Scootaloo was sweating, she was so nervous. 'Why am I scared?! I have hung out with her so many times! Why?! Why, I even participated in the Sister Hooves Social with her! I guess, it might be because I'M the one teaching HER something! Oh, yeah I think that's it!' She thought, scolding herself. She paced back and forth, back and forth, waiting for Rainbow Dash to fly over that cloud, all superior looking, like she was Celestia herself. She wondered if she was actually coming. ' She probably has better things to do anyway...' Scootaloo thought, but then, bursting a cloud as her entrance, she appeared. The sun was shining through the hole in the cloud she was hovering in and all around her, making her look like an angel. Scootaloo smiled, staring at her as she flew down.

"So, why'd you wanna meet up?" Asked Rainbow.

"Because, remember? I was gonna, teach you to uh... scooter?" Scootaloo said, wincing.

How could she have forgot?! Scootaloo thought.

"..." Rainbow stared at her, making an awkward breathing noise.

Scootaloo winced again, and then jumped a bit when Rainbow spoke.

"Scoots, you're gonna teach me, teach me, the great Rainbow Dash, to scooter? Did you forget who you're talking to?! I bet this will be a breeze, Heh, there's nothing, N-O-T-H-, um, however you spell that, that I can't do. I love yah kid, but... sometimes you forget who you're talking to," she said, making Scootaloo blush, and then fall over, blushing even more at her silly movements.

Scootaloo began to sweat again and rubbed her flank, because it hurt from her falling onto it, and then squeezed her tail, looking up at Rainbow. She stared, and stared for what seemed like hours, and Rainbow finally returned her gaze. Rainbow Dash stood in silence for a moment, rocking back and forth, looking at Scootaloo.

"I didn't say you couldn't teach me!" She said, breaking the silence.

"Oh! Okay, I'll go get my scooter!" Scootaloo said, sitting up and running to her house as fast as she could, leaving a cloud of dust behind her.

Rainbow Dash smiled and rolled her eyes.

Scootaloo returned, panting. She had the scooter on her back.

"Uh... why didn't you just you know, ride it over?" Asked Rainbow.

"Oh... I uh, guess I just was excited." She replied, dropping the scooter onto the ground, blushing once more.

'Come on Scootaloo! You look like an idiot!' She thought, scolding herself again.

"Well, lets get started then, shall we?" Asked Rainbow, taking a step forward.

"Yeah!" Scootaloo burst, feeling excited again.

They walked over to a flat part of the park, and Scootaloo set down the scooter. She stood on her hind hooves, and held on to the middle handle of the scooter. She moved it toward Rainbow, and she looked at it, then took it.

"You have to stand on your hind hooves." She told Rainbow.

Rainbow stood up, and stumbled a little bit, but then re-gained her balance. She grasped the handle, holding it tight.

"Now, you stand on the scooter." She said, grinning up at her.

Rainbow stared at the scooter. She watched it wobble. She began to sweat, but then whipped it away so Scootaloo wouldn't see.

"Uh... Scoots, it looks a bit unstable. I think it's got a lose screw or something." She said, as an excuse.

Scootaloo examined it, top to bottom. She then looked up at Rainbow. Rainbow smiled weakly down at her.

"It's fine, stand on it," she said, rolling her eyes this time.

Rainbow gave it one more look, and then stood on it. It rolled under her a little bit, but then when she put her other hoof on it, it stabled. She was leaning over, gripping on to it, tightly.

"Now, you take your right back hoof, and push forward with it." Scootaloo instructed.

Rainbow looked down. She didn't move. She didn't move for 3 whole minutes.

"Uh, aren't you gonna tr-" Scootaloo was cut off by a crash.

Rainbow was on the ground. She had tried to push off, and then she fell. She was under the scooter, the wheel turning on her head, her back hooves up in the air, her head against a tree, and a scrape on her left, front, hoof (which was under her, along with her right hoof). Her tongue was also sticking out, bleeding, because she had bit it.

'Ugh... do I have a concussion?' Thought Rainbow. She sat up, rubbing her head, looking at the smirk on Scootaloo's face. She blushed.

"This scooter! There's... something wrong with it!" Rainbow said, an obvious excuse for her failing.

Scootaloo was holding back a laugh, but she felt a scratch on her throught, and coughed. This also released the laugh. She laughed so hard, her wings fluttered, lifting her into the air, cough-laughing. Rainbow blushed harder, and she wanted to barf at the same time. She looked up at the hacking Scootaloo, she wanted to take the scooter and throw it at her, but she knew that would hurt her. She didn't want to do that.

"You... you! Hahahahhahahahhaa!!!! HAH! *cough* *cough*" Scootaloo laughed, tears in her eyes.

"Oh look, I'm the great and powerful Rainbow Dash *cough* and I can't even, *cough* SCOOTER! Hah HA hahahaahaa! This is gonna be a breeze *cough* Scoots! Hahahhaha!" Scootaloo mocked, rolling on the ground.

Rainbow sat up, looking at the filly. She wanted to kick her or something. She lifted up her hind hoofs, getting ready to do so.

Your better than this... She thought, and put her hoofs back on the ground. She sat back down, and began to feel queasy. She then leaned over, and barfed. Scootaloo stopped laughing, coughed one more time, and sat up. She made a sick looking face, covering her mouth with a hoof, and then looked Rainbow in the eyes.

"I think I have a concussion..." said Rainbow Dash.

"Well, then we should get you to the hospital," sighed Scootaloo.

Rainbow Dash awoke in a bed, and all too familiar one. She was in the hospital, and her friends were all standing around her. She looked at each one of them, a concerned look on their faces, except Scootaloo. She was smiling. Rainbow stared at her.

"What the hay happened?! Are ya'll okay?" Asked AppleJack.

Rainbow ignored her and kept staring at Scootaloo. She looked back at her, and then she flinched. She flinched again, and then stuck both of her hooves in her mouth. All the others looked at her, and shook. She then released her laughter, and fell onto Rainbow's bed. She laughed hard again, and Rainbow Dash sighed and rolled her eyes, as Scootaloo's filled with tears of laughter.

It's not much of a comedy, I just put it because of how funny Scootaloo finds this. You know, laughing makes others laugh, so maybe you found this funny too. x3
