Chapter 1: Lost in a winter's storm

It was a cold windy day,

Frostfire got out of bed and went to the bathroom. He sighed and reflected upon his past memories. He remembered the fun days that he had in the past. He wished he could have stayed in ponyville, lived a fun life, flew in the sky with all the other pegasi, but no... he HAD to move here... to this cold frosty and lifeless town. If only he could have stayed,

He looked out the window and saw it was snowing. He stepped outside, and went for a fly,

Frostfire soared through the air at high speeds. For the first time in months, he felt alive, happy and well.

Minutes past and then he realised that he was lost. He couldn’t retrace his footsteps because he had flown here. It was extremely cold outside and he was freezing. Frostfire flew forward for a few minutes and he saw a small light from afar.

He flew as fast as he could over to the small speckle of light and he saw a village. He landed on the ground to give his wings a break, then he trotted over to the village and entered a small house where he then saw a young filly sleeping on a couch. The young filly screamed as loud as she could! A couple seconds after Frostfire realised what was going on, a tall black stallion rushed through the kitchen door and levitated a knife up to Frostfire’s throat. Frostfire was in complete shock, then felt a sharp pain in his chest. He looked down and saw a cleaver lodged in his chest. He then fainted and fell on the floor.
