Chapters (A Long Time Ago, In A Galaxy Far, Far Away. When the Empire rose and the most of the Jedi wiped out, No one in the galaxy felt safe without anyone to rise against this nearly invincible foe. Until a ragtag team of rebels came along and began to disrupt the Empires supply runs and blockades. But when The Ghost crew steals shield generators from the Lothal system, They will soon meet someone theyd never expect.)
(Space over Lothal)
"Zeb get thoses TIE`s off us!"
"I`m on it, time to blow stuff up."
As a ship flies over Lothal while being perused by Imperial TIE Fighters, A large Star Destroyer looms not to far away and aboard it was Agent Kallus, a ruthless Agent who has dealt with these insurgents in the past. "Those Rebels stole the shield generators for our fleet. Lock on to their next hyperspace jump. We`ll make sure we crush them and the Rebel fleet." He simply ordered as the ship zoomed by their bridge with a few TIE fighters still tailing.
Onboard the ship, a team of Ezra, A 15 year old teen, Hera, A Twi`lek Pilot, Sabine, a Mandalorian Artist, Zeb, A Lasat Honor Guard, C1-10P or 'Chopper', and Kanan, a Jedi. As they tried to fight off the Imperial TIE fighters, the pilot typed in hyperspace coordinates and was about to make the jump. "Alright hold on." The pilot informed as the ship violently shook when a TIE fired and directly hit the hyperdrive and the ship jumped into hyperspace regardless.
On the Bridge of a Star Destroyer, An Imperial Officer walks up to Agent Kallus. "Sir were tracking their jump now, we wont know where they will end up due to us hitting their hyperdrive."
"Excellent, now all we need to do is wait and set coordinates to their destination and we can finally be rid of those rebel scum." Kallus spoke looking over Lothal and the officer saluted and walks away.
Onboard the Rebel ship known as the Ghost, C1-10P was extinguishing the fire from the Hyperdrive and everyone gathered around to inspect the damage. "So Hera, how long do you think it will take for you to fix?" Ezra asked. "I`m not sure Ezra, but without the right parts I think this jump will be our last." Hera replied while inspecting.
"So where are we heading exactly?" Kanan questioned as Hera looks at the coordinates then her face turns to worry. "I put in the wrong coordinates, we were suppose to meet up with the Rebellion fleet, but now we are heading to another system I`ve never heard of." Hera explains.
"So, let me get this straight, we are going in the wrong direction?" Sabine asked and wonders if she got this down. "Thats it pretty much." Hera concludes as they leave hyperspace to see a planet in front of them.
"If this is the remote system, lets hope the Empire doesn`t know about this place either." Kanan hopes as the Ghost begins to descend into the atmosphere.
Meanwhile on the Star Destroyer, Agent Kallus was very patient as the same Imperial Officer walks up to him once more. "Sir, We have tracked the Rebel`s ship to these coordinates." The officer hands him a clipboard with the coordinates and Kallus looks over them and grins with triumph.
"Set a course to these coordinates, we got Rebels to dispose of." Kallus hands back the clipboard and the officer salutes. "Yes sir." Kallus smiles and evil smirk to know that the Rebels will not get away with their Hyperdrive damaged and he will finally redeem himself after his humiliating defeats on Lothal and Seelos
(Eric`s POV)
I was fast asleep and dreaming of me and my master, before the Order 66 and training together. We were on Coruscant in the Jedi Temple in our favorite training yard when I was a Padawan and every time I mastered a new move or skill, He would get more impressed with my improvements. When it came time for me to become a Jedi Knight, I began my first mission on the Battle over Ryloth.
But remembering all the good times weve had, It came a point where we were over Kashyyyk and in an instant, my masters starfighter was being fired upon the clones we fought beside til it exploded. Suddenly I was in an empty white plain in a fraction of a second where I saw 3 figures coming toward me. Then as they got close to me, I realized it was Barris Offee, Master Athan, and Master Yoda.
"Masters." I bowed in respect.
"Eric, We are here to warn you of a true evil within the dark side of the force." My master warned me.
"The Empire knows about your actions and my death, now your up against something far bigger than you can imagine." Barriss informed which made me feel a little scared.
"Far worse than Inquisitors and darker presence there are, but some light of hope there is to take down the Empire." Yoda finished as this confirmed my fear.
"But I cant fight off the Empire, Im just one Jedi." I protested with fear.
"Fear within you I can sense, scared for your friends and want to protect them you do." Yoda said as if he read my mind.
"Yes, Im afraid. Im scared for my friends and my love. I don`t want to lose them like how I lost you Master." I replied with the sadness in my voice.
"I understand, but you will have help from someone you`d least expect." My master said as something began to happen.
"Whoa, what`s happening?" I said as the ground shook as the masters stood calmly. "Awakening from the dream you are and may the Force be with you young Jedi." Yoda said as he disappeared. "Remember my young student, There is a something stronger than fear and that is the force that resides with you." My master informed as he and Barriss disappeared.
I then woke up with cold sweat and heavy panting from the dream. I looked over to see my lovely sleeping marefriend, Roseluck. I moved into Roseluck`s house ever since we started dating. I looked out the window to see Hoodini, My pet owl hooting for some reason as I looked on to see what it was about.
"What is it Hoodini?" I asked as he hooted once more and I looked outside to see something that made me mad. A ship landing in the Everfree Forest. I could tell due to the lights the engines were illuminating. "Seems as if we have visitors." I said to myself but I saw that it was but all I did hope was that it was not the Empire coming for round two. I grabbed a quill and some paper and began writing a letter to Twilight.
"Dear Twilight,
This is Eric, Hoodini, my pet owl holding this scroll and I had just spotted a ship landing near the Everfree and I may need you and your friends in case we have unwanted company. This is urgent and please be sure you and friends get here as soon as you can, they can be planning an invasion or something far worse.
,Signed Eric Keteris. "
After completing the note, I gave it to Hoodini and asked. "Can you give this to Twilight?" Hoodini hooted and flew off into the night with the note in his beak.
Then I heard hoofsteps coming from behind and it was Roseluck by the sound of her voice. "Hey Eric, whats going on?"
"I think Hoodini may have found some visitors from a distant world." I replied looking at the flower mare.
"Oh, Do you think it could be the Empire?" Rose asked with a little fright.
"I hope not, but I guess well find out in the morning when Twilight gets here. We both looked at the clock to see it was about 3AM. But I couldnt shake the words from what the 3 Jedi told me in my dream. A darker presence, a light of hope, and Rebels against the Empire. I also had a strange feeling that I was probably going to meet someone from a long time ago, but I guess I`ll have to find out once Twilight gets here.
(3rd POV)
Hoodini flew to the Golden Oaks Library and perched next to a window to see Twilight fast asleep. He tapped on the window a few times to get her attention, but to no avail. He tried again, but louder and once more nothing. Hoodini got a little frustrated and notices an open window nearby Twilight. He face-winged himself in his own ignorance and flew through the window into the library.
Once he landed on Twilights bed, he began to peck at the unicorn to wake her, but not too hard to harm her. Finally, Twilight then stirred and began to awake to see an owl over her. "AAhhhhh" She screamed as Hoodini flew up and hovered. The scream didnt awake Spike due to him being a heavy sleeper, but once Twilight recovered she noticed a scroll in the owl`s mouth. "Is that for me?" She asked.
Hoodini nodded and dropped the scroll on her bed. Twilight levitated the scroll over to her and began to read. Once finished she was a little scared that it may be the Empire returning. "Thanks little Hoodini, I must get my friends at once and meet Eric." She said as she galloped to collect her friends.
After almost half an hour later, Twilight and the rest of her friends were walking to Roseluck`s house as a few complained about being up so early. "So why do we have to get up so early?" Rainbow Dash asked while rubbing her eyes. "I was having an awesome dream about me and Daring Doo."
"I concur with Rainbow here, you know how much I love my beauty sleep." Rarity included.
"Listen, Eric has spotted some ship land in the Everfree Forest and what if it is the Empire? For all we know they`ll try to capture Eric again and possible enslave our planet." Twilight replied.
"Oh, I hope their nice... I mean I hate to think about the Empire hurting us and Eric." Flutteshy squeaked out softly.
As the arrived at Rose`s house and Twilight knocking at the door, Eric and Rose came outside to meet them. "Ah, Friends your here." Eric said with gratitude.
"Yes, now you saw the ship land in which direction?" Applejack asked.
"I saw it land over to the North, possibly 2 miles inside the forest." Eric replied. "Then what are we waiting for, lets do this so we can go back to bed." Rainbow said impatiently as we all walked toward the ship unaware of who may be arriving in Equestria, but in case things got bad, I had my blaster and lightsaber ready.

(Eric`s POV)
The Morning sun began to gleam over the trees of the Everfree as we trekked nearer to the unknown ship's landing site. I was scared on the inside if it was the Empire was making a return for me and plotting an invasion for Equestrias downfall. But in my dream with the Jedi, they said there was a light of hope. Im thinking it could be the Rebels that are against the Empire, but there was one way to find out.
With the only sounds coming from nature surrounding us, Rarity spoke first, but quietly. “Why can`t the ship have landed somewhere else other than this danky forest?” Applejack only gave her a glare that a sith with revenge would give.
“Come on Rarity, Now is not the time. We have to find out who is in the Everfree.” Twilight responded quietly as Pinkie hopped softly close to her. “But Twilight, What if they aren`t the meanie Empire guys and Can I throw them a “Welcome to Equestria” party?”
“Well see Pinkie, but we wont know who we may be up against.” Twilight brought up a good point. But I halted the group and motioned them to get low. We peered over the brush and what I saw was a VCX-100 Freighter with a VCX series auxiliary starfighter on the back. The freighter was mostly used for cargo and good transport during the Clone Wars and I`m surprised that one actually survived after a serious blow on the Transport run to Geonosis.
I turned to look at my friends and spoke. “Alright, Im not seeing any Imperial insignias on the ship, so I think we are in the clear.” A could tell they felt the wave of relief wash over them like an ocean breeze, but we still need to know who the crew is and what they are here for. I continued to look over for any sign of the crew.
The sound of the door opening was the evidence I need to hear as the crew stepped out of the ship. The crew consisted of a Twi`lek pilot, C1-10P, A Lasat, A female Mandalorian, A 15 year old teen, and a man. I was relieved that they are not the Empire, but another thought inside my head came. “What if they are undercover?” The ponies were fascinated by the different species they had never laid eyes upon, but still kept low and quiet to avoid detection.
“So what do we do? The Hyperdrive is fried and we lost comms to the fleet.” the female Mandalorian said as they left the ship. “First off, we need to know if the Empire knows about this place and if there are hyperdrive parts we may need to replace.” The Twilek responded. "Lets just hope they arent as hostile, I really think Ive pulled something last time on Lothal." The Lasat groaned as he tried to massage his back.
“Well if we are on a remote planet, I doubt well score some luck here since whoever the inhabitants are, are probably not aware of the rebels that are against the Empire.” The man made a solid point. I was relieved that theyre not with the Empire, but I heard what I needed to hear and went to make my presences known.
I turned to my pony friends and said. “Alright we are in the clear, so lets greet our new guests and Pinkie can throw a party for them later.” Pinkie beamed and made a mad dash back to town as the others agreed.
I stepped out of the brush to meet our guests. “Hello there and Welcome to Equestria.” They looked at me and the 15 year old was the first to step up. “Hi there, My name is Ezra Bridger and my friends, Kanan, Hera, Sabine, Zeb, and Chopper.” He introduced the crew.
“Well my friends, perhaps I shall introduce my friends as well.” I whistled to motion them to come out and once they did, I couldn`t describe the looks on their faces. “This is Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy, and Roseluck.” I introduced them and they all smiled except Fluttershy who just cowers behind Applejack.
“Its a pleasure to meet you all, I`m excited to learn more about extra-terrestrial creatures from the vast cosmos.” Twilight said with eagerness in her voice.
“As nice as it sounds, we are on a mission and our hyperdrive was shot when we tried to escape the Empire.” Zeb said as the ponies gasped with fright. Zeb looked confused. “What? Did I say something?”
“No, Its that we've had our little scuffle with the Empire and I'm lucky to still be alive after a fight with an Inquisitor. I pointed at my scar from Barriss's lightsaber. Then this got the crew thinking, but I didn't want to go out and say I was a Jedi just yet, but at least help them out.
“But enough with the talking, I'll help you get a hyperdrive.” This put a smile on almost every face as Hera turned around to Chopper. “Chopper stay with the ship and see if there are any more damages.” Chopper beeped and headed back inside the ship as I lead the crew to Ponyville.
Along the way, conversation sparked up once more. “So, How long have you been here?” Ezra asked.
“I've been here for 2 years, I was originally from Balmorra and I wanted to see the galaxy as a child.” I explained remembering the childhood from Balmorra.
“Well I'm quite curious to how this Empire began?” Applejack said as it was a few moments before I had to reveal my true self. “All will be explained, besides we just need to help our friends here and I'll explain everything.” I said as she nodded in understanding. “So tell me Kanan, what is it that you do in the crew, Gunner? Navigator?” Rainbow asked.
“Well I`m more of a strategist and Jedi Master for Ezra here.” Kanan replied as this caught my attention. “So your a Jedi?”
“Yes, but I`m probably one of the last.” He said sadly and a hint of anger. “Now Kanan, I'll let you on something, The Inquisitor I fought, was once a Jedi as well named Barriss Offee. She was the former apprentice of Luminara. With reasoning, I changed her over to the light.” I explained as I now had his full attention.
“Where is she now?” Ezra asked. “Shes one with the Force now, after sacrificing herself for me and my friends.” I responded and began to go over how the Empire wanted me to join them and that I steered a Star Destroyer into the sun. Before we realized it, Were already back in Ponyville town limits.

(Eric`s POV)
After entering Ponyville, The Rebels were looking around and by the expressions on their faces, they saw that there was no high space tech other planets may have. We were a quaint little town with an occasional monster attack every once and awhile.
“So um Eric, what did you before you came here?” Ezra asked as the ponies chimed in.
“I agree, I often wondered that myself but, I did not wish to offend you.” Twilight said in agreement.
“All will be said in due time, right now let us get these rebels a new Hyperdrive.” I responded as we approached the Golden Oaks Library. My ship was behind the library to not make others think of it as some new attraction, I also had no other place to put since I didnt want to destroy Roselucks garden she spends almost hours on ends working on.
“Alright here we are and there she is.” I said as I unveiled my Eta-2 Actis class starfighter. The crew did seem impressed and admired the ship as I began to remove the Hyperdrive.
“Actis class starfighters, haven`t seen those in a while.” Sabine said.
“I`ve seen these ships before, but were mainly operated by Jedi.” Kanan explained as I knew they would strike the truth soon.
“But if the ship is here than that must mean…” Ezra paused as Kanan completed his sentence. “A Jedi must still be here.” They then stared at me with a successfully removed hyperdrive in my hands. I was found out and I must reveal my true self.
“And so I've been found out, but as promised. One Hyperdrive.” I said handing over the module. Zeb took ahold of it as the others didn't lose their looks upon their faces. “As for the Jedi, Yes I`m the Jedi Knight upon this planet.” I confessed and wielded my blue lightsaber. This then changed the looks to joy.
“I cant believe it, another Jedi. Im sure the Rebellion would love to hear about this.” Ezra said enthusiastically. But I had to shoot him down there.
“Heh sorry kid, but I've outserved my purpose, I have a new life here and I don`t want to abandon it or my friends.” I motioned the ponies who smiled happily.
“But, we are in need of help and another Jedi on our side, We could be able to take down the Empire.” Sabine added as I stood my ground.
“Listen, I'm sorry OK, I don't wish to get involved with the Empire again, I managed to get lucky one time, but next time I probably won't be, but I could give you some old Republic outposts and bases that the Empire may not be aware of and If you`d like I can tell you my story of how I served in the Clone Wars.” I offered. They looked at one another and decided.
“Well we are need of some places to hide out and operate.” Hera said. Kanan and Ezra were still disheartened that I declined to join the Rebellion, but I don`t want to risk getting involved with something that would be my undoing.
“I'll get you hooked with some coordinates, but I'd recommend you get yourself settled first, these ponies are quite fond of you.” I mentioned as they had no other choice anyway and began to answer questions as I began entering some coordinates for old Republic bases and outposts.
"So Kanan, You are a Jedi like Eric and if so, are there more Jedi out there?" Roseluck asks first.
"Yes and I`m not sure who else may still be alive. All I want now is to train Ezra." Kanan responds.
"And what fascinating art on your armor, where did you get the inspiration?" Rarity squealed with more inspiration coming in and out of her mind.
"Oh, well it sort of just comes to mind." Sabine replied with a smile as she and Rarity conversed, while Twilight asked Kanan and Ezra about Jedi topics, Applejack and Zeb about strength, and Rainbow and Hera about flight.
Then I finally downloaded the Republic bases and outposts on a little drive. "Alright, its here." I called out as I handed it to Kanan.
"Thank you for everything Eric." Ezra said with appreciation.
"No problem, now About the Clone Wars." I began to talk about all the battles and operations I've seen during my few years of serving with the Republic. The hard part was about the last battle I was a part of, The Battle over Kashyyyk and how my master died by the clones we fought beside. But I couldn't shake the thought of that there was a cold dark presence looming as if something bad were to happen.
(Space over Lothal)
As the Agent Kallus was about to prepare his journey to catch the Rebels, he was foiled when the Imperial officer once more approaches him. “Um sir, A shuttle is requesting permission to board and one passenger is Lord Vader himself.”
Kallus was surprised that Vader was coming on such short notice, but nevertheless, he needed to be presentable. “Bring all Personal to Hanger 1 and grant the shuttle's landing.”
The officer saluted as he made his way to comms as Kallus headed down into the Hanger. Once there a large battalion of Stormtroopers, Imperial Officers, Engineers, and droids stood at attention as Kallus moved up to meet the shuttle as it lands inside the Hanger. Once the door opens, Lord Vader steps out to meet the Imperial Agent.
“Lord Vader, This is quite unexpected and on such short notice.” Kallus spoke as Vader looks upon him.
“I`ve been sent by the Emperor himself about this Jedi, He claims he may lead us to the location of Obi-wan Kenobi.” Vader responds in his trademark dark voice.
“Very well, We were just about to head toward the Rebels location and two of them appear to be Jedis as well so we can crush the Rebellion easily if we take out their main sense of hope.” Kallus stated as the Star Destroyer is joined by 2 more Star Destroyers
“You may underestimate these Jedi, The Emperor commands they are to be brought back alive and if you fail Agent Kallus.” Vader pauses and activates his lightsaber and points the tip near Kallus`s neck. “It will be your undoing.” He finishes as he retracts his red blade.
“Yes, My Lord, commence the jump to Hyperspace.” Kallus ordered as The 2 Star Destroyers jumped into Hyperspace and heading to Equestria where the full fury of the Empire, shall be unveiled to its remote inhabitants.

"Hey Eric, We`ve hung out a few times and went on a some amazing dates, but I feel as if we are forgetting one thing to really... tie our love knot." Roseluck said with the tone of voice that would make Padme jealous if she were near Anakin.
"I know exactly what you mean, but I`ve sometimes thought that it would be awkward and weird." I said honestly still looking in her eyes as she giggled a little.
"It doesnt have to be weird, but as long as we have the strong love we have for each other, then I dont think it will be awkward. We should let it be natural." Rose said with the sincere voice that would reassure anyone in a dire situation. What Rose said really push some doubts in my head and before I could react, Roseluck moved in and gave me a passion-filled kiss that felt like sparks when we connected our lips.
I gave in and was kissing her back. In the Jedi Order, The Jedi Code issued that no Jedi can have attachments such as romantic love or families. Now that the Order fell, so did the rules. I loved Roseluck to her very personality and Id be willing to sacrifice my life for her and Im saying it because I have deep feelings to Rose as if I had known her forever.
As our kiss deepened and our tongues intertwined with each other, I held my mare close to be me and felt as if Ill never let go and began to move my left hand to caress her mane. she cooed to this touch and felt quite blissful. We broke the kiss and I tell that she was blushing right to the shade of red as a siths lightsaber and she soon became more bold.
"Come on my Jedi, show me the powers of your lightsaber." She teased as I unbuttoned my sleepwear. I revealed my hard member and she seemed mesmerized for a moment before she began to take a long lick at the shaft that sent cool shivers up my spine. When morning rose over Ponyville, I got up before Rose and got into my attire with my lightsaber attached to my belt. But as I was about to head downstairs, I felt a great presence within the Force filled with Anger, Fear, and Hatred. "The sith lord" I whispered under my breathe as I heard ship a ship flying about.
Roseluck woke up to the noise. "What`s going on?" I only looked outside to see an Imperial shuttle with what looked like a battalion of troopers marching out and blasting the town. "The Empire has returned for round 2." I said to Rose who began to worry as the townsfolk began to panic for their lives. Then appearing from the ship was Lord Vader.
"Kill the civilians and locate that Jedi." He ordered his Commander and the troops began to set their sights on the ponies. "Roseluck stay hidden, I`m going to save our town." I said, but before she could argue, I jumped out the window and leapt onto the streets and activated my lightsaber.
I ran down to stop the troopers from massacring innocent pony lives and each one I met, I cut down the stormtroopers one by one. Some were aware of my presence and opened fire upon me. As I wielded my lightsaber to deflect the blaster fire and some struck back at the troopers. I jumped onto a building and propelled myself toward the troopers and used the force to push them back.
As more ponies escaped Ponyville only the Elements of Harmony were left with me as some buildings of Ponyville were destroyed, burned, or damaged. With the entire battalion wiped out, I met up with my friends, who I was relieved to see they were alright. Then a sound came to our ears that would send shivers down anyone`s spine, I turned to see the sith lord himself, Darth Vader.
I slowly turned to meet the Dark lord and smirked. "So we finally meet, sith." I spoke first.
"You are powerful and your master has taught you well, but your training isnt complete and I can teach you what your master couldt, The powers of the Dark side." He said with a monotone voice with his respirator breathing loudly.
"I heard the powers of the dark side corrupt the user, I will never use my anger or hatred to join you." I protested back and standing my ground. But Vader stills stood their as he spoke once more. "You still require the knowledge I need to locate other Jedi such as Kenobi, If you come with me, I leave this petty planet alone."
"Then Id say you wasted your time, I know nothing of current Jedi whereabouts." I answered sternly, then a familiar scream filled the air as I saw a trooper dragging Rose with the others that are surrounded by more troopers. I was then scared, My friends are at Vaders mercy and I felt hopeless. I ignited my lightsaber and drew the blade toward him. "I`d rather die than join your Empire." I said coldly as Vader drew his.
"This will be your undoing young Jedi." Vader said as we both clashed our blades for the first time. I went on the offensive and swung my blade only to be met by Vader`s and beginning of the fight that would be my last.
Ive faced siths in the Clone Wars, but this Dark Lord had more Anger, Fear, and Hatred that I had ever sensed. We struck our blades to try and gain an advantage and this time, Ive been training with my lightsaber to become better in combat. I ducked an attack when Vader tried to cut my chest and I jumped up on a building and using my body as a propulsion to strike on Vader, but his counter attack was strong and sent me back a few feet.
I charged at the sith once more and clashed my blade with his and with a fast pace of my wrist and mind. I then jumped over the sith lord and forced a cart of wooden supplies over me and toward the sith. He reacted quickly by severing the cart in two with a single motion from his blade. He then used the force on me and sent me flying into a building.
I quickly recovered and walked back to him. "Why do you seek Kenobi? For all I know he was on Utapau to hunt down General Grevious." I asked.
"I sense Kenobi is still alive and you are a powerful Jedi with the power I possess to find him." Vader answered. I grew some hatred but not for it to explode. Then I sensed something within Vader as if I was in his mind and saw an image of Kenobi and Anakin fighting each other, I then could hear Obi-wan shouting to the beaten Anakin. "You were the Chosen One, They said you were to destroy the Sith, not join them. Bring peace to the Force, not leave it in darkness." "You were my brother Anakin, I loved you." It all clicked when I realized who I was up against, Anakin Skywalker.

(Eric`s POV)
After discovering a dark and shocking truth, I felt bad for Anakin and Obi-wan; Obi-wan failing Anakin after he had joined the dark side and that Anakin felt as if he had lost someone dear to him like Padme Amidala.
"See who you once were, A great Jedi who had simply fell victim to the dark side. Your just a pawn in The Emperor`s game Anakin." I said as I felt him use the force on me to force me into a wall.
"I`m no longer Anakin Skywalker and you are unwise to lower your defenses." Vader said as he swung his lightsaber. With quick reaction, I deflected his attack and went on the defensive. Clashing sound of our lightsabers echoed through town as my friends looked on to see the lightsaber duel. As we were at a stalemate, where our blades clashed together and trying to overpower one another, A stormtrooper thought it would be a good idea to through a thermal detonator into our fray. The little ball explosive bounced past us and toward my pony friends. I managed to get out the stalemate a forced Vader a few feet away.
"Look Out!" I screamed at them, but it was too late. The little ball exploded and sent up a cloud of smoke. I quickly deactivated my lightsaber and forced away the smoke to reveal the 2 dead troopers guarding them and all my friends safe under a shielding spell, but somepony was missing and that pony was Roseluck.
"Where`s Roseluck?" I asked with worry and looked around for her. Then I saw her, laying on her side and looking messed up from the blast. I was devastated as badly as when my master died. I then heard Vader approaching.
"She is dead, young Jedi and I can sense your hate and anger. If you join the Dark Side, I can show you how you can become a fearsome sith the galaxy has ever known." Vader was right, I had felt angry and hate toward the trooper who threw the detonator which also made me hate the Empire even more.
"Please Eric, Dont listen to him." Twilight pleaded as I only responded by activating my lightsaber once more, forcing the trooper who had thrown the detonator and swung my blade for him to be impaled by the blue blade. I pulled my lightsaber out of the dead stormtrooper and rose up to Vader. "Ill never join you, The Dark Side, or the Empire. I`m a Jedi, A peacekeeper and a soul believer in democracy for the Grand Republic, I shall not fall as easily as you did Anakin, but I can still sense some good in you."
“That will be your downfall young Jedi.” Vader said as he angled his lightsaber toward me. I ignited mine and hilted it in a defensive stance as Vader struck the first blows only to be deflected. I quickly swap from defense to offense and tried to use the force whenever I could, but this sith or Anakin was as strong as I could have remembered. Then in a stalemate where we were face-to-face, I made a decision that I will regret. As I pushed Vader back a little, I jumped over the sith, but doing so, Vader swung his blade and in moments sheering pain surged at my left hand. I looked over to see that my left hand was completely cut off and the heat of the lightsaber cauterized the wound to avoid bleeding. I saw Vader above me and swung his blade at me, I quickly blocked with my blade still in my right hand, but was knocked out of my grip and I became defenseless. I looked up with fear and saw it was the end, but it never came as engines roared above us and appearing was the 2 Jedi Kanan and Ezra, and 2 rebels Sabine and Zeb.. I was relieved as Vader turned his attention to them as it gave me a chance to force my lightsaber back to me and escape.
(3rd POV)
Kanan and Ezra stared at the sith lord and activated their lightsabers as Sabine and Zeb went to wipe out any stormtroopers that may still be in the town. Without a word Kanan charged first and attacked the sith lord. Vader blocks the attack as Eric crawls over to his pony companions to check on Roseluck and watched Kanan and Ezra take on Vader.
“You have grown quite stronger since our last encounter, but you still have a lot to learn to become a true master, which will be your downfall.” Vader told Kanan right before he force pushed him and Ezra charges to attack but only deflected by Vader, forced up and thrown to another direction.
Hera and Chopper rained down some laser fire for support, but Darth Vader was a powerful sith and is able to deflect some blasts from the Ghost. An Idea came to mind when Ezra recovered. Since Vader was near the shuttle he arrived in, Ezra thought of force pushing him into it as Kanan got up as well.
“Kanan, help me force him in that shuttle.” and with that the two Jedi forced the sith inside the Imperial Shuttle and with Kanans experience with the force, He activated the ship and took off from the surface of Equestria. Then Eric walks up to see the Star Destroyers still looming over the planets surface. He decided to do something that would have been done by any Jedi. “You all want to see something cool?” He asked. Ezra and Kanan looked unsure due to my hand injury, but replied.
“Alright.” Eric raised his right hand out toward the Star Destroyer and concentrating all he could to use the force. Then the Star Destroyer began moving in an odd way and began shifting over towards the sun and like a tractor beam, the Star Destroyer slammed into the massive star and exploded. Ezra and Kanan and everyone else who saw it was really surprised by this and the other Star Destroyer was turning tail and made the jump to hyperspace.

Everyone cheered at the success and coming from space on his secret mission was Eric`s droid companion R7-Z9. As R7 landed near Eric, he beeped happily.
"R7 were you able to infiltrate the ship before it escaped?" Eric asked that left the others confused. R7 beeped in response. "Excellent and you wiped the coordinates from the ship so they wont find us again?" Eric asked again. and once more the droid beeped in response. "Great work R7." Eric petted the droid with his good hand as he felt sorrow in his heart about Roselucks condition. She had been taken to the hospital during the fight so he`d knew she would be taken care of. Then his friends came up to him.
"So what did you send R7 to do?" Twilight asked confused.
"I sent R7 to infiltrate the Star Destroyer that jumped into hyperspace and make sure to wipe Equestrias coordinates off the ships memory so the Empire will not find us again." I explained as the brought relief to the ponies that we will never see the Empire again.
"That was a well thought out plan, I`m impressed." Rainbow Dash remarked as I saw Ezra and Kanan walk up to me.
"I should be thanking you two, I owe you my life." I thanked the Jedi. All they did was smile before replying.
"We`d do anything for a Jedi in need." Kanan responded as his com-link began to activate as Hera spoke.
"Kanan, the Ghost is ready to go back to the fleet."
"Copy that, we are on our way." Kanan responded.
"So I guess this is it." Ezra said. "Dont worry kid, The Force is strong with you, but just remember that I will be fine here, you however have a destiny to follow." Eric said in a convincing tone and did put a smile on that padawans face.
"Well I guess we`ll see you later Eric." Sabine said as the Rebels waved off and entered the Ghost and left Equestria.

Finally done and Eric survives an encounter with Vader, but sadly lost a hand, but Will Roseluck be OK or will she become one with the force.

(Eric`s POV)
It has been 2 days after we sent the Empire packing from Equestria and the doctors were actually able to make me a new robotic hand. I can use the force with it and I had to hide it under a black glove. Roseluck on the other hand was in a coma, I was relieved she wasn`t killed from the explosion, but I was still worried about her. I sat in her room for countless hours awaiting her to wake up.
Deep in thought I questioned a few things, "Was I really on the verge of the Dark Side? Why would Anakin join the sith?" I then discovered a Jedi Holocron that was in my starfighter and I had not opened it after retrieving it from Kashyyykk before Order 66, "Lets see what we have here." I said to myself as I used the force.
The Holocron opened and transmission was relayed by Obi-wan Kenobi, who was now a survivor of Order 66. "This is Master Obi-wan Kenobi, I regret to report that both our Jedi Order and the Republic have fallen with the dark shadow of the Empire rising to take their place. This message is a warning and a reminder for any surviving Jedi, Trust in the Force. Don`t return to the temple, that time has past and our future is uncertain. We will be challenged, Our Trust, Our Faith, Our Friendships, but we must persevere and in time, a new hope will emerge, may the Force be with you, Always."
After hearing that message, I didnt know what to feel but sadness that many Jedi were killed, Anger for the clones that betrayed us, or guilt that I could have done more to help prevent the Empires uprising. I then was snapped back when I realized I have a new duty now, To help defend Equestria and Roseluck. I then realized that as long as there are surviving Jedi, The Order is still alive and since Kanan is now training Ezra, I felt as if I need an apprentice to train for the next generation.
Then I heard groaning and looked to see that Roseluck was regaining consciousness. I walked to her side to see her beautiful olive green eyes and a cute smile forming on her face.
"E-Eric, Id knew youd be okay." She said as if she hadn`t seen me in forever.
"Well, Im here, but almost in one piece." I had to be honest and removed my glove to reveal to her of my left robotic hand. She gasped in horror, but I gave her a look that I was alright and put my glove back on. "But Im glad to see that your okay, I thought I had lost you and felt it was my fault for not doing anything. I love you too much to leave you."
She retained a smile and sat up a little to give me a warm hug. "I`m happy that you worry about me and my well being, which makes a great Jedi, A jedi that I love too." I then felt now was a good time as any to do something that the Order can not allow. I knelt down on one knee and pulled out a small box and opened it to reveal a silver ring with a skillfully crafted red and green jewel to form a rose. I got this for her after I got my new robotic hand. "Roseluck, I feel a strong connection with you and wish for that connection to last til we become one with the Force, but I must ask, Will you do me the honor in marrying me?"
With that she was absolutely speechless from excitement and joy and covered her hooves over her mouth and tears of joy formed around her olive eyes. "YES, YES A MILLION TIMES YES! " She screamed out and pulled me in for a very passionate kiss that felt like an eternity to break.
Then Nurse Redheart walked in and couldnt help but aww at the display of romance that was occurring at the moment. I felt a little embarrassed and turned to see the nurse. "Well I can see you have made Rose here more better." I couldnt help but smile as Redheart continued. "Rose, do you think you can walk on your own, then we need to run some tests and you will be clear to go." Roseluck smiled as she got up from her bed, she did stumble a little due to the blood rushing back into her legs, but she was able to follow Nurse Redheart for her test.
After an hour, Roseluck was finished and signed out of the hospital. We both walked out into town and strolled a little to see Ponyville had repaired itself nicely as if the Empire was never here. Soon I`ll be married to my lovely fiance Roseluck and probably have a kid to train in the ways of the force, the true Jedi way in hopes to help restore the Jedi.
(Senate Building, Couruscant)
Emperor Palpitine was in his dark room with two personal guards sitting down while they were laughing at how Order 66 destroyed the Jedi. "All it took was for me to overthrow the Senate... The whole Senate true story." Then the laughing was interrupted by his phone ringing, which he quickly answered.
(A/N Just cut out the Death Star and Illuminum Falcon with the Jedi, the Ghost, Rebels and Star Destroyers in the video.)
After the call, The Emperor excused his guards to be alone and Agent Kallus walked in to meet him. "My lord."
"Agent Kallus, Have you destroyed the Jedi?" The Emperor said still not looking at him.
"No my Lord, The Rebels made things more... complicated." Kallus said still knelling.
"Your failure shall not be tolerated and therefore must be punished." The Emperor quickly turned around and electrocuted Kallus in a fury of lightning from his fingertips. Kallus`s screamed echoed in the room until the Emperor stopped. Palpitine slowly walked up to the Imperial Agent and spoke.
"Remember Kallus, I can still kill you and you better not fail me again, Understand?"
"Yes my Lord." Kallus said still recovering from the lightning.
"Good, now go and await further orders." Emperor Palpitine said as Kallus walks out the room. The Emperor stares out at the city and ruins of the Jedi Temple as he ponders in thoughts of the future where the Jedi could make a return to bring back the Grand Republic, But the Emperor knows that there are too few Jedi that he could barely consider them a threat and decides to continue on his original plan to construct his Death Star.

(Death Star Prototype, Over Coruscant)
With the Death Star nearing it's completion, Emperor Palpitine sits in his chair aboard the Death Star due to the oxygen levels in certain areas being completed. The doors open to reveal Darth Vader with some battle wounds from his battle with 3 Jedi. Palpitine turns to meet his apprentice.
"Lord Vader, Have you encountered the Jedi in the remote system?" He asked in his trademark ragged voice.
"Yes Master, I have but I ran into the same insurgents from the Lothal system." Vader said knelling down on his knee.
"Have you destroyed them?" Palpitine asked as he slowly turned towards his sith apprentice.
"No Master, they forced me into a shuttle and one was extremely powerful with the force and was able to destroy a Star Destroyer." Vader explained as Palpitine was displeased by this. Vader knew the consequences of failure and awaited them as Palpitine thought.
"No matter then. When the Death Star is completed, That system with the powerful Jedi shall be our first target to test out the giant space battle station to invoke fear across the galaxy." Palpitine said as he got out of his chair and continued as Vader was still knelling on one knee. "but I want the Jedi dead first so prepare my shuttle and I'll face this Jedi myself." Vader did not expect this, but he knew his master was more powerful than he was and didn't bother to argue.
"As you wish, My Master." Vader replied as he left toward the hangar room to prepare his master's shuttle leaving the Emperor alone in his office to think.
Emperor Palpitine knew what the Jedi were capable of since he was the Republic's Chancellor before he executed Order 66 and turned Anakin over to the Dark Side. But he has not once heard of a Jedi capable of using his strength to wield the Force and bring down 2 Star Destroyers. Palpitine had plans for the Jedi and turn him over to the Dark Side and make him kill Vader and make him his new apprentice.
(Ponyville, Equestria, Eric's POV)
After proposing to Roseluck of our engagement, I was really happy about this turn of events. The Empire will no longer threaten our peaceful planet and I have a chance to become a Jedi isolated to the order. But for the last few days, have been generally well with an occasional lightsaber duel with some monster from the Everfree Forest.
One day it all changed, I felt a presence, a dark presence that I've never felt in all my life. I was out in the garden with Roseluck as she looked at me with a worried expression on my face. "Um, Eric? Are you alright?" I looked at her and replied with worry and a small amount of fear in my voice.
"Something is coming, I can sense it through the Force." She was worried as she got me in a hug around my chest. "What is it?"
"I'm not sure, but whatever it is, I know it's the Empire." I said as I then pointed up to see an Imperial Shuttle land in town, the townsponies ran for cover and hid in their homes as they feared the Empire had returned. I walked over to the shuttle and was soon joined by Twilight and her friends ready to fight with me and whoever it may be inside the shuttle.
"When will the Empire step off?" Rainbow asked starting to get annoyed with the Empire coming almost every few days."
"Now Rainbow Dash, Patience, I'll settle this calmly and if not." I signaled a punch with my two fists as we all looked at the shuttle once more.
The Shuttle's door opened up and 6 stormtroopers arrived, with one I sense that seems to be clouded with confusion. "What is wrong with that trooper?" I asked in my thought. I brushed the question away as I saw the troopers stand aside the shuttle's ramp and stood in a double column line as the dark presence of the Force came out of the shuttle, An old man with a black cloak covering most of his face and body and something clicked immediately as I remembered back in the Kashyyykk attack when the Clone Wars were ending, The man who ordered 66 and caused the clones to attack the Jedi.
The man stopped not too far away and spoke. "So, your the Jedi who destroyed 2 Star Destroyers and a defender of this pathetic world?" The Mane 6 growled at them but I motioned them to back off as I would do the talking.
"A perceptive man you are indeed." I simply replied. The old man then continued. "I know who you are, Eric Keteris, Master of Athan and Jedi Knight of the Republic and you are under arrest by the Galactic Empire." Stormtroopers took offensive positions and aimed their blasters toward me. I stood my ground and asked.
"I also know who you are, Chancellor Palpitine and murderer of countless Jedi." I said with a little anger. "You killed my master and so many innocent Jedi." Palpitine frowned at this and shot back. "That's Emperor Palpitine to you or Darth Sidious, The Sith Lord and I caused the order but merely killed but 4 Jedi who tried to overthrow me. But it was Lord Vader who killed almost all the Jedi Masters, Knights, and Younglings alike." I then felt a bombshell being dropped on me as sadness rose over me, But I needed to stay strong even if Palpitine is the Sith Lord and I was so blind to see it until now. "If you come quietly, We will not harm this world or it's inhabitants." he continued as I felt as if I had no other choice.
I stepped forward ad dropped my lightsaber to the ground as the stormtroopers brought me into the shuttle. I can hear the ponies crying out about my decision, but I didn't want them to be harmed in anyway. We left Equestria's surface off to some prison or somewhere, but I swear on my love for Roseluck, I'll return to her.

Welcome to the Death Star
(Death Star Prototype, Over Coruscant, Eric's P.O.V)
After arriving from hyperspace, I saw what looked like some massive moon over Coruscant, but it was some large incomplete space battle station. I was quite surprised by this but I was unsure of how it operates. We landed in a hangar and I escorted out with Palpatine turning around to see me.
So what do you plan to do to me, Since I'm still alive, I know you have no intentions on killing me otherwise you would have done so already."I said as a smile formed on Palpatine's ragged skin.
"I plan on not killing you yet, but rather a proposition. Now come with me." He said as we left the hangar and toward to what I assumed to be the torture room to interrogate me to revealing the lost Jedi whereabouts.
We came to a room with a chair looking out into space and above Coruscant. A stormtrooper gave Palpatine my lightsaber and all left except one who seemed hesitant at first then left. "What is with that Stormtrooper?" I asked myself silently as I walked up to Palpatine and turned around to see Darth Vader or Anakin Skywalker.
"So what is your proposition?" I asked with some small anger. Palpatine sat down in his chair and explained. "You are powerful with the Force maybe even stronger than Vader, I want to take you as my apprentice. I sense great anger in you and you can use that anger and destroy Vader and only then will you fully embrace the Dark Side of the Force."
I heard Vader's lightsaber activate as I turned to see him ready for a fight. I thought for a little and forced my lightsaber to my hand and activated the blue blade. "I will destroy Vader, but I will never join the dark side." I said to Palpatine before engaging Vader.
(A few hours Earlier, 3rd P.O.V)
As Eric stood up against the Empire, three small fillies, a yellow pony, an orange pegasus, and a white unicorn were standing near the shuttle's door. "Scootaloo, I'm not sure this is a good idea." The white unicorn said with worry as her pegasus friend jumped aboard. "Don't be a scardy filly, Sweetie Belle, I'm sure we can get our cutie marks in space explorers." "Sweetie Belle is right, Ah don't think we should be doin this."
But their words fell to deaf ears as they boarded the shuttle and began to snoop around inside the Imperial craft. These fillies are known as the CMC or Cutie Mark Crusaders, doing anything to earn their cutie marks. As they ventured into the main room of the shuttle, they heard footsteps coming toward them. "Quick Hide!" Scootaloo whispered as they fillies hid underneath the seats just in time before Eric, The Emperor and some stormtroopers boarded the room and the Shuttle took off.
After a few minutes of hiding to avoid the detection of Imperial personnel on the shuttle, the ship had finally stopped and landed once more. The Empire began to disembark and Scootaloo peered out to check if the coast was clear. “Where are we?” Sweetie Belle asked as the three fillies looked out to see they were in one of the hangars aboard the Death Star. “Maybe some place where more of those mean Imperial guys came from.” Scootaloo asked as Applebloom came from behind. “Why do I have such a bad feelin bout this?” The fillies then saw Eric being moved into an area and guarded by a few stormtroopers. “Look it’s that Jedi guy.” Sweetie Belle said as the others looked. “He must be in danger, we got to help him.”
“But how, There are more of those Imperial guys out there and we’ll probably be in big trouble.” Scootaloo said as footsteps were heard from behind as they turned a stormtrooper stood there and the fillies were petrified as he closed the hangar door. “Please don’t hurt us!” Applebloom and the fillies said in unison as they cowered into a corner as the stormtrooper spoke. “Don’t worry, I would never hurt innocent little creatures.” The fillies were still scared but confused. “But you're one of those mean stormtrooper guys who captured our friend.” Scootaloo said as the storm trooper took off his helmet to reveal that he was a lost war hero and the last survivor of Domino Squad, Echo.
“Who are ya?” Applebloom spoke with some fear lingering in her voice. “My name is Echo and I wish to know why you are here onboard this shuttle to the Death Star?” Echo asked as Scootaloo replied. “Well, we are the Cutie Mark Crusaders and we were hoping to earn our cutie marks in Space Explorers and then we hid here and well, you know the rest.” Echo looked at the fillies and smiled. “So you want to save your jedi friend?” The fillies nodded as Echo spoke once more. “Well let's save him, my allegiance was and will always be to the Republic and the Jedi, So I want you to follow me and pretend to be scared.” Echo said as the fillies were delighted that somepony or someone else wanted to save Eric.
(Emperor Palpatine's Chamber, Eric’s P.O.V)
After igniting my blue blade I looked at Vader and positioned myself in a battle stance. “You should know, you’re just the puppet to the Emperor.” I said, but it appeared to have fell upon deaf ears as he began with an attack with his red lightsaber, which was easily blocked by my lightsaber as we swung at each other as Palpatine watched with a crooked smile. We broke from our attacks and looked at one another for a moment.
“You can not match the power of the Dark Side, young Jedi.” Vader said as I attacked him in a saber block. “I can sense that there is still some light in you, as if you still care about someone.” I said as he forced me out of the block and sent me back a few feet. I slowly rose to my feet as Vader walked over to me. “I care about no one.” He stabbed his saber down as I quickly rolled out the way and ignited my blade once more and we clashed our sabers once more. I then felt something I had never experienced as if I had gained more power and began to become more aggressive with my attacks. Vader was having some difficulty trying to defend against all the attacks and began taking some damage from my lightsaber. I even knocked off his helmet to see his actual face, A gray, bald Anakin Skywalker as if he were severely burned at some point. I knocked the lightsaber out of his hand and forced him against the wall where he was almost to the point of defeat. I heard Palpatine laugh as he came from behind. “Good, Good Kill him he was weak. Kill him and claim your rightful place at my side.” Then I was verging ever closer to the dark side. As I tried to take in what I was doing Vader used the Force to push me away and reignited his blade and charged straight for me, I saw the anger in his eyes, he was truly pissed off now. I really struggled to deflect his attacks, I was being pushed towards the edge of the platform, and below that was the main reactor shaft. “If I don’t do something quickly I’m never going to be able to hold my beloved Roseluck in my arms ever again!” I thought as I barely block another one of Vader’s powerful strikes.

(Imperial Communication Center, 3rd P.O.V)
After sneaking around the Death Star’s security, Echo and the CMC arrived in the Imperial Communication Center “Alright now, I’m going to take down those officers and troopers so the rest of the station isn’t aware of our presence, then we’ll need to hide the bodies from sight otherwise the rest of the troops will be combing this place until they spot us, and when that happens, we’ll probably be taken to the Emperor to be painfully electrocuted to death.” Echo said as he explained the plan to the fillies who winced at the prospect of being hurt in such a cruel way. “So all we have to do is stay out of sight, and we’ll be okay?” Applebloom asked Echo who nodded in agreement. The filles hid around the corner as Echo put his helmet back on and walked up to the communications officers. “Hey is there anything I can do to help?” Echo asked as the officers turned to see him. “Everything’s fine here trooper, go back to your patrol.” One of the officers said trying to dismiss Echo. “His majesty ordered me to stay and protect any and all comms officers from any possible insurgents.” Echo said to the officer, who shrugged his shoulders. “Well if that’s what the Emperor tasked you to do, then prepare to be bored because there’s literally nothing to do except stare at comm codes all day.” The officer said as he sunk in his chair, completely bored out of his mind.
“Well sorry to hear about that.” Echo said as he pretended to check his rifle, but actually set it to kill. He took off his helmet and tossed it at one of the officers. “Hey what are you!” He was cut short after taking a shot to the head and Echo began blasting the remaining four officers. Since there wasn’t a trooper patrol, Echo managed to kill all of the comms officers and take out the surveillance cameras before signaling the CMC to come in. Echo ran to the door and shut it, and shut the blast doors so no troopers could come in. “Alright, you three put the bodies somewhere so that the other troops don’t see them.” The CMC did so and had a little trouble moving them and placing them in some sort of huge locker. Echo looked through the comms and began to override the system and began to look for a frequency that might get someone to help. “Come on, Come on.” Was all Echo said as he scoured through some frequencies until he was able to finally get one; It showed a Twi’lek and a person. “Oh no, not them!” Echo groaned as he recognized the two faces on the screen. “Who’re they?” Sweetie Belle asked Echo. “They’re smugglers that have managed to help me and the Republic back during the Clone Wars. Their names are Hera and Kanan.” The fillies recognized those names. “Oh, those are the names of two of the Rebels that Ezra was with a few weeks ago.” Scootaloo said when she saw Hera’s trademark confident smirk on the screen.
“Wait a second, you three actually know them, well now I’m glad I’ve ran into you when I did, you three have managed to save me from this place!” Echo exclaimed as he picked up Scootaloo and hugged her with enough force to knock the wind out of her lungs. “If your little celebration is over, don’t we have something else we need to do before we can leave here?” Applebloom asked as she looked at the station’s schematics and saw a lot of turbolaser turrets guarding the Emperor’s shuttle bay. “Oh right, now this is going to be a little bit more difficult because this requires us to either hack the defenses, or blast them until they’re no longer operable. Hacking is going to take too long, and I really want to shoot something other than these idiots.” Echo said as he pointed his blaster rifle at the locker where the comms officers were stored. “Alright let’s go, the more time we waste here less likely Eric’s going to be okay!” Sweetie Belle said as she opened the door and peeked out into the clear hallway.
(Emperor’s Chamber, Eric’s P.O.V.)
I kept blocking Vader’s strikes, but each one seemed much more powerful than the last, I have to think of something fast, or I’ll be either forced down the main reactor shaft, of get cut in half by a lightsaber! “If you will not be turned, then that pitiful excuse for a planet will be destroyed along with you.” Vader said to me as I dodged another slash from him. “I can’t let him do that, if he does that, I’ll never be able to marry Roseluck, or start the family I’ve always wanted!” I thought angrily. I screamed through the Force, channeling all of my pain and rage into my voice as I deflected another slash, but this time I countered Vader by nearly cutting both of his cybernetic hands off. “Yes, Yes good use your anger and destroy him to assume your place at my side.” The Emperor said as he stood up and continued to watch our lightsaber duel. “I’ll never turn to the Dark Side Palpatine, you’ve already caused Anakin to lose everybody he ever held dear, sooner or later you will fall!” I shouted back to the Emperor as I continued to press my attack against Vader. The Emperor looked at me with a disappointed look on his face. “So be it Jedi.” he said venomously.
I continued clashing my blade with Vader’s until I saw my chance to potentially end this fight so I could get the hell out of this place. I clashed with Vader once more, but i started moving our blades in a circular motion and flicked Vader’s lightsaber from his grasp and down into the reactor shaft, and I knocked both the Emperor, and Vader over with a Force push as I ran towards the door. I noticed that the guards were standing in front of the door and I leapt right over them and continued running towards the hangar. However, I noticed that something was off with the way this was going, I wasn’t encountering any resistance as I ran to the hangar, then a thought came to mind. “Oh no someone, or should I say somepony followed us here, but who?” I thought to myself and my answer came in the form of four screams, one male, three female. “Oh no not the CMC!” I said as I could hear the Emperor laughing. I now knew I had to go back and save them from a terribly slow and painful death.
As I ran back to Palpatine’s chambers I saw the CMC and a rogue stormtrooper lying on the floor slightly smoking, telltale signs that Palpatine was clearly using his Force Lightning on them. “Welcome back Jedi, I assume these insufferable things are your friends?” Palpatine said with a sadistic smile on his face. Vader stood by him with all the battle scars I inflicted on him and I ignited my lightsaber once more. “Let them go, three of them are just kids, that seems a little low for most powerful sith lords.” I said as Palpatine chuckled. “True, but I’m not like most sith lords since I got Lord Vader to slaughter hundreds of them in one night.” Palpatine said gnarling his fingers to zap the group of children and rogue trooper once more. I quickly moved into the fray by deflecting some force lightning with my lightsaber but was unable to grip it and used the force to hold the lightning with my hands to control the lightning. “Get out of here, now!” I shouted to the CMC and trooper as they recovered from the painful effects of force lightning. I then forced some lightning at Vader to distract him from harming the group escaping I stepped closer towards the siths with and using as much of the force as I could muster, I sent the lightning toward the siths to send them back tumbling and being electrocuted. I\ran out after the others and quickly forced my lightsaber back into my hand as I ran out the door and back toward the hangar. I saw the shuttle with the trooper waving me to hurry. I jumped on as I took the pilot’s seat with the trooper taking the other and the CMC behind us as we quickly took of from the hangar and into hyperspace.
(Stolen Shuttle enroute to Equestria, 3rd P.O.V.)
After escaping the Death Star, Eric just sat back in his chair in exhaustion from not only a lightsaber duel from Anakin, but dealing with the Emperor. He felt hurt in his heart after hearing how many children Vader slaughtered,but he was cut short after the three fillies hugged their Jedi friend with smiles on their adorable faces. “We’re soo glad you’re safe.” Sweetie Belle said burying herself in his chest. “That’s nice, but I have a question for all three of you, and that is “What were you thinking, don’t you realize that you all could’ve been killed?!” Eric asked somewhat angered by his friends’ recklessness. “We’re awfully sorry Eric, It’s just that well…” Applebloom apologized as Scootaloo interrupted. “It was all my fault, I wanted to see if we could get our cutie marks in Space explorers and we, uh, got caught in the act.” As much as Eric was disappointed with their reckless actions, Echo spoke. “Go easy on them, they’re just kids after all and without them, we wouldn’t have been able to rescue you.” He was right though, so Eric eased up on them. “When we land, I’ll be sure to tell of your heroic bravery to save me.” They were relieved and hugged me once more as Eric then turned to the Echo.
“So why did you help me?” Echo sighed first before answering. “Well, First I want to ask you something, Do you remember the Domino Squad from the Clone Wars?” Eric pondered for a moment as he could slightly remember since he was only a youngling at the time. “Yeah, who was in it? Hevy, Fives, Cutup, Droidbait, and Echo right?” Eric asked as the trooper frowned for a moment. “Well, I knew those brothers really well and I so happen to be one of them, I used to be CT-1409.” He said as Eric instantly recognized those digits. “You’re Echo?! But in the records it was said you were KIA at the Citadel.” Eric said remembering back in his days of the Clone Wars. “Yeah well, it’s going to take more than an explosion to take me out.” Echo said as Eric then was amazed another clone would help him. “But why didn’t you kill me? I mean when the Clone Wars ended all the clones killed most of the Jedi, even my master, but why not you?” Echo sighed as he explained.
“You probably did not know this, but all clones had an inhibitor chip implanted in us during the early stages of our development and after hearing about them from Captain Rex after Fives died, I removed mine to keep my allegiance to the Republic. I never wanted to kill a Jedi who would so happen to be my general and it would be more than I could bear.” Eric knew the feeling as if he were forced to kill the Jedi, he would’ve more likely refused. “Well we should be coming up on our stop and our home which I’m sure you’ll be happier in.” Just as Eric said that, The Imperial shuttle jumped from Hyperspace to see the planet of Equestria.
(Imperial Shuttle Approaching Equestria, Echo’s P.O.V.)
Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo all hugged each of their respective guardians, but the older mares looked angry at them. “Y’all have some explainin’ to do missy!” The orange mare said, scolding the yellow filly. I couldn’t stand it any longer they almost died by my side a while ago, so I stepped in. “Ma’am with all due respect they were just trying to save Eric from the Emperor, they ran into me and we managed to get ourselves captured, because the Emperor had suspected that there were intruders on board the Death Star, and they along with myself were almost killed by that sadistic man, so cut them some slack.” I said to the orange mare. This made her look in my direction, when she saw that I was wearing Stormtrooper armor she ran towards me quickly spun around and raised both of her hind legs and kicked me back into the shuttle. “This armor doesn’t protect you at all, why do the troopers wear this crap?!” I shouted angrily at how poorly this armor was compared to my old Clone Armor.”And same goes with the helmet,this thing doesn’t help with your aim either.” I said as I took off the stupid helmet and threw it into a corner. As I got up and walked back out of the shuttle to see the white mare had the horn on her head, which I didn’t notice, until now glow a light blue and tossed me into a puddle of mud. “Take that you ruffian, and stay away from my sister.” She said as I stupidly picked myself up again, only to have the very light cerulean mare bring a cloud over my head and started jumping on it, making it rain on me! “Alright that’s enough!” I shouted completely fed up with the treatment I’ve been getting, when I haven’t done a damn thing to them.
(Roseluck’s P.O.V)
It’s been at least a day now since Eric left with those horrid Sith lords took him away, I missed him so much, at night I just stared up at the sky and hoped that he’d come back to me. After I lied down to rest last night I thought that I heard Eric’s voice, but it didn’t sound joyful, it sounded like he was angry, sad, and in a tremendous amount of pain. “Eric I hope that the Force will bring you back to me.” I said as I felt some tears stream down my face. As morning came, I felt like Eric would come back to me. I wanted to just tackle him and kiss him until somepony would have to pull me off of him as soon as I saw him. I walked towards Sugar Cube Corner and I saw the very same ship that Eric went on with the Sith lords to leave me behind. “Why have they come back didn’t they say they’d leave us alone if Eric left with them?!” I thought as I saw the ship open up and I saw three fillies run out of the ship along with one of those troopers in white armor, and finally I saw Eric, but he looked as if he had been through some huge battle! His clothing was torn in some areas, hair was messed up, and his robotic hand was exposed without the glove. Throwing caution to the wind, I ran straight towards him, leaped and pinned him down beneath me. “Eric, you’re back, I’ve missed you so much!” I said as I buried my head into his tunic, soaking it in my tears of joy and sadness, but instead of a happy hug back, he groaned in pain as he clenched onto his stomach tightly like a foal with a tummy ache. “Are you alright?” I asked as I got off of him and he explained as best as he could while standing back up. “I took quite a beating from those Sith lords. Much more powerful than I thought and I could have been killed if it weren’t for Echo and the CMC.” He pointed at the trooper and the fillies as I felt relieved they were able to save him. I walked over to the trooper and hugged his leg. “Thank you for bringing him back home, how can I ever repay you?!” I said as I held on to him. “Well for one thing, you can tell these three I’ve fought beside the Jedi during the Clone Wars and I’m no longer with the Empire.” This confused me all of the troopers we’ve seen would’ve been killed by one of the Sith lords if something like this happened. “You fought during the Clone Wars? I thought that all of the Clones that fought during the Clone Wars turned on the Jedi, why didn’t you?” I asked as Rarity, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash all stopped trying to assault the trooper and became very curious as well.
“In our genetic code, there are these inhibitor chips implanted in every clone to give out orders, including killing the Jedi. My brother Fives discovered the truth about these chips, but was sadly killed, but it didn’t stop me from removing mine and I’m glad I did.” The trooper said hanging his head in slight sadness. “Fives? Eric mentioned somepony named Fives was in Domino Squad, or something, were you part of Domino Squad too?” I said as I looked at the trooper with a curious expression. “Yes, I knew him since we were trainees, and I tell ya he was one true soldier.” The trooper said with a single tear escaped his eye. “I’m so sorry about your loss, but where are my manners? I’m Roseluck, Eric’s fiance, and who might you be?” I asked the trooper who had a smirk on his face. “I’m CT 1409, but people call me Echo.” Echo said as he kept his smirk on his face making Rainbow, AJ, Rarity, and my jaws hit the ground in bewilderment. “H-how can you be Echo? Eric said that Echo died when he destroyed the Citadel to protect all of that sensitive intel stuff!” Rainbow said as she stared at Echo with an accusatory stare. “It’s gonna take much more than an explosion to get rid of me, that’s for damn sure.” Echo said with a chuckle. “In all seriousness, if it weren’t for Eric, me, Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle would’ve been dead meat at the hands of the Emperor.” Echo said as he patted Eric on the back. Eric blushed at this and this got a laugh from everypony, but I giggled and nuzzled him, just because I was so happy to have my brave Jedi back with me.

Jedi's View on the Clone Wars
(Golden Oaks Library, Eric’s P.O.V)
After another close encounter with the Empire and bringing in a clone from the Clone Wars with me, we all headed back to the Library where Princesses Celestia and Luna were to meet us as Echo and I gave our views on the Clone Wars. “So, how do you know him Eric and what was the Clone Wars?” Luna asked as she looked at Echo with a curious expression. “Well you see when I was little and growing up on Balmorra, My Mother and I lived peacefully as I would dream of becoming something more, but all of that changed when my homeworld was invaded by the Separatists. My mother was killed by the droids as I did something I would never expect and it was using the force. A Jedi was on Balmorra during the time and little did I know he would be my future master. He saw me using the force to convince him that I could be a potential Jedi.” I explained as the others nodded in understanding. “So after leaving my homeworld behind, I was sent to Coruscant to be trained as a Jedi.” I said as I told them about my mother’s unfortunate end, and the beginning of my Jedi training. “I was only 13 when my training began, I had to control my emotions and the force if I were to master the more advanced skills which include the Jedi Mind Trick. After I turned 17 I received my Kyber Crystal for my lightsaber and I began my lightsaber training after I had constructed my weapon.” I pulled my lightsaber off of my belt and placed it on the table. I concentrated on the force to disassemble my lightsaber into the pieces I used to create it and shining like the stars was the heart of the Jedi weapon was the Kyber Crystal.
“So how do you create and maintain such a device?” Celestia asked looking at the crystal. “Every lightsaber is as unique as the Jedi who wields it, the Force guides the Jedi to find their crystal and the materials that are used to build the hilt. Basically I let the force guide me when I created my weapon. My lightsaber is maneuverable and easy to manipulate allowing me to act quickly. Some Jedi would be dual wielders or having two lightsabers or having two blades on one hilt.” I explained as I put my lightsaber back together. “So there are many styles tailored to the needs of the user?” Twilight asked with a smile. “There are at least seven different forms of lightsaber combat: Shii Cho, Makashi, Soresu, Ataru, Shien/Djem So, Niman, Juyo/Vaapad, and Jarkai duel blade fencing. Each form builds off of one another, but one thing to note about the Juyo style is that this style is very popular amongst the Sith because it relies on their aggressive feelings to help them be fast and unpredictable in their attacks, Master Windu created Vaapad, which is technically a better version of Juyo since it feeds off of your opponent’s energy as you fight. I personally use Ataru, Shien/Djem So, and Soresu as my attack/defense form.” I said as I pointed out the major difference between the two different forms of Form VII lightsaber combat.
“But what happened after your training?” Rainbow asked as she then thought about when the Clone Wars began. “Well after completing my training, I was no longer a Youngling and considered a Padawan when I was assigned to the Jedi who rescued me from Balmorra, Master Athen Charrel. I owed my life to him so it would be fair that someday in the future I would return the favor. So I trained with my master for several months from overcoming Jedi Trials to become a knight, to getting lectures about the Jedi Way. But I would see my first combat mission on the First Battle of Geonosis, when Obi-wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were captured by Count Dooku.” I took a moment to see the ponies were interested and continued onto the Beginning of the Clone Wars.
“In the arena, me and my master were undercover as Master Windu took charge and after revealing himself so did we and all the Jedi jumped into the arena to fight off droids. In the midst of battle, I saw Mace Windu slice off Jango Fett’s head, or the assassin that tried to eliminate Senator Amidala. The battle in the arena was possibly one of the nastiest ground battles I ever participated in as there were thousands, if not millions of droids coming out to fight, many Jedi died that day, but at some point Dooku ordered a cease fire to get us to surrender, Master Windu refused, just as we were all ready to fight to our deaths, Master Yoda arrived with Clone Gunships and rescued us. After that battle, The Clone Wars had officially began and the main Battle on Geonosis began with some Jedi leading clone battalions. My Master and I lead the 612th Attack Battalion with Commander Ganch.” I said as I turned to Echo who nodded and began to tell his story.
(Echo’s P.O.V)
As Eric motioned me to go ahead and tell my part, I began when I was only a trainee in Domino Squad before I joined the war. “Well, My story begins on Kamino, the birthplace for all clones where we are trained for combat. When were old enough to begin our training, we are given digits that indicate who we are like mine is 1409. I was assigned to Domino Squad with Hevy, Cutup, Fives, and Droidbait. They were my brothers and my friends even when we were trained as soldiers, and nothing more. We had our differences and using them would be either good or bad for us and when we had to complete the Citadel Challenge where we had to capture a certain point to pass and we would fail most of the time.” I said with a small chuckle. “We were about to become one of the rejects when a good friend named 99 gave us some good advice and thanks to him, we wouldn’t have become troopers. It’s too bad that 99 died during the Clanker’s assault on Kamino, I wasn’t there for that, since I was proclaimed dead at the time, I heard about it from the Republic Holonet.” I said as I hung my head in respect for my fallen brother, even if he wasn’t able to become a trooper himself. “Excuse my interruption, but who are these ‘Clankers’ you mentioned?” The mare known as Celestia asked me about the nickname of the Separatists main fighting force. “When I say ‘Clankers’, I’m talking about the droids that are the primary fighting force of the Separatist forces.” I answered as I looked at the giant white mare.
“So what kind of soldier were you after you graduated?” Rarity asked as Echo smiled at the memory of his graduation. “Well after we graduated, We were called ‘Shinies’ where are our armor is shiny and new like any new recruit and our first assignment was on the Rishi Moon Outpost near Kamino to detect or alert the Republic of a possible invasion on Kamino.” I said as my smile slowly faded into a frown. “Work at the Rishi Moon Outpost, was extremely boring, the only amount of action we got there was a meteor shower. That all changed when a group of droids called Commando Droids took over and killed Droidbait, our Sergeant and a giant eel within the moon ate Cutup. The rest of my squadmates and I were relieved when Commander Cody, and Captain Rex came to help us out. After we discovered that recapturing the Outpost was now pointless as droid reinforcements had already arrived we decided to destroy the Outpost with Liquid Tabanna, a highly explosive liquid. We set the charges, but the bomb had to be fired manually because the timer was fried and Hevy stayed behind, and sacrificed himself. After that the rest of us weren’t Shinies anymore and we made it into the 501st Legion.” I said as I felt tears stinging my eyes. “Well I bet he would have been really proud of you.” Luna said wiping a tear from her eye. “Thanks, but it would’ve been better if he was with us.” I said as I wished that my brother had survived to be part of the 501st Legion. Eric looked at him and thought to take over as I took a moment.
(Eric’s P.O.V)
“OK, so what happened after Geonosis?” Roseluck asked me as I tried to remember. “After the 612th broke through a defense area guarding a droid factory, I had received confirmation that Dooku escaped, Anakin and Obi-wan were injured, but We had won the battle.” I remembered celebrating our first successful mission. “Were this Anakin and Obi-Wan alright?” Celestia asked. “Yeah, Anakin only lost his lower right forearm from a lightsaber similar to how I lost my hand.” I revealed my robotic left hand. “So what type of clones were there and how big was the army?” Twilight asked curiously. “The army was enormous, as in the Clone Army could occupy Canterlot all the way to the Crystal Empire. As for the types of clones, we had battalions for specific jobs and objectives such as Attack for the 501st, 212th, 327th, 612th, and regular troopers.” I explained before moving on.
“So after Geonosis, my master and I had our own fleet to scout enemy activity and protect systems in the outer rim, but one ship the Separatists had devastated many fleets and we did not dare attempt to attack it, but it was known as the Malevolence, I’ve heard from the reports, that this vessel was extremely massive and it could take all of the punishment we could give it, and it had an ion cannon as a weapon.” I said as I took a moment to rest. “What’s an ion cannon?” Pinkie asked with a quirked eyebrow. “An ion cannon is a weapon that neutralized all power to ships that were hit by the pulse wave, making them unable to fight back against the separatist cruiser.” The ponies looked concerned to know that many ships were destroyed due to the lack of defense once hit with that kind of energy. “What happened to the Malevolence?” Roseluck asked concerned.
“Anakin Skywalker flew in a squad of bombers to stop the Malevolence from using the ion cannon against the Medical station, afterwards Anakin and Obi-Wan infiltrated the ship when Senator Amidala was lured into a trap and got captured, Anakin found the Senator and they managed to ‘fix’ the hyperdrive, and then the droids fired up the hyperdrive and the vessel was sent on a collision course to a moon and exploded, the vessel’s commanding officer, General Grievous fled.” This set me up for an obvious question. “Who was General Grievous?” Fluttershy asked timidly. “General Grievous was a Kaleesh warrior that was given cybernetic refits to keep him alive courtesy of Count Dooku, Grievous was also an infamous Jedi hunter who used the lightsabers of the very Jedi he killed, Vader just kills them because the Emperor tells him to, Grievous did for a hobby, I’ve heard from various reports, that Grievous has used up to at least four lightsabers at once.” I said as I told them about one of the most terrifying Jedi hunters before Vader. “So after the destruction of the Malevolence, my fleet were reassigned to another system to defend and liberate and that was under attack by the Separatists and it was Ryloth.” I explained the operations and major events that took place from the Barris Offee Trial, to the Liberation of Christophsis where I later became a Jedi Knight. Then it came to the point where the war was ending and it came to the point where I was on my last mission over Kashyyyk.
(Echo’s P.O.V)
After Eric told us about his career during the Clone Wars, I decided to tell them about the various things I’ve been doing before my ‘death’. “Alright since Eric is taking a break from telling his story, how about I tell some of my story.” Everypony in the room nodded in agreement. “Right so during my time in the 501st, I went to a lot of interesting places, but one time I helped repel Separatist forces from my native home of Kamino. Poor old 99 died trying to help get some weapons to some of our younger brothers so they could at least defend themselves, I have to admit that even if 99 wasn’t an official soldier, he sure behaved like one.” I said as I remembered the bravery 99 displayed during the battle of Kamino. “That’s so sad, it must have hit you pretty hard.” Pinkie said as she sat by my side. “Yeah it did, but it further reinforced the fact that we are better than the Clankers because we can make our own decisions upon occasion.” I said with small smile. “Another time I helped rescue a Jedi from Separatist captivity during the attack on the Citadel alongside Anakin, and Obi-Wan.” I said as I prepared them for the shocking fact that I didn’t die as the action report said. “So what happened when you ‘died’?” Applejack asked curiously.
“Well when Anakin and Obi-Wan, my squadmates and I found Jedi Master Even Piell we were stopped by the prison’s warden, Osi Sobeck and his droids. We were cutting it close, ultimately it was for nothing as our shuttle was being pulverized by Commando Droids on laser cannons, I tried to stop one, but it shot me and destroyed the shuttle, I don’t remember much after that, though.” I said as I recalled the Citadel Incident as I like to call it. “From what you’ve told us it seems you really cared about the people you’ve worked with.” Twilight said with her ears drooping and looking sad. “I did, but I know that they would’ve done same, up until I had my inhibitor chip removed, I completely lost faith in them as they, and one of my greatest allies turned against the Republic and all it stood for.” I said as my sadness turned into anger. Eric saw this and he knew what I meant; Order 66.
“Was this that Order someone commenced to kill the Jedi?” Roseluck asked a little scared as Eric nodded his head and turned to me to see how I survived Order 66. “Unfortunately, yes it was, Order 66 was issued on the same night Anakin Skywalker became the newly christened Darth Vader and when he laid waste to all the Jedi and the Younglings in the Jedi Temple. Simultaneously, Sidious gave out Order 66 to all of the Clone Commanders that had Jedi as their commanding officers, it was then I knew the true purpose of the Clones when I went to the Jedi Temple and saw this.” I took out my holocommunicator and showed them a recording of the Temple Slaughter where it featured Anakin and several thousand clones killing Younglings. “This is horrible, why would anypony do this to those innocent children?” Celestia said as she and the others fought the urge to cry, or empty their stomachs. “Well here’s your answer.” I said as I played the rest of the recording which showed Sidious himself. “You’ve done well my new apprentice, now Lord Vader, go and bring peace to the Empire.” The recording of Sidious said as my former friend Anakin became the very thing he was supposed to destroy. After that particular scene I shut off my holocommunicator. “I’m so sorry that this happened to both of you.” Roseluck said as she nuzzled Eric. Pinkie’s mane was flat and she nuzzled my side affectionately, I responded to her affection by gently scratching behind her left ear. “After that I needed to stay undercover, so I joined the Stormtroopers to hopefully remain undetected, but then hearing about Eric sparked hope that I can escape with the Order I sworn to serve and when Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie Belle came along and I joined up with the Eric to fight the Empire, and that wraps things up for me. Eric do you have any other interesting things I should know about since we met up?” I said as I looked at Roseluck and saw a ring around her hoof and the way she was sitting with Eric made me curious. “Well, on my first encounter with the Empire, I learned that Barriss Offee, the Jedi Traitor, became an Inquisitor and tried to make me give her information on any Jedi whereabouts. After a little duel and earning me this scar, she turned over to the light and sacrificed herself for everypony else before I set a Star Destroyer toward the sun. Some time later I asked Roseluck to marry me, then Vader and the Emperor came, and that’s when found each other.” Eric said as he gave me some extra information about his time here before we met up on the Death Star.
“I hate to ask, but what is this Death Star you two mentioned earlier?” Luna asked as Eric and I both cringed at our knowledge of what the Death Star was. “The Death Star is a space station that has enough firepower to blow an entire planet to smithereens, but right now it’s still under construction, but I have no doubt, that when it’s finished, the Emperor will test it on this planet, so we need a plan for an evacuation, in case of such an event will happen.” I said as all of the ponies were shocked to hear that such a thing exists.
(Eric’s P.O.V)
After retelling the Clone Wars, I felt they now had a better understanding of what we were up against, but finding some way to destroy the prototype Death Star will take some serious planning. We decided to look into finding a way to destroy the superweapon after I took some time to heal. I also had a little something for Echo. “Hey Echo, follow me please.” I lead him over to my starfighter nearby the library and opened a secret compartment near the droid slot. I pulled out his old helmet he wore from the Citadel, I cleaned it up after retrieving it and spruced it up along with some old clone armor. “Here, a little something to feel like your old self.” I said as I handed him his armor. “W-where, did you get this stuff?” Echo asked as his jaw nearly dropped to the ground in awe of how well his old gear was taken care of. “Before Kashyyyk, I made a visit to the Citadel to find your helmet and some armor and figured you’d one day return, and it seems like it was worth the wait.” I said as Echo looked over the armor. “Well Thank you sir, for this, it sure beats this stormtrooper armor.” Echo as we went back into the library so Echo could change his clothes. I stood outside with the night sky above me looking at the cosmos that was space as I felt something different through the force and it wasn’t a bad presence, but rather a good and it was too far to know for sure, but hopefully it will help to serve good.
(Wild Space, Republic Consular Cruiser, 3rd P.O.V)
Alone in space with nothing more than an old Republic cruiser and one man aboard. But this man had never been mentioned or seen before the Invasion of Balmorra and served as a great Jedi Knight during the Clone Wars. Removing his hood, he had black hair, brown eyes, and a scar just above his cheek and under his right eye. He closed his eyes for just a moment as he felt something through the Force, a presence he had not felt since leaving Balmorra and that presence made him smile. “Soon, we’ll meet again, my son.”

Hello Ponies and Bronies, Obsidian here to say that I hope this clears up the backstory and some more detail of Eric and Echo's backstory in the Clone Wars, I wanted to make this fit in the time frame of 3 years of war so I decided to set Eric's training before the war. I want to thank Randblitz for editing and I also hope you enjoyed the little foreshadow at the end.

The Return of the Forgotten
(Republic Cruiser, 3rd P.O.V)
On an old Republic Cruiser somewhere over a white planet, a lone figure walks aboard the bridge to see he was over Seelos. Prepared to meet an old friend he knew during the Clone Wars. “Soon my friend, we shall meet.” He set the ship on an auto-orbit and boarded a smaller craft toward the planet’s surface. Upon his arrival, there was literally nothing but white dust and seemingly remote deserts. It took some time, but he spotted two objects a distance away and found one of them to be an old AT-TE Republic tank and some other tank but taller and more armored. “Quite a skirmish, but where’d you go now?” He asked as he found tracks leading off into another direction. He followed the tracks like he had no other choice and flew for what seemed like hours. Then a tall object like he saw earlier came to view and seemed to be on the move. “Well, we finally meet.” The man spoke as he descended near the large tank as it stopped. As the man stepped onto the surface, two other men opened their canopy to see the stranger. “Who might you be, stranger?” An old man in the tank shouted as the other replied. “Is that how you greet an old friend, Commander Wolffe?” Wolffe was surprised as he tried to remember as he then gasped at a recent memory he had almost forgotten. “General Jonathan Flynn.” Jonathan smiled to have his friend remember him. “It’s been a long time after the Second Attack on Felucia.” He said as Wolffe and his companion stepped down from their tank. “And who may your compatriot be?” “This is Commander Gregor.” Wolffe responded as Gregor smiled and waved,
“Wolffe, I came to you if you would know the location of Captain Rex.” Wolffe frowned a moment and responded. “Sorry, but he was with us, but left with the Rebellion against the Empire, that’s one of the reasons why we got ourselves a new mobile home.” Wolffe said as he patted the tank. “And it’s size really helps catch us Big Joopa.” Gregor pointed out enthusiastically as I pressed on. “Well, then if Rex is no longer here than, I want to ask if you and Gregor are willing to join me in pulling off a major blow to the Empire?” Wolffe and Gregor were unsure but I wanted them to hear me out. “I’m not a part of the Rebellion, but I’m on my own to take down the Empire as many would see its tyranny across the galaxy. Don’t you want to be free and live somewhere more decent than inside a tank for the rest of your lives?” I presented a valid argument to help convince them to join me. “He is right Wolffe, after what the Empire did recently, I feel payback is in order.” Gregor said in a sympathetic tone remembering Order 66. “Well, My allegiance has and always will be to the Republic and if we are to take on the Empire, we are going to need more volunteers.” Wolffe pointed out and he was right, three against a billion were unlikely odds, but I know someone who would be after not seeing one another since his birth.
(Unknown Regions, Darth Malachor’s P.O.V)
It’s been so long since the Fall of the Old Empire, to be the last True Sith was disturbing, yet extraordinary. Ever since I learned how to preserve my essence by fusing it with the Force, I’ve been able to stay alive and not feel like I’m aging rapidly. I heard the footsteps of one of my ship’s officers coming towards my meditation chamber. “What is it Admiral Vicarn?” I asked with my eyes still closed. “My Lord, our scouts report that Emperor Palpatine is in the process of building a superweapon that has the firepower to destroy an entire planet.” Vicarn said with a little fear in his voice. I turned my chair to face him and I opened my blue eyes. “Thank you for this news Vicarn, but I have something more interesting, I’ve felt a tremor in the Force, I heard a scream filled with hate, love, and pain. This is someone who needs my particular methods of expertise, here are the hyperspace coordinates, now go to the bridge and alert me once we arrive, until then you’re dismissed.” I said to Vicarn who was shocked to hear this development, even if he wasn’t Force-sensitive, he knew that what I felt in the Force was far more important than a superweapon. “Yes, My Lord.” Vicarn said as he bowed and left the room. I turned my chair back around and reentered my meditation. “Beware young Jedi, the power you wield might end up too strong for you to control, just like young Skywalker.” I said as I could feel my flagship The Emperor’s Inquisition engaged its hyperdrive.
(Twilight’s Library, Eric’s P.O.V)
Sitting in the middle of the room, I was in deep meditation through the Force. I decided to access the Jedi holocron or probably one of the last to see if there was any information worth noticing. I felt the Holocron being accessed as a hologram of Obi-wan Kenobi appeared. “This is Master Obi-wan Kenobi, I regret to inform that both our Jedi Order and the Republic have fallen, with the dark shadow of the Empire rising to take their place. This message is for any surviving Jedi, Trust in the Force. Do not return to the Jedi Temple, that time has passed and our future is uncertain. We will each be challenged our trust, our faith, our friendships, but we must persevere and in time a new hope will emerge, may the Force be with you. Always.” The transmission ended and the holocron reassembled itself as I opened my eyes once more to find both Roseluck and Twilight spellbound by what they had just witnessed. I held the holocron in my hand before Twilight asked. “Who was that?”
“Master Obi-wan Kenobi, a great Jedi master, General, and friend to all in the Order.” I replied remembering the wise Jedi Master. “Well, what happened to him and what is the Jedi Temple?” Roseluck shot another question. “Last I heard as the Clone Wars were ending, he was on Utapau to defeat General Grievous, but was most likely betrayed by his clones like me and my master above Kashyyyk. As for your other question, the Jedi Temple was the home and headquarters of the Jedi who served the Republic, and its people. It’s located on Coruscant and if I were to guess it’s possibly in ruins.” I responded looking at the holocron for a moment. “Oh, that’s sad, he seemed like a good guy to talk to. I really hope that when the Empire falls, we go and visit it and do you possibly have an image of what it used to look like?” Roseluck said as her ears drooped down in sadness. “I’m not sure, but I’ll tell you it was probably a great place to be after a battle.” I reassured her with a ruffle on her mane.
Then I felt something in the Force, something powerful, dark, yet light. “That’s odd, I can’t tell who is coming.” I said earning confused looks from both mares. “Is it the Empire?” Twilight asked with slight fear in her voice. “No it’s not, if it was the Empire, I would feel the cold of Vader’s presence, not the warmth of the light.” I responded as I got up. “I feel a mixture of both a Sith and Jedi, but we’re about to find out.” I said as I looked out the window to find a ship of a design I was not familiar with over Ponyville and I swear I felt like a hotspot of some kind. Ponies began to run into their homes and in a flash, Luna and Celestia appeared with concern on their faces. “What is going on, Dear Eric?” Luna asked as I continued looking at the vessel that has everypony concerned. “I don’t know for sure, but I do know it has something to do with me.” I answered as I walked toward the door and grasped the handle. “I want you to stay here and stay safe.” Echo came in wearing his old clone armor and a dc-15s. “I’m going with you, besides you might need my help to get you out of another jam.” He snickered a bit as I motioned him to follow me. “Alright, now we have no idea what we’re up against, so we have to be very careful.” I said as Echo and I walked outside to see a ship that looked like a TIE fighter that was mixed with a shuttle. “Hey, I’m always careful.” Echo said with confidence. “Not like your sacrifice at the Citadel to report you’re KIA.” I slipped in a burn to make Echo feel less confident. “That’s low, even for a Jedi.” Echo retorted to my comment.
As the ship landed, we stood behind a couple of buildings to observe the occupants of the ship come out. The ship’s loading ramp came down and I saw six soldiers in dark grey and red armor with a red insignia on their shoulder pads, they almost looked like better dressed stormtroopers.
(Space over Equestria, Malachor’s P.O.V)
Once I felt the Inquisition leave hyperspace, I knew we had arrived at the world I directed us to go to. I heard Vicarn’s running footsteps coming towards me. “My Lord, we’ve arrived at the hyperspace coordinates you gave us, and you might want to see this place, if you don’t mind me saying.” Vicarn said as he panted from running from the bridge all the way to my meditation chamber. I turned my chair to face him and stood up and gestured him to walk with me. “Alright give me the basics, what type of planet are we dealing with?” I asked as we walked through the hallway passing several other crewmen. “Well My Lord, we’re dealing with a G-1 class planet that has a breathable atmosphere, drinkable water, and of course standard gravitational dynamics. Beyond that we know nothing.” Vicarn said as he handed me his datapad. “Great, I love not knowing what the native species look like, makes a first contact scenario much more fascinating.” I said as I looked over the information he had on his datapad. As we walked on to the bridge, I received many bows from the crewmen on station as I passed by. I stared in awe at the beauty of the planet we were orbiting. “This place looks just like Tython, only with more landmass.” I said as I kept my eyes on the beautiful planet.
“Commander Izan?” I said getting the young woman’s attention. “Sir?” She responded as she stood at attention. “Ready a landing party, I’m going down there.” I said to the Commander who simply bowed and went to a nearby terminal to issue my orders. “Good work everyone, Admiral, you know how this works.” I said as I left Vicarn on the bridge. “Yes Lord.” Vicarn said as the door closed. I walked to the hangar where my Fury-class Interceptor was surrounded by at least six troopers, two pilots, and Commander Izan dressed in her combat armor. “We’re ready to leave when you are sir.” Izan said as I smile at the young blonde. “Thank you Commander, let’s go.” I said motioning the crew to get on board the ship.
As we got closer to the surface I saw that whatever the sapient species was, they looked like they weren’t even discovered by either the Republic, or the Old Empire. Shaking my head at such trivial matters, I refocused my attention to landing the ship safely. “Land over there, pilot, We’ll have enough clearance between the building if we need to take off again.” I said as I pointed out our landing zone. The pilot silently obeyed my command. I got out of my chair and went to the loading bay where the troops were huddled around ready for action. “Alright, standard trooper formation, Izan you come out after me.” I said to them and Izan nodded. The door opened and the ramp lowered and the troops walked out in two rows of three on either side. I walked out with my hood raised and my lightsaber on my belt. I looked around at the buildings seeing that the entire town was vacant of any lifeforms. “It seems that they’re terrified sir.” Izan said as she walked up to my side. “Indeed, but I sense a strong presence in the Force in this town, I want you to stay here and guard the ship, is that understood?” I said as I went a little bit past Izan to start roaming through the town. “Yes sir!” Izan said with a salute. “Good.” I said as I was about to dismiss her, I felt that a disturbance in the Force and readied my lightsaber.
(Eric’s P.O.V)
As we approached the vessel, I concealed my lightsaber to avoid any conflict, but Echo had his weapon in case things don’t go as planned. I wanted to assume it was a Jedi, but with the cold and anger I felt, I hoped it was not a Sith. The soldiers that were aboard the ship stood at attention as I waited to see who the VIP aboard was. I heard footsteps approach down the ramp to reveal human male in his mid twenties with black hair, blue eyes fair complexion, black hooded robes with red trim, and silver armor under the robes. “What seems to be your business here?” I asked in a calm tone. “Ah, so you must be the presence I felt in the Unknown Regions earlier.” The strange hooded figure said as he walked up to me. “I don’t wish to cause any trouble, but I do wish to say that I’m unsure of what you’re talking about and revealing to who you may be?” I replied to him maintaining my composure. “Oh you Jedi and your apprehensiveness, fine I’ll give you the courtesy, as long as you do the same, let’s try to be civil shall we? My name is Darth Malachor of the Ancient Sith Empire, Former Dark Councilor of Knowledge and History.” The stranger said as he bowed to me in a respectful fashion, as if he wasn’t here to torment anyone at all. “Eric Keteris, Knight of the Jedi Order, Commander of the 612th Clone Attack Battalion, Survivor of Darth Vader and Sidious.” I replied bowing in return, I added the last part for style.
“Most Impressive, to survive a Darth is tough, but to survive two is almost impossible, you must have a very strong connection to the Force.” Malachor complimented with a smirk on his face. “Heh for a Sith, it must take more than surviving Darths to gain your respect.” I retorted wanting to get to the point. “What seems to be your business on this planet?” Malachor chuckled at me. “Let me tell you, young Jedi, if you were alive during the Ancient Sith Empire, you would have to at least be a Darth yourself in order be a threat to another, I fought a Darth when I was a mere Sith Apprentice under Darth Nox, who was the Councilor of Knowledge, but then he got promoted to Diplomacy and Expansion after I killed Darth Seether. As for why I’m here, I’m here for you, not to harm you, but to teach you.” Echo was on edge at this but reassured him with a hand on his shoulder. “Sorry if I wasn’t around during your Sith Empire years, but I’ve already had enough problems in my life as it is. I’ve already fought a war, many battles, duels, lost a hand, earned a scar and lost my Master to Order 66. I come to this planet to seek refuge and my days fighting are over. All I wish to do is protect this planet and someday locate my Father I never knew. Besides, I’ve learned enough from my master, so there is nothing left for me to learn.” I fired back remembering how hard my life had been.
“I’m sorry to hear that, but there are many things you don’t know about the Force, things that only I know, for example, do you know what an Wound in the Force is?” Malachor said sympathetically bowing his head. “I said I was done with learning, I only want to live in peace on this planet. Just don’t irritate me to the point that you’ll regret.” I warned as I began to walk away. “A Wound in the Force is caused by a massive catastrophe, such as the massive slaughter of Order 66, if you think that I don’t care about the Jedi, you’re dead wrong! My mother was a Jedi and I could hear the screams and the deaths of all of those Jedi who perished, even you master! If you think you’re done learning, you’re wrong because I know where you can go if the Empire ever comes here.” Malachor threw something over my head and it landed in front of my feet. I picked up the datapad and it had a map of the Unknown Regions.
“I won’t abandon my new home here. I’ve foreseen the Empire’s return and a battle I’ll most likely not survive, but I want to say one last time that I want to walk away from all this and if you don’t leave soon, I will show you what type of power I possess.” I forewarned once more and Echo patted my back. “Let it go sir, He barely survived one ordeal, don’t put him through another.” Echo asked Malachor. “I’m not leaving, because I’ve grown tired of living in space, and I understand what you’re going through, you have a lot of power, but you’re afraid of it, learn my ways of the Dark Side and Sidious won’t even be a threat to this world, don’t you want to have a fulfilling life, like being the proud father of a child, I did once, but she was killed by Darth Seether, and I vowed to never love again, you’re lucky to have something to fight for, I don’t, at least not anymore.” Malachor said as he turned to his troops who went back into the ship possibly to avoid involvement.
“You may be right about what I fight for, but I fought for the Republic in the Clone Wars and my love now, but I do not want to go into the Dark Side of the Force. I’ve seen those succumb to the twisted evil, wanting nothing but power. I was taught that the Jedi way was always the path to peace. I want nothing more than to leave the Jedi.” I said as I unhooked my lightsaber and tossed it to the ground and my droid companion rolled up beeping low. I then concentrated on one of the spare Imperial shuttles I stole and used the Force to raise it into the sky and using all my strength I sent it on a one way trip toward the sun.
“You were lied to when you were told that the way of the Jedi is the only path to peace. How can you have peace if you bottle up your emotions, which are something that make you who you are? I learned that if you embrace your emotions and accept them, you can become stronger than any Jedi. I was once a Jedi like you, but I didn’t fall to the Dark Side because I never truly embraced it the way the traditional Sith did, and it was for that reason I am who I am now, I actually had many friends in the Order even when I was a Dark Councilor, Master Yoda was one of them, and I gave him some of my wisdom in exchange for what he learned. But know this, I will not leave because I wish to settle here too, but if you wish to fight me, then I shall, although I take no pleasure in doing what must be done.” Malachor said as he took his lightsaber off of his belt. He had some valid points, besides if he never fully embraced the Dark Side, then that makes him less of a threat and after a fight with the two siths on the Death Star, I was in no condition for a fight. I fell to my knees, torn by an inner conflict of what I should do. “R7, do you still have comms to the Death Star?” I asked my droid. Beeping in response I asked once more. “Get me Sidious, I want to speak with him.” I knew what I was doing, but I can sense Malachor’s doubts to what I planned on doing. Then a hologram of Sidious appeared on the ground as he looked at me menacingly. “The young Jedi, What seems to be the reason you contact me?” He asked with malice as I stayed calm. “You must remember a certain sith, does Malachor ring any bells?” I asked. “Malachor died once the Old Republic invaded the world of Korriban and laid waste to the Sith Academy. Why do you ask?” Sidious said as he looked at me curiously. “Then you two should meet, because he’s still alive. Just know Sidious, your rule shall have its end same with your Empire.” I replied. “Show me!” Sidious demanded. R7 moved toward Malachor as Sidious was surprised to see him. “You survived?” Sidious asked. “I have, and to be clear, if you send your apprentice to duel me, then you’re even weaker than Darth Thanaton. So if you want me to die, then come and fight me yourself.” Malachor said to Sidious making him growl in anger. “Fine, but prepare to face the true power of the Dark Side.” Sidious said as he ended the transmission.
“We have no idea what we’ve done, but I want to end this Empire. The only condition I have is that you may settle here, I stay with my Jedi training and with my Master’s training.” I said as I forced up my lightsaber into my hand and walked away with Echo behind me. “Deal, and just so you know Eric, we’re going to need some help because we both know that Sidious doesn’t follow the rules of engagement, and he’ll try to destroy our new home because he’s a sore loser.” Malachor pointed out as he walked back to his ship. “Sir, he is right, we can’t do it on our own, we got lucky last time.” Echo agreed as I knew there are some people out there who may be able to help us. “You’re right, R7, do you still have Kanan’s holofrequency?” I asked my droid companion who chirped happily in response. “Good patch me through.” I said to him.

(Hyperspace to Unknown Destination, 3rd P.O.V)
Aboard the Republic Cruiser, Jonathan Flynn was meditating as Commanders Wolffe and Gregor were in charge of navigation and maintenance. Deep in his connection with the Force, his appointed Admiral of his new fleet once he gets more pilots and ships, enters the room. “General Flynn, we’ve arrived to your location, but there is literally nothing but debris out there.” The Admiral informs him. “Admiral Yalurtarian, I know this area and the only thing out here is what we need for our fleet.” Jonathan rose as he walked with Admiral Yalurtarian. Entering the Bridge, he looked out to see what used to be an old Republic shipyard. “Well, I see the Empire has not been here.” Wolffe stated as Flynn looked out. “Don’t be too sure, they could know about this and have it under surveillance.” “He could be right, but what could we possibly find here?” Gregor asked. “Well follow me and find out.” Flynn smiled as he headed toward the small pod. After disengaging with the cruiser, The small group flew towards the abandoned site to see debris adrift in space. As they drew near, what seemed to be a large piece of metal slowly became something no one would expect, two fully intact Republic Venator Class cruisers. “Well, that’s unexpected.” Wolffe said looking at the cruisers. “Yeah, I thought all of them were converted into those Star Destroyers?” Gregor pointed out. “Heh not all of them.” Flynn replied as they entered an open hangar on one of the large cruisers.
After entering, the small group looked around to find a few starfighters and gunships in separate hangars. “Well, this covers the ship problem, now all we need is more pilots to fly them.” Admiral Yalurtarian said. “I think I may know how to find more. Come on.” Wolffe said as the group left the Bridge and went to the comms room. It took some time due to the power not activated, but they were able to get the comms table operational. “Sir it seems, this ship had caught a transmission not too long ago.” Yalurtarian said as he tries to decrypt the message. “Keep at it Admiral, let me know when you’re done, then we’ll listen to it and see who it’s from. Gregor I want you and Wolffe to get our cruiser to the other Venator and try to activate the power.” Flynn said to the clone Commanders. “Yes sir.” Gregor said as they left back to the hangar. Flynn however, left for the engine room to find a way to activate the ship and its power. He was no engineer, but all it took was a simple flip of a generator switch to activate the engines and power. “Haha, Let the Republic survive.” Flynn said as his commlink alerted him that Yalurtarian wanted to speak to him. “What’s the news, Admiral?” he asked. “Well Flynn, we just finished decrypting that transmission, and you won’t believe who it’s from!” Yalurtariun exclaimed with joy. “Alright, I’m on my way.” Flynn said as he headed back towards the comms room.
Back on the Bridge, Admiral Yalurtarian and Flynn both watched the transmission and Flynn was surprised who he’d never see again. “Eric, he’s alive!” Flynn said in astonishment. “And it appears he knows some rebels that could be a great asset to help strike our biggest blow to the Empire.” Admiral Yalurtarian said as Flynn was beyond happy his son was still alive. “Can you track the location of the message’s origin?” Flynn asked. “I can try sir.” Yalurtarian said as he started the process of tracking the message’s origin. After an hour of tracking the signal of Eric’s message, Yalurtarian managed to get the hyperspace coordinates of the planet the message was coming from. Flynn activated his commlink to get Wolffe. “Wolffe, is the other ship set?” Flynn asked. “She is good to go, we also have names for these ships.” Wolffe replied. “Which are?” Flynn asked curiously. “The ship you’re on is the Conquest , the ship we’re on is the Freedom .” Wolffe responded. “I like them, we are sending you coordinates to our next location.” Flynn said as he sent the coordinates to the Freedom . “We got them, on your signal.” Wolffe said as the two Republic cruisers angled out of the shipyard and jumped into hyperspace.
(Equestria, Ponyville, Roseluck’s P.O.V)
After hiding in the Library for quite some time after Eric left outside to meet some strangers, I was relieved to hear that no gunfire was heard or lightsabers being activated, but I did hear Eric say that he wanted to talk to the Emperor. “Why would he want to talk to that monster?!” I thought to myself as I listened to their conversation. Then I heard another voice and it definitely was male, but he sounded like he was from Trottingham or something, but he did say that was a Jedi once, then a Sith. “How can he be both, he’s either a Jedi, or a Sith, there’s no in between!” I mentally shouted. “Okay everyone it’s safe to come out now.” I heard Eric say. “You were not going to turn to that evil side of the Force, right?” I asked with a hint of fear in my voice. “No, I’m not, I just want this fight to end so I can get on with my life here with you.” Eric said as he picked me up and kissed me. “We heard another voice, he sounded pretty wise, who was it?” Celestia asked curiously. Eric and I broke away from our kiss and gently set me back down on the ground. “Darth Malachor of the old Sith Empire, He needed a place to settle and wants to teach me more about the Force, but I allowed him to stay, but I don’t want anymore involvement with the Empire.” I replied to Celestia as Echo sat down and took off his helmet and to have some fun and put it on Twilight without her noticing til it was too late. “What is R7?” Eric asked as he turned towards his droid, who was chirping at us. R7 turned and activated his holoprojector to reveal a young looking man wearing hooded robes. “Don’t ask how I got your holofrequency, you already know how I got it, and I gave you mine just in case you want to talk.” The man said obviously this wasn’t the man Eric was talking to before he spoke to the Emperor.
“Who are you and how do you know who I am?” Eric asked as I got scared of who this man was. “I know that I’ve been away from you and your mother for quite a while, but you know the rules of the Jedi.” The mysterious man said to Eric. This made me all the more skeptical as Eric was surprised. “Father?” Eric asked as he started tearing up. “Yes, son it’s me.” Eric’s father said with a smile. “H-How and why?” Eric asked with sadness. “All shall be answered in due time, but we are on our way soon.” His Father explained as the transmission ended. “Are you going to be okay sweetheart?” I asked as I rubbed his back my hoof. “I think, it’s just. I never knew him and all I know was that he left me and my Mother when I was but an infant.” Eric said as he moved and sat down with a hand covering his face. “Let it all out sweetie it’s alright to be sad, don’t think of it as a burden, but a blessing.” I said as I hugged Eric tightly. After all the times he’d helped me, it was about time for me to return the favor.
(Space Over Equestria, 3rd P.O.V)
“I’m back Admiral.” Malachor said as he entered the bridge of the Inquisition . “Welcome back My Lord.” Admiral Vicarn said as his commanding officer passed him. “Is there something wrong sir?” Vicarn asked as he could tell that Malachor was looking out of the bridge windows not saying a word. “Oh that young Jedi, Eric may have made the biggest mistake of his life, he’s pretty much doomed this planet to destruction by goading Palpatine to come here to confront me.” Malachor said as calmly as he could without allowing his temper to flare. “Shall I send out the message to the rest of our allies to come here and prepare for war?” Vicarn asked hoping to alleviate some of the tension. “Yes Admiral, if you would do that, it would most likely put my mind at ease.” Malachor said as he just stared at the planet as if it were a science project. “Yes sir, right away sir.” Vicarn said as he quickly ran off to the comms room. Then an officer called out something that had some people aboard on edge. “Sir, we have two large cruisers of an unknown class coming from hyperspace!” “Let them come, besides they could be good assets to have in our fight against the Empire, but let’s give them some space to start their orbit, helmsman divert our course towards vect 23.” Malachor said as he didn’t want to appear hostile to the new arrivals. “Yes sir.” The helmsman replied as he typed in the necessary commands on his terminal.
Not too far away from the Inquisition , the Conquest and Freedom had arrived over the planet where Eric’s transmission originated. “Sir, we have arrived and it appears a ship of an unknown design is already orbiting the planet.” Admiral Yalurtarian said as he looked over the navicomputer. “Activate deflector shields just to be on alert, they could be hostile.” General Flynn ordered both Wolffe and Yalurtarian. “Yes sir.” Flynn got on the comms to contact the unknown vessel. “This is the Conquest , please identify your ship, faction, and business.” Flynn asked as he awaited their response. “Greetings Conquest , this is the Emperor’s Inquisition , under the command of Darth Malachor, we’re not with the Empire, we’re here to settle on this world after our fight with the Empire is over.” Admiral Vicarn replied to Flynn’s message. “A Sith eh, I thought they were wiped out after the Clone Wars ended?” Flynn asked himself before getting on comms again. “Alright Inquisition , My ships will keep our distance and not engage unless attacked or threatened.” Flynn said as he turned to Admiral Yalurtarian. “Maintain current orbit, but make sure our cannons are set just in case.” “Yes sir” Yalurtarian replied as the Conquest began to rotate the cannons. “Wolffe, make sure the Freedom does not do anything to provoke the ship.” Flynn ordered as he headed down to the Hangar to get in a small LAAT Gunship.“You got it sir.” Wolffe replied as the Freedom copied the Conquest’s movement. “Inquisition, do we have permission to come aboard?” Flynn asked as he activated the gunships’ engines. “You’re clear to land in hangar 12.” Vicarn replied politely.
(Malachor’s P.O.V)
I heard Vicarn running towards me on the bridge to tell me something. “Yes, Admiral?” I asked as Vicarn caught his breath. “Sir we have visitors coming into hangar 12, apparently they want to meet you.” Vicarn said as I turned to face him. “Very well, I’m heading down there now, Lieutenant Vorks, prepare some living quarters for them.” I said to the ebony haired male. “Yes, Lord.” Vorks said as he bowed. My trip to hangar 12 was relatively uneventful, but it was more interesting than my normal routine. I saw an unusual ship enter the hangar, it looked more suited for flying in the stratosphere of a planet, not space, oh well beggars can’t be choosers. The ship landed and I saw much to my surprise a Jedi leave the ship. “He looks like Eric, wait this couldn’t possibly be…” “His father.”Flynn said to finish my sentence. “Yeah, I figured you’d think that.” Flynn said with a smile. I smiled back at him. “Maybe you can talk some sense into your boy, he’s still got a lot to learn, and I think between the two of us he’ll feel more balanced.” I said as I shook Flynn’s hand. “Well some of the stubbornness came from me, but I don’t know if he’ll listen, I mean I wasn’t around in his life at all.” Flynn said as he hung his head in shame. “Don’t worry, he’ll listen to you, sure he’s upset, but it’s because he doesn’t know why you left him and his mother, explain that and he’ll listen to you.” I said reassuringly. “My mother was a Jedi and my father was a Sith, how those two managed to work out I have no clue, but my father defected to the Jedi after he met my mother, I was raised on Tython, and at the age of 14, I left for Korriban, the birthplace of True Sith. I stayed there and became a Dark Councilor at the age of 19.” I said as I told him a bit about my past occupation during the Golden Age.
“Well, thanks, but I think I need to see my son and tell him in person. By the way I can sense your lightsaber crystal is unique.” Flynn said as he pointed to my lightsaber. “Like it? It was actually a pet project of mine. I thought, “I wonder if it’s possible to fuse a synthetic red crystal with a kyber crystal with the Force.” So I tried this about six separate times, until I finally achieved success as I could feel the Force calling to me as I held it in my hand.” I explained the origin of my lightsaber crystal to Flynn. “That’s unbelieveable, what happened when you fought with another Sith, or Jedi who didn’t have this type of crystal?” Flynn asked me with an awe-stricken expression. “How about you find out for yourself?” I said as I took my lightsaber from my belt and activated my crimson red with a black core color blade.
( Inquisition Hangar 12, Jonathan’s P.O.V)
After I arrived aboard Malachor’s ship I noticed that the Galactic Empire and the Ancient Sith Empire had similar ship designs, but I personally kind of thought that Malachor’s ship was much more menacing. As I landed my gunship, I saw Darth Malachor himself waiting to greet me. As I looked at Malachor, he seemed to be aware that I looked very much like my son, Eric. “His father.” I said finishing his thought for him. “Yeah, I figured you’d think that.” I said with a smile. I was in shock, If Malachor could fuse two distinctly different crystals together, then he must be a very powerful Force user. “That’s unbelieveable, what happened when you fought with another Sith, or Jedi who didn’t have this type of crystal?” I asked him with an awe-stricken expression. “How about you find out for yourself?” Malachor said as he took his lightsaber from his belt and activated his crimson red with a black core color blade. “That’s so awesome, I hope he has a crystal that calls to me!” I thought to myself as I activated my forest green lightsaber. “Ah, a Consular eh? Your son’s a Guardian, and a strong one too.” Malachor complimented as he took up a Soresu defensive posture. “Thanks, that means a lot, now let’s duel.” I said as I made a quick lunge towards him.
(3rd P.O.V)
Flynn swung first to have his blade meet Malachor’s and Flynn began performing some attacks, but Malachor expertly blocked them all before countering with his own quick, elaborate strikes. Being trained and mentored by Master Yoda, Flynn was able to pick up some good wisdom and tactics from one of the most wisest Jedi around. Malachor was calm and focused, this was not what Jonathan Flynn was expecting from a Darth. “I see you were taught by Yoda. How is he by the way?” Malachor asked as he observed Flynn’s attacks to be very similar to those found in the Ataru form. “I sense he’s still alive, so he must be fine.” Flynn responded as the two duelists clashed blades and held against one another Flynn was shocked to hear that Yoda would associate himself with a Sith. “That’s good to hear, I just wish he was here, I think he’d love it to see this. The Force is extremely strong here.” Malachor said as he pressed harder into Flynn’s green blade. After Flynn managed to push Malachor back, but he was unaware that his blade was slightly fractured from the stress Malachor had put on it earlier. “I feel my blade slowly becoming unstable, I feel as if this could be your doing?” Flynn asked.
“Your assumption would be correct, you see that’s one of the many benefits of this hybrid crystal, it concentrates the wielder’s natural connection to the Force without feeling too fragile, or brittle.” Malachor said as he deactivated his blade, signifying that the duel was over. “Very impressive, how old were you when you discovered that you could fuse the crystals together?” Flynn asked as he deactivated his blade in response. “I was 16 when I finally succeeded in making mine, but I still kept the ‘failures’ because I thought that maybe one might respond to someone else, I’ll show you, if you’ll follow me to my quarters please.” Malachor said as he began to walk towards the elevator. “Sure, I thank you for the invitation.” Flynn said as he bowed respectfully. “Excellent, this way, oh if you wish to stay, I had my Lieutenant prepare some quarters for you.” Malachor said with a warm smile. “Thanks for the offer, but I’d like to see my son first and hopefully get to know him a bit better.” Flynn said as the two Force users rode the elevator to the bridge. “I understand, no father should ever be too distant from his son, I remember when my father told me about his time in the Empire.” Malachor said as he reminisced about his relationship with his own father. “All too true, but I never wanted to leave Eric and his mother, really I wanted to stay, but…” Flynn started to say before he felt tears sting his eyes.
“It’s alright, I understand, the Jedi Code restricted you from having the family you’ve always wanted.” Malachor said as he placed a hand on Flynn’s shoulder. “Thanks for understanding, you’re not like any Sith I’ve ever met.” Flynn said as he wiped his tears away. “That’s because I was once a Jedi, but then I left the Order in pursuit of knowledge they couldn’t teach me, so I became a Sith, but I was never hostile to any Jedi, unless they openly tried to kill me for just having a Sith’s robes.” Malachor said with a slight frown at how the Jedi could be so narrow minded sometimes. “Huh, I didn’t know that you could study the Dark Side and not fall to it, I guess I still have much to learn.” Flynn said with a small chuckle. “If you want I could teach you, it’s alright if you don’t want to, but just so you know it’s never too late to learn.” Malachor said with a fatherly tone. “I’ll think about it.” Flynn said as the two of them exited the elevator and went in the opposite direction of the bridge.
“These are my quarters, be careful of my holocrons, some of them are from the ancient Sith Lords themselves, and I don’t want them damaged.” Malachor warned as Flynn entered the room. “Thank you, but my new home is aboard the Conquest and I have my new fleet to build. But I thank you for your hospitality.” Flynn thanked the Sith/Jedi. “It’s no trouble, now let’s see, where did I put those hybrid crystals?” Malachor said as he looked around his quarters for his ‘failed’ hybrid crystals. “Aha, here they are.” Malachor said as he found the container. “Mind if I take a look?” Flynn asked. “ Sure, go ahead, if you feel one calling to you, just take it, I can always make more.” Malachor said as he opened the container filled with crystals with various colors.
(Space over Coruscant, Vader’s P.O.V)
After receiving a message the Young Jedi foolishly sent, My Master had ordered the Death Star to be completed in a few hours to wipe out the Jedi and his compatriots for good. The Death Star’s hyperdrive, primary, and secondary weapons at full charge capacity. “Lord Vader, before we set out, I want you to be aware that there’s another Sith, but that’s not the strange part, it’s that he’s been around since the Ancient Sith Empire.” My master informed me, clearly irritated at the fact this Sith named Darth Malachor, was still alive somehow. “I take it you thought he was dead all this time, Master?” I asked, already knowing the answer. “Of course, but as fate would have it, he’s staying where the young fool now resides.” My master said as a cruel smile made its way onto his face. “I want you to deal the young fool, while I take care of Malachor, if you finish off the brat early, I want you to help me end the ancient fool.” “As you wish.” I said as I bowed and left the room. I went toward the comms room alone to get Agent Kallus. “Ah Lord Vader.” He said as I told him of his mission. “Agent Kallus, I want you to send your fleet to these coordinates to distract the enemy ships that might be in the planet’s orbit as the Death Star moves into position.” “Yes my Lord, it shall be done.” Kallus said as the transmission cuts out and the fall of Jedi will come soon.

More Friends Arrive, The Eve of Battle
(Space over Equestria, Emperor’s Inquisition, Flynn’s P.O.V)
I let the Force speak to me as I looked upon all of Malachor’s hybrid lightsaber crystals. One of the crystals was calling out to me as my hand passed over it. The crystal was a silver color with a turquoise core. I sat down and disassembled my lightsaber and replaced my forest green crystal with my new one and reassembled my weapon. Once completed, I activated my blade and it felt very comfortable to hold, it was much more comfortable than my original crystal. “This is awesome, I wish Eric was here to see this, he would be astonished to see what you were capable of doing with these crystals.” I said as I marvelled at the sight of my new blade. “I’m honored you think so, Master Jedi, if you want I managed to take these holocrons from the temple on Tython, these are the long lost holocrons of Revan himself.” Malachor said as he levitated six holocrons over to me. “No way, Revan, as in, the Revan who led the Republic to victory during the Mandalorian Wars, the same Revan who led a massive invasion fleet upon the Republic as a Sith, that Revan?!” I asked in complete shock of what Malachor was giving me. “The one and only Flynn, the one and only.” Malachor said with a chuckle over my fanboying. I was about to ask more questions as his Admiral I presumed approached us in a hurrying manner. “Sir, The fleet has arrived from hyperspace.” “Ah, Good work Vicarn, head down to the barracks, you need a break.” Malachor said as he thanked his admiral. The admiral bowed and left for the barracks for some rest. “You have a fleet?” I asked as I cocked an eyebrow. “Of course, they’ve just been hiding in the unknown regions gathering more troops, supplies, etc. while I came here ahead of them.” Malachor explained as I put the holocrons in my rucksack.
We walked to the bridge and saw twelve ships of similar design heading towards us and maneuvered themselves so that if other ships arrived, they would have some room. “Wow, talk about great use of workspace.” I commented as the ships maintained their positions above the planet. “Sir?” An officer asked while working at his terminal. “Yes Captain?” Malachor asked as he walked over to him. “We’re receiving a coded transmission from another group of friendly vessels, the flagship vessel is a cruiser by the name of the Wrath of Malachor .” The Captain said as Malachor’s face contorted to form a look of shock. “I know who commands that ship, decipher that transmission and play it, if it’s who I think it is then She’s more than welcome to be by my side!” Malachor said with a cheerful smile. “Yes sir, decrypting transmission.” The Captain said as he began to work on the transmission. “I take it that this is someone who means quite a bit to you.” I said with a smirk. “You’ve no idea! All this time I thought she was dead, but as it turns out she never died at all, I knew she’d never fail me! She was my apprentice, but since I became a Dark Council member, I was going to promote her to Darth because she earned it, then we were going to marry and possibly settle down for a bit.” Malachor said as he explained why he was so excited. “What’s her name?” I asked. “Her name is Ella, or Lord Visceral.” Malachor answered as he remembered his memories with her. I’d honestly wished I was there to protect my wife, Floraline and Eric when Balmorra was attacked, but my fleet had trouble breaking through the blockade surrounding the planet that no transports could take off. “Well, at least you still have someone who loves you. I failed my quest a long time ago.” I sighed remembering me and Floraline being happy.
“I’m so sorry, I wish I could help you, but the only consolation I can give is that she lives on in the Force, and in your son, I think it would be best to go to him and let your emotions take over, be a father, not a Jedi.” Malachor said as he placed his hand on my shoulder. “You’re right, I’ll be back.” I said as I headed for my LAAT in the hangar. Entering the cockpit, I flew out of the hangar and towards the planet and I wished that my son can be forgiving.
(Twilight’s Library, Eric’s P.O.V)
After I took some time, I felt a lot better with Roseluck being with me and the same with all my other friends, but as a Jedi Knight, I wanted to show my Father how great of a Jedi I had become, just like how Commander Ganch would after every successful mission when I lead the 612th. “You feeling better there?” Rarity asked. “Yeah I’m good now, thank you for your support.” I thanked them with a smile on my face. “Now what are we going to do when the Empire arrives?” Twilight asked as Rainbow jumped in. “We can always send them back with a few good beatings from yours truly.” “But, they’ll just keep returning in larger numbers.” Applejack pointed out as Pinkie suggested an idea. “I can always use my Laser Party Cannon.” We all looked at her with confused looks. “I mean my regular party cannon?” We dismissed the idea and Fluttershy spoke up. “How about we ask nicely?” Some ideas I heard were either flat out ridiculous or long shots, but Princess Luna gave a great suggestion. “I could move the moon in the approximate direction they may come from?” “That may actually work and I know the Death Star inside and out and the main angle of attack is always to the North of a planet.” Echo replied as I found some hope to buy time to destroy the superweapon.
Then I felt a greater number of life forms above the planet and one who is strong with the Force. “I think we have more visitors ponies, I’m sensing twelve ships and a smaller craft coming here and I know who it is.” I said as I looked outside to see a craft I never thought I’d see again. We all stepped out to see an old Republic gunship landing near the library. Once the engines died down, the cockpit opened to reveal the pilot, My Father. The ponies looked on the man as I approached him. I was just about as tall as him as I looked at him with disbelief. “F-Father, is it really you?” I asked as he only smiled. “Come here son.” He simply said. I ran over to him. We hugged for the first time in years, and we both started to cry tears of joy and sadness. As we released one another I asked a blunt question. “Why, Why did you leave me and Mother after all these years?” He sighed a little and looked down in shame. “I didn’t mean to, my fleet was trapped by a Separatist blockade, no ships could get through without being blasted to pieces. I’ve always loved you son, I know you probably don’t want to forgive me, and honestly I probably don’t deserve it, but I just want you to understand that I never tried to leave you and your mother behind on purpose, if those damned Separatists didn’t set up that blockade I could’ve saved you and your mom.” My father said as he just released tears of pure sadness, pain, and guilt. “Father, Mother and I would never be mad at you. You did what you could and there is no need to beat yourself up about it. I feel just as sorry for thinking you left Mother and I for some reason that never concerned us. Which is why I should be asking your forgiveness.” I said giving my lost Father a more meaningful embrace.
“Thanks, son, that means a lot and I guess Malachor was right about just letting my emotions take over during certain situations, I feel so much better, like years worth of pain has healed.” My father said as we released each other from our embrace. “You spoke to him, what did he tell you?” I asked with a bit of suspicion. “He told me to come here and talk to you as a father, not a Jedi, and that he’s very sorry about what happened to us, and that your mom lives on in you and in the Force. He also gave me a couple of things.” My father asked as he took his lightsaber from his belt and placed it in my hands and pulled out a holocron from his rucksack. “Listen Father, I know what’s going on, Malachor already gave me the explanation of using the dark side without completely turning to it. I want to keep to the Jedi way of how I was taught and how my Master taught me.” I explained as I activated his blade and revealed a turquoise blade that I was impressed by. “Nice blade though, you seemed more like a consular type of Jedi.” I remarked as I deactivated the lightsaber. “Did I tell you that Malachor made his own crystal, and the crystal that now powers my blade? Also the holocrons he gave me are the teachings of Revan.” My father said as he handed me the holocron. I was shocked to hear that Malachor just gave my father the holocrons of one of the greatest Jedi knights of the Old Republic era. “Let me get this straight, That sith orbiting this planet, makes his own crystals and gave you holocrons from Darth Revan teaching? Pretty impressive, but I think we have more pressing matters since the Empire will be on it’s way.” I said as my surprising tone changed into a more serious tone. “That’s why twelve more ships showed up, Malachor seems to really care about this place if he’s willing to call for the rest of his supporters, including his long lost fiance.” My father said with a sly smile. “She’s coming with her own fleet, then I’m guessing that you called for the Rebels as well?” He asked as he ruffled my hair with his left hand. “Well I guess it pays to have an unorthodox Sith for a friend, seeing as he brings his own brand of brutality to the conflict.” I said as I shrugged my shoulders at Malachor’s fervor for this planet.
(Hyperspace, Wrath of Malachor, Ella’s P.O.V)
I was so elated when my communications crew found my beloved’s ship, it’s been so long since we’ve seen each other, but there’s no time like the present. “Excuse me, My Lady, we’re coming up on the coordinates of the Inquisition , should we identify our vessel as we approach?” My admiral asked as we drew closer to our destination. “It would help the to know we’re not hostiles, Admiral Byron, prepare my personal ship for departure as soon as possible.” I said as I picked up my lightsaber and placed it on my belt. “Yes ma’am.” Admiral Byron said as the Wrath of Malachor exited hyperspace and arrived to the planet to see fifteen ships already in orbit. “Well, this will be interesting.” I said as I left the bridge and toward my personal shuttle awaiting in the hangar. “Valrun must be quivering with anticipation to hold me in his arms again.” I said as the elevator reached the hangar floor. “Ma’am your shuttle is prepped and ready to leave on your go.” One of the pilots said as I walked out of the elevator. “Thanks, I suggest we wait for clearance first.” I said as I went aboard my shuttle and sat in my command chair. “Already done ma’am they’re expecting us to arrive in hangar 12.”
“Good work, both of you, that’s why you two always pilot this ship, because you’re the best at what you do, and what you do is get things right the first time.” I complimented my pilots for staying ahead of the curve. “Thanks Ma’am, we learn from the best.” The first pilot replied as we walked down to our shuttle waiting for our arrival. “Alright let’s go.” I said as we boarded the shuttle and left the hangar. Our cruise took a while but during the time I looked out the window to see two ships a distance from Valrun’s fleet and I only knew that they were used during the Clone Wars. “Well at least we have a few allies who seem to know how to look for good ships.” I said as we drew closer to Valrun’s ship. “Ma’am we’ll be landing soon.” The second pilot said as we got closer to hangar 12. “Thank you Calden.” I said to the first pilot, addressing him by name. I felt the ship land in the hangar and the loading ramp open. I stood up and headed out into the hangar to see my fiance standing there with a smile on his face. I ran right to him and leaped into his arms as he held me for the first time in centuries.
“I’ve missed you so much my love.” He said as he held me in a tight embrace. “I’ve missed you too, but I have a feeling that you’re crushing my lungs.” I said as I could feel the air being squeezed out of my lungs. Valrun released me and I felt as happy as he was that we are finally reunited. “Whoops, sorry, honey, it’s just that when I heard that you ‘died’ I truly thought I had lost you, and now that I know you’re alive, I just want to never let you go.” Valrun said as he started to tear up. “Well I’m here now and that’s all that matters.” I said as I gave Valrun a peck on his cheek. I’ve already been down on the planet’s surface, and I think the native species there thought I was with the Empire, so I think now would be a good time to make contact with them.” Valrun said with a chuckle. “Lead the way, Master.” I said as he realized that he could actually promote me to Darth now. “Very well Darth Viscera, would you accompany me.” Valrun said rolling his eyes at me. “Yes, I would love to.” I said as I kissed him on the lips.
(Malachor’s P.O.V.)
Ella and I boarded her interceptor, fired up the engines and left the hangar. As we entered the planet’s atmosphere, I saw many creatures of an equine nature of all different colors just going about their business, until we started to land in the village next to Flynn’s gunship with enough room for him to take off. I could feel the fear in each of the creature outside the ship, I could understand their fear, Ella and I were strangers, and our ship’s design was a precursor the Empire’s designs, it was no wonder why they were scared. “Let’s be cautious dear, you’ll never know how they’ll react to our presence.” I said to Ella as we lowered the boarding ramp and exited the ship. We could see Eric, Flynn, and nine of the natives looking at us, wondering what we wanted. “Don’t worry, we’re not here to hurt you, we’re here to help, and if possible make our home here.” I said as one of the natives, the largest of their kind, came over to Ella and me. “Who are you?” She asked. “I am Darth Malachor, and this is my fiance Darth Viscera, who are you?” I said as Ella and I bowed in respect. “I am Princess Celestia and my sister, and co-ruler of Equestria, Princess Luna. It is an honor to meet you, but I must ask if you are like the ‘Sith’ like the ones we have encountered before.” Celestia said as she changed her tone to a slight anger. “I assure you me and my fiance are not like those brutes, we’re Sith in title only, we embraced the Dark Side in such a way that we never fell to it and became the cruel, mindless conquerors you’ve previously met.” I said to Celestia as I explained how Ella and I aren’t like Sidious and his apprentice.
“Well, I do sense good within you and I’ll take you up on your word.” Luna said as she gave a small smile and looked at Celestia. The Solar Princess begins to feel as if Luna was right and gave a smile as well. “If Luna can see that you are of no harm, the I guess I can say that you have my trust too.” “Thank you Princess, I really appreciate that you…” I started to say as I heard my holocommunicator started chiming. “Sorry, I need to take this.” I said as I activated my holocommunicator and Admiral Vicarn appeared. “My Lord, our spies have given me their latest report, the Death Star is complete and is on its way along with a fleet of 40 ships as a defense fleet, we lost contact with our spies afterward.” Vicarn said with a slight twinge of fear, as he knew this was bad news and I hated hearing bad news. “When did they leave Coruscant, because if we know that information we might have time to prepare our fleet for the carnage to come.” I said as I found an outlet for my anger. “They left Coruscant about an hour ago, so by my estimations, it’ll take them about six hours to arrive here.” Vicarn said as he tapped his chin thoughtfully. “Very well deploy all of our ships, and if the Rebels arrive before the Empire, tell them to form up and prepare for battle.” I said as I remembered that Eric called out for the Rebels to come and support us. “Yes sir.” Vicarn said as he ended the transmission.
“Sorry, but it seems that our welcome must be cut short, we have a battle to win first.” I said to Celestia, who nodded in agreement. “We must prepare our defenses as well, if everything goes alright I think we’ll have a double wedding to celebrate.” Celestia said as she looked over at Eric and one of the natives holding each other like I would hold Ella when she was stressed about something. “Agreed, we’ll need a planetary command center to direct our forces instead of being in space with the risk of being blown to smithereens.” I said with a deadpan tone. “You can use the Conquest as a command vessel, heck this will be the first operation that cruiser will be in.” Flynn offered and this pleased us. “Very well, Flynn, thanks for your help, maybe after this is over, we could get a drink sometime.” I said to Flynn with a smile. “Sure, I’d like that, but that’s for later, right now we have a superweapon to destroy.” Meanwhile, Eric was just bidding his farewells to the natives, especially one who was really disheartened and hugged him not willing to let go. After Flynn, Ella and I boarded our vessel, Eric got into his own starfighter and we took off toward the fleet.

Hello Ponies and Bronies, Obsidian here to say that the invasion is going to commence and this will be a violent battle for the early Rebellion to defend the world of Equestria. But with multiple Jedi and a few allies, Will they stand a chance against a far stronger force? Thanks to Randablitz for editing as always and send feedback so we may improve the story.

The Battle over Equestria
(Several Minutes Earlier, Eric’s P.O.V)
After knowing we had to head up toward the ships orbiting the planet, I had to at least say “see you soon” to my friends and tell Luna she may set the moon to the position to cause the Death Star to be delayed to buy us time to destroy it. “Well, this is going to be a big battle. I want to let you all know that I will miss you all, but I will try to return.” The ponies nodded in understanding and came in for a group hug. “Shall I set the moon?” Luna asked with a serious look. “You may and Celestia, be sure you take care as well.” I replied as I broke the hug and looked at Celestia. “I will, I wish you the best of luck, Eric Keteris.” Celestia responded with a motherly smile. Roseluck however, had tears welling in her eyes and clung onto me not willing to let go. “Promise me you’ll come back to me in one piece.” Roseluck said as she slightly sobbed into my chest. “I can’t make promises, but know that I will return.” I wiped a tear from her eyes as she smiled and I gave her one final kiss before breaking away from our tender moment.
The time came as Malachor, Ella, and my Father entered a ship and I decided to hop into my Eta-Actis class starfighter I flew in the Clone Wars and primed her up to fly toward the fleet orbiting the planet. “May the Force be with you, Always.” I said to the ponies as I closed the canopy and flew off. After a few moments of flying, Malachor opened up a fleet-wide transmission. “Alright everyone, I’m not going to sugarcoat this, the Empire is here to destroy us and this beautiful planet, some of us will live to see another day, others will not, just remember your training and fight these miserable dogs until you fall to the ground as broken mess! May the Force be with all of us, and may it make us strong.” It was quite inspirational, but I approached one of the Venator class Republic cruisers and landed in the hangar bay. Hopping out of my ship, I entered the bridge to see a clone commander who I had almost forgotten. “Commander Wolffe, long time no see.” I spoke as he turned and saw me. “Welcome aboard the Freedom , Commander Keteris.” Wolffe replied as I knew he would remember me. “So, we have a lot of fighters but no one to pilot them.” Wolffe said with a slight frown. Just as I was about to despair, Wolffe’s commlink activated. “Gregor, what is it?” Wolffe asked. “You won’t believe what I just found, a room filled with astromech droids, programed to be pilots.” Gregor said as this lifted hope. “Activate them Gregor and get them to the Hangar.” Wolffe ordered. “Yes sir.” Gregor responded as their transmission ended. “Looks like we got some pilots, old friend.” I patted the soldier on his back and looked over the fleet.
(Hyperspace, 3rd P.O.V)
Meanwhile aboard the Ghost , the entire crew was in the meeting area just finishing the transmission the Ghost caught during Malachor’s inspiring speech. “Well that was interesting.” Hera spoke as she looked at Kanan. “Yeah, you know for a Sith, he seems to not want to harm anyone.” Kanan said as he observed Malachor’s hologram. “Even so, but how big do you think the fleet over Equestria will be?” Ezra asked. “I don’t know, but what I do know is that we are going to be facing a lot of Imperial ships, including a super weapon they are testing.” Kanan replied. “I wonder if they have a plan for the Empire’s superweapon.” Ezra said as he thought of the magnitude of the battle awaiting them. “I hope so, otherwise this’ll be a suicide mission.” Zeb said as he crossed his arms. “Well if you want to ask them, now would be a good time, we’re coming up on our destination.” Hera said as she looked at the coordinates on the navicomputer. The Ghost exited hyperspace and the crew saw a total of 37 ships prepped for the invasion of the Empire. “Would ya look at that, looks like the Darth had some friends left to come and fight.” Zeb said as he saw the fleet orbiting the planet. “We have you on our screens now, please identify your ship, commanding officer, and affiliation, or risk being blasted into oblivion.” Warned the voice of a high ranking officer. “This is Kanan Jarrus aboard the Ghost . We’ve received a transmission to aid Equestria against the Empire.” Kanan said in response to the officer. “Excellent, I’m Admiral Vicarn aboard the Emperor’s Inquisition , under the command of Darth Malachor. Welcome to the fight.” Vicarn said in response to Kanan’s transmission.
“Well that’s good, I think we need to land and get ourselves ready for one of the biggest fights we’ve ever encountered.” Sabine suggested. “You’ve been cleared to land on the Conquest , for refueling, supply management, etc.” Vicarn said with a slight chuckle at the Mandalorian’s suggestion. “Thanks, Ghost out.” Kanan said as they headed toward one of the Republic cruisers.
Meanwhile aboard Freedom , Gregor had successfully activated all the astromech droids aboard the ship and to his surprise, they were programmed with pilot experience to assist fighters and bombers. “Wolffe, the droids have been activated and are awaiting instructions in the hangar.” Gregor said over the commlink. “Good I’ll meet them down shortly.” Wolffe replied as he looked at Eric. “Well, I guess the fight begins soon.” “It most certainly will, I’ll stay here for a moment and watch for the Empire.” Eric said as Wolffe headed down toward the hangar. Once the astromechs were lined up, Gregor and Wolffe stood over them like clones at debrief. “Today, we fight for the Republic, The Rebellion and the liberation of the very planet we are orbiting. You may be droids now, but I see pilots when you enter your ships and fight off the Empire. Some of you may not survive and we’ll see to it your sacrifice will not be in vain. So, Let’s move out and prep all ships for battle.” Wolffe spoke out as the droids made no hesitation to get to the Republic fighters and bombers and getting them set. “Good one Wolffe.” Gregor patted him on the shoulder.
( Conquest Bridge, 3rd P.O.V)
Flynn, Ella, and Valrun arrived on the Conquest in order to plan out their attack on the Death Star. “Yalurtarian, open up a fleet wide transmission, we’re only going over this once.” Flynn said to his Admiral. Yalurtarian nodded in understanding. With the transmission online, Flynn began to plan out their next move. “Thanks to the plans that we’ve gathered on the Death Star, we now have an advantage over the Empire.” Flynn said getting various positive responses. “However, this does not make us invincible as the Death Star itself has a very tight defense, but the Empire underestimates the threat of a small one manned fighter, otherwise this plan would be next to impossible.” Valrun said with a hint of displeasure. “There is a weak point to the station, and that is a small thermal exhaust shaft that lies somewhere in this trench, however this shaft is going to be guarded by turbo laser turrets, which a easy enough to deal with, but we all know that the Empire isn’t going to just let us destroy their new toy, most likely they’re going to have some fighters follow you into the trench and stop you.” Ella said sharing her fiance’s tone. “We know this all sounds like it’s next to impossible, or just flat out pointless to even attempt, but we’re giving you the reality of the situation. The trench is large enough to fit a squad of three fighters at once: one in front, two in the back, we recommend that the ships in the back have space in between them to take shots at any fighters that follow, or leave the trench to retreat.” Flynn said as a holographic representation of three fighters showed up on the display. “As for the tractor beam, and the main weapon of the station, Malachor has an idea.” Flynn said as he waited for Malachor to pitch his plan.
“In order to keep our capital ships out of harm’s way, a small boarding party consisting of myself, Flynn, and another volunteer. This boarding party will go aboard the station, take down the the tractor beam and possibly sabotage the main weapon so it can’t fire, but we’re only trying to buy time for the fighters to destroy the station. Also for the fighters brave enough to enter the trench, the thermal exhaust port is ray shielded, so you’ll need to use proton torpedoes, and make your shots count, because the port is only two meters wide, so aim true.” Malachor said as he remembered a key piece of information for the pilots that were going to attempt destroying the station. “So who wants to join Malachor and me on our little excursion aboard the station?” Flynn asked hoping someone would be ballsy enough to join them. “I will.” Eric said over the transmission. “I’ll come with you guys, I’ve got a score to settle with Vader and Sidious.” Eric said with a hint of disdain in his voice. “Fine, but don’t let your thirst for revenge get in the way young Jedi, otherwise you’ll become what you wish to destroy.” Malachor warned.
“General Flynn, the Empire has arrived and we count 40 Star Destroyers and the Death Star on a forward facing vector, they’re heading towards the moon, so we have time to surprise them.” Admiral Yalurtarian said as he looked up from an officer’s terminal. “So Malachor, mount all fighters and prepare for the attack?” Eric asked over the transmission. “Right, Vicarn, Wipe those pathetic star fighters from the face of the Galaxy.” Malachor said with malice. “Yes my Lord, all pilots to your ships, and fear not pain, nor death!” Vicarn exclaimed over the transmission making all the pilots give their war cries. “This is Ghost to Malachor, We’ll give you the cover you require to enter that battlestation.” Hera spoke with confidence. “Much appreciated, young one, I hope you can keep up.” Malachor said with a smirk. “Eric meet us on the Conquest , we’re taking one of Malachor’s ships, since it’s faster than a gunship, and we need speed in this scenario.” Flynn said. “I’m on my way, Eric out.” Eric disconnected from the transmission.
(Imperial Fleet near Equestria, 3rd P.O.V)
After leaving hyperspace, the Imperial fleet had arrived with 40 Star Destroyers and the Death Star prototype. In one of the Imperial flagships, Admiral Tarkin looked out to see the moon ahead of the fleet and blocking the trajectory to fire upon the planet. “Admiral, incoming transmission from Lord Vader.” An Imperial Officer informed the former Republic Admiral. Tarkin walked towards the comms room and Vader then appeared on a transmission table. “Yes my Lord?” Tarkin asked bowing to his superior. “Send the fleet past the moon and wipe out any resistance protecting this planet as the Death Star moves into position.” Darth Vader ordered. “Yes my Lord.” Tarkin replied as the transmission ended and walked out to the bridge. “This is Tarkin to all ships, Move past the moon and engage all enemy ships, send out all fighters for support.” The Imperial Admiral ordered as the Star Destroyers moved around the moon and multiple TIE fighters and interceptors launched from hangars. “Admiral, there’s something you need to see.” An Imperial Officer said as he looked to and from his terminal hoping that what he was seeing wasn’t real. “That’s impossible, those cruisers were supposed to be scrapped after these ships were made!” Tarkin shouted in frustration as he saw two Venator class cruisers orbiting the planet. “What about the other vessels, are they Republic, or just freighter reformatted into warships?” Tarkin asked as he looked at the Ancient Sith Empire cruisers. “Unknown classification sir.” The Imperial Officer said. “Destroy those vessels first target the unknown warships and be on alert for fighters and bombers.” Tarkin ordered as the Star Destroyers grew closer towards the fleet.
Meanwhile, from the Conquest and Freedom , V-wings, Arc-170s, Z-95s, and Y-wings launched into the space battlefield with the pilot astromech droids taking control, not to far away is the shuttle with Malachor, Flynn, and Eric and the Ghost . The Ancient Sith ships launched their fighters to support the old Republic fighters and stayed in tight formations to avoid being separated by any enemy fighters. The Fury -class interceptor, and the Ghost made their way towards the battlestation. “There’s the blockade.” Flynn said. Tarkin looked at the fighter squadrons and the bombers. “All turrets and fighters, engage at will.” Tarkin ordered and the Star Destroyers opened up with laser fire toward the rebels and the Imperial ships began their attacks. “Ghost , stay close, otherwise, you’ll be blasted to smithereens.” Malachor cautioned as he started to meditate. “Sir this is Shadow 3, we’re taking heavy fire, we need to evade.” One of the pilots tried to call Malachor. “Don’t worry, soldier, I’ve got your back.” Malachor said as he began to use his Battle Meditation on his allies. All of the pilots defending Equestria suddenly felt more confident and started to fly straight towards the blockade avoiding the turret fire, fighters and anything else that stood in their way. “Sir, the ships have not turned away and are still heading for the Death Star.” An Imperial officer said over his terminal as Tarkin began to think about his tactics in the Clone Wars.
Meanwhile aboard the Death Star, the battle station was orbiting around the moon to destroy Equestria. “Time to target, 30 minutes.” The announcer said over the P.A as Vader and Palpatine looked out into the void of space. “My Master, the rebels have launched fighters and are beginning their assault.” Vader informed Sidious. “Good, we’ll show them the true power of the Empire, ready all defenses and be on alert for any unwanted guests.” Sidious replied. “Yes, my Master.” Vader replied as he left Palpatine in his lair. “Agent Kallus, set up squads in the hangar if any unwanted visitors come aboard.” Vader said as he walked past Kallus who nodded in agreement and ran off to assemble some troops.
Back near the rebel fleet, some Star Destroyers began firing upon the larger ships as others tried to blow the smaller craft out into oblivion. Some ships fell to laser fire, but kept in pursuit to the Death Star. “Let them go, Let’s shatter their fleet. All batteries open fire.” Tarkin ordered as the Star Destroyers pummeled the rebellion fleet. “Sir, the Rebel fleet is ganging up on our ships, we can’t escape their pincer assaults, they’ll tear us to shreds before we can get close enough to the planet!” Another ship’s officer shouted as his ship was blasted to pieces until nothing was left. “Sir, we’ve got boarders, and we can’t break off, our engines are too damaged!” Shouted another Officer as small arms fire coming from the transmission. “Get a squad here now!” Tarkin called over the transmission. “Sir we’re being boarded, and there are two high ranking officers with the troops!” An Imperial Officer shouted getting Tarkin’s attention. “Show me!” Tarkin demanded as the officer punched up the security footage in the hangar. Tarkin watched in anger as two troopers entered. “Sir, we’ve been tasked to escort you and protect you at all costs. We even have a bomb trooper.” The Captain said as he and another trooper bowed. This brought an idea to his head. “Bomb trooper I want you to set a surprise for our guests, they will try to take over the ship, so set traps to all terminals and the comms room, Captain, we have no choice but to abandon ship.” Tarkin instructed as the Bomb trooper got to work.
Meanwhile in a hallway aboard Tarkin’s ship there were no troops, but the boarding party remained cautious of any nasty surprises left by the opposition. “Toss an ion grenade, grenadier.” Byron ordered. The grenadier trooper did as he was instructed and tossed an ion grenade into the middle of the hallway. When the grenade detonated, all of the turrets in the hall were rendered useless. “Turrets, we must be getting close to the comms room, remember stay wary.” The squad all nodded their heads and headed down the hall towards the comms, and engine room, unaware of the bombs that were set up in the comms room. Three troopers stayed near the comms room, one placed a charge on the door the other two stood at a safe distance off to the sides of the door. The door exploded off, and the troopers were surprised to see the room was completely empty. “Wait a second, this seems way too easy, even for this Tarkin guy, where’s the bomb?” One of the troopers asked as he unknowingly walked right through a trip mine setting it off and died in the explosion. The comms room was still functional, but with the death of their comrade, the remaining two troopers had to go into the room one at a time, watching where they were stepping. Tarkin and his squad were successfully picked by the rear Star destroyer and looked at the bomb trooper. “You may detonate when ready.” Tarkin ordered and the Bomb trooper activated the detonator.
“Admiral, Vicarn, I’m detecting a massive energy signature near the reactor, I found the bomb!” One of the troopers said. “Can you disarm it?” Vicarn asked. “Yes, just give me a minute.” The trooper said as he looked at the bomb. “Are you kidding me?” The trooper said as he disconnected the bomb from the reactor and ran with it back into the hangar and jumped out into the vacuum of space. “You were a brave son of a bitch Jansen, rest in peace.” Byron said as her best demolitions expert sacrificed himself to save everyone else. As the remaining Star Destroyers hammered the fleet, 2 had fallen and another 3 ships were blasted out before they reached the Death Star. However the Empire had lost 3 Star Destroyers, two were captured, and another was taking heavy damage.
(Surface of Equestria, 3rd P.O.V)
As the ponies looked on from what they saw above their world as the battle raged with explosions and laser fire from every ship. “Whoa, This looks so awesome!” Rainbow Dash squealed with excitement. “I still feel sorry for the ones who are dying for our survival, we will need to thank them for their services.” Celestia said with a frown as she saw a Star Destroyer explode due to the damage it took from two ships. “Indeed, but how are they doing so well, the Empire brought more ships, how are our defenders doing this?” Luna asked perplexed at the battle going on. “Maybe that Darth Malachor guy has some sort of ability in the Force to empower his allies, and make enemy feel less confident?” Pinkie offered. In reality she was right Malachor was turning the tides in his favor by using his Battle Meditation. “Pinkie that sounds really silly, obviously our defenders had a plan to occupy all of the Empire’s capital ships while they assault the Death Star.” Twilight said as she watched the battle through her telescope. “I really hope Eric will be fine.” Roseluck said holding her hoof on her heart. “Don’t worry sugarcube, he’ll be alright.” Applejack said with a confident smile. “I hope you’re right.” Roseluck said as she continued looking at the battle.
( Wrath’s Talon, 3rd P.O.V)
As the ship drew closer to the Death Star, multiple TIE fighters and interceptors flew in to defend the battlestation, blasting the ships that dared to try and damage their weapon. The Talon managed to blast several of them and dodged the others, but a few escorting them were shot down except the Ghost . “Ghost , break off, your assistance is no longer needed, great job today.” Flynn said as the Talon blasted the turrets in the hangar, and proceeded to land. “Malachor we’re here.” Eric said as he lightly tapped Malachor’s shoulder. “I know, but Ella needs to take over my job of using Battle Meditation to help even the odds.” Malachor said as he felt Ella start her meditation.
“Master, A ship has entered the Death Star, shall we engage them?” Vader asked as he bowed before Sidious. “Yes, but make sure that we not let our visitors go unwelcomed.” Sidious smiled as Vader left to inform the Commander. “Commander, assemble as many squads as you can and defend the primary weapon.” Vader ordered. “Yes sir.” The commander responded and ran to his squads to mobilize them toward the main gun.
After Ella took control of the Battle Meditation, the two Jedi, and former Jedi- turned Sith began to make their way into the Death Star. “Can Sidious make the location of the main weapon of this thing any easier to find? I mean he’s throwing troops at us like a Hutt stores his credits, this is way too dumb even for him, there’s something else at work here.” Malachor said as he deflected several blaster bolts back at the incompetent Stormtroopers. “I agree, Sidious is only trying to slow us down, he knows these idiots can’t stop us, but he does know that this would tire us out so he can kill us all at once.” Eric said as he threw several troopers into the wall with the Force. “You say that like you’ve fought him before son.” Flynn said as he caught his lightsaber after he threw it to take down some troopers. “It’s because I have faced him before, to save three innocent kids and Echo.” Eric answered Flynn and with a hint of anger in his voice.
“Eric, focus, we’ll deal with them when the time comes, right now we need to disable that weapon to buy some more time.” Malachor said as he unleashed a current of Force Lightning making the group of troopers scream in agony. “Death Star approaching target in 20 minutes.” The P.A. system announced the time running out. “We still have time and we’re about a quarter of the way there, maybe we should keep going, does anyone have any ideas on making these troopers any easier to deal with?” Flynn asked he threw a trooper into another. “I do, and it’ll also restore some of our lost stamina in the process.” Malachor said as he stood in between the two Jedi and the squads of Stormtroopers. Malachor extended his hand, gnarled his fingers as if he was going to use Force Lightning, but a huge burst of purple energy engulfed the troopers and they all dropped onto the floor dead. “What was that?” Eric asked in awe of what he just witnessed. “That was called Death Field, it drains targets of their essence and transfers it to the user, now hold still so you two can get some energy back.” Malachor explained as a blue wave of energy left his hand and engulfed Eric and Flynn. With their stamina restored, they proceeded towards the Primary weapon. But they are met with a familiar breathing sound; Darth Vader with his lightsaber already activated. “Well, well, Sidious has a cyborg for an apprentice, and his connection to the Force is woefully lacking.” Malachor taunted with his lightsaber being held in front of him in a defensive stance. “I find your overconfidence disturbing. You don’t know the true power of the Dark Side and I still have a strong bond with it.” Vader responded as he raised his hand and forced Malachor back.
Malachor just started laughing for no apparent reason, this scared the two Jedi who stepped aside. “Where’s that coward you call Master, and I’ll show you the true power of the Dark Side.” Malachor said as his laughing fit came to an end and his eyes turned from a light brown to purple. “Malachor, you’ve been blinded by the Jedi, My Master is more of a sith than you’ll ever try to become.” Vader shot back as he began Force choking Flynn. “Picking on the unprepared combatant, how cowardly, and you call yourself a Sith, Ha. Let me show you the true power of the Dark Side.” Malachor said as the purple glow in his eyes intensified and 13 Force Spirits appeared. “You fail to comprehend my power, Skywalker, I am leagues above you, and soon this battle will be over. Now be a good pet and fetch your Master, then I might teach you what I know, that is if you survive of course.” Malachor said as the spirits disappeared and he threw Vader into a wall. Vader ran forward, but was stopped by something, Malachor was using the Force to hold Vader in place, Vader had no choice but to kneel to Malachor, then Malachor blasted Vader with Force Lightning, not enough to kill him, but enough to make him unable to move any of his cybernetic limbs. “Im-impossible, you can’t be this powerful, you’re a Jedi!” Vader said as his respirator was completely undamaged. Before he could answer, Malachor’s commlink activated. “Are you there? Hello?” A familiar female voice called out.
“Yes, why?” Malachor said as he kept his senses on high alert for Sidious. “The Star Destroyers had been cut in half, but my ship is taking massive damage, I-I don’t know h-how long- we’ve got til- Help-us.” The transmission was cut off due to the heavy fire of the Empire. “Admiral, move your newly acquired ship and help Ella, if you don’t take a guess as to what happens to Force wielders near and far away from here.” Malachor seethed, clearly angry at this sudden turn of events. “Oh, the blushing bride is about to be destroyed eh?” Sidious said with a smile. “If she dies then we’re all going too!” Malachor shouted as he vent his frustration. “You’re feelings for her are strong, the hate flows through you. Let it and strike Vader down with your hate and take your place at my side. If you do, she lives.” Sidious proposed as he was still somewhere around the area. “I don’t need to, I know she’s still alive and I know the ship has moved away, so are we going to duel, or are we just going to waste time?” Malachor asked the old man. “Fine, but you and the boy’s father fight me, while the boy duels Vader, alone.” Sidious said making Flynn cringe. “Don’t worry Father, I got this.” Eric patted his father’s shoulder and stepped up and ignited his blue lightsaber. Vader finally was able to stand and move around. “Remind me never to cross his path.” Vader said slightly shuddering as he looked at Malachor and his current master. “You and me both, I’ve never seen him like this before, and it really scares me.” Eric retorted. “Now come at me you rusty hunk of junk!” Eric exclaimed as he ran forward and clashed with Vader.
“It’s you and me, you fools.” Sidious said as he ignited his own lightsabers and leaped at Malachor, and without missing a beat blocked both blades. “Two lightsabers, now we’re talking.” Flynn said as he slashed at Sidious’ feet, but Sidious jumped before the blade could hit. The red blades clashed with the multicolored ones in repeated strikes. Even though Eric almost lost to Vader one time, he wasn’t going to get beaten twice. Focusing his tactics on the Sith Lord, he had also remembered that somehow they had to disable the primary weapon. “Maybe if I start to lead the angry hunk of junk I’m fighting towards the crystal, he’ll accidentally destroy it.” Eric thought as he looked at the glow from the kyber crystal that powered the Death Star’s main weapon. Vader then swung his lightsaber, which Eric avoided by force jumping closer towards the crystal. Vader obliviously followed the young Jedi’s plan and Eric had his back covering the crystal keeping Vader blind to what was really going on since his master was also preoccupied with two combatants. "Target in range." the P.A system announced as it was now or never. “Come on Skywalker, stop trying to hit me, and just hit me already.” Eric said trying to provoke the Sith Lord into doing something incredibly dumb, destroying the new superweapon's energy source, out of frustration. Vader growled and swung his blade in a diagonal slice, but Eric managed to jump in time to dodge it, but the Sith’s lightsaber hit the kyber crystal like how Eric intended.
Now realizing what he had done, Vader was really ticked off, he started to hit Eric’s blade hard enough for it to crack and eventually shatter, rendering him defenseless. Flynn saw his son staring at him with an expression that practically screamed “Save me Father!” , Flynn dashed right for his son and blocked Vader’s lightsaber. “Brave of you, but you disobeyed the rules of the engagement.” Vader said. “I was always a bit of a slow learner.” Flynn said as he pushed Vader’s blade away. Meanwhile, Malachor was holding his own very well. “Seems like you’re slowing down Sidious, has your age finally caught up with you?” Malachor taunted as Sidious kept hacking and slashing wildly to trip up Malachor. “You were destined to destroy me with anger, but not now for you’ve doomed yourself.” Sidious then broke from his duel with Malachor and force jumped high above while electrocuting the crystal making it shine brighter as if it were to explode soon. “We need to get out of here.” Flynn said as he helped up his son. “Agreed, Let’s go!” Malachor said as he let the two Jedi run out of the room and threw his lightsaber into the rafters and sealed Vader and Sidious behind them to buy time.
“How long will it take us to get back to the hangar?” Eric asked. “About five minutes at this speed why?” Flynn responded. “Because it seems as if we have company, let me borrow your lightsaber, I’ll cover us from behind.” Eric asked remembering his lightsaber was no longer operational. “And risk you getting to see the love of your life again, not a chance here take one of my spares.” Malachor said as he handed Eric a purple lightsaber. “Purple isn't my color, but It’ll do for now.” Eric said as he activated the lightsaber and began deflecting blaster fire from stormtroopers behind them and Agent Kallus was with them. “Don’t let them escape.” Kallus ordered his men as they continued their pursuit. After what felt like an hour of deflecting lasers, they had finally arrived at the Hangar with the ship. Flynn hopped aboard first to ignite the engines as Malachor and Eric began to cover the ship and fight off the stormtroopers. As the Wrath’s Talon began to ascend as the other two on the ground began to get aboard, but Agent Kallus got one lucky shot and struck Eric in the back with a blaster shot. The door closed and the Wrath’s Talon escaped from the doomed battle station. “Eric, stay with us we’re almost out of here, come on, hang on for me.” Flynn cried as his son was fading from life. “It’s fine, I’ll, become one, with the Force. Just give this, to Rose and tell her, I’m sorry.” Eric handed over his Mother’s pendant to Flynn as he slipped closer to death. “Not if I can help it, I can’t lose you too, I will not!” Flynn said as he tried to heal his son with the Force, and draining himself in the process. “I’m sorry Dad, but I… Want you to finish the Empire. Do it for… your family and Equestria.” Eric said on his last breath and held his hand out to Flynn, closed his eyes and exhaled slowly. “Is there anything you can do?” Flynn asked. Malachor shook his head. “I’m sorry Flynn, he’s gone, but take comfort that he would want you to be with his love to bring a new life into this galaxy, do that for him and maybe if I can find his spirit, I can guide it to the child.” Malachor said as he teared up as well. “Thanks, I’ll do that for him, but I need guidance, will you teach me Master?” Flynn asked as he kneeled at Malachor’s feet. “Rise my new apprentice, when we get back to the planet, you’ll have to erase the young female’s memory of Eric and replace it with you.” Malachor said as he covered up Eric in a black tarp.
“Yes Master, it shall be done.” Flynn said as the Death Star exploded in the background and the remainder of the Empire’s fleet was almost completely destroyed. One Star Destroyer remained with Sidious, Vader, Kallus and Tarkin who survived and exited the planet’s system through hyperspace. The high officers, Gregor, Wolffe,and Ella all had on their dress uniforms to celebrate, but also to mourn Eric’s passing. They all boarded a shuttle and went down to the planet with somber looks on their faces. “He was a good kid.” Vicarn said as he placed his hand on Flynn’s shoulder. “Thanks, that means a lot, I will keep this world, and my new child safe from those monsters, even if it costs me my life.” Flynn said as he cradled his dead son in his arms. The shuttle touched down and six troopers came out of the shuttle and stood on either side of the loading ramp. Ponies began to gather around the shuttle and look on to the occupants aboard. Roseluck perked up and saw Flynn, she thought Eric was right behind him, but she saw Flynn carrying something. Malachor walked up to Celestia and Luna. “They won’t be back anymore, but for now we must celebrate, and we must mourn the passing of a very brave Jedi, and a good friend.” Malachor said as he removed his hood to reveal his pale, clean shaven face, dark brown hair, and light brown eyes. The two sisters nodded and Rose luck was next to Flynn. “Is he?” She asked. Flynn nodded, while he opened his arms and she leapt into them sobbing loudly.
“I’m sorry about Eric, truly.” Luna said with a sad expression as everypony else looked down with sadness due to the loss of their Jedi friend. “Now we build a pyre to allow his spirit to transcend.” Flynn said but Luna spoke out. “Why not give him a graceful grave for ponies to see, It’ll be easier that way to give flowers in his remembrance.” Everypony nodded in agreement and looked at Flynn for his response. “Eric would’ve wanted to just pass on the traditional way.” Flynn said remembering his son’s attitude for the Jedi custom for funerals. “Shall we get the grave underway?” Celestia asked. “Fine, just don’t let it be too extravagant, that’s now how he would’ve wanted it.” Flynn said as he cradled Roseluck in his arms. After an hour, on a quiet little hill not too far from Ponyville, the grave of Eric Keteris was complete and awaiting the young knight’s burial. Practically everypony in town arrived wearing some black veils in respect. As a casket with the Jedi’s body covered in only a white tarp hung over the four foot deep grave. Silence filled the night with candles and flowers around the tombstone. Flynn, Wolffe, Gregor, Echo, Malachor, Ella, and Roseluck looked at the casket with sadness at the loss of a very great friend. “There is passion, yet emotion, serenity, yet peace, chaos, yet order, There is no Dark Side, nor a Light Side, there is only the Force.” Malachor said as Eric’s casket was lowered into it’s final resting place. After the casket hit the bottom, Celestia and Luna used their magic to seal the top like a door thus marking the end of Eric Keteris. After the funeral was over, everypony left for home heartbroken, especially Roseluck who was taking it pretty hard.
After everypony left the grave, midnight struck as Luna landed near the Jedi’s final resting place and activated her magic to teleport Eric out of the casket and onto the ground. “You still alive there?” She asked the seemingly lifeless body. “Yep, it’ll take more than one blaster on a piece of armor to kill me.” Eric said getting off the ground and exposed his armor had absorbed the blaster. “Now everypony thinks I’m dead?” He asked. “It seems so.” Luna responded as Eric then shook her hoof. “Thanks for everything Luna. If Obi-wan can pull this off then I should too just to get the Empire off my back.” Eric smiled in relief. “But where will you go now?” Luna asked with a questionable look. “I don’t know, but I know someplace will have what we need to live happily and construct myself a new lightsaber.” Eric responded as he hugged Luna with gratitude. “Good bye, Jedi Knight.” Luna spoke as Eric force jumped back into Ponyville and kept hidden.

Hello Ponies and Bronies, Obsidian here to say that the battle was hard to come up with, but at least the Star Destroyer prototype is destroyed in time. I really hope you all enjoyed my little twist because I'm that kind of person and Eric is way too cool to be killed off. The New Life for the Jedi
(Ponyville, Hours after Eric’s demise, Roseluck’s P.O.V)
I couldn’t believe it, my one true love was taken from me. “He said he would come back to me alive.” I said as I went to my room and started to cry into my pillow. I told Flynn I wanted to be alone, but he also gave me a pendant Eric wanted me to have. I clenched close to my heart and sobbed remembering the Jedi I fell in love with. It felt as if it was midnight and heard something coming from my window like a light tapping. I thought it was a tree branch and ignored it, but it grew more frequent so I looked to investigate and what I saw made me speechless; Eric Keteris on the outside of my window. I literally was thinking it was his Force ghost like Flynn told me, but he wasn’t blue or translucent like he had described. I opened the window and he silently leapt into the room, scooped me up in his arms and kissed me deeply. “Did you miss me?” He asked looking into my eyes as I couldn’t contain how much happiness I felt. “More than you can ever know!” I said as I sobbed into his chest. “Hey pack up your essentials, we’re leaving right now.” He whispered into my ear. “What, but where are we going to go?” I asked confused. “We’ll go where the galaxy takes us, find ourselves a planet and call it home where we’ll live happily together. But you might want to hurry as well, I overheard that my Father wants to erase your memory of us and replace it with you and him.” He warned me as I started to slightly panic. “Okay, first: Why, second, Malachor asked me to hold on to this for some reason.” I said as I gave Eric a small silver canister it’s contents unknown to me. Eric took the canister and opened it to find a small crystal inside. “It’s a kyber crystal for a new lightsaber.” Eric responded as I felt glad for him and gathered some items I needed like my picture of my sisters. I packed my toothbrush, and whatever hygienic items I needed, and my clothes. After I collected anything needed, I needed to at least send a note to let everypony know about my absence. I grabbed a piece of paper and a quill and began to write.
To whom it may concern, I can’t live in this town knowing that the grave of my lover is not too far away, I don’t need to be constantly reminded that my special someone is gone. I love you all, and I hope whomever finds this knows that, and that I bid you all a fond farewell. Sincerely Roseluck.
It was a short note, since I didn’t really have much to think of as a good reason to say that I’m leaving town, but I think I did pretty well. Eric read through it and set it down on the bed with a small cube as he gave me a kiss quickly so we could get out before anypony could see us. He cradled me in his arms and Force jumped out of my window. We made it to town square and saw Malachor’s ship sitting there. “This is way too easy.” Eric said as he looked at the ship. “Okay there’s no one there, now’s our chance.” Eric said as he used the Force to sprint towards the ship to start getting it ready for take off. “Stay here and don’t touch anything, okay?” Eric said to me as he placed me on the bed on the ship. I nodded in response. I felt the ship lifting off ground and I took a look outside to see Ponyville one last time as we then accelerated off Equestria and towards our new home.
“Eric, I need you to come here.” I said seductively. “Coming, Rose, Just let me finish something.” He called back as I looked on to see him meditating with the crystal in front of him. I then saw pieces floating about the ship and some headed towards Eric like magic. Piece by piece he was constructing his new lightsaber and it didn’t take long for me to see that by the time the last piece was finished, Eric gripped his new lightsaber. I looked at it and it was close resemblance to his first one, but had a bit more style to it. I smiled at him and he activated his lightsaber to see a blue blade, but with a black center. “Wow, it’s so beautiful, How did Malachor make something like that?” I asked as I marvelled at the sight of his new blade. “It feels like a new me has been created and Malachor’s hybrid crystals, I don’t know how he does it, but it does seem really good.” Eric replied as he deactivated his lightsaber and set it down on a table. I giggled at him as he made his way to our new bed. “Eric, I love you so much, and I have something to tell you.” I said with a smile. “What is it my dear?” He asked me sweetly. “I’m in heat, and I need you.” I said as I leaned in and kissed him passionately.
(Everfree Forest, 3rd P.O.V)
Malachor felt the warmth of Ella’s skin radiating onto him. He woke up seeing the naked form of my fiance asleep in his arms. Malachor felt Ella move slightly, signifying that she was waking up. Ella’s eyes open up he looked down at her with a smile. “Good morning, love.” He said as he kissed her forehead. “‘Morning, how did you sleep?” She asked as she yawned. “I slept fine with you in my arms, I still can’t believe that Eric’s gone, he would’ve been fun to teach, but his father is a great student too.” Malachor said as he sighed remorsefully. “Yeah, but look at it this way, at least the Empire won’t be coming back here anymore.” Ella said to lighten the mood. “Yeah, now that we’re up, let’s go see what everyone else is up to.” He said as I lightly lifted Ella off of him and stretched. “I agree, and later I was going to go into town and talk to that white pony, Rarity I think her name was, to see if she can possibly make me a wedding gown.” Ella said as she put on her belt and attached her lightsaber to it. “You can do what you wish, but I thank you for your courtesy to tell me where you were going.” He said with a chuckle.
When they left their room aboard the Inquisition , Malachor saw Vicarn with a worried expression on his face. “What?” He asked with curiosity. “Well My Lord, two pilots woke up this morning to go and retrieve the Talon from the town square, only to find it missing.” Vicard said as he closed his eyes and awaited to be blasted by his commanding officer’s lightning, but when didn’t happen, he looked at the uncomfortably calm form of his commanding officer. “I’m sorry Admiral, could you repeat that last part, because I thought I heard you say that my personal ship has gone Missing.” Malachor said his anger seemed to seep into his words. “Yeah, the Talon is missing, and I’ll step out so you can release your anger, Just don’t destroy everything sir, please?” Vicarn pleaded as he ran out of the bridge to avoid Malachor’s wrath. Malachor inhaled and everyone covered their ears as Malachor began to scream through the Force making every Force user hear his rage across the galaxy.
(Eric’s P.O.V) (Warning Mature Content Ahead, Please skip to next P.O.V if not a fan of clop.)
I went over to Rose and kissed her. Our tongues fought a miniature war for sensual dominance, with Rose nearly being the victor. After what felt like a few hours, I was awoken the sound of the Force Scream made by the one and only Malachor. “Guess he found out the ship was stolen.” I thought as I used the opportunity to make a hyperspace jump to a little planet we can call home. I put my Jedi clothing back on and kissed Roseluck’s forehead before heading into the cockpit and setting in the hyperspace coordinates.
(Ponyville, Equestria, Malachor’s P.O.V)
After I was done venting my frustrations, I decided to go and get something sweet to eat to help me calm down. As I entered Sugarcube Corner, I got a lot of frightened stares from the patrons of the bakery. “It’s fine everyone, I’m fine now I just need something sweet to eat.” I said as I saw a pink blur flash into existence directly in front of me. “Did somepony say sweet?” The Pink mare said with her impossibly huge smile. “Gah, Pinkie please don’t do that, but if you could get me a red velvet milkshake that would be fantastic.” I said as I backed up to get Pinkie out of my face and sat down at a nearby table. “One red velvet milkshake comin’ right up!” Pinkie said with glee as she hopped into the kitchen. “Um, Master?” A familiar voice asked from behind. “Huh, oh Flynn it’s just you. How are you today?” I said as I saw my newest apprentice standing behind me. “Um, we may have a problem with Roseluck.” Flynn said uneasily. “What do you mean ‘we have a problem with Roseluck’?” I asked as calmly as possible. As Flynn was about to answer, Celestia and Luna entered the bakery with either frightened or anger on their faces.
“What’s wrong with you two?” I asked with a curious expression. “We heard a scream that had everypony panicking in Canterlot and thought you might have the reasons to why it was happening.” Celestia explained for the sake for her subjects. “Sorry, that scream was me, I have recently discovered that my personal ship Wrath’s Talon has been stolen last night, and now Flynn, you say that we have a problem regarding Roseluck?” I explained as I pinched my the bridge of my nose with my left thumb and index finger. “Well about Roseluck, she left this note and I found this holocron in her bedroom.” Flynn explained and showed the items. “I didn’t know he would go after your ship.” Luna tried to hide the statement under her breath. “What do you mean that you didn’t know that he would go after my ship, who’s He ?!” I hissed through my teeth in anger. Celestia sensing my anger, put up a soundproofing spell to contain my scream to my locality, but it could still be heard across the galaxy. “Yes Luna, what do you mean he ?” Celestia asked with a curious expression. Luna felt as if all eyes were on her as she sighed with guilt. “It was… Eric, he planned to escape the Empire by faking his death and asked me to help him by hiding his connection to the Force to avoid you from tracking him. He sworn to take Roseluck with him and…” She paused as tears began to roll from her eyes to lie to everypony in helping Eric fake his own death. “I’m sorry, I wanted to tell you, but he thought it was for the best.” Luna began to sob and covered her eye with her wings.
I sighed as I contained all of my anger and turned to Flynn. “Since we can’t track him by using the Force we’ll have to rely on using the Inquisition’s scanners to track the Talon , since I placed a tracking device on the hyperdrive, in the event that it would get lost, stolen, or destroyed. Once we find him, we’re going to have a little chat about deceiving your friends and family.” I said as Pinkie gave me my milkshake which I sipped slowly to let the taste of red velvet cake flow down my throat. “But, Eric simply wanted to have nothing more than to live with Roseluck and leave the Jedi or Sith behind. Why can’t he have that life he wants so badly?” Luna protested holding back her tears. “It’s just me, and Flynn who are going, and we’re not going to bring him back here we just want to tell him that what he did has everyone in tears and it hurts even more to know that he deliberately did this to his own father. He can keep the ship, I don’t need it anymore, but I still need to remove the tracking device, also to give him a proper send off for his new life, and tell him that the Empire will no longer be a problem, and that the Jedi and Sith orders are now nonexistent, we’re now just Peacekeepers.” I said as I felt tears of joy, and anger sting my eyes.
“I understand, but he just doesn’t want to be found, he felt trapped in some destiny that seemed too big for him that he wanted to get away from it. I can understand your pain and anger, but when will you understand that some people just don’t want the glorious rich type of life, but more of a simple life with a family, like how you once lived Flynn.” Luna calmed down and looked down knowing that her plan to keep Eric safe had failed. “Think of it this way Luna, if I don’t remove that tracking device, he’ll be followed by a lot of unwanted visitors, we’re doing this as a kindness.” I said with a smile. “Well, what does the holocron have to do with this? I only heard that a Jedi can open it.” Celestia asked looking at the cube Jedi holocron. “I can open it.” Flynn said as he focused the Force through his body and opened the holocron. When the holocron opened we saw a holographic projection of Eric.
“This is Jedi Knight Eric Keteris, if you’re playing this message, you most likely have discovered me and Luna’s little secret before our assault. What I did would upset everypony and everyone, but I did not wish to carry the burden of becoming target for everyone. Please do not try to look for me, but you may contact me once through my ship’s transmitter and I may return when things have returned to normal, all I can say is that I’m greatly sorry and in time, A new hope will emerge. May the Force be with you, Always.”
As soon as the message stopped the holocron closed. “Well I’m glad he had a contingency plan, just in case his secret was found out.” I said with a neutral expression. “We’re still going to go and look for him though right to remove the tracker?” Flynn asked. “No, but we should give him a call so he can remove it.” I said as I now had a new option to get rid of the Talon’s tracking device. “Okay let’s head back to camp then, the sooner we deal with this the better.” Flynn said as he walked out the door. I chuckled as I turned towards the bakery’s kitchen. “Pinkie, your payment is on my tab.” I said as I walked out with my milkshake. “Okie Dokie then, See you all soon!” Pinkie shouted with delight as she cleaned off the table. “How she doesn’t have wrinkles I’ll never know, she seems like a nice mare, whoever her significant other is, if any, they should count themselves lucky.” I muttered to myself as I nearly tripped over my own boot and splattered my tasty frozen treat all over two fillies.
One of the fillies was pink with a purple and white mane and tail with a tiara on her head and on her flank. The other filly was grey, had a silver mane and tail with a pearl necklace, a decorative silver spoon on her flank and a pair of glasses. “Hey, watch where you’re going, numbskull!” The pink filly said making me stop in my tracks and turned to face her. “Excuse me?” I asked trying to keep myself from lashing out and possibly harming the child. “I said watch where you’re going!” She said with a glare. I shot a glare of my own and I saw hers starting to waver. “Next time, think before you act, you spoiled priss.” I said as I walked off back towards the camp in the forest.
( Wrath’s Talon, Roseluck’s P.O.V)
Waking up from a wonderful dream, I had completely forgotten that me and Eric had left Equestria to find a new home. I had also remembered what we had done due to me being in heat and I felt satisfied and hopeful that we could somehow have a foal or child. Stretching my hooves out, I went into the cockpit to see Eric just staring out into hyperspace. “Where are we headed?” I asked with a slight yawn. Eric turned his chair to face me and motioned for me to climb into his lap. “We are heading to Dandoran, A lot like Equestria with life, but little known inhabitants.” Eric responded as I felt his tender touch caress my mane and I couldn’t help but coo at this sensation. I was going to say something when we both heard a chiming sound coming from within the ship. “What’s that?” I asked with a quirked eyebrow. “That’s the ship’s communication terminal, but I wonder who’s calling.” Eric said as he carried me with him to the middle of the ship to a desk-like object in the middle of the room. Eric pressed a button and the holographic forms of Malachor, Flynn, and Ella appeared. “Oh I see you got my message.” Eric said as I just relaxed on his lap. “Yes, and first off, I’m sorry for thinking of wiping your memory Roseluck, I knew you loved Eric so much that if anything were to happen to him, you would be too heartbroken to move on with your life.” Flynn said with an apologetic look on his face. I looked at Eric for affirmation that this transmission was live and I could reply. Eric nodded his head with a soft smile. “I forgive you Flynn, I just hope that we come back one day, when things cool down.” I said with a sheepish smile. “It’s fine, but my new Master has some instructions for you Eric, and listen closely.” Flynn said to Eric. Eric nodded as Malachor moved to the front of the group. “Alright listen, right now the Inquisition is currently tracking your movements, due to a bit of paranoia on my part. Okay simple run down, I placed a tracking device on the Talon’s hyperdrive, in the event that it gets, lost, stolen, or destroyed, if you don’t want any unwelcome visitors to come knocking on your door, I’ll guide you in removing it.” Malachor said with a sheepish smile and having his left hand behind his head.
“Alright then, I’m listening.” Eric said paying attention to Malachor. “First, you need to drop out of hyperspace, next go through the power settings and shut down the hyperdrive, after that open up the hyperdrive’s casing and look for a glowing red light on the inside of the left panel. After that just put everything back together, then turn the hyperdive back on, then go on your merry way.” Malachor said with a serious expression. “Alright, we should be exiting hyperspace soon.” Eric said checking the computer. “What do you have to say Ella?” I asked Ella with a curious expression. “I just want to inform you that Valrun will broadcasting our wedding to you, in case you’re still wanting to stay away from Equestria for a while, also tell Eric that the Empire isn’t going to bother this beautiful planet anymore, and the Jedi and Sith factions no longer exist, we’re solely just teachers and defenders of Equestria until death claims us.” She said with a smile. “I’m very happy for you and who’s Valrun?” I asked. “I’m Valrun, my real name is Valrun Zortec, the reason I always call myself Malachor is because I think that it suits me.” Valrun said with a sly grin.
“Well I’m happy for you all, but I still sense a greater threat somewhere that might do us harm someday. Secondly me and Rose here decided to start anew somewhere, but if she feels like she wants to return, that’s fine with me.” Eric said as he looked at me for my decision. “Where Eric goes, I go.” I said with a smile. “That’s fine, by the way, keep the Talon , consider it as a wedding gift from everyone, and we’ll miss you, just at the very least keep in touch from time to time, and don’t worry we wouldn’t want to force you to come back, you’re both adults and your lives are your own.” Flynn said with a soft smile. “Thank you all, We’ll return at some point, for now I feel as if we have just arrived on Dandoran.” Eric said as the ship exited hyperspace and a large planet appeared. It looked a lot like Equestria and felt more like home. “Well May the Force be with both of you, and may it make you strong in the times ahead.” Valrun said as he respectfully bowed and left the transmission with Ella, leaving only Flynn to speak to us. “It was nice to see you Father, Roseluck also left you Mother’s pendant on the dresser.” Eric said with a smile. “Thanks son, I hope you two have a great life together, and if you have any little ones, could you come and visit us from time to time?” Flynn asked with a sheepish expression. “Well all Rose and I can do is hope, but if we do, I know they’ll love to see their grandfather.” Eric chuckled at the end earning a smile from Flynn. “Good bye son, and May the Force be with you.” Flynn said as his hologram disappeared, signifying that the transmission was ended.
(Space over Dandoran, 3rd P.O.V)
As the Talon approached the planet of Dandoran, legends have said that an old Jedi temple was built here during the years of the Old Republic and was abandoned before the Clone Wars. “It’s so beautiful Eric!” Roseluck said as she gave Eric a small kiss on the cheek. “Glad you like it, I really hope that this place grows on us after a while.” Eric said as he ruffled Rose’s mane with his hand making her giggle. “I know what you mean, I hope that there aren’t too many dangers, just in case we did succeed in getting me pregnant.” Roseluck said as she looked at the planet below them. “Well, let’s take a look.” Eric said as he controlled the ship and descended into the planet’s atmosphere. After a few minutes they saw the surface with vast oceans and beautiful landscapes of forest, jungles, and swamps. Finding a decent landing spot, Eric landed the ship and turned off the hyperdrive to locate the tracking device. “Alright Rose, you can go out and look around while, I’ll deal with the tracking device.” Eric said as he grabbed his new lightsaber and headed into the engine room. “Okay, if I need you to come and help me, I’ll scream as loudly as I can.” Roseluck said when she found the control panel for the loading ramp and opened the hatch. Eric looked at the Hyperdrive panel casing he believed the tracking device was located and opened the lid and sure enough he found the red light Malachor was talking about. Pulling the device out, he deactivated it just in case for a later use.
Roseluck looked outside and saw the lush green forest and started her journey of exploration. “So beautiful and majestic.” Roseluck sighed as she inhaled and exhaled deeply, taking in the fresh air on the new planet. “This place is definitely a good place to settle down to raise a family.” Roseluck said as she continued to wander around in the forest. Eric was just placing the casing back on the hyperdrive and went to the cockpit to start up the hyperdrive once more, just after doing so he looked around the scanners to look for any settlements on the planet. “Huh, there is a settlement here, and big surprise it’s the old Jedi Temple ruins.” Eric said as he looked the screen and rolled his eyes. It wasn’t that Eric did not like the temples, but it would just bring memories of when the Jedi used to be plentiful. “Perhaps we should steer clear of the temple ruins, I really don’t want to be reminded of what I used to be.” Eric said as he began to walk towards the loading ramp to trail after Roseluck to make sure she was alright.
“Roseluck? You out here?” Eric called as he looked around the ship. “Where’d that mare run off to?” He asked himself as he continued looking around. Roseluck was starting to feel like she should head back to the ship, but the problem was that she didn’t know how to get back, so she decided to find a shelter to let Eric come looking for her. “Maybe this place should be easy enough to identify when somepony gets lost out here.” She said when she saw the ruins of what looked like an old building. Roseluck trotted up to the building and tried to find some kind of way in to make sure she doesn’t get wet or freeze in case the weather changed. She eventually found the entrance and went inside to find that entire place was full of darkness. “What is this place?” Roseluck asked as she tried to look for something to help light up the area. She found a some sticks and used her survival instincts to try and create a fire for the torch. After countless minutes of rubbing, the large stick ignited and her torch was complete. Roseluck looked around the building unsure of what it was suppose to be and felt really alone and scared of what could be lurking within the shadows. “What is this place, oh Eric please find me soon.” She said with tears coming to her eyes.
Not too far from the ship, Eric had been calling Roseluck for half an hour and still has yet to receive a response from her. “Alright, she’s probably lost, time to go find her.” Eric said as he started to run into the forest with his lightsaber on his belt. Trekking into the forest, Eric looked around constantly to find any sign of Roseluck. “I probably should have put that tracking device on that mare.” He sighed in frustration, but he’d never do it literally. Five minutes of searching had lead Eric to hoofprints in the mud, meaning Roseluck had been here. He began following the trail to where it lead him to the Jedi Temple. “Why here of all places?” Eric shook his head in disbelief as he stood toward the entrance of the temple. In every temple, the only way to access them was a Jedi must use the Force to find the way inside. Raising his robotic hand, Eric concentrated on the Force to open the temple. Slowly, the Temple walls facing the Jedi, began to slide to reveal a door leading inside the temple. Eric took no hesitation and walked inside the temple and activated his lightsaber for light. “Rose, are you in here, it’s me, Eric, you can come out now.” Eric said as he walked deeper inside the temple. He looked to see if his little lost mare had heard him, but all he could see was just light emitting from his lightsaber. As Eric went further in he heard the sound of whimpering. “Rose, are you okay, say something please.” Eric said starting to get frantic. He then arrived at a base of the temple and looked around and found Roseluck in a curled bawling her eyes with fear.
“Rose, Rose, Rose, look at me, it’s okay I’m here.” Eric said as he picked up his mare and held her tightly in his arms. “Eric, I’m so sorry, I’m sorry I wandered too far.” Roseluck apologized through her sobbing and clung onto her Jedi lover. “Babe it’s okay, you got lost and tried to find some place to take shelter from the weather, I should have given you a lesson on how to use communicators just in case you got lost, but now we know to never go anywhere without a method of communication right?” Eric said as he kissed and nuzzled his mare lovingly. Roseluck calmed down to the tender and soothing words of her Jedi and looked around. “So, where are we and what is this place?” Eric stood up and reactivated his lightsaber. “This place used to be a Jedi Temple, it was used during the Old Republic era, but was left abandoned ever since then.” Eric said as Roseluck stood up and followed close behind him. “What are temples used for?” She asked looking around and screamed when she saw a skeleton in a meditation position. “Woah, relax. Temples are used to keep knowledge for the Jedi and help padawans face their fears.” Eric explained as he looked at the skeleton. “These were masters whose padawans never made it out.” He said as he turned and picked up Roseluck in his other arm to carry her. “This place gives me the creeps, let’s get out of here.” Roseluck said in a slightly frightful tone. “You’re right, besides the only thing in there is the past.” Eric replied and carried Roseluck out the temple and deactivated his lightsaber. After reaching the surface, he held onto Roseluck as the door to the temple was sealed once more. “How did you get in there anyway, as far as we know you’re not Force Sensitive, are you?” Eric asked with curiosity in his voice. “No, I just found a crack in the temple and got inside.” Roseluck replied as Eric shook his head in disbelief once more. “Wow, that’s a first.” Eric said with a slight chuckle at how Roseluck managed to find her way into the Temple without using the front door.
The two walked back to the ship and just in time as a storm had began to accumulate around them with dark skies and a brisk breeze. The two managed to enter the ship right as the rain began to fall. Eric closed the landing ramp to keep the wind out and Roseluck looked outside to watch the rain fall around them.
(Roseluck’s P.O.V)
After escaping the change in weather, I watched the rain fall on the ship, but I then felt a little different like something unexplainable was occurring. I thought it was homesickness since I began to wonder how my sisters were doing. “I bet they’re miserable without me to poke fun at.” I giggled at the thought, but it did nothing about what I was feeling. “I miss them though, even if they are a pain in my flank from time to time.” I said with a sad sigh. Eric then returned to see me this way. “What’s gotten you down? The weather?” He asked trying to sound as playful as I get sometimes. “Not really, it’s just that I feel a bit homesick is all, it’ll pass after a while, don’t worry, I’ll be ok.” I said with a smile. “Hm, maybe or maybe it could be something else.” Eric said putting a finger on his chin and thought for a second. “Come with me, I think this ship has a medical bay.” He then motioned me to follow him. I got up and did so and followed him in a room with a table and some medical equipment. “Let’s see here, ah ha, here take this and just go to the bathroom, and bring me the cup for a sample, okay.” Eric said with a genuine smile. I only nodded in response and took the items he offered me and made a quick trot into the bathroom not too far away. After I used the bathroom, I made my way back to Eric. “I’ve got the sample, what now?” I asked as I gave him the items he gave me. “Ah excellent, let me just give it to this medical droid and it’ll complete procedure.” Eric said as the droid took the items and began to work on what was going on.
After a few minutes, the droid completed the data and handed Eric the small thermometer type object I used. Eric looked at it for a second and handed it to me as I was baffled for a second. “Just read the end of the test.” Was all Eric said as I looked to find a small plus sign on it. “What’s a plus supposed to mean?” I asked confused and looked at Eric. “The test showed a positive result.” The droid responded to me. “So I’m, I’m…” I stuttered with tears of joy coming to my eyes. “That’s right my delicate rose, you’re going to be a mother, and I a father.” Eric said with a smile. I felt so happy at that moment where I could just shriek with joy, but all I did was just give Eric a full fledged embrace with tears of joy streaming down my face. “We have to tell your father at some point, you do know that right?” I said into Eric’s ear. “I’ll tell him, but for now I just want to rest a little.” Eric said as we broke our embrace and walked off to go to sleep. “Okay, I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I said as I looked out at the calming rain outside. I looked down at my midsection and caressed it with my hoof. “You’re going to be a hoofful, but it’ll be worth it.” I said to the newly conceived foal now growing inside of me.

Hello Ponies and Beonies, Obsidian here to say that here it is, the final chapter to my Star Wars series and I hope you all enjoyed it as much as me and Randblitz had making this. But I've come to a decision whether or not to make a trilogy and a third installment. You may PM me or comment whether or not to continue the series. Minor Announcement
Hello Ponies and Bronies, Obsidian here with a slight announcement. After some thought and multiple requests from some and some interesting ideas, I've decided to go for a trilogy of the Star Wars series. The first chapter will be worked on and ideas will come later but I really hope you all would enjoy and support like you have for the past two stories.
