While brewing medicines, Zecora gets an unexpected visit from Mister and Mrs. Cake. They tell her of how they cannot get intimate with each other. While medicine can fix things, they cannot afford the hundreds of bits for something they'd have to take every time they wanted sex. Out of desperation, Pinkie Pie sends them to Zecora. She is worldly and wise in the ways of the mind, heart and soul, but can even she make the Cakes happy again?
