Twilight sparkle looked up; she had been reading almost all day, well she was done with the book now.

"So...Twilight," Rarity said as she looked away from the window to talk to her friend

"when you bumped into Flash what was going through your mine?" Rarity said with a teasing glare on her face.

"DID YOU WANNA KISS HIM?" Pinkie ask turning in her seat to talk to the purple alicorn, Twilight blushed,

"Gal," Apple jack said looking at Pinkie pie, "y'all need ta shimmer down."

Pinkie's dark cherry mane flattened and she looked down, "sorry Twilight."

Twilight smiled, "it's ok Pinkie I forgive you."

Pinkie's mane popped back to normal she smiled happily and turned around.

The train came to a stop "Arriving in Ponyville!" the conductor's voice rang through out the train.

"oh i'm so happy where home," Flutershy said as she adjusted her saddle bag "Angle must miss me so much."

Rainbow dash smiled, "I hope the next daring doo book is out." Dashed said getting her saddle bag out of the compartment above her seat.

After she and her friends got off the train Twilight walked straight home. She had a lot of work to do, well really the only work she had to do was re-reshelf the book shelf she reshelved yesterday, and maybe wonder about flash. That was most important.

did he like somepony else? Was he married? Did he have a family? So many things went threw her mind.

"Spike could you re-reshelf the shelves for me?" Twilight asked walking up the stairs to her room,

"I have a splitting  head ache and I am too third." She  left spike to do all the work.

Flash sentry  looked out the window of his room in the Crystal empire. He found himself wondering so much about Princess Twilight lately. how was it he could bump into her twice when the castle was so big?  It must have been fate or maybe it wasn't...

Suddenly a knock sounded on his bed room door and a young girl's voice rang loudly, "Hey Flash, you ready to go to lunch? I'm starving." Flash smiled, his little sister Ember could be so sarcastic.

"Coming Em!" Flash said walking away from the window to get the door; the second it was open. Ember Flare greeted him

"I'm so glad we could finely find the time from our busy jobs to have lunch together!" Ember's voice was so full of joy that Flash could feel it, there was always that weird thing with Ember, it was like she was out putting joy to all around her, kind of like magic.

Flash started thinking about Princess Twilight again, he remembered her blushing every time they ran into each other. Maybe I should try to talk to her next time.' the last time that happened, he secretly wished it to happen again so he could talk to the lovely mare.

"Flash why are you going in that direction? The stairs are this way." Ember said grabbing his wing and directing. him to the right.

It took Flash a minute to realise he was going to the left, then he realised that Ember was giving him a questioning look. "Whats wrong Flash?" Ember said as she began walking down the stairs.

"Oh nothing sis," Flash said following Ember "just got distracted." Ember smiled

"by what, Princess Twilight?" Flash hopped Ember could not see him blushing.

"Yeah, that's what I thought." Ember smiled.

After her lunch with Flash Sentry, Ember walked home, it was great seeing her brother after so long; though he mostly said nothing, must be thinking about Princess Twilight Ember sipped the last of her root beer and put the to-go cup in the trash.

Maybe there was a way to get Flash to tell Twilight how he felt about her. Well Ember would just have to think on that one, maybe if she went to ponyville and asked the princess's five friends more about her.

Ember walked off the train; taking in every square inch of ponyville. The town had a beautiful glow to it that made her heart sing.

"This place is prettier the the Crystal empire by a lot." Ember said to herself as the sweet aroma of cakes, cookies, and all other kinds of treats, Ember followed the smell to a little bakery called 'sugarcube coroner' she walked in and the little belle on the door rang, signaling her arrival.

"hello you must be new in town." A light cherry pink earth pony stood behind a counter and waved her over.

"I just got off the train." Ember said kindly "this is my first time in pony-"

The pink pony cut her off "OMG YOUR FIRST TIME? HERE HAVE A WELCOME CUPCAKE!" Ember jumped back in surprise at the pink pony's change of volume.

"Oh sorry I didn't mean to scare you," the pink pony said with a smile "my name is Pinkie Pie, what's yours?"

Ember smiled and took the small treat Pinkie offered her.

"My name is Ember Flare."  She said before popping the cupcake in her mouth.

"Welcome to ponyville Ember," Pinkie pie stepped out from behind the counter "come along, I want you to meet my friends." the pink pony said as she walked over to a table to great 4 other ponies

"do you know Princess Twilight?" Ember asked as she followed Pinkie pie

"oh yes, Twilight is one of my best friends," Pinkie answered, "I'm afraid she was not able to come to our little meeting." Pinkie said as she got a chair for Ember.

"Ember I wan't you to meet my friends fluttershy, Rarity, Apple Jack, and Rainbow dash." Pinkie said nodding to her friends one by one,

"Girls this is Ember Flare, she is new to ponyville and I am going to be her guide." Pinkie's friends smiled and waved as Ember sat down to join them

"I just got off the train and I already like it better then the Crystal empire." Ember said remembering her mission.

"can you 5 keep a secret?" Ember asked  looking each of them hard in the eye,

"Crouse our heart hope to fly or stick a cupcake in our eye." All five of them said nodding,

Ember smiled "good because I am trying to get my brother Flash Sentry to tell princess Twilight how he feels for her." Ember said softly so no other pony at any other table could hear her.

"Oh so he dose like Twilight." Rarity said returning the whisper;

Ember nodded. "Ok here is the plan." Ember said leaning closer to the others...
