FUCK!” the doctor next me, a male pony with a white mane stabbed a needle into my arm, which was mangled and twisted every which way
“what the fu-“my vision suddenly blurred again and I passed out. W-what’s that sound “… please be ok… you have to be…” I wondered who this cry person could be the voice was feminine but I can’t remember who it is, let’s try opening my eyes, my vision blurred but slowly focused as I starred at the grey hospital wall “that’s right, I’m in a hospital” I whispered to myself
I looked over to my right to see a young mare sitting next to me with her head crying on my arm somehow now fixed. She looked up “you’re ok… oh my Celestia you’re ok!” she jumped on me, though this made me smile I did not know who she was, she was very light blue her mane was light green “twist, I thought you were dead” “two questions, who are you? And who am I?” her jaw dropped, she starred at me as if I had just murdered her family. “it’s me” she said with a half-smile “stop joking, I was actually worried there for a minute” I simply starred at her with a serious expression as her smile faded she said “its me… don’t you remember me” as she finished talking a doctor walked in and smiled “I see your calmed down and awake” the strange mare ran out of the room crying
“whoa, what’s wrong?” he said with a quizzical look on his face “I don’t know, I don’t even know who that is, she was just crying on my arm when I woke up” he starred at me for a moment and then spoke “if I may speak unprofessionally for a moment, dude that was your girlfriend”
I stared at him in shock “shit, I probably just broke her heart… but I don’t even know who she is…” I turned my head to look at the wall on my left feeling the guilt seep into my body
“ I do believe her name was Mist Chaser” I rolled over to look at him “ damnit! I’m such an idiot! Do you think there’s anything I can do?” he smiled and said “ I’d start by chasing her down” he pulled out the IV from my arm then pushed open the door and pointed down the hallway. As I galloped past him I yelled my thanks then focused on weaving around all the nurses and patients till I found the exit. I saw her sitting on the floor in the corner looking down, she saw my shadow and looked up, her eyes were red there were dark lines where tears had once been. I starred at her for several moments, what should I do? What should I do? I couldn’t think so I leaned in and hugged her. She hugged me back crying into my shoulder
“I thought you would leave me… I thought you would never remember me…” I starred at her “I still don’t” she starred back at me more tears beginning to form “please don’t cry, I just… I-I... just think of this as a chance to start our love again!”
she stopped crying and starred into my eyes, before I could begin to process what was happening she had her lips against mine, my heart began to race and she pulled away and I looked at her a smile on my face she looked back at me with amazingly bright green eyes and spoke “I love you”
