Big Mac, the Mane 6, the Mane 6's husbands, and the CMC were in the waiting room of the Ponyville hospital. Suddenly, the sound of a mare screaming filled the room. "Oh my gosh! Was that Fluttershy?!" Scootaloo gasped.
"No, it's just Big Mac," Soarin stated. Big Mac had started to freak out and walk around the room murmuring to himself until the nurse came in.
"Mr. Apple, your wife has just given birth to three healthy babies. Two are colts and one is a filly" the nurse proclaimed. Big Mac sprinted through the doorway and galloped to his wife's room.
"Big Mac! I'm over here!" Fluttershy yelled. Big Mac looked around and noticed he had sprinted right past the room. He quietly entered the room and gasped.
"They're... beautiful," Big Mac whispered as if he were having his breath taken away. One of the colts had a yellow coat and a pink and red mane that neatly fell unto his forehead in a stylish manor. The other colt had a red coat (like Big Mac) and a yellow mane that went along both sides of his head. The filly had a pink coat and a orange mane that looked like a mini version of her mother's mane. " I want to name the yellow one Little Jack!" Big Mac exclaims.
"Why?" Fluttershy asked.
"When I look at the green of his eyes, I see Applejack," Big Mac explains. Fluttershy looked down at her son and saw the Element of Honesty's face.
"That makes sense. What about the other colt?"
"Hmmm, Applebuck!"
"Why?"
"Well, when I was a colt I always wanted a brother. And I wanted his name to be Applebuck. He actually looks like the brother I imagined I would get. I mean, I got Applebloom, but she's not so bad." Fluttershy giggles and nods her head in agreement. "What about the filly?" The filly's head turned to the open window at a cloud and giggled.
"Cloud?" Fluttershy answered unsurely.
"Cloud?" Big Mac grunted unhappily. "Sounds a little plain."
"Ugh, I know!" Fluttershy grumbled. A breeze blew into the hospital room unto the filly who giggled as the breeze tickled her.
"Cloudbreeze! We'll call her Cloudbreeze!" Fluttershy answered proudly. Big Mac smiled, nodded, and looked down at his children.
"Little Jack, Applebuck, and Cloudbreeze," Big Mac repeated.
"Looks like your the father of three ponies now," Fluttershy stated.
"Oh boy," Big Mac grumbled. These three new ponies weren't the only new additions to Equestria though. Far to the north, beyond the Crystal Empire in the artic, Sombra had awoken.
"Ugh, I'm not going to live forever," Sombra grunted. "I need a heir!" Sombra summoned a giant crystal and cut it into the shape of a young filly and a young colt. "Now all you two need are names. Hmmmm, Shade and Shadow! Yes, such evil names for the most evil of twins!" Sombra laughs evilly. The stone skin turned into a pony coats as the two young ponies began to walk around. Sombra turned into smoke, gathered his children, and flew to the Crystal Empire. After capturing the Crystal Ponies, Sombra placed mind control armor over their bodies. With entire army, a kingdom, and two heirs to the throne, Sombra victoriously shouts, "Sombra, Shadow, and Shade shall rule Equestria in Darkness!"
