The specimen H1 was obtained by a patrol team that discovered the creature in the Everfree forest. Specifically, it was discovered near [Unavailable] and the entire team was required in order to subdue H1. Because [Unavailable] was unable to identify the creature when it was brought in, I was given a small staff and equipment in order to both identify and categorize H1.
Unfortunately, H1 awoke in the middle of the procedure and acted with both aggression and panic from what I observed. Within a matter of moments, the creature was almost able to kill two guards before every pony was able to escape the room. More guards were brought in as well as medics to handle the situation. The guards were successful in rendering the creature unconscious, and the medics were able to stabilize the bleeding guard's condition before he was transferred to [Unavailable] for further and proper treatment. I have submitted requests for H1 to be contained in [Unavailable] as well as all future experiments involving H1 must also have at least four guards at hoof.
Conclusion. H1 is a highly dangerous specimen that needs to be further studied and understood in detail. H1 is most likely a predator species that is effective and quick in its attacks. Caution is highly advised when conducting experiments and tests involving specimen H1.

Due to the extent of Yakyakistan's closed boarders, [Unavailable] grew suspicious of what they might attempt to do with their large army and decided to establish a hoof hold in the country. Operations started small with it only revolving around collecting information about their citizens and government. The operations were expanded in the past couple of months to also include the production of propaganda -designed to be anti-government- as well as kickstarting a rebellion. Orders were also given to infiltrate the government and royal family by [Unavailable]. The propaganda worked better than expected; I give my congrats to the mares in [Unavailable]. Once the citizens became noticeably more violent and hateful towards the government and royal family, propaganda distribution was halted and more resources were pushed towards draining Yakyakistan Government resources. This included draining their funds and [Unavailable]. Once again, this worked better than expected, almost too well. Luckily, their barbaric nature caused the royal family to decry an official country wide lockdown and ban on all mass public gatherings and most forms of interaction. They were almost doing our jobs for us at that point. Their government leaders were fearing an uprising by that point, and it became the perfect time for Equestria to step in. It turned out that Princess [Unavailable] was able to manage a get together with the Yak prince in an attempt to form a friendship. It worked for the most part, and now we begin our aid efforts and a slow takeover of their resources just like all the ones before.

I was called in to aid in the examination of a very odd specimen for which I had never seen before, nor could even imagine before my encounter with it. I was mostly there to observe the specimen through a medical perspective since I'm one of the few ponies that had vast experience with rare creatures. Personally, I hope I never have to go near it again, but I know that my superiors would want my input on the matter.
Anyway, I should start with how my observation began. Note: I will just refer to the specimen as H1 throughout the rest of this document. H1 was initially in an unconscious state and strapped to an examination table. The only way I cold describe it was that it was a long, furless, bipedal animal with a very odd structure to it. Given, it did posses some hair on its head, but the majority of it was covered so I can't say definitively if there is no other hair on its body. It possessed very small eyes, no muzzle, teeth resembling an omnivore, and hands without claws.
I remember that during the examination of its features, one of the other scientists asked me if I had ever seen such a thing before. I of course told her no, but I was cut off when it awoke. At first, it started to panic and the guards were called in. Somehow, H1 broke free of its restraints and darted into the far corner of the room. Its stance gave me the impression that it was in a great deal of confusion and shock turing into anger. As the guards approached to subdue the creature, H1 acquired one of the guard's spears and used it to attack them. The scientists and I ran as it tried to stab one of them to death while the other was trying to protect us. Fortunately, another guard came in and nocked it out with a spell. H1 fell flat on the ground and the guard's blood began to seep onto the floor. Medics rushed in and saved his life just in time. H1 was put in much stronger restraints and removed from the examination room and into a secured chamber.
What I fear most about the event was how quickly and easily H1 was able to overcome two guards and nearly kill one of them. It did it with such an efficiency that I come to the conclusion that wherever it was from, it must have been the most dangerous predator. Shortly after this, I will write up an official report on H1, and I just know that I'm going to have to continue my research into H1.
