Load Full StoryIt was a boring day in Lavender Town. Twilight Sparkle was home alone, without any books to read, no Pokémon to study, no erans to run, no ANYTHING! And in the boring silence, she started remembering something she really didn't want to.
FLASHBACK
Twilight has always been told not to go to the top of the Pokémon tower, but she didn't listen. A mistake that she regretted making.
She had made her way to the top, and found 2 grave stones. She walked up to them slowly. She rose her hoof to wipe the dust away, but some unseen force had made her freeze. She wearly pushed pass it, being the naive young pony she was, only being 4. She brushed the dust away, and and squinted at the letters carved in the marble. They spelled out "Burry Man". Suddenly a hoof rose up, pushing through the floor she was standing on.
She stepped back. She stared at the hoof in horror, when she found it was decaying. It pulled the rest of its body out, revealing a corps. It was worse than just that though. Their had to be the WORST smell imaginable, as the flesh was rotting off, haveing the appearence of being peeled in different places. There was mostly decomposed muscle tissue showing, and the skeletal frame was visible. The mane and tail where also very messy.
What was worse, was his scratchy, ragged vice mumbling incoharintly as he crawed near. There where hoof steps, letting her know she was safe. An expresionless colt, about 5 years older than herself, wearing a jean jacket with 4 pockets, and a red had, wich had a half white ring above the rim.
She noticed the Pokéballs with him. He must be a Pokémon trainer!
"You're... Here. And im lonely. So very lonely. Won't you join me?" 'Burry Man' croaked out.
...
The battle raged until the red hatted boy overpowered him.
"So, so lonely. I don't belong here..."
Then it dissapeared.
"Thanks Mr.!"
"..."
"Are you a mute?"
"..."
"Something? Anything?"
"..."
"Whats your name?"
"Red"
"Huh?"
"My name is Red. Whats yours?"
"Twilight!"
"Where are your parents?"
"Back home. The one just left to this tower."
"why did you come up here?"
"I was curious of why i was always told not to."
"Don't come back up here. You're lucky i saw you alone, so i followed you to make sure you didnt get into trouble. I bets be going now."
She jumped for joy and was about t thank him, but when she opened her eyes, he was gone. She blinked.
END OF FLASHBACK
"I have decided. I am going t---" She was cut off when the egg she recieved started wobbling and cracking. Eventualy , a baby dragon came out. He had voilet scales, and lime fins. She took the adorable thing in her hooves and but it on her back. It climbed into her mane and fell asleep. She decided to name it Spike. She went out doors.
She walked to the Radio Tower. The gaurd came up to her. "Hey Twi. Id like to give you you're first Pokémon today."
"Well, that was unexpected..." Twilight responded. He handed her the pokeball, and she released the Eevee from its Pokéball. "Aww, it's so cute!" Twilight said. The Eevee, not liking its knew trainer very much, swatted her in the face and went back into its Pokéball. "He." The guard corrected. "Hey, Twily!" The other guard said finally noticing her.
"Hey BBBFF!" She said.
"Are you going on a Pokémon journey now?"
"Yeah!"
"Well, take this Bike then! It'll help you catch up with Trixie."
"WHAT?!? TRIXIE IS AHEAD OF ME?!? Ugh! Thanks you 2." She said as she hugged them both.
She went home to tell her mom goodbye. Her mother gave her 5000¥(Yen), 5 Pokéballs, 2 Potions, and an Oran Berry.
Twilight sets off on her Bike towards Route 8. Soon, she found Trixie.
"Trixie! Battle me!"
"Has Twilight came befor the Great and Powerfull Trixie to show her up? Not a chance!"
"Lets do this..."
Twilight is challenged by Rival "The Great And Powerfull" Trixie!!.
Rival "The Great And Powerfull" Trixie!! sent out DROWZEE.
Twilight sent out EEVEE.
EEVEE used Sand Attack! Foe DROWZEE's accuracy was lowered!
DROWZEE used Hypnosis! Foe DROWZEE's attack missed!
EEVEE used Tackle!
DROWZEE used Pound!
EEVEE used Tackle! A Critical hit! DROWZEE's health is in lower yellow!
DROWZEE used Pound! EEVEE's health is in red!
Twilight used a Potion!
EEVEE is in medium green!
DROWZEE used Pound! The Foe DROWZEE's attack missed!
EEVEE used Tackle! DROWZEE's health is in red!
DROWZEE used Pound! EEVEE's health is in yellow!
EEVEE used Tackle! DROWZEE fainted!
EEVEE gained 35 EXP
EEVEE grew to level 6!
Twilight defeted Rival "The Great And Powerfull" Trixie!!!
"What? How could the Great Trixie lose?!?"
Trixie payed 120¥ to Twilight.
"Well, see ya Twilight! The Great and Powerfull Trixie will see you in the next town!" Trixie used a smoke ball she had in her bag, and ran off.
Twilight caughed, but regained her breath.
Twilight continued heading east to Saffron City.
She wandered around town for a bit until she found a Pokémon center, and sat down. She started to think about the events of today. Got her first Pokémon, a new bike, a start to a journey, a rival, a win, and on top of it she had 5120¥. This was the start to an awesome adventure!
