During the ancient times of Equestria, their lived a beast that was more powerful then a dragon. A beast that could destroy an entire continent, kill millions within a day, and seemed to be indestructible. However, this monster wasn't evil. Instead it used its power to defend Equestria from those who wished for its destruction. However when Equestria needed the beast the most, it vanished. Now centuries later an ancient demon has risen and threatens the entire planet. Not knowing any other solution, the king of the monsters Godzilla is brought to Equestria to help destroy the demon and bring peace.
