He grew up in another world where everyone could travel through time. One of his early friends was Doctor Whooves but soon they grew apart as their home world turned into war. They both fled for equestria where they knew they'd be safe. Doctor Whooves decided to reside in ponyville and continue playing around with time and space. Electric Storm decided to find romance in the city of love; canterlot. One day on his daily outings he bumped into a blue alicorn. They flirted half the day away before he asked her to dinner that night. Their like for each other soon blossomed into a beautiful romance. Before you knew it then we're getting married with the blessing of celestia. They'd run off together and play throughout time and space until one day Luna became pregnant with twins. Their wedding was soon to come and they did but nine months later they decided to go through space one more time before settling down. Luna's water broke i canterlot just as they were about to leave, Electric Storm rushed Lua to the hospital where they had their first and only child Midnight Luna.
Footnote: Well Electric Storm controls the weather and Luna controls the night, they were in on it together but luna took the blame and ES was left with guilt but swore to protect their daughter

She got her cutie mark by helping Sora regain his golden crown necklace in Traverse Town that Terra had stolen from him. Erudite is also fun and loves a good laugh. And the more friends she has, the more she's happy.

He grew up playing with swords and soon learned that being a royal guard was his true calling. He gained his cutiemark at the age of ten. He legally couldn't join the guards yet but his father trained him in the way of everyone.War soon broke out when Sombra. He soon enlisted in the army to stop. Sombra shot the cold and broken War Paint’s leg that had to be cut. He soon earned his purple heart. After Sombra was defeated Lua came back. War Paint fell in love with a Midnight and swore to protect her. He had no clue that her hoof was already asked for marriage. He became a lunar guard and swore to protect the princesses if any more danger were to rise.
Electric Storm can hardly breathe. The dust around me is settling, slowly but surely. The war has been long, and he is at the end in stamina, but he knows it is almost over. "DOCTOR," He screams as he look over. Doctor Whooves stands there, his back hunched against the winds, fiery almost as it throws debris and sand our way. He appears to be injured, and badly too. His usually bright blue eyes were dull Electric Storm grief and rage, the skies setting a new terror as more of the dalek arrived. He couldn't help but feel sorry for the Doctor, he usually could handle so much, and yet...yet he seemed so frail, so fragile. The Doctor quickly lights up into a yellow aura and heals his wounds, his fury at full capacity. Electric Storm too feel the rage he has, the sonic screwdriver in his hooves. He use my gatling gun “My name is Electric Storm, and this is the was gallifrey.”
"Storm. I have a plan," the Doctor steps up behind me, flanking me to defend my side and blind spots.
"I have a plan. I can only distract them for a certain amount of time, but I can hold them off. You take a tardis and escape to the coordinates I put into it. Are you ready?" He stands his ground, stomping his hoof as he stares ahead. The look of determination, it only fills Electric Storm with hope. Hope and the want to move forward, seek refuge for our kind, seek help. "damn it doc, you're too good to our planet. I only hope this works, and if not...I..."
He feels the tears sting his eyes, then he puts his hoof on my shoulder encouragingly, a look of sorrow but hope.
"Stormy, you have to do this. You saves my life all those years ago. Now it's time for me to save YOURS!" Before he can even react he is pushed into the tardis without a moment to rebuke, The Doctor behind me, his best friend that he grew up to admire and hold dear and protective over him self, shuts the door to the TARDIS; their lifelong friendship. He feel the world go black as a pain in his head causes his eyes to fall, heavy. Storm wake up, his hoof bleeding and swollen, the Doctor must have accidentally hurt him. The TARDIS is quiet, He must not be moving anymore. He has to see where he is. He looked around and saw it was night time, an area on his TARDIS coordinates that was called...equestria….He stepped outside but not before he winces in pain, feeling the hoof he had injured pulse in a red hot pain.
He lifted his head and, to the best of his abilities, used his magic to heal his hoof, but the energy on this timeline and in this realm was...different, to say the very least. He stumbled around this new land, he shivered softly as it was a chilly breeze wrapping around his body. A tall dark blue mare was walking around looking around. She had long flowing blue hair. He stopped in his tracks but she bumps into him. “Excuse me sir I didn't see you there.” She has a soothing tone to her voice. He became shy and stumbled on his words.
“I-it’s okay beautif- I mean miss.” He walked closer to her and bumped his flank against hers, he admired her beauty. “I’m new to this town would you mind telling me where I am?” The mare laughed softly at his stupid question.
“This is Canterlot, we’re in Equestria. Where the hay have you been?” She has a laughing mean tone to her voice. He blushed lightly.
“Right of course. I was just making sure I stumbled into the right area.” He said with a smooth voice trying to appear the dominate one. Being new to the world and not knowing their customs very well he had no clue how to go about meeting alicorns. “My names Electric Storm and you are?” He tried to sound as if he was friendly to this mare.
“Do you not know who the Princesses are?!” She demanded, her voice has risen greatly. “I’m Princess Luna. I raise the moon every night. My glorious beautiful moon.” She sighed trying to relax. She lowered her wings to against her body.
“I’m sorry Princess. You see I’m not exactly from Equestria.” He looked away from her trying to mask his sadness. “I’m a timelord pony from the planet Galihay.” He looked back into her teal eyes and side deeply. “I’m sorry I do not know your customs. Please accept my humble apologies and let me take you out for dinner.” She blushed lightly at his request and nodded.
“You seem like an interesting pony Mr. Storm.” Luna announced.
