Chapters Empress of Flame 4: The burning truth
All these years were adding up to this moment. The final day. The final fight. Twilight remembered way back when. The Time she should have expressed feelings for sunset. She remembered when she was to late to do so.
Daydream was really enraged. She was ready to take Adagio and Aria on.
"If you fight me you will lose." Adagio says as her fins started to glow with magic.
"Then I guess we will see if your right~!" Daydream Shimmer flew right at Adagio tackling the large reptile right through one of the castle walls. Daydream thrust her hands outwards creating a portal that she and Adagio went flying into the portal to the human world. Just as she went flying through Twilights eyes opened. Daydream and Adagio went flying into a wall on the other side of the portal. Adagio was now a half siren half siren form. While Sunset was in her form not yet seen in the human world. Daydream had a beautiful white dress and some golden leggings. Her wings were burning bright. Daydream growled loudly and her face turned briefly back to her demonic look but then back to the kinder looking face of Daydream.
"Your unstable...Your still that monster down deep." Adagio said as she slowly started to float up in the air. Her hair starting to flow as magic was flowing through her body. "you want to fight me in a world I rule. your in for one hell of a fight~!" Adagio held out her hands in a way that was luring. "come on sweetheart lay down your fight and join me." Adagio grinned and started to float towards Daydream. Daydream was almost convinced. She decided to let this luring siren get a little closer. Adagio slowly approached her legs dangling as she floated towards her. Adagio reached her and placed a hand under her chin. "Listen to the sound of my voice. Listen to me you don't have a choice. Lost in yourself you feel that you will fall. If you fail you will be forgotten and lost if you win you save the day~!" Adagio began to sing. "Don't listen to anyone but me I'm the one who knows what your meant to be. Feel don't conceal let it outtttt" Adagio held her note briefly. "We all have lost thing given thing to be where we are......" Daydream put a hand on Adagios lips to interrupt her. Daydream then started to sing her own serenade.
"My mind's a kaleidoscope, it thinks too fast. Blurs all the colors 'til I can't see past. The last mistake, the choice I made. Staring in the mirror with myself to blame. Sometimes I'm afraid of the thoughts inside. Nowhere to hide inside my mind." Daydream sang loudly as she did the people that followed under Adagio's rule started to come outside in confusion. Almost as if Daydream was setting them free. "I'm scared that you'll compare and I'll look a lifetime past repair. I second guess myself to death, I re-solicit every step. What if my words are meaningless? What if my heart's misleading this? I try to capture every moment as it comes to me. Bottle up the memories and let them keep me company" Daydream started to float up higher in the air as rays of light started peering though the dark clouded sky. "When the hope of morning starts to fade in me
"I don't dare let darkness have its way with me.....And the hope of morning makes me worth the fight. I will not be giving in tonight." Daydream sang as she now looked down upon Adagio who was beginning to feel threatened. "When I'm old and grey, or thirty, or whatever happens first, I'll need you to reassure me I didn't waste a verse. Or worse, what if my life's work is reduced to just myself
Like never let you get a word in, while I dissect my mental health." she sings as she places her a hand on her own temple. Her singing quickly cut short was Adagio's eyes turned red and she had a sharp object in her hand. Adagio teleported with sound and in moments she had stabbed Daydream right in the chest. Daydream was cut of guard and was unable to stop it. Daydream Was dying and she started to fall to the ground. She hit the ground a crowed of people quickly surrounding her. Adagio floated down and landed by her. She was quickly grabbed by the crowed of people who were clearly no longer under her spell. they pinned her to the ground to take care of her. Daydream now lay by herself on the cold ground. This is when Twilight sparkle came through the still formed portal. Twilight saw Daydream or aka Sunset shimmer. She rushed over to her and quickly held her in her arms.
"Sunset nononon what h-happened." Twilight said as she saw the blood pooling on the concrete ground. Adagio being defeated not far away by the ones she had controlled for so long.
"T-twilight y-your alive" Daydream started to turn back to her regular form as she was dying.
"Sunset let me get you out of here." Twilight said as she tried to pick her up. Sunset shook her head as if to say no as the portal was obviously closing as she was dying.
"n-no twilight the portal is closing. Y-you need to go." she placed a hand on Twilights cheek as tears streamed down her cheeks. "I never wanted to hurt you I just loved you." sunset said as a small stream of blood came from her mouth.
"Sunset I let you down to many times I have to get you out of here~!" Twilight said as she cried into sunset chest. "Sunset I love you I'm sorry I never let you know but I love you I love you." Twilight held her hands.
"I l-l-love you tooo" she starts to cry deeply. "I love you so.......much...go.." sunsets eyes started to close as she went limp the portal started to overload as it was going to close.
"Nnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sunset nooooo please don't be gone nooooo." Twilight screamed
"Celestia, I can't believe this all has come down to this." Her and Celestia were following the burning trail Empress had left behind. They were on the mission end this.
"Nopony ever saw any of this coming. I remember when I first met Sunset Shimmer. I knew she would make change in Equestria. I never imagined that it would be this." Celestia let out a sigh as the made it tot he end of the trail. Empress of Flame standing not far away from them. Twilight couldn't help but remember that face. Then she remembered the kiss. Twilights eyes busted into a bright light as the memory came to her.
"You must think this is only about Equestria. You must truly believe this is all I want." Empress claps her hooves together.
"W-what are you talking about?" Twilight said as she began to grow confused. Empress then clapped her hooves three time. This teleported the Mirror into the room. She smiled as she thrusted her hoof forward. Magic then shoved Twilight through the portal of which was still sparking and heating up. Empress flew in after her, the portal started to spark more after her entrance. Twilight slowly opened her eyes as she looked down at the cold concrete ground below her. She had successfully made it through to the other world. She turned her hand over to see her purple palm was covered in a black ash. Twilight slowly raised her gaze to see a burning tank and ash raining from the sky.
"Don't you just love what I've done to the place. You were right when you said this world wouldn't survive if it had to face a powerful force." Empress chuckled as several transformed people flew down. They had changes much like snips and snail had when they were forced into demon forms.
"Why, how could you do this?!" Twilight felt tears swell in her eyes.
"Simple really, They sided with you in my defeat. Soooo in turn they perish under my rule." Empress said as she used her hands to help Twilight to her feet. "They fight really hard, In fact the fight is still going. LET US GET A FIRST CLASS VIEW!" Empress spread her wings as she grabbed Twilight by the shoulders. She quickly flew up. Twilight let out a scream as she was dragged into the sky. She wanted to fight back for this world but was magic less so she couldn't.
"Put me down, There is no need for this. You don't have to do any of this!" Twilight yelled trying to convince the demon to stop. Ash and soot was now plastering on Twilights clothes. Also this was leaving dark marks on her face. Empress landed on top of Canterlot Highs roof. and pointed out to a row of tanks and military fighting against demonized humans. One tank slowly started to aim at Empress.
"See this is the pain you have caused this world. this is the pain you have caused Sunset. This is me putting an end to it!" Empress yelled for she did not notice the approaching attack on herself. Twilight on the other hand did. The tank fired and was heading straight for twilight, Empress saw this and her eyes immediately changed to Sunsets eyes. Only momentarily. Empress put up a hand out and the shell of the shot fires stopped right infront of Twilights face. "You never fire at HER!" Empress threw the bullet back at the tank, destroying it. Then Empresses eyes returned and That small reminisce of Sunset was gone.
"See, right there. Empress there is still good left in you. Sunset is that good!" Twilight said trying to use words against Empress. Empress quickly turned twilight around as she locked hand with Twi.
"You know I'm starting to see why She was so attracted to you." A deep and demonic purr escaped Empresses throat. Empress placed one of her clawed hands on Twilights stomach. Her hand glowed and it burned the top Twilight was wearing clean off. Without burning of Twilights Bra or burning Twilights skin. Twilights eyes widened at the Empresses sudden change in attitude.
"Stop! You cant just....." Twilights eyes widened more as Empress kissed Twilight on the neck. Twilight felt a warm tingly sensation serge through her body in response to the demonic and fiery kiss. Twilight couldn't help but like that feeling.
"I believe your body says otherwise." Empress said as her fangs slightly scratched Twilight on her neck. "You Princess Twilight are the reason this is all happening. Why not become a part of it?"
"NO, I will not fall victim to your cruel joke!" Twilight tried getting out of the grasp of Empress. "You will not succeed in your plan! The magic of friendship will defeat you. All of these people all of the ponies in Equestria will unite as one. They will defeat you." Twilight smiled as she spoke her words of friendship. Empresses hair began to flicker more rapidly like a raging fire. She was now getting agitated.
"If that was true they would have won already, so enough of your fake wisdom." Empress turned Twilight around so she could look her in the eyes. Empress placed a claw in-between the divider of both bra cups. She quickly cut it with one curl of her finger. Twilight quickly caught it so it wouldn't fall.
"Your in denial Empress, you know I'm right. You know that they will stand no chance if I were to side with you. That is your only reason for tying to tempt me." Twilight said as she held her bra to her chest. Empress then brought Twi closer to her.
"Oh really? Is that what you truly believe?" Empress laughs only to slowly wipe a tear from her own eye. "My your soooo wrong Princess." Empress takes three claws and uses them to caress Twilight right cheek.
"Stop touching me!" Twilight tried moving her head away from the demonic hand.
"You want me to stop!" Empress starts to get even more aggravated. "Fine I'll respect you enough to not touch you with my hands." Empress then quickly locked her red lips with Twilights mulberry colored lips. A very hot sensation formed on Twilights lips that sensation then spread throughout her body and then resonated to be between her legs. Empress was trying her best to sway Twi to her side. Twilight wanted it to stop but she also didn't want it to. Twi then slowly began to kiss Empress back. Empress than slowly tried to get the bra completely off Twilight. Twilight then realized she was falling for Empress, she had to stop before she couldn't. Twilight then quickly pulled away from Empress and ran for the edge roof of the building. She slid to a stop when she saw the long fall. and the distance she had to jump if she wanted to make it into the portal from here. She had no choice not when she had a powerful Demon behind her. Twilight then turned around and then started her run for the edge again. She leaped
off, wind rushing through her hair. Empress taking flight not far behind her. Twilight felt like she was moving in slow motion as her legs barely caught the face of the statue that was the portal. The apparently malfunctioning Portal then sucked her the rest of the way through. She was thrown back into Equestria. She knew Empress would not be far behind her. She also knew that when Empress came through that portal Equestria may have it's final stand.
Twilight knew that this was a similar situation. This time on the other hoof it would be the final stand. The end of the Empress of Flame.
"Well would you look who decided to join the party. Princess one." empress said as she looked into Celestias eyes. She slowly looked over at Twilight. "and princess number two."
"Empress this has gone on way to long. It's time after six years that you fall and you fail. You have caused enough damage...You have made your point. Let go of the past and let Sunset Shimmer go." Twilight said as she spread her wings slowly.
"Let her go. Why don't you let her go... IHAD HER FIRST~!" Empress shouted as her mane started to move like an aggressive flame. "She knew me way before she knew you. I should have been the one she would die for I should have been the one she loved. Instead....She let me die." Empress said as she closed her eyes in sorrow.
"she didn't leave you Empress. She didn't...Leave you.... Tiger lily." Twilight said as she started to make her way slowly towards Empress. Empress looked in her direction as her massive wings flinched back from the name.
"you weren't there you didn't feel my pain. Back away from me~!" empress shouted as she held a hoof out in Twilights direction. The hoof was glowing a bright red as she was ready to strike.
"no think back Empress think back to that walk~!" Twilight stopped walking as she shouted to her. Empresses eyes were filled with tears as her coat color and body stature started to change to the look of What Tiger lily looked like. Tiger lily had the darkest blue of eyes. Her wings were that of Empress. Her tail was long and flowing like Celestia's but similar colors to Sunset Shimmer. Tiger closed her eyes to remember back to the time of the walk.
Tiger lily was walking with Sunset Shimmer whom was on her way to be taught by Celestia once again today.
"S-so sunset, You take this way every single day, Wanna take a more daring rout?" The mare with the fire color mane asked as she hopped in front of Sunset.
"Tiger it's best we get to your mother as fast as possible. After all the sooner I'm done with this boring friendship crap the sooner I can get back to studying that mirror she showed me. Also the mirror she refuses to tell me the purpose of." Sunset said to her so called companion who was blocking her way.
"you never agree to anything I say...sooo please I know a shortcut through the Everfree." Tiger said as she smiled at sunset with a passionate smile. sunset looked over at the nearby. Sunset wasn't dumb she knew that the everfree would be definitely more thrilling of a walk.
"Alright Tiger if you absolutely insist I will head off with ya in that terrifying woods." Sunset started her way into the woods thus sealing the fate of the mare who was with her. It didn't take long to get lost in the woods. The darkness surrounding them was driving Tiger into a crying spree.
"I'm sorry I swear I knew where we were going." she wasn't slightly crying she was fully crying.
"Tiger don't apologize.. Stop crying your going to draw unwanted attention." Sunsets eyes widened as the unthinkable happened. They were both attacked by Timber wolves. sunsets head hit a rock as she fell so she could not help Tiger whos magic was very weak when she was scared. The Timber wolves were brutal as they were biting her eating her without killing her. The wolves took fifteen minutes to fully kill the mare. Luckily for sunset they had paid little to no attention to her after they were done with Tiger. Tiger lily had died without confessing her love for Sunset. Tiger believed deep down that Sunset purposely did not help her. That she let her die.
Tiger lily opened her eyes.
"you were right....sunset isn't my problem...." tiger lily smiled a little insane like.
"see now let her go." Twilight said as she reached out for her.
"but she still loves you Twilight....Your my problem." Sunsets mouth opened and a black mist jumped out and into twilight. Twilight was knocked to the ground as her body began to spark. She was violently turning into.....Midnight Sparkle. "Hahahahahahahahahhahahah now that my problem is now me. Lets take care of it shall we." Midnight waved a hoof and the everfree around her started to light on fire. "Come on Celestia. End me like you came here for. Or cant you now that Sunset isn't your problem." Midngiht thrust her hooves forward sending a wave of fire in Celestias direction Celestia used a shielding spell to [prevent the fire from burning her.
"empress of Flame... Midnight Sparkle. Tiger lily. My daughter." Celestia lowered her head. "This ends NOW." celestia made the shield disappear as she launched herself at the pony. She tackled her to the ground to immediately send a beam of magic into her daughters forehead. Empress was quickly getting close to death. But in some odd twist of fate she managed to launch Celestai off of her impaling her on a tree branch. Empress wobbled over to Sunset who She swore was dead. Sunsets eyes shot open as her eyes burtsed into a bright white light. A Red stripe forming around her eyes as she started to slowly float up. Midnight Sparkle knew this could only mean on thing. Sunset was limp as she began to float upwards. Bright lights appeared on her back and started to form the shape of huge crystal looking wings. They were made entirely of magical light as they flapped once. Sunset yelled out as a dress appeared upon her. Daydream shimmer had finally decided to come fourth......
"This has gone on long enough~!" Daydream said as she floated up and above Empress. "You have done nothing but cause harm for us, For Sunset Shimmer. Now is when I end it." Daydreams hooves started to glow in a golden flame. Midnight Sparkles hooves started to open up multiple portals as her hooves started to glow in a purple flame.
"I have only done what we wanted...What we fought for to begin with.. Before the good in me returned. Sunset is ours and that is how it will stay~!" Midnight flew at Daydream her hooves our and her wings flapping against the air hard. Daydream grabbed her by the hooves. This contact caused the whole surrounding trees for several miles to be plowed to the ground by an energy wave like no other.
"We wanted love.. We died we should have left it alone.. Do you not see my sweet yin we have caused complete imbalance. We were not meant to exist...We need to move on...It's time to let go.~!" Daydream said as a wave of magic resonated from her horn... "True magic comes from love and friendship...We let go of love..... We caused harm to sunset causing her to be rebirthed.. Let them live let her grow....Let her spread her good... She has a purpose...We lost ours." Daydream said as her eyes were golden colored entirely. Daydream spread her wings and Time around them began to slow.. "Let us change." The whole worlds time faze started to rewind and the time seemed to be reversing. Midnight was forced out of Twilight and placed back inside of Sunset.. Then everything went black.
"Sunset? Are you ok?" Twilight said as Sunset opened her eyes. Sunset looked around to see Twilight and her friends looking at her.
"You asked who flashy was?" Pinkie pie said as Sunset stood there confusion flowing through her.
"I d-did?" Sunset rubbed her Head. She had all these memories of things that had not happened yet. "You know what I don't need to know who Flashy is." She smiled "I already know... On the other hoof." She looked at Twilight. "That's not gonna stop me from doing this." Sunset put a hoof behind Twi's head and pulled her into a deep kiss. Her eyes flashing to empresses eyes momentarily. Empress still lived... But.. She was happy. Twilight was caught off guard but did not pull away from Sunset... She felt so warm inside.
"whoa, whoa." Rainbow said as she came between the two..... "are you alright Sunset...she basically told you she has a boyfriends and you come onto her like that?" Rainbow flapped her wings in a rather aggressive way. Sunset was not quite her friend yet so she was not willing to be all nice to her yet. Sunset looked at Rainbow.
"I k-know I know.. just I felt I needed to state my feelings. Before it would be way to late." sunset sighed as the vision of her turning to empress flashed in the depths of her mind.
"It's already tooo late...She's with Flash." Rainbows voice squeaked as Twilight used her magic to pull rainbow away from sunset. Twilight coughed.
"Sunset I d-didn't know you felt this way...R-rainbow is right about one thing.. I am with somepony...." Twilight said in a very kind voice. Her violet eyes staring at the light amber unicorn whom had kissed her.
"Can we be friend for now Twi...?" sunset said as she badly wanted to change the subject. Her heart was beating a million miles an hour as she felt her anger starting to rise from deep inside of her... The butterflies in her stomach had died and felt like they were rotting.
"Of course Sunset...Your my student...That doesn't mean we aren't friends." Twilight gave a soft smile as she went and gave Sunset a very soft and comforting hug. "Don't worry about what is to come...Focus on now." Twilight said as she fluffed her own wings slightly.. "I will always be here for you I promise."
I know you will always be here for me..." sunset cyan eyes look at her as she was embraced by her hug... "I'm only scared of myself." She giggled lightly. "soooo are we all gonna have that picnic then?" sunset said as she had to strain herself to remember what she had come here for.
"Of course we are. I just have to say hello to flash first then we will all go ok?" Twilight said with an awkward change in her smile. Sunset cringed at the name of her coltfriend.
"not a problem.....I cant wait till we embark on this friendship journey." sunset said as she was beginning to realize holding back the empress of flame may prove to be hard without Daydream.
Empress of Flame 4: The burning truth
After the picnic it didn't take Sunset long to find herself in her room at the crystal palace. The sun was near set and she was afraid to fall asleep later tonight. What if the dreams still happened. The ones of Empress. the ones that had brought her to her breaking point before. She placed her amber hoof on the covers of her bed. She smiled lightly as she imagined something that would calm her down. Sunset thought of the first thing on her mind. She imagined a purple mare laying in her bed with her wings of velvet spread. Somehow through all she had been through Twilight was enough to bring a warm feeling to her heart. Was it right for her to think this deeply of her? Sunset heard the sound of hooves hitting the crystal ground. The noise was headed her way. She looked back to see it was Twilight..
"h-hi T-twilight~!" Sunset said in an excited tone of voice.
"Listen Sunset about today. When you kissed me." Twilight seemed uneasy as she stood there.
"Yeah about that I am so soo....." sunsets words were cut short as twilight had tackled her onto her own bed her lips locked with hers. Sunsets eyes widened as she felt the tender lips of the princess upon her. Sunset wanted her to stop because she was in a relationship but a deep flame inside her was telling her no. Sunsets eyes turned black as she closed them kissing Twilight back. Once again Empress was shown in her eyes. Twilight did not see this due to the fact that she now had her eyes closed as well. The amber unicorn felt embraced by the mulberry shaded alicorn. Twilight slowly folded her wings. Her feathers lightly touch the curved sides of Sunset Shimmer. Sunset shivered as she felt the light touch of her feathers on her sides. Sunset had wanted this to happen for years...Was it truly what she wanted now? Twilight slowly pulled her lips off of sunset. A string of saliva still connected their lips for a moment. Twilight licked her lips breaking that connection. Sunset was breathing very heated breaths now as she looked back at twilight. Sunsets eyes were still black where they were supposed to be white. Twilight saw this and jumped back surprised. Those eyes looked familiar, she had seen them once before.
"sunset your eyes... What happened to them~!" Twilight stayed on the bed as she slowly reached over to Sunset. She was very intrigued by her eyes.
"They are a monsters eyes." sunset said turning her head away from twilight. Sunset calling empress a monster had sent a pain in her chest. As Twilight was about to speak sunset passed out from this pain. Sunset opened her eyes to see she was dreaming. Before her was the everfree forest. Sunset stood up and looked around.. She knew this spot. The trail to Canterlot was here. Sunset looked to her right to see herself walking down the path. A pony was next to her walking as well.

"The eyes of a monster huh?" Empress said as she hissed at Sunset.
"E-empress I d-didn't mean it." sunset said as she knew her name very well now.
"To late to take it back.." she chuckled as she grew to be much larger. Empress quickly bite at sunset and swallowed her
Sunset opened her eyes to see Twilight still above her. Twilight had a very concerned look on her face.
"sunset are you alright?" twilight said as she was beginning to think this was her fault.
"I'm fine Twilight.. I just have been under the whether a little bit. Been really strange since I returned here through the Portal." Sunset realized she had gone back in time...back when she came through the portal. Sunset remembered what had happened before. she closed her eyes to remember.
"We will have to see about that!" Empresses hooves began to glow in a cyan glow. She lifted her front hooves and she used magic through them to grab the flying princess. "Come down birdy!" Empress thrust her hooves down. The magic forced Celestia to slam into the ground. Celestia growled as she was plowed into the ground. She slowly stood up again.
"Sunset Shimmer I know your in there, Please my faithful student, please wake up. FFIGHT" Celestia shot a golden ball of energy at Empress. She only opened her mouth to swallow it. Empress smiled at Celestia and her faith in Sunset.
"Sunset is gone, She will never return!" Empresses wings spread as far as they could go.
"No your wrong, I know Sunset. When she loved something she would fight for it. TWILIGHT NEEDS HER, MORE THAN YOU!" Celestia said as her horn stopped glowing. "I will subdue for her return, I will not harm you and in turn hurt Sunset."
"Your foolish, Sunset has nothing to fight for, Twilight abandoned her when she needed her the most~!" Empress disappeared only to reappear beside Celestia. "Your crown is mine!"
"You don't understand. That portal is going to overload and kill us all anyways!" Celestiia yelled. "your magic essence has brought it to a breaking point."
"sunset if I'm confusing you I'm sorry." Twilight said as she slowly got off of Sunset. Twilight said after Sunset was done remembering.
"Twilight is the portal to the other world still here in the crystal Empire?" Sunset asked.. "Because we are in a load of trouble."

The portal and the otherworld
Sunset was not sure what exactly was coming. All she knew was that the portal was in really bad shape. It took a lot of talking but eventually sunset found herself looking into the portal. The massive beams holding the magical glass were getting very hot. The portal was not exploding yet. Sunset was confused as to how she could have so much darkness in her she was able to corrupt such a device.
“I have to go through.” Sunset said as her cyan eyes gazed over to Twilight and Celestia.
“Sunset, don’t you think that would be Dangerous?” Celestia said in the calmest voice she could mutter.
“I need to see the portals state from the other side.” Sunset said as she slowly looked over at Twilight. Her cyan eyes locked onto twilights more violet eyes. She couldn’t shake the taste of her mulberry lips from her head. Sunset had no doubt it was Empress whom was making her unable to forget. Sunset didn’t want Twi to object to her decision. So before another pony could utter a word Sunset went through the portal. The portal sparked a little upon her entry. The presence of empress still within her was enough to cause it to spark. Sunset felt sharp pains shoot through her portal as the transfer was way more painful then she had remembered. Instead of the rainbow colorful surrounding of the wormhole portal, Sunset was surrounded by the colors of black and Cyan. The color of the magic presence of empress, the transfer also seemed to be taking longer than it should have been. That was when Sunset saw the human world version of Empress appear before her. Her mind projecting her before her, Empress looked right into Sunsets equally cyan eyes. Empress licked one of her fingers as she slowly scratched the side of the wormhole walls. A scream was heard as the portals walls turned red. Empress slowly dissipated as sunset flew out the other end. Sunset flew out and slammed into a familiar Blue haired man. Flash Sentry was knocked to the ground with Sunset Shimmer now on top of him. She slowly looked up and their eyes met. Sunset blushed in embarrassment as she slowly got off of him. Sunset also quickly noticed her clothes were different then the last time she had crossed over here. She was wearing a blue dress under her leather coat now.
“S-sunset, I could have sworn you were never coming back... N-not after how you ran out of here crying your eyes out.” Flash said as he slowly got to his feet.
“Well don’t worry about it I’m not here for too long. I really just returned to check the state of this wormhole.” Sunset said in a way different demeanor then she had when she left here in the past.. or future. Whatever it could be considered after Daydream had reversed time.
“S-sunset you seem different… Must be the dress,” Flash coughed as he rubbed the back of his head. Sunset blushed again as he had mentioned her dress. Sunset shook it off and returned her attention to the portal. Sunset immediately sensed something was wrong. The entrance wasn’t as glossy as it should be for an active portal. Sunset reached for it but as she was about to touch it the bell rang. Flash sentry remembered how badly Sunset was tortured by the looks the people here would give her. Flash pulled her away and they both ducked behind a bush.
“H-hey why did you…?” Sunset yelled out as flash placed a hand over her mouth.
“Do you want everyone to find out you’re here at the end of the day? Remember how they treat you?” Flash said with a smile as he peeked over the bush to see his friends were headed this way. Flash signaled for her to stay put as he stood up and went to send his friends off in another direction. Sunset had nearly forgotten that Flash was the only one nice to her before she left. It didn’t take him long. Soon his friends were headed off in the other direction. He made his way back to her and reached a hand out to help her up.
“T-thanks Flash… If you hadn’t done that I presume it would have made my job much harder. Sunset figured the portal was fine as she turned to leave once again. Sunset face planted into the hard side of the stone statue. She didn’t go through any portal… The portal was closed. “T-the portal~!” Sunset said as she fell onto her rear. She scrapped her palms on the hard ground as she tried to not hurt herself when she fell. Blood came from her nose as she had hit her face pretty hard. Her eyes flashed the colors of empress momentarily as she felt rage begin to fill her insides. She could feel empress starting to come out, Though Sunset’s rage was cut short when she felt the caring hand and a soft tissue cover her nose.
“Tilt your head back.” Flash said as he held a handkerchief to her nose He had a worried look on her face as he looked at the portal. “What’s wrong Sunny?”
“The p-portal it’s fucking closed~!” sunset pulled her face away allowing her nose to bleed more. She buried her head in her arms. She mumbled something into her arms. Something Flash couldn’t register.
“Sunset, Don’t worry I’m sure it will reopen.” Flash said trying his best to comfort his EX girlfriend.
“So I have to wait another two years. Another thirty damn moons.~!” Sunset screamed as she stood up raising her arms into the sky. “I need to go home, I need to fix something before it is to late~!” Sunset said as instead of the rage building up inside of her fro Empresses use. She was venting it out immediately. It reminded her how powerful her voice was. Why when she yelled it usually got her what she wanted.
“Listen Sunset you’re a smart fucking cookie. Come with me and we will figure this out together.” Flash said holding out his hand to her again. “I don’t care if being by your side helping you ruin my reputation here forever. You’re my damn friend. Take my hand… Please.” Flash said as he lowered his head. Sunset had never seen this side of him before. Why would he choose friendship over his popularity? She bit her bottom lip as she slowly took his hand.
Empress of Flame 4: The burning truth
The situation had literally taken a turn for the worst. How was Sunset supposed to prevent what Daydream gave her a chance to fix if she was stuck here in this damn world? Sunset was walking the streets with Flash now. She was about to meet his parents, Again. She was filled with nothing but sadness. Twilight and Celestia had absolutely no way of contacting her now. The portal was going to blow in way less than three years, maybe a week if that. Sunset didn’t want to tell flash that his world and hers were doomed because she decided to walk through a portal with something evil inside her. Sunset knew she would have to tell him eventually. Leaving him in the dark felt so wrong. Both of their worlds were going to die now. All because she felt she had to see how the portal was on the other end. Clearly it was much worse than in Equestria. She now knew what Empress had done. She had planned this. She broke the life of the portal, she caused it to close. They eventually reached the house. Flash had his car pulled in the drive way.
“Sunset, I haven’t told them what you did at school. So don’t worry. No evil glares here.” Flash smiled. “Then again I would be in a nut house if I told my parents that my ex turned into a she demon.” He chuckled. “Knowing my dad he would tell me that all girls do it monthly.” Flash opened the door and let her enter first. “Mom Dad I am home~!” He hollered as sunset hung up her leather coat. All she had on now were her pants and silky blue dress. Sunset gave a long soft sigh as Flash’s mother entered the room.
“I see you brought company... Heeeellllo Sunset., Marvelous to see you again.” The mother smiled at her. “Really wish my son hadn’t dumped you.”
“Mom now really isn’t the time to discuss that.” Flash smiled as he tossed his jacket on the hanger. Sunset didn’t say anything yet. She was nervous as it was already. Talking to them again after what she knew just seemed wrong as well.
“Sorry just she’s such a pretty girl.” The mother teased. “You both look hungry. Please come eat.” She smiled at her son and Sunset.
“I would love a bite to eat.” Sunset smiled as she was now very polite. Flash had never seen her polite so his jaw dropped slightly. He used his right hand to close his mouth. “After all I don’t believe I ever got a taste of your mothers cooking.” Sunset also felt very sticky. “Miss Sentry you wouldn’t mind if I used your shower after I eat... W-would you?”
“Go right ahead I would have no problem with that.” She responded to sunset. Sunset did exactly that. After eating she headed for the bathroom. She got undressed and slowly slipped into the shower. The water was running down her amber curves. Her colorful hair soaked in the warm water. The ends of her hair had droplets of water dripping from them. Her cyan eyes looked over at the counter nearby. That was when she saw an orange lily in a glass vase. Her eyes turned a different shade of color as the name Tiger lily played in her head. Sunset could barely remember who exactly that pony was but the name hurt her deeply. Sunset nearly fell over and passed out as she got on her knees. The water now drizzling on her back, the water followed the crease of her body. She felt as tears were swelling in her eyes. She looked over at the mirror as she slowly stood up. She saw her reflection. Empress was holding her shoulder in her reflection. She quickly glanced over away from the mirror to see it was only in her reflection. She looked back to see a girl now standing where Empress once was. This girl had Empresses wings and eyes. She had blood on her and she appeared to be bitten by a big canine. The girl leaned her head and put her lips to Sunset’s ear.
“You did this to me.” She said. Sunset felt dizzy as the word now made her whole body feel like it was on fire. Sunset felt like something was moving inside her stomach. She gags and then looked back in the mirror to see the shower head had black liquid coming from it. Her mouth also had black liquid coming from it. She let out a scream and the images in her head were not really there. Sunset slowly crawled out of the shower. She lifted her hand to see the water turning to steam. Her hand disfigured and looking much like the devils hand. Empress was trying so very hard to take over young sunset. A red stripe appeared around her eyes and the hand reverted back to normal. As it did the red stripe also disappeared. Sunset curled up onto the floor. Flash came into the bathroom as he had finally came to her scream.
“Sunset, are you alright?” He grabbed a towel and wrapped it around her as he picked her up. He slowly carried her out of the bathroom.
“I slipped.” Sunset lied as she shivered.
“That was one hell of a scream for just falling.” He said as he put her on the nearest bed. “Stay here let me go get you clothes from the bathroom.” Flash slowly left to go get them. Sunset looked at the mirror on the wall not far from her. Empress was thankfully not in the reflection this time. Sunset couldn’t stop thinking about what that girl had said to her. How was she the cause of those wounds? She felt that she should know, yet her mind wouldn’t let her backtrack far enough. Sunset stood up with the towel still clinging tightly to her wet body. Her hair clinging to her shoulders for she had not gotten the chance to dry off. Sunset placed an amber hand upon the smooth and cold glass of the mirror. A wave of energy went through the glass and the refection changed to a window into Equestria. She saw a short glimpse of what appeared to be Celestia and Twilight pacing worriedly. As she reached out the window and vision disappeared.
“No wait…” sunset said as she nearly fell over again. She caught her balance and saw that the mirror was nothing but a regular mirror now. Sunset felt happy there for a moment. She sighed closing her eyes. She opened them again and saw she had the red strip around her eyes again. She looked closer and saw a very faint vision of Daydream sitting by her. This put a smile on her face. The smile faded when she saw blackness consume her and Daydream was gone. Sunset began to ponder. In the future how did she bring Daydream to existence?
“I’m back Sunset.” Flash said as he came into the room. He held out her clothes to her. “They are a little damp I really hope you don’t mind.” Sunset didn’t mind for she quickly took her clothes. She stood there for a moment.
“You want to at least t-turn a-around?” sunset said as she blushed lightly at him.
“Oh right s-sorry.” Flash said as he turned and looked away from her. Sunset felt as if something inside her was crushing on him. She loved twilight. So why was she feeling this way. Was it a real feeling? Either way Sunset slipped her clothes on, then she made sure they were not to damn. Otherwise the clothes would still expose her a little too much. Of course luck was against her and they were a little to damp. Sunset crossed her arms so she wasn’t exposed, though her belly was clearly visible through her wet clothes.
“you can look now… I’m dressed.” Sunset said in a very soft voice. Flash turned but tried to keep the straightest face he could. His mom was right. Sunset was one hell of a girl. Flash knew he was stupid to leave her but he couldn’t stay with such a bully. The thing that made things worse was that she wasn’t much of a bully now. Sunset blushed as her eyes shimmered slightly in the dimly lit room. Sunset felt a purr coming from her throat. The whites of her eyes went black as she soon found her lips locked with his. As she had tackled him to the floor the lights for some reason turned off making it hard for either of them to see. Sunsets ears changed to empress’s ears but they were not the color of empress. Sunset found herself in a tussle she didn’t even know how she was getting into. Flash was holding her rather slim sides as they were kissing each other. Sunset felt a pressure coming from her back. She stood the both of them up and pinned him to the wall as Empresses wings formed on her back. They were really large but thankfully it was dark. The last thing Sunset wanted was him to notice anything happening to her. She folded the wings in an attempt to conceal them. Flash was about to tongue kiss her but her fang grew at that moment and he cut his tongue. Flash pulled away quickly..
“Shit I cut myself.” He held his mouth and slowly went for the light. Sunset felt the entire empress like statures disappearing. Once the light was on there wasn’t a bit of empress visible.
“h-how did you manage that?” sunset tried to remain calm after the amount of heat she was just feeling. Deep down she wished those fangs hadn’t gotten in the way. Sunset stood in the middle of the room as Flash went to go see how bad his cut was. Shimmer hadn’t felt that kind of sexual tension in a very long time. She was confused as to where that had even come from. She made her way to the bed and laid down. She was so overwhelmed with energy right now. Flash came back in his shirt was somehow off because of all this.
“Yeah I cut my tongue pretty good.” He said as he sat on the bed she was laying on. He looked as confused as Sunset felt. “I think it is time to go to bed. We all have a really long day tomorrow, trying to get the portal problem solved.” Flash laid back and it did not take long for him to fall asleep. Sunset was trying hard to keep herself from sleeping. Afraid of Empress coming to her in her dreams, Sunset failed to do so and she drifted into sleep.
She opened her eyes to be surrounded by a familiar darkness. Sunset closed her eyes already wanting to wake up. She opened her eyes and saw a field of flowers now. Sunset was even more confused. She looked around. She didn’t recognize this place. If this was empress why was she showing her such a lovely place? Sunset began to walk as she could feel the grass on her feet. She took a deep breath and the smell she received was so beautiful. She continued walking till she began to here a male and a female voice. Sunset looked around trying to pinpoint where the voices were coming from. She looked to her right where the noise seemed to be coming from.
“Hello?” Sunset said as she was so confused now. What the hell was going on here? Sunset slowly followed the voices. She followed the voices and when she reached the source she saw Celestia kissing the grey lips of a unicorn with a curved horn. The ponies appeared to be madly in love. The lovely image burnt up in flames disappearing as a loud echoing cry of a baby was heard.
Sunset sat up in the bed as she was sweating profusely.
Empress of Flame 4: The burning truth
` Sunset was really confused as to what the hell she had seen... Was that pony Celestia was kissing. Was it really Sombra? If so, then why and how? Sunset felt really lost. She was also so afraid. The dreams usually meant Empress was trying to take control. Sunset wished she could just go through the portal. The one that Empress had closed with obvious intention on allowing the past to repeat itself. If this was so then that would mean Empress was another who had recollection of everything that had happened. Sunset looked over at flash and then she looked up at the ceiling. The room was so quiet which allowed her to think clearer then she was before. How was she suppose to know what Empress was trying to show her. Then it hit her. Sunset had to allow her mind to slip into rem. A kind of sleep that occurs at intervals during the night and is characterized by rapid eye movements, more dreaming and bodily movement, and faster pulse and breathing. Sunset felt the sweat slowly running down her face as she thought about doing it. She laid back and closed her eyes. She let out a deep long sigh.
"Alright Empress give me all you got." Sunset said, almost instantly she felt a wave of electricity shoot through her body. This put her to sleep instantaneously.
"Luna you know i cant miss my meeting with the crystal empire." Celestia said as she stared down upon her sister. "The king of the area seems to be getting worse and that could lead to him falling into darkness. "i always knew they should have never let that pony into power."
"I understand sister but i don't understand why your not allowing me to come with?" Luna said as she got up off of her thrown.
"I have my reasons Luna. Trust me for once when i say i can handle this on my own." Celestia said as she had finished getting her dress on. She wanted to look good for when she had this meeting. She had been secretly mingling with the king for some time. She had gotten really close to him. So seeing this evil side of him made her uncomfortable. So maybe she could talk some sense into him before he did anything drastic. Not long after the talk Celestia found herself outside the castle door of the Crystal Empire. It did not take long for Sombra to open the door.
"Princess what a delight to see you." He smiled as he tried to keep his composer around the guards. He didn't want anypony finding out about the royal affair. "Please come inside where we can be alone." Sombra said with a very stern look as his eyes shifted to look at the still floating crystal heart. His eyes flashed in a cyan color briefly as he looked at it. Celestia slowly followed him inside. He turned towards her. "So how far along would you say you are now.?" he looked at her stomach
"The baby is not why i am here. Me and my sister have heard some interesting rumors." Celestia said with a blush as he had mentioned their baby. "I really hope these not to be true, i would hate to have to..." She lowered her head.
"Use the elements against me?" Sombra said as he levitated his helmet like crown ontop of his own head. "Are you saying you would consider me the same as Discord? The one you and your sister imprisoned." Sombra let out a soft chuckle as a dark mist started to come from his eyes.... "Celestia i thought you were better than that." he grinned. "I was wrong clearly."
"S-sombra you have it all wrong.. i just want you to make the right choices. for our family. The one me and you both wanted."
"The same one you refuse to make public?" Sombra said as he faced away from her. "How am i even supposed to know that the kid is mine."
"Sombra how dare you~!" Celestia said feeling hurt... "why would you make such a dark comment. "Seems some of the rumors have been true."
"Oh really? Maybe you could consider for once that the subjects of this damn empire wish for and alicorn to lead them. they want the unicorn gone. He has little power they all scoff at me. I will show them~!" Sombra said as her floated off the ground. The amount of Dark energy coming off the unicorn was astounding.
"Sombra, Don't do this.. your not like this~!" Celestia said reaching out to him.
"Apparently thou princess does not know me as well as she has proclaimed." He grinned as black tentacles of black magic shot from his back wrapping around Celestia. "Leave my kingdom or i will declare war upon you filthy castle."
"Sombra please honey don't do this." Celestia struggled to try and get free. She really didn't want to hurt him.
"I said leave now~!" Sombra tossed the princess against the hard crystal wall. "you and your sister have done nothing but judge my ruling. you only loved to keep me occupied~!" Sombra snarled as Celestia surrounded herself in a golden light of magic. She teleported away and into her castle bedroom. She cried into her pillow as she couldn't take the emotional heartbreak.
Sunset opened her eyes. She felt little control of her body. She felt rain pouring down on her. She was sitting on the roof of canterlot high. Her eyes looked down to see the elongated fingers of empress. She had turned into her while she was dreaming. The rain bated down upon her. Her fire like hair was the only thing unaffected by the rain. Sunset felt herself fully unable to do anything to if something happened. Empress slowly stood up her wings were clinging close to her silky looking red back. The rain made her gleam in a way that nothing had ever seen before. Sunset could feel that Empress was very calm. Empress wrapped her hand around a flag pole that was on the roof. She was looking around her for she had not been in the human world fro some time now. Empress looked as she saw the car of Flash sentry pull up. Flash had decided to go to school for he had forgotten some items inside. Empress saw as another car was pulled into the parking lot. A group of individuals exited the vehicle near flash. These individuals were now following Flash.

"Hey kid, what are you doing out here so late.. you know it's dangerous at night." One of the individuals said as he pulled out a pocket knife. Flash turned and saw the already soaked blade shinning in the lights of the light posts around them
"Whoa dude... No need for thats shit alright.." Flash said raising his hands slightly. "Just tell em what you want and i will give it to you."
" give us all the money on you." The man with the knife said as the man next to him pulled out a gun. "Or my friend her will put bullet in your pretty blue haired head." Flash gulped as he reached in his pockets to feel they were shallow and empty...
"I got nothing on me." Flash said feeling very scared... "Oh crap you guys are gonna hurt me aren't you?" The other man pointed the gun at flash. He was about to pull the trigger when he was distracted by the sound of large wings flapping.
"Brother did you hear that?" He said lowering his gun. "There is something else out here with us man." He looked around.
"shut up and shoot the idiot so we can get out of here." The knife man said as he put his knife away. He looked back at flash to see glowing eyes behind him. He fell backwards "Holy shit shoot, shoot" All the could see were glowing eyes as the man fired a shot. The eyes looked at where a should might be. That was when all the men heard a very deep growl come from whatever it was in the darkness. Empress flew up and then coming down drop kicking the gunned man into the side of his own car. Flash reacted running for his car. Flash got in as the rain was beating down. He skidded his tires as he shot out of the parking lot. He was on the phone quickly dialing 911. He didnt know what was going on. He only got a small glimpse of the thing attacking.
"stay back said the guy who had taken his knife out once again." He saw flashes car leave way out of site now. He then trained his tired eyes back forward to see the thing was gone. He was slowly backing up when he felt needle like talons grasp his shoulder. He was quickly pulled up into thew air. His weapon falling way down. He looked up to see a demonic creature holding him. Empress flew at the roof peek of the school. She flew low and close to the roof as she dropped him down landing on him. When he hit the ground he made quite the thump. some blood coming from his mouth. Empress had her large boot placed on him to keep him still. Empress looked down upon the human who had a life of crime.
"You think it's fun to pick on people who can't defend themselves." she flapped her wings and as she did lighting lit up the sky. The energy in the sky was rather attracted to her. "You shouldn't try and hurt other when you don't know who might love them." Empress said as she placed more weight on him. Her sharp heal was nearly about to stab into his chest. The man let out a scream as red and blue light started flashing in the distance.
"I need money.. i need it, no one around here is willing to give a guy like me a job." He coughed up more blood as she placed more weight on him. Empress gave the man a look as she placed a hand on his chest. The man started to scream loudly as he started to catch on fire.
"I'm sure you'll have someone to pay for your funeral." Empress flew straight up to let him burn alone. The guy screamed loudly as he jumped off the roof hoping the puddles below would put out the flames. Sunset who was seeing all this was crying inside. She could stop empress from doing anything. she was helpless.
"Empress stop your lost stop~!" Sunset yelled but was not able to be heard. Sunset screamed out and empress started to change back in mid flight. She was to low on energy to be able to keep her form. Sunset found herself falling very fast as she had no wings. she was pinwheeling to the ground as the last thing she saw was the rim of a dumpster. She fell inside her head hitting the lip of the top. She was out cold. she was out cold in a dumpster that had slimy cold and wet garbage filling it.
Sunset had the feeling of bleeding as she was drifting in and out of dreams.
"Wake up honey you have to wake up... you cant fix anything if your dead." Sunset heard a very soft voice as she was still drifting in and out. "Wake up hurry before it's to late." She saw the faint image of daydream reaching out a hand to her. "Hes coming hurry he knows."
Empress of Flame 4: The burning truth
sunset slowly woke to the sound of Daydreams voice. She had the biggest lump on her forehead from the fall. She looked up to see something she had never seen before. There was a large spiraling mist in the sky. Black tendrils coming from its center. Helicopters reporting the incident were flying rather close to the anomaly. Sunsets eyes were wide as she saw this huge thing in the sky. She slowly and shakily climbed out of the dumpster. Her cyan eyes were sparking with magic as she exited the dumpster. Sunset felt magic surging through her like never before. She fell to her knees as she let out a scream. That was when she heard Flash.
"Sunset what the hell are you doing out here?" He said as he ran to her side. A loud siren like sound went off as three military jets flew over head. Sunset looked at flash whom was helping her up.
"Flash it's to dangerous for you. Go~!" She yelled at him as she saw the anomaly in the sky was getting bigger. Green arks of lighting were now constantly arching across its whole surface.
"Sunset i can't just leave you here, I care to much for you." He said as he tried to rush her to his car. Sunset looked up and saw a crashing jet. The plane fell and hit Canterlot high in the distance. The explosion was quickly followed with the sound of sirens heading that way. The larger siren nearly overpowering the smaller fire sirens. She slowly got in the car with Flash. Her head still full of pain as she looked up at the sky again.
"alright we are live from the sky" The reporter said as he held tightly to the support in the helicopter. "As you can see the anomaly is sparking like crazy, The military is here yet they have not said anything as to if this thing is dangerous or not." The reporter said as the helicopter hit some air turbulence. "This thing is giving off such an energy that the power plants nearby have been overloading. Superficials are keeping them under control to make sure they don't melt down." The reporter looked out the window. "Wait..... what the hell is that?" a black mist was headed right for the copter. The mist hit the copter and there stood Sombra now in a human form. Her held the camera man up in the air as he stared directly into the camera. His face now on live television. The sound of a breaking neck was heard as the camera then fell out of the copter. The last thing it saw before hitting the ground was an explosion from within the copter.
"holly shit i just saw one of my fellow reporter get taken out of the sky. From what appears to be some kind of super human." Another reporter said as her was shaking and sweating from the site he had just seen. "It attacked and then returned to the cloud. The military have reported that they have heavy artillery now in bound. "Wait.. i think it leaving the sky~!" The reporter said as the mist was now headed in a streamline for the ground. Tanks and military below it.
"Repair yourselves men this thing is on it's way down here." The captain said as he looked at the far off media. "this is a threat con delta. Specifically from the equestrian origin." It was obvious now that the human world was aware of Equestria. The media had luckily caught them saying it. Sunset heard this over the radio and her eyes widened.
"They know about my world." She reached over and grabbed hold of the steering wheel. She pulled flash over to where she originally was as she now had control of the wheel. Knowing Sunsets frisky attitude. This was going to be one hell of a ride. She pulled the e brake as she drifted to turn around. She released the break as she steeped all the way on the accelerator. The tires spun creating smoke as the vehicle now was shooting down the road. Flash was holding onto his brace bar as she drove so fast. He felt he was going to get sick. She saw the military as the mist had hit the ground. Sombra now standing before them. She sped the car in the direction as she ramped it in the direction. Time felt like it was slowing Down. Sunset opened the door as she used the cars force. She tackled Sombra to the ground.
"F-fire~!" One of the officers said as the military all shot at them. The bullets began to melt away as heat was coming off of Sunset. Bursts of magic started to come off of her. The color of the magic was yellow and it was following the beat of her heart. She floated off of sombra who slowly got up. a Smile upon his face as he recognized the magical essence coming off of Sunset. Bright Yellow wings of light shot from Sunsets back as a red Stripe appeared around her eyes. Flames flowed on the surface of her skin as a white dress was now forming. Sunset looked at Sombra who was now floating across from her. She let out a scream as she turned completely into the one and only Daydream Shimmer.
"What a pretty thing you turned out to be my dear." Sombra said as he sneered in her direction "I see Celestia in you still." He said as he threw his arms back causing crystalline structures to shoot from the ground. Many of these speared through the military vehicles.
"King Sombra." Daydream said as she floated towards him. "Darkness still consumes you i see."
"I come for my daughter~!" Sombra said as a black tendril swiped Daydream out of the sky. She flew and hit a building nearby. She crashed through the building and even though she had not planned it she avoided hitting anyone when she when through the window. She was against harm to humans. She looked out the broken window to see Sombra was scaling a building using crystals. A military helicopter shooting it's mini gun his direction. Sombra looked in its direction as he swiped his hand the propellers of the copter were clogged by red Crystalline structures. Daydream flew out the window and in his direction. Her hands were glowing in a yellow aura. She shot a huge beam of energy at him. The yellow magic knocked him back and into the building her was scaling. Daydream went through the hole after him. Just as she entered more black Tendrils wrapped around her. She was unable to fight back as the Tendrils were sucking energy from her. Daydream was slowly turning back to Sunset Shimmer.
"I'm s-sorry." Daydream said as she disappeared leaving Sunset in her true form.
"There is my daughter." Sombra placed a tendril on Sunsets Forehead. a Flash of a memory went through her head.
Celestia was in the hospital she was holding two babies. Tiger lily loved Sunset in a different way then she perceived. They... were... sisters.
Sunset opened her eyes as she saw she was now falling through the red mist in the sky. How did she get this high in the air. The ground was several feet below her. Sunset was overwhelmed with emotion. She had always thought her mother was somepony else. She never knew it was Celestia. Sunset felt a green lighting bolt slam into her as she fell through the cloud. This was the end. Her second chance had only lead her to the beginning of a much bigger story. That was when she thought about it. There was only one way out of this. The ground still several hundred feet away as she started to sing the same song that had let her change at will in the future.
"I'm sick I think I'm sick, Sometimes I think I get like this, I bite my tongue, I clench my fists. Resist at first and then reverse." Sunset's hair beginning to flow like fire slightly. ""The night knows me by name. Its shadow trained to dull the pain. All the black begins to blur. Resist at first and then immerse." Sunsets skin started to turn red. "It tires me, it makes me sad. To think of all the nights I've had. Eyes shut tightly, I shut down. Won't be that much longer now. In the quiet, in the dark. All my ideals fall apart. When they come for me again. Resist with everything I am" Empresses demonic wings ripped out in formation. as Cyan rings formed around Sunset. They streamed down her body fast enough it was like a strobe light. ""It tires me, it makes me sad. To think of all the nights I've had. Eyes shut tightly, I shut down. Won't be that much longer now!" sunset throws her hands out to embrace Empress. "I'm sick, I think I'm sick. Sometimes I think I get like this. I bite my tongue, I clench my fist. Resist at first and then reverse. Life's a war, you pick your fight. I think mine picks me first most nights. If I should wake before I die. Then promise me you'll never get this sick inside~" a large beam of cyan energy engulfed Sunset as she fully and violently turned to empress. Who then took over with singing. I wish I were good instead." Empress folded her wings as she was now only a hundred feet in the sky. She hit the ground and dust flew everywhere. All hail the Empress of flame. The story about to spew out like blood from a slit neck. The truth about to be told.

Sunset was once again seeing the world around her through the yes of empress whom was now on the hunt. Sunset felt allot of pain in the back of her neck as she was thrusted into a familiar memory.
The timber wolf pounced on her sister Tiger lily. That was when the picture shrunk down a little and there were two babies in a crib. They were both playing with dolls that looked like Timber wolves. Sunset one of the children in the crib was pretending to have the toy pounce on her sister.
"He got you" she giggled at Tiger lily as she tossed the toy. It landed on her own lap as it fell back down.
"Sunset nuuu... He cant get me..momma would be mad." Tiger lily said as she pouted. "I don't want to play this game anymore." she started to crawl for the raised barred end of the crib. The crib was open on the one end so the kids could get out when needed.
"Tiger don't be that way come back and play with me.~!" Sunset giggled as she pulled her back pretending the toy dog was attacking again. She made Tiger lily fall over which made the crib shake. a small important screw became dangerously loose. as the two were giggling. Tiger lily and Sunset were having the best time two tots could have. Tiger lily like usual was quickly getting scared by the timber wolf toy.
"sunset i really want to stop playing t-this game." Tiger said as she stood up in the crib going for the raised exit again. Sunset tossed the toy at tiger. Time seemed to slow down as lily fell down. The raised crib exit came down on her neck very hard. Time appeared to speed up again as the child had blood shoot out of her nose and mouth from the impact of the cage door.
"Mama~!" Sunset yelled for her mother instantly as she saw the red liquid shoot out. Sunsets horn tried to produce magic to lift the heavy door off her sister. The magic was no use she wasn't strong enough.
"H-help m-me" Tiger said in a gargled voice as the timber wolf toy tumbled to the floor in the distress. The eyes of Tiger lily had become blood shot as black color now consumed the whites of her eyes. Celestia came in as Tiger went limp. The room was silent for sunset as coughed blood from her sister was on her face. Celestia was yelling out as she held the limp and dead tiger with magic. Sunset couldn't hear any of it for her state of shock was consuming her. Blood dripped from tiger mouth and onto the toy. Sound slowly came back to sunset as she could hear her mother crying.
"Why~!" Celestia yelled as she held her limp child. She looked at Sunset who had been staring this whole time in shock. Celestias horn began to glow which caused sunset to abruptly pass out.
Sunset saw the memory slowly fad as she now realized that it was her fault that her sister had died. The timber wolf memory wasn't how it really had happened. The wolves were nothing but a representation. Sunset felt like she should curl up in a ball and cry.
Empress landed next to Sombra who had been running this whole time. Her halo like eyes staring at the king of Darkness.
"If it isn't the blood of one of my daughters." Sombra said with a chuckle. "Shame really that one had to die." he grinned as his eyes began to flow with dark magic. Empress had a grin as well as she listened to the words Sombra was uttering.
"Shame you were banished before you could care for either of them." Empress flexed her wings and lighting struck above. Sunset was watching through her eyes like windows. She wanted out. She wanted to turn back. This conclusion was heading rock bottom fast. The portal had to be getting overheated much quicker now. When she thought about the portal she sent a message uncontrollably to Empress who had the sudden realization of what was at stake. Empress looked deeper into sombras eyes. Sombra was clearly angry as he was staring back at her. He looked ready to charge. Empress quickly turned and started flight for the school. Sombra started to float on his black smoke cloud. Empress was flying full speed for the rock statue as Sombra was right on her tail. Sombra was inches from grabbing hold of her when they collided with the portal that was now active. Empress went through the portal as she felt a pain throughout her whole body. Upon exit the portal had split empress from Sunset Shimmer. They both landed on the other side as separate beings.
"It's about time you get back." a Soft voice was heard. Celestia had entered the room. "I suppose by now Tiger lily has shown you all the truth. You really think Daydream can turn back time and make sure no pony else remembers. Y\I wanted one kid. You were suppose to be the one under the crib door." Celestia teared up slightly as she thought back. Sombra finally walked through the portal.
"You... planned that." Sombra said as he exited. Celestia had the most surprised look upon her face.
"So you brought your father back with you.. how wonderful..I suppose you both have to die today then." Celestia slowly spread her wings as the hazy image of Tiger lily slowly fused back with Sunset. Sunsets eyes immediately went dark.
"You killed me..." sunset said in a very crazed voice. "I'm going to kill you~!" She pounced for Celestia whom quickly reacted with a bounding spell. Golden chains now held Sunset to the ground. Sunset looked back to see her father was also bound. Celestia was walking towards him., her magic wielding a golden sword.

The end was definitely near now. Sunset couldn’t turn away from the view of Celestia ready to slay her darkened father. He was much like his daughter. Darkness had its moments. Family reunions that would now end in blood, Daydream must have meant such and ending, Tiger lily wanted her to see the truth. A truth that sunset was not willing to let die. Sunset kept thinking back to Tiger stuck in the crib accident. How she wasn’t powerful enough in her magic to help her own sister. She was powerful enough to help her father now. She wasn’t going to let her weakness be the end of another family member. Sunset closed her eyes to allow herself to concentrate. There wasn’t much time left. Though Celestia sure seemed to have a knack for stalling it, Sunset took a deep breath as she thought about her sister. Tiger lily’s beautiful golden eyes were what she remembered, those eyes that stared at her for help. Help she was unable to provide.
*tiger lily…I’m sorry…but you have to help me, I can’t let another family member die because of me...* Sunset thought to herself as she tried to talk to the empress within her. She received no response. *Tiger lily don’t be this way… You’re a strong little girl…you can do this I believe you can* She thought again as she was reaching out to the one she had caused so much pain to. *We can finally do something as sisters…Something we can do together… Something we can do without hurting each other…*
*let’s help daddy spread his wings* Tiger lily responded as the shackles holding down Sunset began to glow red hot. Sunset felt the burn but tried her best to hold back the tears as the burning was hard on her wrists.
“Sombra, do you have anything you would like to say before I take your life?” Celestia said placing the blade under his chin. Celestia had this look on her face, one that screamed out she believed she had won.
“What of your faithful student Twilight. What about what you and I had? What kind of wickedness has consumed you?” Sombra gave a chuckle. “I’m the king of darkness and even I know when to put my love before my sick desires.” His red and green eyes gazed over at the princess of morning, dark magic no longer flowing through them. “What concerns me is that you have simply forgotten about the ones who love you? The ones who have done nothing but serve you and do as you pleased? If you did not want Sunset as your daughter anymore...why send Twilight after her?” Sombra lowered his head for he had nothing left to say. He wasn’t going to plead for his life. If Celestia wanted him dead…So be it.
“Mother….?” Sunset said as the chains on her were finally turning to a liquid state. “Remove the sword from his throat.” Celestia looked over to see Sunset standing up now. Her Cyan eyes were now a tint of red as she stared directly into Celestias soul. Sunset slowly gave a sly smile.
“Looks like I underestimated you once again child.” Celestia said as she removed the sword from its current position.
“Good looks like the princess can finally take orders for once.” Wings formed on Sunsets back. The wings were the demonic form of Empress. They had a golden glow around them, Similar to the tint of Daydreams wings. Sunset closed her eyes as golden light and sparkles started to flow on the surface of her own skin. A red stripe appeared around her eyes as her mane started to flow like daydreams yet her tail was shaped like demonic empress. Sunset was now floating off the ground as a whites and red dress appeared on her. The dress was once again mixed between Empress and daydream both entities of Tiger Lily. Celestia nearly dropped her sword as her knees were shaky. Sunset slowly floated to the ground and looked in Celestias direction. Celestia quickly stopped shaking as she remembered she had captured a piece of leverage moments before the two had come through the portal. Her horn began to glow as the lavender mare and princess of Friendship appeared and Celestia had her sword to the mare’s neck.
“I would like to see you make a move lover girl.” Celestia snickered as she looked at the two daughters in one body. Sunsets eyes widened as she saw the mare she had feelings for was once again I danger because of her. How was she supposed to choose whom to help? Twilight… or her father, Sombra was discretely looking in Celestias direction.
“You leave her out of this you pearly white devil.” He said in a calm voice. “I wouldn’t even use love as leverage.” Sombra let out a growl.
“Oh really Sombra you would never use love as leverage. You had no problem using it against me.” Celestia teared up as she pressed the blade harder against Twilight throat. A squeak escaped her throat as fear filled her.
“That was different. I felt no love for you at the time…easy to use what doesn’t exist.” Sombra said as he struggled... He was trying to break free from the Chains that now held him. Celestia was now moving the blade across Twilights throat as she began to try and slit it. Sunset was going to go stop her when a familiar rainbow mane mare came through the window breaking the painted stained glass. The colorful shard went everywhere as the mare plummeted into the side of Celestia knocking her away from her friend. Rainbow then took a landing next to Sunset Shimmer as the rest of the mane six climbed through the broken window. The elements of harmony upon their necks but without the element of magic present they were useless. Celestia was knocked against a wall very hard. The wind was knocked out of her.
“Stay away from our friends… You will never take us out.” Rainbow said as she looked at Shimmer who was much different looking from the last time she had seen her. Rainbow was going to go for another flight attack when she was tackled from the sky from Celestias personal protectors the, the wonderbolts, Specifically Spitfire.
“Stay away from the Princess.” Spitfire growled as she was in a very protective state of mind. Rainbow dash struggled trying to get away from Spitfire. It was no use, she wasn’t stronger than her. Sunset saw as her friends were being overrun by the wonderbolts. She didn’t know what to do. She closed her eyes once again as she looked at her father. She thought back once more to her sister’s death. That’s when it hit her. Sunset spread her wings causing a blast of magic to spread around them all. Sunset charge at the portal as time around them began to slow down. The ones saw her and immediately thought that she was leaving. Instead her eyes were focused on the spike on the side of the portal. Sunset remembered that the only reason Tiger is stuck inside her as Empress is because she is alive. She also knew that Empress had limited power as well. So the only way to end this was to end herself. Sunset Jumped onto the spike as the pain immediately shot through her. Everypony in the room went silent as Twilight ran to Sunset for she was now free from Celestias grasp.
“Sunset why… why did you?” Twilight was interrupted as a grey mare walked out from behind the portal. Sunsets eyes were grey and lifeless as blood was draining from her mouth. The grey mare had such golden eyes. A red stripe around her eyes and demonic wings on her back. Celestia stared at the mare as she was making her way towards her. Celestia began to shake as she now knew who the mare was. Sunsets death replaced the death of Tiger? But how was the real question.
“Hello m-mother.” Tiger lily said as she quickly transformed into the red demon everyone knew. Empress stared into her mother’s soul as Time slowed down again. The portal was beginning to overload around them. The explosion went off and stopped inches infront of both Celestia and Empress. Time had literally stopped as everyone was about to die. That was when time appeared to start to reverse around them. The explosion started to retreat back to the portal as time was reversing. But it went back really far this time. Empress did nothing but stare at her mother as they were suddenly in a room alone with the portal.
“what did you do Empress~!” Celestia shouted as she saw Sunset shimmer run into the portal, guard stopping behind her. They were back so far as to when Sunset had ran away from her teachings.
“What happened mother? Do you not see what pain you had caused her? You blamed and pinned everything on her. How did you expect her to remain happy, especially when you had voided her mind of my existence?”
“Tiger, I only wanted one kid… All I saw in your sister was your father. I couldn’t let her live to become like him.” Celestia lowered her head as she thought about it. Tears began to fill her eyes.
“She became noting but kind hearted and you blamed her off my actions. I am like our father she is not. Don’t you see it in my eyes?” Tiger said as she growled at her mother. “It’s time we end this.” Tiger closed her eyes as the time around them began to fast forward again and Celestia was once again on the ground catching her breath. Sunset watching her friend being overran by the wonderbolts. Sunset had to think of something to do. She looked around and then locked eyes with Sombra. Sunset opened her mouth and the shackles on him began to overheat. Everything happened so fast after this. In the end stood twilight and her friends, Sunset shimmer was lying on the ground below them.
“She died f-for me?” Twilight sobbed as she looked down on her friend.
“There is nothing you can do now… but to let her go.” Rainbow said as the rest was a blur for twilight.
It was a cold and snowy day as the casket was ready to be lowered. Twilight could hardly bare to see Sunset being lowered like this. Celestia was dead and now so was the one she had fallen so deeply in love with. Not far off in the distance two ponies wearing trench coats watched the funeral. One was Sunset Shimmer herself.
“Feels weird attending your own funeral. Pays I guess to have a sister like you.” She looked over at the other pony who’s hood was now removed.
“Oh the hard part is staying away from them. As rainbow had said nothing you can do but to let them go… Time to let go Sunset.” Tiger lily said as she looked back at her sister. Finally we can live apart instead of as one. Finally we are at peace.

Sunset was watching as what appeared to be the approaching death of her father. She really didn’t want to be the cause of the death of yet another family member. How had this come to be, Why was Celestia so against her? There were so many questions swimming in Sunsets head. So many that she couldn’t find the answers to. She had been such a wreck since she had crossed over to the human world. All the things she had learned seemed to be coming together in some kind of sick and twisted ending. This couldn’t be the end; this wasn’t how she was going to let things come together. Sunsets slightly glowing Cyan eyes gazed over at her mother once again. She could feel her sisters hate growing inside. The feeling was so overpowering. It was the same feeling she had felt when in the past slash future she had first turned into Empress because of the info of Twilights relationship. Sunset was debating in her head as to if that was a better path then the one that she was in now.
“Back away from the stallion.” Sunset said in a very soft tone of voice. “Take care of me and leave him out of it. He has done his time and has not earned the death sentence. You want me dead remember.” Sunset gave a soft smile as fangs were growing in her mouth. She could feel warmth growing inside her. As if flames were starting in the depths of her stomach and heart.
“What would you know?” Celestia said as her white wings fluffed as she was getting very uncomfortable. “I have my duties; some of them are not very clean.” Celestias raspberry eyes looked at Sunset as she was approaching her. Celestia seductively put the blade under Sunsets chin. “Besides, your father was never on my list. After all he’s working for me, how else was I supposed to get you back here?” Celestai let out a giggle as Sombra was now unchained.
“Sorry dear but getting you gave me my freedom, with slight restrictions.” Sombra said as he hissed at his daughter. His snake like tongue stuck out in a menacing way as he hissed. His eyes were full of Dark magic.
“W-what, why?” Sunset said as she was baffled by the turn of events. “I was trying to help you father I was going to help you from her…..Think about this for a moment.” Sunset said as she felt tears forming in her eyes. The magical essence was growing stronger inside of her so the tears evaporated the moment the touched her cheeks. Steam softly coming from her eyes, she was indirectly gaining the attention of the Master of Chaos himself. Celestia had her sword swinging down for Sunset neck when he arrived in a bright flash of light. His eagle talon grabbing the blade inches from Sunsets neck. The natural armor on his had caused him to grasp it without injury.
“Just in time…” Discord gave a very sly smile as he witnessed this situation. His chaotic eyes gazed over at Sombra who was in the midst of attacking him. Discord dodged the various black tendrils of black magic that were headed his way. Discord hands were glowing in a golden form of magic. He had promised Fluttershy he would refrain from chaos magic. So his reality altering magic would not be used today. Discord grabbed hold of one of the tendrils and it began to glowing a golden magical aura. The tendril disintegrated as another quickly formed on Sombra to replace it. Discord felt as Celestia had jumped on his back with the sword ready to try and take his life. Discord let out a very animalistic growl as his hand started to glow again. The sword that was at his neck slowly started to heat up causing Celestia to drop the weapon.
“Sombra you idiot do something~!” Celestia hollered as she was trying to retrain Discord. Sunset was trying to break out of her magical chains while Discord was doing his best to keep the attention away from her. Sunset looked at Discord who was now looking at her as he had Celestia by the neck and tendrils were wrapping around him. As his snapping fingers were inches from being restrained he let out one reality altering snap. This magic was not to help him but to help Sunset. The golden Chains around her ankles disappeared as his magic was now restrained.
“Run Sunset go, Find Twilight and the Mane six…. I’ll try and keep these two off you.. NOW GO~!” Discord said as he let out another roar as Celestia had stabbed him, tears in his eyes. “GO NOW~!” He grabbed the sword pulling it out of him as he was overpowering the tendrils wrapped around him. Sunset quickly scampered to her hooves as the marble floor was slippery on her hooves. Discord was badly risking his friendship and life for her. He had promised his friends not to use chaos magic but he may desperately need it soon. Celestia caught a glimpse of Sunset running away. She could let this happen. Celestia tried to take flight but was bitten around the ankle by Disocrd who then pulled her back to the ground. Sombra had quickly turned to mist and followed after Sunset. Discord growled as he tossed Celestia against a nearby wall. He struggled as he got on all fours in an animalistic like stance. He felt Celeastia swip the blade of the sword against his back as he took off after Sombra who was now at Sunsets ankles. He was almost going to stop her when he was forced back to physical form by Discord who immediately pinned him to the ground. He was much bigger than ponies. Sunset stopped and looked back at Discord who had Celestia now coming up behind him with the sword floating at her side.
“Discord, behind you~!” Sunset hollered at him with all her might. Discord eyes widened as he swiped his tail behind him tripping Celestia who nearly stabbed herself from falling.
“Thanks, now move your flank and find the friendship princess~!” Discord said as he was now fighting both of the enemies by himself. Sombra had black crystals growing around him as he was now getting extremely angry. Sunset really didn’t want to leave him to fight by himself. The magical essence inside of her was now sending out blast waves of energy as she ran. Her magical essence was now reaching elemental status as Empress was growing powerful from all of her hate. Sunset could feel the flames spreading inside of her. The only part of her not overheating was her head.
“Discord back down or you will die, don’t you understand?” Celestia said as she tried slicing Discord with the blade of her sword.
“I can’t… A friend once told me that if you stop fighting for your friends…then you have nothing to fight for… you will grow cold inside.” He said as he had used magic to slam Sombra against a wall.
“You taught me nothing of Friendship celestia that is why your knowledge of it is weak…if I die for her… I die a friend.” Discord pounce on Celestia pinning her to the ground.
Sunset was running as fast as she could when she was feeling the full heat of Empress hit her head. The very moment the magic was throughout her whole body she froze in place, Celestia, Sombr, and Discord rushing her direction from the other end of the stained glass window hall. Sunsets whole coat color burst to flame that dissipated fast leaving her in a rose color instead of her usual amber. She let out a painful scream as dark magic started to flow from her eyes and her fangs were growing bigger. The three other individuals focus was now on Sunset who now floating six feet of the ground. Sunsets gaze quickly shifted to look at them as she let out another blood curdling scream. She was now a little taller as rather large demonic wings shot out of her back flapping slightly. Wind rushing through the torn areas of the wings. Her mane and tail started to flow as the only thing left to change were her eyes. Time felt like it had slowed down. Sunset was filled with pain now as she closed her eyes allowing empress to now take control of her. When her eyes opened again the whites were now black as she slowly floated to the ground laughing.
“Back away from the draconaquus” Empress said as flames were lightly accenting her hooves now. The sword that Celestia was using magic to hold was quickly and easily swiped from her by Empresses stronger dark magic. She levitated the sword over to her. Empress looked at it as she licked the blade causing it to melt by the touch of her hot tongue. Sombra could feel the dark entities mass of magic. This caused his knees to shake at the opponent that now stood before him. Discord had the biggest smile on his face as he slowly limped backwards to back away. Empress waited for him to be far enough away before she spoke again. “You think you can dim the flames of truth, come dim these flames. Dim my light.” She smiled as she showed her fangs.
“You think you can beat the both of use…?” Celestia said as if she was not fazed by the demonic entity that was once tiger lily. “I would like to see that happen.” Celestia said as she had made another sword manifest in her magical grip. Empress started to chuckle before letting out a singing note.
“Tonight, my head is spinning” She sang as her irises started spinning upon the word spinning. “I need something to pick me up” She spread her wings as she slowly walked towards Celestia a scythe made of dark magic appeared at Empresses side. “I've tried but nothing is working, I won't stop, I won't say I've had enough~!” she closed her eyes slowly before opening them to continue. “Tonight, I start the fire~!” She yelled out as her mane and tail started to flow faster. The drapes on the windows setting a blaze “Tonight I break away~!” Empress raised her front hooves in the air before slamming them to the ground causing cracks to form at her hooves “Break! Away from everypony, Break!, Away from everything” She swung her scythe at Celestia who proceeded to block her with her sword. “If you can't stand the way this place is Take, yourself to higher places” She sang again as she pulled her scythe away before floating up using magic to throw the weapon like a boomerang. The scythe missed Celestia for she had dodged the attack. Celestia rolled to the side and upon standing up she sang back to Empress as the fight continued.
“At night I feel like a vampire” Celestia sang as she formed a magic shield just when flames from one of empresses attacks started to form around her. This shield protected her from the flames. “It's not right.” She teared up as she closed her eyes. She opened her eyes staring at Empress with a now angry expression. “I just can't give it up, I'll try to get myself higher” She pointed at Empress with her balde now. “Let's go” Celestia sang as she flew up after empress. “We're going to light it up~!” She swung only to be parried by empress who was wielding a much bigger weapon. “Tonight we start the fire~! Tonight we break away~!” Both empress and Celestia clashed ending the singing as the fight had officially started. Celestia swung her blade barely grazing the skin on Empresses front right hoof. Empress was losing her grasp on her sanity that was keeping her from repeating history by trying to take over equestria. Empress swung her scythe as she used the blunt end to knock Celestia out of the air. She slammed into a wall losing her breath as Empress landed beside her. Empress was in her mid-swing as Twilight had finally come into play.
“Empress stop~!” Twilight hollered. Empress stopped her attack and immediately looked over at Twilight. “Don’t kill her, I know you’re angry, I know she hurt you. Please just… don’t hurt her.”
“If you truly knew my hate for her you wouldn’t stop me. She is the reason i….” she stopped her sentence as she had felt something stab right through her. She shouldn’t have been distracted. She shouldn’t have let her guard down. Celestia had stabbed her right in the base of the spine. The blade had gone in an angle so its exit wound was right out her chest and through her heart. Twilight was almost speechless as she had not seen such an act coming from Celestia. The blade was then pulled out by Celestias magic as Empress crippled to the ground clinging to life.
“Celestai nooooo~!” Twilight rushed to the demons side as there was black blood pooling on the floor. Empress looked at twilight that was now elevating her head off the ground so she wasn’t cold during this.
“Twilight go….You don’t need to see this” Empress choked out some words as her cyan eyes gazed at Celestia who was now wobbly standing up. Empress then thought back for a moment and realized something. “T-twilight come close… I n-need your help.” Empress coughed. Twilight came really close as she was met with Empress locking her lips to Twilights. Black veins started to form on twilight resonating from her lips as she started to spark. Empress was now Sunset shimmer again as she had transferred Empress to Twilight. Twilight let out a scream as she felt the flames quickly consuming her She was quickly transforming into midnight Sparkle. Once transformed she looked at Celestia who was swinging at her already. Midnight used a hoof and knocked the swinging blade away. The blade melted upon impact of her hoof. Midnight grabbed Celestia with magic and locked eyes with her.
“You’re going to burn Celestia.” Midnight said as flames starts to resonate around them. She looked towards Sunset who was now lifeless on the ground. Midnight closed her eyes and time began to slow down. Empress did not have the same kind abilities as Daydream so she was unable to reverse time. Midnight opened her eyes and looked at Celestia again as sombra who had been stunned this whole time was turning to dust. Celestais eyes were filled with tears as her soul started to burn. Celestia died from her soul being burned
Twilight sat upon a grassy null. A picnic was all set up as she was sipping whine waiting.
“Is she always late?” Twilight said to herself as she was looking off into the sunset sky.
“No I’m not.” A voice sounded from behind twilight. An amber unicorn sat by her kissing her delicately on the lips. Sunset shimmer was this mare. The burning of soul can replenish the life of another. And my friends is what you can call. A happy….ending. The journey was long, the love story confusing. But in the end love is the victor and love….will carry on. No matter what. Sunset Shimmer had a rough life. In the end nothing kept her away from what she loved most. Every waking moment she tried to change for her. In the end what she was trying to change is what brought them together. What of Daydream and Empress you ask? Well you see They’re around. They are always around. The tale of them never ending. Empress lives within Sunset along with Daydream. Whether or not they pose and threat. That is unknown. After all the flame….never dies out.
