Fleetfoot stood on a cloud as she barked commands at Lightning Streak,her private student.She had secretly been training the rejected pony.She deserved a second chance!Everyone did in Fleetfoot's eyes.No matter the ponythey deserved a blank slate to start fresh on.
"When gliding extend your wings more!"Fleetfoot shouted at her student.
"Got it."Lightning replied.
Lightning was so obedient that it was hard to believe that she was expelled from the Wonderbolt Flight Camp.Spitfire had sais she was disloyal,sassy,and vain.Although Fleetfoot was convinced that she had cleaned up her act.The young pegasus was the most respectful horse she had ever met!
Lightning soared torwards the cloud Fleetfoot was on and landed.
"So what do you think?"Lightning asked her trainer.
"Your getting a lot better!"Fleetfoot responded.
"Thanks.When can I be a Wonderbolt?"Lightning questioned her.
"You can't..."Fleetfoot awkwardly said.
This was the first time Lightning had asked her this question.She was surprised.Why would she want to be a Wonerbolt,she had said she wanted to improve.
"Oh yeah."Lightning mumbled,she was completely let down by that answer.
"Well see ya tomorrow."Fleetfoot exclaimed as she flapped away from Lightning.
Fleetfoot sat on the couch with Spitfire and decided to ask Spitfire about her.
"So what was Lightning Dust like?"She asked.
"Awful!"Spitfire began."She was always using other ponies to get what she wanted!She used Dashie to get to be the leader."
"Why would she do that?"Fleetfoot questioned.
"She never was Dashie's friend.She just wanted Dasie so she could get what she wanted,the greater chance to be a Wonderbolt."Spitfire told her.
"Wow."Fleetfoot responded.Was Lightning using her?
"Can I be a Wonderbolt?"Lightning asked at the end of practice.
"No!"Flatfoot answered angrily."This is the fifth time you've asked!"
Lightning then had an angry scowl on her face.She flew off in a huff.
Fleetfoot entered the Wonderbolt Dormitory.She was angry at Lightning,want no enough for that mare!
"Fleetfoot!"Spitfire exclaime when she trotted into the room.
"Whats wrong?"She asked confused.
"What?Don't play dumb!"Spitfire yelled.
"I don't get it."The blue mare responded.
"Look."Spitfire said holding a picture of Fleetfoot hogging down cake with a bulging belly.
"I never ate any cake today."Fleetfoot noticed."Hey!That looks like me when I was training someone."
"Who were you training?"Spitfire demanded."They obviously did this to ruin your career or get it."
"LIGHTNING DUST!"Fleetfoot hollered in rage.
Fleetfoot flew to where she saw Lightning Dust last.
Lightning was there on Fleetfoot's phone!It had the turquoise case with the Wonderbolts' symbol on it!
"Lightning Dust!"Fleetfoot and spitfire yelled.
"What?"Lightning asked."I want to be a Wonderbolt.The only way to get it was to say bye bye to you."
"Give me that!"Flatfoot said as she zoomed towards Lightning.
Lightning quickly dodged so that Fleetfoot's mouth was full of clouds.
"Give her the phone!"Spitfire commanded.
"Or what?"Lightning snapped meanly.
"I have Celestia's phone number in my contacts."Spitfire threatened."I am gonna call her and tell her about your bad attitude."
Spitfire began turning her phone on and searching through her contacts.
Lightning Dust gasped in fright and then said,"You can't do that!"
"Yes I can.Me and celestial follow each other on Twitter."Spitfire snapped.
Lightning Dust looked at Fleetfoot for a moment.Fleetfoot could tell the mare was thinking,revenge or safety.Lightning the turned red with frustration.
"Fine."Lightning said as she tossed the phone to Fleetfoot.
"Now leave and don't ever come back!"Spitfire ordered.
Lightning Dust flew away quickly as a trail of lightning followed her.
Spitfire helped Fleetfoot up and asked,"Are you okay?"
"Yeah."Fleetfoot said as she deleted the picture and posted: @LightningDust posted that by stealing my phone!:flutter rage:
"Lets head home."Spitfire offered.
The two mares silently and slowly flapped all the way till they reached the Wonderbolt Dormitory.It was surely a day that was never going to be forgotten.
When they got inside Spitfire had the courage to ask,"Why would you trust her?"
"I dunno."Fleetfoot responded."I always believed that every pony needs a second chance."
"They do it's just that Lightning is a dishonest and cruel mare."Spitfire told her.
"I guess."Fleetfoot answered sadly.
"Hey cheer up!"Spitfire comforted."You are a talented pony."
Fleetfoot smiled at her best friend.Spitfire always knew what to say to her.
"Now come on."Spitfire encouraged."It's Pasta Day."
Spitfire flew towards the kitchen quickly.
"Just a minute I want to take a shower first."The mare replied.
Fleetfoot always took showers when she needed to think about something.She needed to think about who she could really trust.
The mare took her uniform off and stepped in the shower.She turned the knob and let the water trickle onto her white mane.The water felt good on her coat.The suds were cleansing her body and smelled of lavender.
"I think I need to be cautious."Fleetfoot thought to herself."I should have listened to Spitfire about her being a disloyal pony.She was right."
Fleetfoot scrubbed her mane till it was filled with shampoo and conditioner.
"I guess this was all my fault."Fleetfoot wondered."I brought this upon myself.I didn't listen and secretly trained her.I created a monster."
"Hey Fleetfoot hurry up the lasagnas is ready!"She could hear Soaring,who was the cook of the house,yell.
"Okay."She responded.
She turned the shower off and got her towel to dry off.She rubbed her mane and flank with the towel.She opened the door and went to enjoy the warm and tasty pasta.
