“You mean to tell me that you haven’t set aside any money to rebuild the town hall?” Sunset ask Mayor Mare as they stand in front of the town hall that thanks to Derpy accidentally causing lightning to strike it, is now badly needs to have repairs done to it.

“No, the money went to other things,” Mayor Mare said uneasy under the stare of Sunset.

“Like what?” Sunset ask.

“It was used for the town’s Hearth's Warming Eve celebration,” Mayor Mare said.

“Throwing a large festival to improve yourself so that you can win the votes to keep your job,” Sunset said glaring at Mayor Mare. “That’s just bad management of funds.” (1)

“Well, it’s a mistake but we still need to repair the town hall,” Mayor Mare said.

“And you’re expecting me to pay the bill because you have no idea where to get the money,” Sunset said to Mayor Mare.

“Well… yes,” Mayor Mare said.

“How come you’re the mayor when you have done just about nothing since I been here? That’s the best idea you have, me paying the bill because you misspent the budget?” Sunset asked.

“Well there’s Applejack who can bring in money from the Equestrian Rodeo in Canterlot,” Mayor Mare said.

“So you’re going to ask her to donate the prize money? And what does she get out of it?” Sunset asked.

“Hmmmm….,” Mayor Mare said thinking and coming up with nothing.

“Just as I thought,” Sunset said.

Later -

At the train station where Applejack is leaving for the big rodeo, the town is giving her a big send off. Mayor Mare managed to get Applejack to agree to donate the prize money to rebuild the town hall. And Sunset made it worth it for Applejack to do it.

“Ok if you win the amount of money you bring in will be taken away from the debt of the farm and a write off for the taxes,” Sunset explains to Applejack.

“Yes brings lots of money,” Mayor Mare said.

“And keep me having to any for the repairs thanks to Mayor Mare mismanagement of the town’s funding. And save her from having to work it off,” Sunset said.

“What it off?” Mayor Mare asked.

Sunset made an illusion of Mayor Mare pushing a giant wheel of pain. Naked and wearing a collar connecting to the wheel. The wheel is a grain wheel and Sunset in the illusion is pouring more grain into the mill and used a riding crop to smack Mayor Mare’s butt and making her turn the heavy wheel by herself.

“You’re going to chain me to a mill wheel, naked and spank me?” Mayor Mare asked blushing.

“Well not me all the time, but you’re going to be working it off one way or another,” Sunset said.

“Don’t worry Mayor Mare, I’ll keep that from happening. Or my name’s…” Applejack phased thinking of a name.

“Crappyjack,” Applejack said before she realized what she just said. “Hey!”

“Well I’ll be bringing back that prize money, wait and see,” Applejack said.

“Crappyjack how’s the quota?” Sunset ask Applejack who is bagging the flour.

“We’re almost done,” Applejack grumbles.

Behind her Mayor Mare, naked is turning a mill wheel by herself, not the big and heavy one that Sunset wanted but is still hard work for her. Her butt cheeks are red from the paddling that the Shadowbolts have been giving her as they take turns watching her work off the debt.
