When a group of filly pegasi and a unicorn show up in Britain's Cannon Hill Park, a local husband and wife team of mounted police suspect there is more to their appearance than meets the eye.

Taking the group in and raising them, they search for answers as other unusual foals appear the world over, bringing with them the return of magic and dreams of a lost past when dragons ruled the skies.

It will take more than the ability to horse whisper and good detective skills to figure out just what has brought not only the foals but the dreams into being.
