After the Rainbow Factory was discovered by Celestia, Dash takes it into her own hooves to "give Celestia a tour" when she really had plans to kill her, but may be killed herself before given the opportunity. Everyone knew by then that she was the manager and was left with no one but her coworkers who actually cared about her.
