looking back

here we are now on our shaky legs

can barely move a bone

weary of the journeys we all once led

now were resting here at home

do you recall the first day we met

the day that changed our lives

fills me with joy when we became friends

it was the best day of my life

I remember all the ones we came across

the ones who were scared or kind of lost

heaven knows where they are now

I just hope they figured it out

I just want all of us to remember

we are all in this together

now on our last legs we all stand

remembering times of the past

the adventures we made will come with us

so when its time to go don't be sad

I know there's struggle in saying goodbye

and we don't want to leave each others side

but the time will come for all of us

lets just enjoy the rest of the ride

lets all remember the changes along the way

the ones that made us who we are today

they will remember these six ponies

in hopes they carry on the story

we can encourage some when we pass

teach them not to go so fast

in the end we stand for all

we all stood against the fall

let us live on in the memories

of those who will be remembering

its sad to think well soon be gone

after the incredible life we lived along

now its time for the last goodbye

and so well say with one last breath
