Fluttershy, well respected in Ponyville for her status as the element of kindness and her charitable work around town, has always secretly prided herself on her efforts to make Ponyville, and the rest of Equestria, a better place. But like any town, Ponyville isn't perfect, and the citizens, like anypony else, aren't perfect and can sometimes be just a tad unfriendly. Fluttershy understands this. And that's why she strives everyday to do her part to make sure everypony can play nice with each other.
