what. He also took note of the many bullet wounds and burns from guns and energy weapons. Sence he spent so little time in close combat, stab and bruises were few and far in between. The towl he had on was blue and a little small... 'Why in the hell is this thing so small? This would barely covered ass, let alone her whole lower body.' The Wanderer was slightly annoyed by this, sence the towl wasn't large enough going down stairs was going to be tricky. 'Oh to hell with it, I'm sure she won't mind after all they don't seem to care all that much.' With that the Wanderer discarded the towl into a hamper and walked out of the bathroom all natural. The floor was cold as hell though so maybe getting his new "armor" back would be a good idea. Walking down the stairs he looked around and found that Rarity was apparently no where to be seen. A noise coming from another part of the room cought his attention as he walked closer to it. He came upon a very concentrated Rarity, if the toung sticking out of her mouth was anything to go on. She was working on his new clothes and looked almost done, her face went intense for a little bit before she let out a triumphet "HaHa" and held his new "armor" in plain view. It was very simple, much like his original vault suit. The color was mainly this bright tan color with blue stripes laced into it, there was no real protection to it but it was still good looking. 'I'll stick out like a ghoul among smooth skins, but it at least it looks great. Now I won't have to wear my armor all over the place, not sure if that's particularly goooood but hey. New world.' He saw Rarity turn around and stop. Her eyes were ful of shock and....curiosity. The Wanderer stood proud thinking he was blending in. His manhood and open display for Rarity as she just grew redder and redder in the face. The whites fur made this standout on her face and Wanderer looked confused. "What? Isn't this how you guys go about?" Wanderer said shaking himself a little. Rarity had to cover her eyes, "Wanderer! Put on some clothes, or at least put yourself away!" "What do you mean?! I thought you guys were always naked?!" He covered himself with a lone piece of fabric. "We can retract or genatalia we don't... Let it hang out like...that." Rarity was trying very hard not to let her eye wander past her hand. "Well quick give me my new clothes!" He said as Rarity magiced the new suit over, "...how are you doing that?" "Darling! Put these on before I have to put them on you." The Wanderer didn't notice the threatening tone, still thinking about the floating act as he put his new armor on. It was smooth, like cotton times twenty. He would of just melted into it had he not been so driven to find out what that whole floating thing was. "Seriously, how did you do that?" Questioned Wanderer. "It's magic darling, don't you humans have it in your world?" She asked, a curious look on her face. "No, whatever magic we had is either missing or dead," Wanderer's head leaned down, "Our world is dead ok, we don't have much magic to see....but seriously how does it WORK like the mechanical parts and gears." He said, putting emphasis in the words magic and work. "Oh well....I'd have remember my years in school," Rarity looked up in thought for a minute before continuing. "Ah right, if I remember correctly. My teacher said that magic comes in many forms. Each form has It's own....responsibility, some move objects others split them." Wanderer was starting to become very interested, his face proved it. "Really....anything else you'd like to add?" "Unfortunately I wasn't very....proficient in school. I was very busy with-" "Fashion? I'd figure that...where would I happen to find more information?" Asked Wanderer. "Well the library would be the most likely place to find all the info you'd need." She said, and no sooner did she say it Wanderer was out the door. His old armor tucked under his arm and his weapon in his hand. The Wanderer walked to the library at a slightly faster speed then normal. His mind was a buzz of possibilities and already making up theories. 'If I can find a book with the right information in it. I might be able to explain how we got here and what brought us here.' He was practicly running not paying mind to the weight in his arms. Unlike the Survivor the Wanderer wasn't built for anything really physical. His frame was slender of course this came with pros and cons. One pro is speed, the Wanderer was incredibly fast and agile. A con would be....the delicacy of his bones and his durability. Though threw his days in the wastes he had toughin up quite a substantial amount it didn't change his body type. The Wanderer arrived just as the sun had set, having lost his way in the town. He entered to see Sole lifting the couch Dogmeat on top of it, which made him stop. "Sole.....what are you doing?" He said as Sole looked up to him, the couch still in the air. "Oh hey Wanderer! I was just preparing for our new job. If I'm gonna be haulin stuff on a farm I have to get my body ready." He empathized this by continuing his exercise. "Oh....well that's good. Will need the money, but wait! I forgot why I was here for a second... Oh right the books on magic." He put his old armor on the table and then looked towards the walls of books. Looking for anything with the word magic in the title. The Wanderer had a large stack of books in his arms as Sole put down the couch, finishing his workout. "What you doing with the books Wanderer?" Sole asked, as Wanderer barely made it to a near by table. Putting the books down letting out a sigh of relief. Wanderer looked towards Sole, "Well I figured that from the two of use. I'd be the one to study the new world were in, after all will be here for awhile and I want some kind of prior information on the land. That and I might be able to figure out how and why we're here." He said, sitting down and cracking open a book. "Oh....well I don't know why you'd do that. I mean the princesses seem to have everything under control to me." Sole said. "Well YOU might think that but I have only meet one of them. You may think there fine but I don't trust them. The Luna one is fine with me and that Twilight Sparkle one two, but I don't trust them. Not yet at least." Wanderer scaned the book quickly, his superior intellect making mince meat of the knowledge inside. "...ya know, eventually you'll have to trust someone. I just hope it's soon for Both our sake's." Sole walked up the stairs Dogmeat jumping off the couch and followed after him. The door shutting behind them leaving the Wanderer to his own thoughts. '....he's right....if I want a chance to survive here. I'm gonna need someone to trust, but who?' This thought required some serious decisions, who could he really trust here? 'Well first and foremost they need to be smart. Second they need to be as perspective as I am, along with capable of solving problems.... But who?' Wanderer thought some more before it hit him, 'That Twilight Sparkle one, yeah she'll be perfect.' Wanderer settled his mind as he continued to read. Thoughts being born and theories created after every word. Author's Note I know I know, it's late. In my defending I was incredibly busy with outside stuff in my life but know that it's good now. The next chapter is going to be good, I mean a visit the New Vegas right now is rare. Till next chapter, Yours dirtymike69. //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: A Unforseeable Mistake pt 1 //-------------------------------------------------------// Prologue: A Unforseeable Mistake pt 1 Ponyville Celestia's sun hung high in the sky of Equestria, over the quaint town of Ponyville. In this town there stood a large crystal tower where Twilight Sparkle newest princess of magic lived. Her castle was large and empty with tall ceilings colored dark shades of purple. Twilight sat at her thrown head laying on the table do to an unforeseen circumstance of boredom. Which seemed unusual seeing as how not even a week ago she had saved equestria from Starlight Shimmer and her plot to stop Twilight and her friends from ever being united by Rainbow Dash's sonic rainboom. Luckily Twilight had stopped her by convincing her to put aside her hate and welcome friendship back into her life. It had been a whole week sence then, and she was bored! Twilight wasn't alone though sitting next to her was her faithful helper Spike the dragon. He was moving around in his chair trying to get comfortable-like it will some how stop the virus of boredom that plequed him at this moment. "I'm soooooooo boooorrred!" Complained Spike, "Hey Twilight? Do you think that Pinky Pie might have a party plan or something?" Spike asked mostly to maybe some how cure there lack of activities. "I'm not sure Spike, maybe." Twilight said while lifting her head off the desk. "Let's go see, anything is better then sitting her doing nothing." "Alright!" Spike said enthusiasm clear in his voice. Twilight couldn't help but catch his enthusiasm as she found a smile spread across her face. They started to walk down the towed, making there way to the infamous party planner's home in sugarcube corner. As they were making there way to their friends home a commotion could be heard from down the street. Twilight and Spike decided to move slightly faster do to the nature of the noises, Twilight swore she heard a elephant at some point. They were a small distance away when an explosion was heard and a small pink object was launched into the air. "Oh no! What happened?" Said Spike as the pink object was starting to drop down. "Spike...you might want to move." Said Twilight as she took notice of the object's path. "Why sa-oof" the object hit Spike dead in the chest making him slide on the ground until he hit a tree. Spike's head spined with slight pain as the object moved off him revealing it to be Pinky Pie. "Yaaaaaahoooo that was soooo much fun, let's do it again!" Yelled Pinky as she stood up and bolted from place to place ending up on top of Spike's head...somehow. "Pinky! What happened? Are you ok, are the cakes alright?" Asked Twilight as she landed next to the two, Pinky stepped off of Spike's head and stood next to him. "Yeah Pinky Pie what happened?" Questioned Spike as he stood up to dust himself off. "Well I was looking at cupcakes and some realizeed what if I tried using other things for the flower instead of flower. I started to use anything and everything and before I knew it I had ordered a barrel of powder from the griffins and tried to bake them outside but...it went kaboom." Pinky stood still after giving her explanation...if it could be called that. Twilight stood mouth agape after the story but shook it off. Spike was going to ask another question but found his mouth being covered by Twilight's hand. He looked up at her only to see shaking her head, signaling that this was Pinky Pie just being Pinky Pie and to forget about it. "So Pinky are you doing anything interesting today?" He asked as they were all making there way back to the bakery. She looked at him with a questionable expression on her face, "More interesting then exploding cupcakes....oh yeah! I'm going to throw a huge party later today, I'm inviting the Princesses and everything!" "Really!?" Spike and Twilight said happiness clear in there voices. "No" statted Pinky Pie as she continued to walk on leaving them both behind. Only to pop up right next to them and wrap them both up in a hug. "Of course I'm going to don't be so sad it was just a prank, well see ya guys I've got a loooooooot of planning to do. Later!" And just as they made there way to sugercube corner she dashed into the door and another assortment of strange noises could be heard. "I don't think I'll ever understand her crazy Twilight." Said Spike "I gave up ages ago Spike and I don't regret it at all." Spoke Twilight as he continued to walk on and leave the pink pony alone to her doings of planning. "What are we gonna do now Twilight? Sence option A is out of the question where are we gonna go now, I really don't want to return to the castle anytime soon." Spike cringed at the thought of going back to the palace of boredom. "Well...we could always visit Applejack and help her with the farm." She suggested, Spike's face went slightly sour. "But what are we gonna do there, more importantly what CAN I do there I mean...I'm no big Macintosh." Spike admitted while he turned around and talked to Twilight while walking backwards. "Spike stop that, you'll get hurt and I'm sure Applejack or big Mac could find something for you to do." Twilight finished, as Spike returned to her side. They continued to walk on till the apple farm came into view, the green tops of the trees raised from the horizon as the farm house which had been rebuilt over and over again stood strong. Twilight decided to pick up Spike and fly the rest of the way to Applejack's farm. They sored over the trees and Spike grabbed an apple from a tree they flew by, Twilight spotted Applejack by a tree harvesting apples from the trees. She swooped down and landed a little to close to Applejack for she jumped a little from the sudden movement. "What the hay! Twi what in tarnation are ya doin here?" Said Applejack as she got a grip on her self and cleaned herself off. "Sorry Applejack I still have alot of practice on landing so I just went with what Rainbow tought me." Twilight had a sheepish look on her face as she helped her friend. Spike who had just finished the apple said, "We got bored at the castle and tried to see if Pinky Pie could help but she....kind of exploded and said she was gonna plain a party for use and the Princesses, so we decided to kill some time while she gets things ready." He leaned on a tree as he finished. Applejack looked at Spike who stood at least a good feet below her leaving him at her chest, "Well...I don't know about the whole Pinky explosion, but I think I have a few things that I could use some help with. I know Applebloom needs help with cleaning our prize pig, and ah little help would be nice harvestin the rest of the apples." She pointed towards the trees that needed harvesting to empathise her point. Twilight said she would help with the apples and Spike made his way to find Applebloom. Canterlot Casle The castle stood strong against the force of gravity as it stayed on the side of a mountain. Inside this castle lived two of the now four Alicorns that lived in Equestria, these two were known as Celestia who controls the sun and Luna who controls the moon. Celestia was actually in the middle of getting a slice of cake after a draining day of meetings on, in her honest opinion, completely pointless. She knew that political debate was and will be a huge part of her life but not everything had to be decided by her! All she wanted was one day of peace or at least an hour of time for herself and now as she cut a large piece of vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. She made her way to a table near by mouth watering all the way there as she sat down and went for a fork...only to find she forgot one. Letting out a huff of air she went to retrieve one quickly, as she returned she found her sister Luna sitting on the other side of the table. Luna who was busy tracing groves in the wooden table failed to notice Celestia walk in at first. "Hello sister, who are we this morning?" Celestia asked. "Fine Tia just fine, I came to give you this. It's a letter from Ponyville I assume Princess Twilight Sparkle sent it for you." Celestia broke the seal on the letter after thanking her sister. The letter was from Ponyville true but it wasn't from Twilight no it was from Pinky Pie one of Twilight's friends. Dear Princess Celestia, Hi Princess! It's me Pinky Pie but I'm sure you saw the front of the envelop and put two and two together. Your good at that stuff. Anyway if your not busy you should totally come over to this super fun super awesome party. It'll be really really really fun and I'm sure your really really really tired from royal Princess stuff and would like a breather. Also if you get and your eating cake don't eat to much you know it goes to your flank. Bye bye. your friend, Pinky Pie Celestia first tried to break down how Pinky Pie knew she was eating cake and why her flanks were her business. Then thought about the party, she will admit getting out of the castle would be a great change of pace. "Sister how do you feel about going to party at Ponyville?" Celestia said. Luna thought for a moment before saying she'd love to, with them both in agreement they went on to decide what to wear to this occurrence. Celestia decided on a ballroom gound with yellow sparkling effects it essentially displayed her curves and also made her look quite regal. Luna went with a more subtle approach going with a long skirt and a dress shirt. When Luna saw Celestia's attire she nearly lost her eyes. "Tia! What do you think your doing! That is not suitable for this party." Luna looked stirn as she put her hands on her hips. Celestia smiled playfully, "You just wish you could fill out this outfit like I do" she then stroke a sexy pose which to her delight made her sister turn a light red. She winked at Luna, "On relax Lulu, it's what all the young mares are wearing these days." Celestia turned and walked down the hallway with Luna walking next to her. "If all the young mares were jumping off a cliff to there demised would you? I mean...your so exposed." Luna cringed at the thought of being exposed like that she believed very firmly in being more then slightly covered. Celestia disagrees. "Luna...you shouldn't be so kept in, your a beautiful mare who deserves a stallion in her life. If you show a little bit of your....assets then you might be able to acquire a big strong stallion." Celestia continued to walk on and Luna blushed as she continued to walk as well. "That's the difference between us sister. I don't require my stallion to be strong and handsome, only to be there for me...and I will decide whether I like this stallion not the other way around." Luna put her noise in the air a stubborn aura around her. "True....but if you keep this up the only one who'll you'll want to love you is yourself and that's just not as fun." Luna's aura fizzled out after that sentence, leaving her to be occward. "At least I keep covered, my flesh is only for me to behold." A small smile appeared on Luna's face. "Luna....never mind let's just go to the party and have fun, ok?" Celestia put a smile on her face. She didn't want to keep arguing with her sister sence she was to stubborn...also mainly because she actually wanted to go to this party and relax for once. They made there way to the carriage and entered it. The day was now turning to night and Celestia made room for Luna's moon in the sky. After the change from day to night the two Alicorns told the pegasi guards to make there way to sugarcube corner in Ponyville. The guards gave a hardy agreement and few off into the night to attend the party.
